In recent decades, glaciers in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau (SETP) have been rapidly melting and showing a large scale of glacier mass loss. Due to the lack of large-scale, high-resolution, and high-precision observations, knowledge on the spatial distribution of the glacier mass balance and the response to climate change is limited in this region. We propose a TanDEM-X bi-static InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) algorithm with a non-local mean filter method and difference strategy, to improve the precision of glacier surface elevation change detection. Moreover, we improved the glacier mass balance estimation algorithm with a correction method for multi-source system errors and an uncertainty evaluation method based on error propagation theory to reduce the uncertainty of estimations. We used 13 pairs of TanDEM-X bi-static InSAR images to obtain the glacier mass balance data for the entire SETP. The total area of glaciers monitored was 5821 km2 and the total number of glaciers monitored was 2321; the glacier surface elevation change rate was −0.505 ± 0.005 m/yr, and the glacier mass balance estimation was −454.5 ± 13.1 mm w.eq. during 2000–2014. Additionally, we analyzed the spatial distribution of the glacier mass balance within the SETP using the sub-watershed analysis method. The results showed that the mass loss rate had a decreasing trend from the southeast to the northwest. Furthermore, the temperature change and the glacier mass loss rate showed a positive correlation from the southeast to the northwest in this region. This study greatly advances our understanding of the regularities of glacier dynamics in this region, and can provide scientific support for major national goals such as the rational utilization of surrounding water resources and construction of important transportation projects. Soil organic carbon (C) and aggregates are the important components of soil fertility and the foundation of sustainable agriculture. The storage and protection of SOC in aggregates is widely regarded as the material basis of soil organic C accumulation. However, current understanding of soil aggregate and its associated organic C is insufficient to elucidate the regulation mechanism of soil organic C. A nine-year field experiment including chemical fertilizer (FR) and organic manure (OM) treatments was set up in the eastern plain of Funiu Mountain, central China. Using chemical analysis, physical sieving as well as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) methods, we mainly probed into the response of soil organic C concentration and composition, and C functional groups, water-stable aggregates to different treatments. Furthermore, scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was conducted to characterise the different size aggregates and to analyse the mechanism of soil organic C accumulation and stabilisation at aggregate scales. After nine years of farming, OM treatment substantially increased soil organic C content (by 3.77 g kg−1) and significantly enhanced the formation of macro-aggregates (> 250 μm), while FR had no significant influence on soil organic C. At the aggregate scale, the amounts of soil organic C, C physical fractions (particulate and mineral-associated organic C), total nitrogen and microbial biomass carbon associated in macro-aggregates (> 250 μm) were obviously higher than that in micro-aggregates and silt + clay fraction, and OM treatment greatly increased the accumulation of soil organic C and its components in macro-aggregates. Moreover, microbial biomass carbon (MBC) amounts in aggregates were remarkably increased (27–116%) by the application of OM. And MBC had a positively effect on the physical fractions of SOC but not on the C chemical structure within aggregates. The present study indicated that soil organic C accumulation mainly rely on macro-aggregates (> 250 μm). Intra–particulate organic carbon (POC) and mineral-associated organic carbon (MOC) within macro-aggregates played an important role in soil organic C accumulation. Meanwhile, soil microbes were a driving force for the accumulation of soil organic C physical fractions (POC and MOC). We concluded that OM treatment accelerated the synergistic process between organic C sequestration and soil aggregation, and showed great potential to increase soil organic C accumulation. Annual mass balance is an important reflection of glacier status that is also very sensitive to climate fluctuations. However, there is no effective and universal albedo-based method for the reconstruction of annual mass balance due to the scarcity of field observations. Here, we present an improved albedo–mass balance (IAMB) method to estimate annual glacier surface mass balance series using remote sensing techniques. The averaged glacier-wide albedo derived with the MODImLab algorithm during the summer season provides an effective proxy of the annual mass change. Defined as the variation in the albedo as a function of elevation change, the altitude–albedo gradient ( ∂ z / ∂ α ) can be obtained from a glacier digital elevation model (DEM) and optical images. The Chhota Shigri glacier situated in the western Himalayas was selected to test and assess the accuracy of this method over the period from 2003 to 2014. Reconstructed annual mass budgets correlated well with those from the observed records, with an average difference and root mean square error (RMSE) of −0.75 mm w.e. a−1 and 274.91 mm w.e. a−1, respectively, indicating that the IAMB method holds promise for glacier mass change monitoring. Health Internet of Things (Health IoT) has been limited by isolated information and a lack of security. As the combination of blockchain and Health IoT could potentially address these two limitations, it has attracted significant interest. However, blockchain‐based systems often fail to balance data sharing and privacy protection. Therefore, we proposed a Health IoT‐based privacy‐preserving data sharing blockchain system. We designed a privacy‐preserving method based on the content extraction signature scheme to enable patients to establish fine‐grained privacy protection. We designed a Byzantine fault‐tolerant leader election mechanism that enhances the security of the Raft algorithm while providing efficiency in the data sharing. Furthermore, we designed a summary contract to ensure efficient data retrieval. The proposed mechanism was evaluated in terms of the efficiency and security. The simulation and analysis