Investment in preschool education is increasingly seen as a policy priority in middle and high-income countries due to the early benefits it provides children in their educational journeys. This article discusses the impact of recent increased investment in preschool education in China which has served as a correction to relative historical neglect. In this study a parental satisfaction survey evaluated the cost-sharing, equity of enrollment and quality of preschool education in a local urban governmental-led and multi-participant public service system of preschool education. In the context of the continued challenges of bridging gaps between policy and practice, results show that Government investment is beginning to have positive effects in terms of cost-sharing of preschool education with benefits to family incomes and significantly increasing the quality of preschool education. Parents of children in public provincial kindergartens provided higher satisfaction ratings for students' development than parents of those in private provincial kindergartens. The article concludes by discussing the differing, but related roles of the Government and private providers in Chinese preschool education including the development of what is termed a "High-Quality Collaborative Education Ecosystem." In recent years, micro-light-emitting diode (micro-LED) displays have attracted much attention due to their high brightness, low power consumption, long lifetime, and fast response. It is considered to have the potential to revolutionize the development direction of next-generation visual display technology. However, the development of micro-LED displays faces numerous issues, primarily due to etching processes for pixel array manufacturing, which cause sidewall damage and decreased photoelectric efficiency. Specifically, these issues are particularly serious when preparing small-sized high-resolution displays. In this work, we effectively overcame the above-mentioned problems by only etching the electron barrier during the preparation process of pixel arrays. The prepared micro-LED display exhibits excellent optoelectronic properties, with the highest brightness and current efficiency reaching 1.66 × 106 nits and 104 cd/A, respectively. The low-carbon economy represents a global transformation that encompasses production methods, lifestyles, values, national interests, and the destiny of humanity. As a significant contributor to carbon emissions, China has made a momentous strategic decision on carbon peaking and neutralization, infusing momentum into the global effort to address climate change. The rapid growth of the digital economy offers a fresh approach to achieving the "double carbon" objective and advancing the development of low-carbon transformation. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China, this paper uses the least square method to investigate the impact of digital economy development on regional low-carbon inclusive development. It is found that there is a significant inverted U shape in the impact of the digital economy on low-carbon inclusive development and the mechanism is resource allocation and ecological inequality. The threshold test found that the role of the digital economy in promoting low-carbon inclusive development shows a marginal decreasing trend. The inverted U-shaped impact of the digital economy on low-carbon inclusive development in the eastern and coastal areas and areas with a low level of factor productivity is more significant. Based on the knowledge factor spillover perspective, we found that the impact of the digital economy on low-carbon inclusive development has a spatial spillover effect, and this effect is more obvious under the role of R&D personnel mobility. Introduction: The genus Sanicula L. is a taxonomically complicated taxa within Apiaceae, as its high variability in morphology. Although taxonomists have performed several taxonomic revisions for this genus, the interspecific relationships and species boundaries have not been satisfactorily resolved, especially for those endemic to China. This study mainly focused on S. giraldii var. ovicalycina, S. tienmuensis var. pauciflora, and S. orthacantha var. stolonifera and also described two new members of the genus. Methods: We newly sequenced sixteen plastomes from nine Sanicula species. Combined with eleven plastomes previously reported by us and one plastome downloaded, we performed a comprehensively plastid phylogenomics analysis of 21 Sanicula taxa. Results and Discussion: The comparative results showed that 21 Sanicula plastomes in their structure and features were highly conserved and further justified that two new species were indeed members of Sanicula. Nevertheless, eleven mutation hotspot regions were still identified. Phylogenetic analyses based on plastome data and the ITS sequences strongly supported that these three varieties were clearly distant from three type varieties. The results implied that these three varieties should be considered as three independent species, which were further justified by their multiple morphological characters. Therefore, revising these three varieties into three independent species was reasonable and convincing. Moreover, we also identified and described two new Sanicula species (S. hanyuanensis and S. langaoensis) from Sichuan and Shanxi, China, respectively. Based on their distinct morphological characteristics and molecular phylogenetic analysis, two new species were included in Sanicula. Direct determination of the equilibrium adsorption and spectroscopic observation of adsorbent‐adsorbate interaction is crucial to evaluate the olefin/paraffin separation performance of porous adsorbents. However, the experimental characterization of competitive adsorption of various adsorbates at atomic‐molecular level in the purification of multicomponent gas mixtures is challenging and rarely conducted. Herein, solid‐state NMR spectroscopy is employed to examine the effect of co‐adsorbed guest adsorbates on the separation of ethylene/ethane mixtures on Mg‐MOF‐74, Zn‐MOF‐74 and UTSA‐74. 