The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old man presented with a three-year history of ulcerative basal cell carcinoma affecting the auricular area and extending to the middle ear. The diagnosis of the patient as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive in 1988 and was under antiretroviral therapy with rilpivirin, emtricitabine, and tenofovir with good control of his virological status is stated.