results demonstrate that our scheme offers a secure and effective technique for achieving privacy‐preserving and efficient sharing of IoT medical data. The accurate estimation of the soil organic carbon (SOC) sequestration rate is very important for studying farmland soil fertility and environmental effects. In this research, a typical fluvor-aquic soil area, Fengqiu county, located in the Yellow River basin of the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain of China, was chosen as a study area. The physicochemical properties of 70 soil samples collected from the surface layer (at a depth of 0–20 cm) in 2011 were analyzed, and related data about the sampling sites were also collected from the Second State Soil Survey of China (SSSSC), conducted in 1981. The results revealed that the SOC density (SOCD) in Fengqiu county increased greatly on a spatio-temporal scale. The average SOCD increased from 15.66 to 26.09 Mg ha−1, and the SOCD sequestration rate was more than 0.20 Mg C ha−1 year−1 in most regions. Few areas showed lost carbon in the past 30 years (1981–2011). In addition, the study suggested that all the areas present strong carbon sequestration potential in the coming decades from 2011, and the carbon sequestration potential was mainly between 32–40 Mg ha−1. Finally, the SOCD sequestration rate was not only affected by natural factors, such as soil type and pH, but also positively correlated with artificial soil management measures, such as fertilization and straw returning. Therefore, we concluded that the farmland in Fengqiu county showed significant carbon sequestration characteristics in the past 30 years (1981–2011). Considering that soil has a great potential for carbon sequestration in the future, the trend of carbon sequestration in farmland soil might continue for a period of time. Agricultural soil organic carbon (SOC) plays a critical role in soil ecosystems, and SOC sequestration is a key ecosystem service. This study investigated the SOC fractions, including mineral‐incorporated organic carbon (MSC), intra‐particulate organic carbon (iPOC) and microbial biomass carbon (MBC), in bulk soil and water‐stable aggregates, as influenced by soil fertilization managements, using three treatments: no fertilizer (CK), chemical fertilizer (FR) and organic manure (OM). Fertilizer application significantly increased SOC content and its fractions (MSC, iPOC and MBC) compared to CK, and the effect of organic manure amendment had more impact on the SOC accumulation than chemical fertilizer. Macroaggregate (>250 μm)‐associated SOC, MSC and iPOC (including fine and coarse iPOC) increased by 22%–283%, 18%–84% and 45%–232%, respectively, in FR and OM treatments compared with CK. In addition, the iPOC:MSC ratio values (%) within all size aggregates were all increased in the FR (about 84%–183%) and OM (about 103%–230%) treatments compared to CK (about 65%–146%). Meanwhile, MBC:SOC ratio values were the highest (about 2.16%–3.07%) in small macroaggregates (250–2000 μm), but decreased sharply (about 2%–2.35%) in large macroaggregates (>2000 μm) in different treatments. Our findings suggested that macroaggregates were the main sites of carbon sequestration and that carbon became more unstable with the increase of SOC in aggregates. Furthermore, the microbial biomass showed obvious differentiation characteristics in macroaggregates (>250 μm). Specifically, small macroaggregates (250–2000 μm) contained more microbial biomass, and large macroaggregates (>2000 μm) were inclined to inhibit microbial activity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the field of online lending, the key problem for fraud detection is how to judge whether the user is a fraudster or a normal user based on the collected historical transaction data of the user. At present, the representative research methods treat any user as an independent node and ignore the related information among users. Considering that the fraud is gradually becoming a group behavior, the relationships among fraud nodes and non-fraud nodes are sparse in social networks, and the relationships among fraud nodes are closely related, we propose a collective classification fraud detection method with label propagation. A call-records-based user association network is constructed based on the phone call records between users of online lending company, and we use the label propagation algorithm to spread the label information of fraud node to determine whether the unlabeled node is a fraudulent user. In addition, we improve the initialization method of transition probability matrixin label propagation algorithm by the operation of weights powering to avoid the performance degradation of label propagation algorithm caused by the unbalanced distribution of fraud data. Finally, the validation experiment is conducted in a real loan data set with a very low proportion of labeled samples and unbalanced training sample distribution. By using the proposed method in this article, the accuracy rate of fraud user detection reaches 17%, and the F1 value and accuracy rate are both better than those of the classic WvRn algorithm. Background and aims: This paper was primarily devoted to understand the interactions of soil aggregates, organic carbon (C) and carbon cycle enzymes in aggregates under different fertilization managements, aiming to identify the effects of organic and inorganic fertilizer amendments on soil organic C accumulation and the activities of carbon cycle enzymes within aggregates in Vertisol. Methods: A Vertisol soil following 4-year compost and inorganic fertilizer amendments, i.e. no fertilizer (CK), mineral fertilizer (FR) and 60% compost N plus 40% fertilizer N (FRM), was collected to identify the dynamics of organic C, enzymes activities and their associations with macroaggregation using aggregate fractionation techniques. Results: The organic C content in all FR and FRM treatments was 8.24–41.15% higher than that in CK. An increased amounts of carbon cycle enzymes in aggregates or 0–20 cm bulk soil were also observed in FRM plots. Compared to FR, FRM significantly strengthened the structural stability of macroaggregates and the intimate connection between enzyme activities and macroaggregates. Conclusions: As a recommended measure, supplementation with organic manure such as compost strengthened the process of mutual promotion between carbon cycle enzymes and macroaggregates, and the synergistic effect would be highly beneficial to soil organic C sequestration.