1H MAS NMR facilitates the determination of equilibrium uptake and adsorption selectivity of ethylene/ethane in ternary mixtures. The co‐adsorption of H2O and CO2 significantly leads to the degradation of ethylene uptake and ethylene/ethane selectivity. The detailed host‐guest and guest‐guest interactions are unraveled by 2D 1H−1H spin diffusion homo‐nuclear correlation and static 25Mg NMR experiments. The experimental results verify H2O coordinated on open metal sites can supply a new adsorption site for ethylene and ethane. The effects of guest adsorbates on the adsorption capacity and adsorption selectivity of ethylene/ethane mixtures are in the following order: H2O>CO2>O2. It is well accepted that the stable five‐membered cyclic intermediates formed between the solvent molecules and Ti species are crucial to the alkene epoxidation in a heterogeneous Ti(IV)−H2O2 system. However, the direct spectroscopic evidence of these intermediates is still missing and the corresponding reaction pathway for the alkene epoxidation remains unclear. By combining in situ 13C MAS NMR, two‐dimensional (2D) 1H−13C heteronuclear correlation (HETCOR) NMR spectroscopy and theoretical calculations, the five‐membered ring structures, where the protic solvents (ROH), and aprotic solvent (acetone), coordinate and stabilize the active Ti species, are identified for the first time over Ti‐Beta/H2O2 system. Moreover, the role of these cyclic intermediates in the alkene epoxidation/hydration conversion is clarified. Cellular senescence is an irreversible cell‐cycle arrest in response to a variety of cellular stresses, which contribute to the pathogenesis of a variety of age‐related degenerative diseases. However, effective antisenescence strategies are still lacking. Drugs that selectively target senescent cells represent an intriguing therapeutic strategy to delay aging and age‐related diseases. Thus, we thought to investigate the effects of dihydroartemisinin (DHA) on senescent cells and elucidated its mechanisms underlying aging. Stress‐induced premature senescence (SIPS) model was built in NIH3T3 cells using H2O2 and evaluated by β‐galactosidase staining. Cells were exposed to DHA and subjected to cellular activity assays including viability, ferroptosis, and autophagy. The number of microtubule‐associated protein light‐chain 3 puncta was detected by immunofluorescence staining. The iron content was assessed by spectrophotometer and intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) was measured by fluorescent probe dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate. We found that DHA triggered senescent cell death via ferroptosis. DHA accelerated ferritin degradation via promoting autophagy, increasing the iron contents, promoting ROS accumulation, thus leading to ferroptotic cell death in SIPS cells. In addition, autophagy inhibitor BafA1 preconditioning inhibited ferroptosis induced by DHA. Moreover, Atg5 silencing and autophagy inhibitor BafA1 preconditioning inhibited ferroptosis induced by DHA. We also revealed that the expression of p‐AMP‐activated protein kinase (AMPK) and p‐mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) in senescent cells was downregulated. These results suggested that DHA may be a promising drug candidate for clearing senescent cells by inducing autophagy‐dependent ferroptosis via AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In previous research simulating steelmaking ladles using cold water models, the dosage/volume of the salt tracer solution is one of the factors that has been overlooked by researchers to a certain extent. Previous studies have demonstrated that salt tracers may influence the flow and measured mixing time of fluids in water models. Based on a water model scaled down from an industrial 130-ton ladle by a ratio of 1:3, this study investigates the impact of salt tracer dosage on the transport and mixing of tracers in the water model of gas-stirred ladle with a moderate gas flow rate. A preliminary uncertainty analysis of the experimental mixing time is performed, and the standard deviations were found to be less than 15%. It was observed in the experiments that the transport paths of tracers in the ladle can be classified into two trends. A common trend is that the injected salt solution tracer is asymmetrically transported towards the left sidewall of the ladle by the main circulation. In another trend, the injected salt solution tracer is transported both by the main circulation to the left side wall and by downward flow towards the gas column. The downward flow may be accelerated and become a major flow pattern when the tracer volume increases. For the dimensionless concentration curve, the sinusoidal type, which represents a rapid mixing, is observed at the top surface monitoring points, while the parabolic type is observed at the bottom monitoring points. An exception is the monitoring point at the right-side bottom (close to the asymmetric gas nozzle area), where both sinusoidal-type and parabolic-type curves are observed. Regarding the effect of tracer volume on the curve and mixing time, the curves at the top surface monitoring points are less influenced but curves at the bottom monitoring points are noticeably influenced by the tracer volume. A trend of decreasing and then increasing as the tracer volume increases was found at the top surface monitoring points, while the mixing times at the bottom monitoring points decrease with the increase in the tracer volume. The digital application gap and relative poverty caused by the development of digital technology are both important factors affecting sustainable economic dynamics. This paper explores the impact of digital technology development on the relative poverty of urban households in China, using the China Household Tracking Survey CFPS2010–2018 and the word frequency crawling technology of Python software. The results indicate that failure to adapt to the demands of digital technology may result in a multidimensional digital technology application gap, leading to increased income inequality among urban households and a higher likelihood of relative poverty. In economically developed areas, households headed by individuals with low levels of education and high levels of family support should be particularly mindful of the phenomenon of digital poverty. This paper expands the research scope of relative poverty and deepens the understanding of the relationship between digital technology and economic development, which is beneficial for the government to accelerate the construction of internal and external support mechanisms and to effectively address the challenges posed by sustainable economic development. Phosphorus (P) is an important nutrient for plants, and a lack of available P greatly limits plant growth and development. Phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms (PSMs) significantly enhance the ability of plants to absorb and utilize P, which is important for improving plant nutrient turnover and yield. This article summarizes and analyzes how PSMs promote the absorption and utilization of P nutrients by plants from four perspectives: the types and functions of PSMs, phosphate-solubilizing mechanisms, main functional genes, and the impact of complex inoculation of PSMs on plant P acquisition. This article reviews the physiological and molecular mechanisms of phosphorus solubilization and growth promotion by PSMs, with a focus on analyzing the impact of PSMs on soil microbial communities and its interaction with root exudates. In order to better understand the ability of PSMs and their role in soil P transformation and to provide prospects for research on PSMs promoting plant P absorption. PSMs mainly activate insoluble P through the secretion of organic acids, phosphatase production, and mycorrhizal symbiosis, mycorrhizal symbiosis indirectly activates P via carbon exchange. PSMs can secrete organic acids and produce phosphatase, which plays a crucial role in soil P cycling, and related genes are involved in regulating the P-solubilization ability. This article reviews the mechanisms by which microorganisms promote plant uptake of soil P, which is of great significance for a deeper understanding of PSM-mediated soil P cycling, plant P uptake and utilization, and for improving the efficiency of P utilization in agriculture. Introduction: Sugarcane endophytic nitrogen-fixing bacterium Klebsiella variícola DX120E displayed broad impact on growth, but the exact biological mechanism, especially polyamines (PAs) role, is still meager. Methods: To reveal this relationship, the content of polyamine oxidase (PAO), PAs, reactive oxygen species (ROS)-scavenging antioxidative enzymes, phytohormones, 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic synthase (ACS), chlorophyll content, and biomass were determined in sugarcane incubated with the DX120E strain. In addition, expression levels of the genes associated with polyamine metabolism were measured by transcriptomic analysis. Results: Genomic analysis of Klebsiella variícola DX120E revealed that 39 genes were involved in polyamine metabolism, transport, and the strain secrete PAs in vitro. Following a 7-day inoculation period, DX120E stimulated an increase in the polyamine oxidase (PAO) enzyme in sugarcane leaves, however, the overall PAs content was reduced. At 15 days, the levels of PAs, ROS-scavenging antioxidative enzymes, and phytohormones showed an upward trend, especially spermidine (Spd), putrescine (Put), catalase (CAT), auxin (IAA), gibberellin (GA), and ACS showed a significant up-regulation. The GO and KEGG enrichment analysis found a total of 73 differentially expressed genes, involving in the cell wall (9), stimulus response (13), peroxidase activity (33), hormone (14) and polyamine metabolism (4). Discussion: This study demonstrated that endophytic nitrogen-fixing bacteria stimulated polyamine metabolism and phytohormones production in sugarcane plant tissues, resulting in enhanced growth. Dual RNA-seq analyses provided insight into the early-stage interaction between sugarcane seedlings and endophytic bacteria at the transcriptional level. Rapeseed is one of the crops that require the highest amount of boron, and additional application of boron fertilizer is necessary for production to prevent significant reduction in yield. To enhance the utilization efficiency of boron in rapeseed, we employed 2016-XFSB as a donor parent, which carries the superior allele Bna. A03NIP5;1, and used 621R as the recurrent parent. Through MAS-aided backcrossing, we successfully introduced the superior allele Bna.A03NIP5;1 into 621R and developed a near-isogenic line named 621RNIP5;1A3. Subsequently, new hybrids were generated by crossing both 621R and 621RNIP5;1A3 with a nuclear male sterility line RG430A. Hydroponic experiments and various soil cultivation experiments were conducted to evaluate agronomic traits performance of both 621R and 621RNIP5;1A3 lines as well as their hybrids. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in boron utilization efficiency for both 621RNIP5;1A3 line and its hybrid counterparts. Moreover, these improved materials exhibited notable advantages in biomass accumulation, plant height development, silique length extension, number of grains per silique incrementation, and seed weight enhancement. Based on the rice bran instant powder obtained by enzymolysis and spray drying of rice bran in the earlier stage, this study investigated the effects of the addition of soybean protein, konjac flour and vanillin on the pancreatic lipase inhibition rate, sodium cholate adsorption rate, water absorption index, water solubility index and electronic tongue intelligent sense of meal substitute powder, and finally established the best formula of rice bran nutritional meal substitute powder. The meal substitute powder has the characteristics of high protein (32.31 ± 0.12%), low fat (1.76 ± 0.11%), low carbohydrate (35.91 ± 0.58%), low energy (288.72 ± 0.47 kcal), balanced nutrition, and strong antioxidation. The in vitro hypolipidemic activity showed that the in vitro digestion of ice bran meal replacement powder could significantly reduce the triglyceride, total sterol, and low-density lipoprotein contents of an HepG2 hyperlipidemic cell model, and increase the high-density lipoprotein content of an HepG2 hyperlipidemic cell model. Background: The genus Sanicula L. is a unique perennial herb that holds important medicinal values. Although the previous studies on Sanicula provided us with a good research basis, its taxonomic system and interspecific relationships have not been satisfactorily resolved, especially for those endemic to China. Moreover, the evolutionary history of this genus also remains inadequately understood. The plastid genomes possessing highly conserved structure and limited evolutionary rate have proved to be an effective tool for studying plant phylogeny and evolution. Results: In the current study, we newly sequenced and assembled fifteen Sanicula complete plastomes. Combined with two previously reported plastomes, we performed comprehensively plastid phylogenomics analyses to gain novel insights into the evolutionary history of this genus. The comparative results indicated that the seventeen plastomes exhibited a high degree of conservation and similarity in terms of their structure, size, GC content, gene order, IR borders, codon bias patterns and SSRs profiles. Such as all of them displayed a typical quadripartite structure, including a large single copy region (LSC: 85,074–86,197 bp), a small single copy region (SSC: 17,047–17,132 bp) separated by a pair of inverted repeat regions (IRs: 26,176–26,334 bp). And the seventeen plastomes had similar IR boundaries and the adjacent genes were identical. The rps19 gene was located at the junction of the LSC/IRa, the IRa/SSC junction region was located between the trnN gene and ndhF gene, the ycf1 gene appeared in the SSC/IRb junction and the IRb/LSC boundary was located between rpl12 gene and trnH gene. Twelve specific mutation hotspots (atpF, cemA, accD, rpl22, rbcL, matK, ycf1, trnH-psbA, ycf4-cemA, rbcL-accD, trnE-trnT and trnG-trnR) were identified that can serve as potential DNA barcodes for species identification within the genus Sanicula. Furthermore, the plastomes data and Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) sequences were performed to reconstruct the phylogeny of Sanicula. Although the tree topologies of them were incongruent, both provided strong evidence supporting the monophyly of Saniculoideae and Apioideae. In addition, the sister groups between Saniculoideae and Apioideae were strongly suggested. The Sanicula species involved in this study were clustered into a clade, and the Eryngium species were also clustered together. However, it was clearly observed that the sections of Sanicula involved in the current study were not respectively recovered as monophyletic group. Molecular dating analysis explored that the origin of this genus was occurred during the late Eocene period, approximately 37.84 Ma (95% HPD: 20.33–52.21 Ma) years ago and the diversification of the genus was occurred in early Miocene 18.38 Ma (95% HPD: 10.68–25.28 Ma). Conclusion: The plastome-based tree and ITS-based tree generated incongruences, which may be attributed to the event of hybridization/introgression, incomplete lineage sorting (ILS) and chloroplast capture. Our study highlighted the power of plastome data to significantly improve the phylogenetic supports and resolutions, and to efficiently explore the evolutionary history of this genus. Molecular dating analysis explored that the diversification of the genus occurred in the early Miocene, which was largely influenced by the prevalence of the East Asian monsoon and the uplift of the Hengduan Mountains (HDM). Water is a ubiquitous component in heterogeneous catalysis over zeolites and can significantly influence the catalyst performance. However, the detailed mechanism insights into zeolite‐catalyzed reactions under microscale aqueous environment remain elusive. Here, using multiple dimensional solid‐state NMR experiments coupled with ultrahigh magic angle spinning technique and theoretical simulations, we establish a fundamental understanding of the role of water in benzene methylation over ZSM‐5 zeolite under water vapor conditions. We show that water competes with benzene for the active sites of zeolite and facilitates the bimolecular reaction mechanism. The growth of water clusters induces a micro‐hydrophobic effect in zeolite pores, which reorients benzene molecules and drives their interactions with surface methoxy species (SMS) on zeolite. We identify the formation and evolution of active SMS‐Benzene complexes in a microscale aqueous environment and demonstrate that their accumulation in zeolite pores boosts benzene conversion and methylation. Accelerating the low-carbon transformation of the energy consumption structure is an important way to realize Chinese-style green modernization and development. Given the specificity of China's resource endowment and regional differences in energy distribution, the degree of reliance on coal varies greatly from region to region. Therefore, the differential impact of this dependence on the low-carbon transformation of the energy structure deserves high attention. To systematically assess the impact of environmental target constraints on the low-carbon transformation of the energy consumption structure in coal resource-dependent regions, this study was conducted on the basis of a theoretical analysis of the intrinsic influence of environmental target constraints on the regional energy consumption structure as well as the regulating mechanisms played by economic growth pressures and green finance. Taking the environmental target constraint system with Chinese characteristics as a quasi-natural experiment and the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2003 to 2020 as a sample, the study used a generalized difference-in-differences model to empirically test the impact of environmental target constraints on the low-carbon transition of the regional energy consumption structure, and discussed the moderating roles of the pressure of economic growth and green finance on this impact. The results showed that: (J) After the implementation of the environmental target constraint system, the energy consumption structure of coal resource-dependent regions deteriorated significantly compared with that of non-coal resource-dependent regions, which supported the existence of the ' green paradox' phenomenon. This conclusion remained robust after considering the impact of related policies and the use of synthetic instrumental variables to deal with the endogeneity problem. © The test of the impact mechanisms showed that in coal resource-dependent areas, local governments were more motivated to promote the low-carbon transformation of the energy consumption structure under the pressure of the ' dual targets' of environmental target constraints and the economic growth target. Affected by the level of financial regulation and the ' green-washing' behavior of enterprises, green finance exacerbated the dilemmas of energy transformation in coal resource-dependent areas. © An expansive analysis based on the regional market environment showed that the inhibitory effect of environmental target constraints on the low-carbon transition of the energy consumption structure was more prominent in regions with low marketization levels than in those with high marketization levels. In order to combat the impact of the dead zone and reduce vibration of the space robot's elastic base and flexible links, the trajectory tracking and vibration suppression of a multi-flexible-link free-floating space robot system are addressed. First, the elastic connection between the base and the link is considered as a linear spring. Then the assumed mode approach is used to derive the dynamic model of the flexible system. Secondly, a slow subsystem characterizing the rigid motion and a fast subsystem relating to vibration of the elastic base and multiple flexible links are generated utilizing two-time scale hypotheses of singular perturbation. For the slow subsystem with a dead zone in joint input torque, a dynamic surface control method with adaptive fuzzy approximator is designed. Dynamic surface control scheme is adopted to avoid calculation expansion and to simplify calculation. The fuzzy logic function is applied to approximate uncertain terms of the dynamic equation including the dead zone errors. For the fast subsystem, an optimal linear quadratic regulator controller is used to suppress the vibration of the multiple flexible links and elastic base, ensuring the stability and tracking accuracy of the system. Tropical lands play an important role in the global carbon cycle yet their contribution remains uncertain owing to sparse observations. Satellite observations of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) have greatly increased spatial coverage over tropical regions, providing the potential for improved estimates of terrestrial fluxes. Despite this advancement, the spread among satellite‐based and in‐situ atmospheric CO2 flux inversions over northern tropical Africa (NTA), spanning 0–24°N, remains large. Satellite‐based estimates of an annual source of 0.8–1.45 PgC yr−1 challenge our understanding of tropical and global carbon cycling. Here, we compare posterior mole fractions from the suite of inversions participating in the Orbiting Carbon Observatory 2 (OCO‐2) Version 10 Model Intercomparison Project (v10 MIP) with independent in‐situ airborne observations made over the tropical Atlantic Ocean by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Atmospheric Tomography (ATom) mission during four seasons. We develop emergent constraints on tropical African CO2 fluxes using flux‐concentration relationships defined by the model suite. We find an annual flux of 0.14 ± 0.39 PgC yr−1 (mean and standard deviation) for NTA, 2016–2018. The satellite‐based flux bias suggests a potential positive concentration bias in OCO‐2 B10 and earlier version retrievals over land in NTA during the dry season. Nevertheless, the OCO‐2 observations provide improved flux estimates relative to the in situ observing network at other times of year, indicating stronger uptake in NTA during the wet season than the in‐situ inversion estimates. Background: Mechanical ventilation during general anesthesia may impair airway mucosal function. This study aimed to investigate the effect of pressure-controlled ventilation-volume guaranteed (PCV-VG) on bronchial mucus transport velocity (BTV) in patients during laparoscopic surgery for gynecological oncology compared with volume controlled ventilation (VCV). Methods: 66 patients undergoing elective a laparoscopic surgery for gynecological oncology. The patients were randomized into two group receiving either PCV-VG or VCV. a drop of methylene blue was placed on the surface of the airway mucosa under the bronchoscopeand, then the distance the dye movement was measured after 2, 4, and 6 min. Outcomes were assessed at T0 (5 min after endotracheal intubation and before initiation of pneumoperitoneum), T1 and T2 (1 and 2 h after stabilization of pneumoperitoneum respectively). BTV at T0, T1 and T2 was the primary outcome. Secondary outcomes included heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), body temperature, end-tidal CO2 pressure (PETCO2), tidal volume(VT), peak inspiratory pressure (PIP), mean inspiratory pressure (Pmean), respiratory rate (RR), and dynamic compliance (CDyn) at T0, T1, and T2. Results: 64 patients were included in the analysis. The median [interquartile range] BTV was significantly lower in VCV group at T1 and T2 that at T0 (P < 0.05). Furthermore, BTV was slightly reduced in PCV-VG compared with VCV. BTV in PCV-VG was significantly decreased at T2 compared with BTV at T0 (P < 0.05) and slightly decreased at T1 compared with T0(P > 0.05). Compared with the PCV-VG group, BTV in VCV group significantly decreased at T2 (P < 0.05). No participants experienced respiratory complications. Conclusions: PCV-VG is more suitable for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for gynecological oncology than VCV since it can protect mucociliary clearance function. In recent decades, the integration of technology, particularly data logging, has become a cornerstone of effective science teaching, placing increased emphasis on the cultivation of teachers' Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). While the TPACK framework has garnered attention in science education, limited research has explored the interplay of TPACK components within a constructivist context, particularly in the context of data-logging-supported chemistry class. To bridge this research gap, this study conducted a comprehensive survey on TPACK with 181 pre-service chemistry teachers, probing their TPACK as it pertains to data logging. Results from both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses underscored the reliability and validity of the survey instrument. Subsequently, structural equation modeling was employed to illuminate the intricate relationships among various facets of TPACK. Findings suggested a sequential developmental pattern within TPACK, with teachers' Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) all exerting a positive influence on their overall TPACK. Moreover, this study unveiled a significant correlation between pre-service chemistry teachers' data-logging TPACK and their capacity for design thinking. Interestingly, gender differences in TPACK were negligible. In light of these findings, this study not only contributes to our understanding of TPACK development but also has practical implications for nurturing pre-service chemistry teachers' proficiency in TPACK when using data-logging. A field trial was carried out along the Yangtze river in Anhui province to clarify the relationship between growth, yield of fresh maize and meteorological factors under different sowing dates, which would provide a reference to the suitable sowing date of fresh maize. In the study, the fresh maize cultivar "Caitiannuo 100" was used. The treatments consisted of ten sowing dates: April-1, April-16, May-1, May-16, May-31, June-15, June-30, July-15, July-30, and August-14. The growth period, yield, yield component and production value of fresh maize were analyzed. The results showed that the growth duration was shortened when delaying the sowing date from April-1 to June-15. When the sowing date was from June-15 to July-30, the growth duration was extended. The yield was decreased when delaying the sowing date from April-1 to June-30, and the yield was increased. The mean grain yield of fresh ear in the sowing date from April-1 to May-1 and July-30 was 20026.56kg·ha1, which was significantly higher than that of other sowing dates (P<0.05). The production value of fresh ear planted in July-30 was 70245.00yuan·ha1, which was significantly increased by 68.66%123.50% compared with other sowing dates (P<0.05). When the fresh maize was sowed during May-31 to July-15, the days of high temperature ≥32 accounted for 56.25%60.26% in the whole growth duration of the plant, and the accumulation of temperature ≥32 increased by 47.78%-54.46% than that of sowing dates from April-1 to May-1 and July-30, which accelerated the fresh maize growing process, shortened the plant height, declined the matter accumulation, ultimately decreased the yield. The fresh maize could not be harvested with the sowing date of August-14 due to the lower temperature during the grain filling stage. The growth duration of maize was negatively correlated with daily mean temperature before silking. The ranking of the correlation coefficients between meteorological factors and fresh maize yield from high to low were effective accumulated temperature >10 before silking, precipitation before silking, daily mean temperature before silking, average daily temperature range before silking, precipitation after silking, effective accumulated temperature >10 after silking, and sunshine hours before silking. The effective accumulated temperature >10 before silking stage mainly influenced the yield by regulating the kernel number per ear. In conclusion, the fresh maize sowed during April-1 to May-1 or July-30 could be prone to extend growth period, increase matter accumulation, and obtain high yield, while might be in danger in the risk of high temperature stress with the sowing date from May-31 to July-15 along the Yangtze river. Poly ADP‐ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitors have been approved for the treatment of various cancers. They share a similar mechanism of action but have differences in pharmacokinetic characteristics and potential for drug–drug interactions (DDI). This study evaluated the potential ATP‐binding cassette transporter‐mediated interactions between PARP inhibitors (niraparib, olaparib and rucaparib) and statins (atorvastatin and rosuvastatin). We studied the inhibitory activity of PARP inhibitors on breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP), multidrug resistance‐associated protein 3 (MRP3) and P‐glycoprotein (P‐gp) using vesicular transport assays and determined the concentrations required for 50% inhibition (IC50). Then, we predicted the increase of statin exposure followed by the administration of PARP inhibitors using a mechanistic static model. Rucaparib was the strongest inhibitor of BCRP‐mediated rosuvastatin transport (IC50 13.7 μM), followed by niraparib (42.6 μM) and olaparib (216 μM). PARP inhibitors did not affect MRP3. While niraparib appeared to inhibit P‐gp, the inhibition showed large variability. The inhibition of intestinal BCRP by rucaparib, niraparib and olaparib was predicted to elevate rosuvastatin exposure by 52%, 37% and 24%, respectively. The interactions between PARP inhibitors and rosuvastatin are probably of minor clinical significance alone, but combined with other predisposing factors, they may increase the risk of rosuvastatin‐associated adverse effects. Flexoelectricity represents the electric polarization response to strain gradient and is governed by a boundary value problem (BVP) of fourth-order partial differential equations (PDEs). Due to the complicities of the BVP, we are frequently prevented from searching for analytical formulas of solutions and have to make a detour to numerical approximations. The well-posedness of the BVP has not been rigorously confirmed yet, although it serves as the cornerstone of numerical methods for flexoelectricity. We address this issue by establishing a theorem indicating a unique solution to the electric Gibbs variational principle (EGVP) that is a weak form of the BVP. The theorem leads us to bear out the solvability and error-estimation formula for some Galerkin methods, e.g., the finite element method (FEM) and isogeometric analysis (IGA). The reliability of the numerical theory is further verified by numerical experiments of benchmark problem, where the convergence rate given by FEM results agrees well with that predicted by error-estimation formulas. This study confirms the well-posedness of the flexoelectric theory and further establishes computational flexoelectricity on rigorous mathematical foundations instead of numerical tests. In this paper, a broadband metamaterial absorber with a fractional bandwidth of 126.88% was presented. The characteristic mode theory was used to guide the design of the absorber. According to the analysis of characteristic mode and characteristic current, the resistance value of resistive films can be determined. The different modal information obtained through parameter changes can also better guide the design of the absorber. To study its operation mechanism, the equivalent impedance and surface current distribution of the proposed absorber have been analyzed. The final simulation and measurement results show that the proposed absorber has a wide absorbing bandwidth which is from 3.21 to 14.35 GHz, and the absorptivity is greater than 90%, covering the S, C, X, and Ku bands. In addition, for TE and TM polarization, it can achieve an absorptivity of more than 85% at 45° oblique incident and has good angular stability. 2D half‐metallic multiferroic materials have attracted great interest due to their rich novel performances and wide application prospect in nanoelectronics and nanodevices. Three intrinsic half‐metallic multiferroic monolayers AV2S4 (A = Na, K, and Rb) are predicted based on the first‐principles calculations. From the calculations, their ground states are all ferromagnetic and are completely spin‐polarized at the Fermi level. Their total magnetic moments are always 3.00 μB per primitive cell, which origin mainly from V‐ions. The two‐center electronic structure t2g6↑t2g4↓eg1↑ of V‐ions is proposed from the perspective of the crystal field theory to explain successfully the calculated magnetic moments. Interestingly, the alkali‐metal ions are non‐magnetic, but they may cause important influence on the magnetic coupling between transition ions, and then the half‐metallicity of these monolayers. Their electric and magnetic properties may be tuned by their charge states and strains. Especially, their half‐metallic stability may be evidently improved by the tensile strains. The half‐metallic gaps of these monolayers may be increased by about 67.4%, 50.8%, and 32.4% for NaV2S4, KV2S4, and RbV2S4 by the tensile strain 2.0%, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponin, 21β, 22α-di-O-angeloyl-15α, 16α, 28-trihydroxyolean-12-ene 3β-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), together with five known compounds (2-5), were isolated from Camellia nitidissima. Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic methods, including extensive NMR and MS spectra. Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is an irreversible neurodegenerative disease, which urgently needs more effective treatment strategies. Arctium lappa L. leaf (burdock leaf) performs wide pharmacological activities, increasing evidence hinted that burdock leaves can ameliorate AD. This research aims to explore the bioactive ingredients and mechanisms of burdock leaves against AD by performing chemical profiles, network pharmacology, and molecular docking. 61 components are identified by liquid chromatography equipped with mass spectrometry. 792 targets of ingredients and 1661 AD‐related genes are retrieved from public databases. Ten critical ingredients are identified from the topology analysis of the compound‐target network. CytoNCA, AlzData database, and Aging Atlas database contribute to the foundation of 36 potential targets and four clinically significant targets (STAT3, RELA, MAPK8, and AR). The gene ontology (GO) analysis manifests that the included processes are close to the pathogenesis of AD. PI3K‐Akt signaling pathway and AGE‐RAGE signaling pathway may be important therapeutic mechanisms. Molecular docking results imply that network pharmacology results are reliable. Furthermore, the clinical meanings of core targets are also evaluated with the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. An improved para-selective C(sp2)-H borylation of anisole derivatives is described. The selective borylation is probably dominated by the change in electron density on the aromatic ring when a Lewis acid is coordinated with an anisole substrate. In addition, a sterically hindered bipyridyl ligand used in the reaction also favors para-selectivity. With this strategy, it has been demonstrated that the ratio of para-borylated products could be dramatically improved. Methane dehydroaromatization (MDA) over Mo‐modified zeolite is a potential catalytic route for converting natural gas into valuable aromatics. However, the active species in this reaction are highly complex, involving diverse Mo species, acidic sites of zeolite, and organic molecules. Herein, we apply 1D 95Mo NMR and 2D 1H‐95Mo heteronuclear correlation solid‐state NMR spectroscopy to directly observe the active ensembles in the confined channels of Mo/ZSM‐5 zeolite during the MDA reaction. We monitor the evolution of the spatial correlations of Mo species with the Brønsted acid sites and organic products (olefins and aromatics) in the zeolite channels. We identified two kinds of MoOxCy species, with the more carbidic one (MoOxCy‐II) exhibiting higher activity for methane activation and benzene formation. An airfoil shape parameterization that can generate a compact design space is highly desirable in practice. In this paper, a compact airfoil parameterization is proposed by incorporating deep learning into the PAERO parameterization method based on the thin-airfoil theory. Following the PAERO parameterization, the mean camber line is represented by a number of aerodynamic performance parameters, which can be used to narrow down the design space according to the thin-airfoil theory. In order to further reduce the design space, the airfoil thickness distribution is represented by data-driven generative models, which are trained by the thickness distributions of existing airfoils. The trained models can automatically filter out the physically unreasonable airfoil shapes, resulting in a highly compact design space. We present 3 patients diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis 1–6 months after the initiation of concomitant rosuvastatin and ticagrelor medication. A literature review and Food and Drug Administration adverse event reporting system revealed >40 reports of rhabdomyolysis during concomitant ticagrelor and rosuvastatin, including 3 with a fatal outcome. We show that ticagrelor inhibits breast cancer resistance protein‐, organic anion transporting polypeptide (OATP) 1B1‐, 1B3‐ and 2B1‐mediated transport of rosuvastatin in vitro with half‐maximal unbound inhibitory concentrations of 0.36, 4.13, 7.5 and 3.26 μM, respectively. A static drug interaction model predicted that ticagrelor may inhibit intestinal breast cancer resistance protein and thus increase rosuvastatin plasma exposure 2.1‐fold, whereas the OATP‐mediated hepatic uptake of rosuvastatin should not be inhibited due to relatively low portal ticagrelor concentrations. Taken together, concomitant use of ticagrelor with rosuvastatin may increase the systemic exposure to rosuvastatin and the risk of rosuvastatin‐induced rhabdomyolysis. Blockchain has been widely used to trace logistics information from sources to destinations in shipping logistics practices. Motivated by market practices, this study intends to discuss the potential application value of blockchain platforms in shipping logistics, considering the perceived utility of consumers. For this purpose, to investigate the shipping logistics supply chain (SLSC) of a shipping company (SC) and a freight forwarding company (FFC), in which FFC decides whether to introduce a blockchain platform and its introduction channel. Specifically, three channel models are considered: Model T (i.e., traditional logistics supply chain channel), Model B (i.e., FFCs applied a blockchain platform via a self-built platform channel), and Model J (i.e., FFCs applied a blockchain platform via joining a third-party platform channel). Meanwhile, the Nash and Stackelberg game are used to characterize the companies' equilibrium outcomes under different power structures. By comparing these three modes, some interesting results are found: consumer perception of the level of service and privacy protection and consumer sensitivity to price has critical effects on the value of blockchain platforms. Results also show that the blockchain platform does not always motivate the members of the SLSC to become better. Whether the power structure is symmetrical or asymmetrical, FFC adopts Model B instead of Model J, in which the blockchain platform can help FFC increase profits, and the value of blockchain is significant. Moreover, the FFC can obtain at least approximately 78% more benefit when the power structure is symmetrical than asymmetrical. However, the value of blockchain platforms to SC is not necessarily significant. The value of the blockchain platform for SC is significant only in Model B with the power structure asymmetric. Therefore, the value of the blockchain platform in Model B with the power structure asymmetrical for both FFCs and SCs is significant, achieving a win-win situation. Production measurement plays a vital role in the daily management of unconventional oil wells. It enables reservoir managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of reservoir changes and facilitates dynamic analysis and scientific development plans for the unconventional oil field. This paper focuses on accurately measuring well production by tracking over 300 sucker rod pumps (SRPs) in an experimental area of an oil field. The study utilizes easily obtainable continuous electrical parameters and real-time well production as training parameters. Accurate identification of the top and bottom dead points of the power curve is crucial in converting the power curve into the SRP's dynamometer card. To achieve this, FFT is employed to extract single-period data from multi-period data. Subsequently, the top and bottom dead points are identified. The SRP electric power curve and corresponding real-time production data are segregated into samples based on the stroke cycle time, resulting in 200,000 valid samples. Deep learning techniques are then applied to classify the production state of pumping wells. FFT and statistical feature extraction are performed on the electric curve, and deep learning is utilized with the production parameters as input vectors and the well fluid production as output results. Through extensive training, a big-data-based SRP production calculation model is established, and subsequently used to calculate the production of SRPs in the experimental area of northeastern China's oil field. The model is validated against actual production data. For low-yield wells with a daily production less than 6 m 3 /d, the model error remains below 0.5 m 3 /d. Additionally, the relative error for high-yield wells surpassing 6 m 3 /d stays under 10%, meeting the expectations of managers. This big data production measurement model serves as a valuable tool for operators to optimize the production system and detect oil well faults. Five types of GaN-based yellow light-emitting diodes (LEDs) with both a V-pit and a hole blocking layer (HBL) have been investigated numerically. The simulation results show that the GaN hole blocking layer in the p region (HBLP) can not only increase the ratio of the hole current via the V-pit, but also increase the electron leakage into the p layer via the flat region, leading to the lower internal quantum efficiency (IQE). Compared to the GaN HBLP, the Al0.5Ga0.5N HBLP is helpful in suppressing the electron leakage via the flat region to the p layer; however, it increases the electron leakage via the V-pits to the p layer, resulting in an unsatisfactory improvement of IQE. In order to settle out this issue, the AlN hole blocking layer in the n region (HBLN) is designed in the sidewall of the V-pit. It is found that the HBLN can not only alleviate the electron leakage via the V-pits to the p layer, more importantly, but also block the hole leakage via the V-pits to the n layer, leading to the improvement of IQE. A Pt/Al2O3 catalyst is prepared on pentahedral Al-rich Al2O3 with flexible Al coordination, enabling embedment of Pt nanoparticles into the support. The embedded Pt nanoparticles show higher CO oxidation performance than the surface Pt species at appropriate GHSV, suggesting a promising way to tune the properties of the supported Pt catalysts. At transonic flight conditions, the buffet caused by the shockwave/boundary-layer interaction can degrade aircraft performance and even threaten their safety. In this paper, a closed-loop control using an active shock control bump (SCB) has been proposed to suppress the buffet on a supercritical airfoil flying at transonic speeds. A closed-loop control law is designed by using the lift coefficient as the feedback signal and using the bump height as the control variable. The unsteady numerical simulations show that the buffet can be effectively suppressed by an optimal combination of the parameters of the control law, namely the gain and the delay time. Furthermore, the buffet control effectiveness is still acceptably constrained by a prescribed maximum bump height, which is believed to be practically important. In addition to being able to achieve both wave drag reduction and buffet alleviation, the active SCB is less sensitive to the parameters of the control law and has a shorter response time in comparison with the reference active trailing edge flap. Adverse effects are the major limiting factors in combinatorial chemotherapies. To identify genetic associations in ovarian cancer chemotherapy‐induced toxicities and therapy outcomes, we examined a cohort of 101 patients receiving carboplatin‐paclitaxel treatment with advanced high‐grade serous ovarian cancers. Based on literature and database searches, we selected 19 candidate polymorphisms, designed a multiplex single nucleotide polymorphism‐genotyping assay and applied Cox regression analysis, case–control association statistics and the log‐rank Mantel−Cox test. In the Cox regression analysis, the SLCO1B3 rs1052536 AA‐genotype was associated with a reduced risk of any severe toxicity (hazard ratio = 0.35, p = 0.023). In chi‐square allelic test, the LIG3 rs1052536 T‐allele was associated with an increased risk of neuropathy (odds ratio [OR] = 2.79, p = 0.031) and GSTP1 rs1695 G allele with a poorer response in the first‐line chemotherapy (OR = 2.65, p = 0.026). In Kaplan–Meier survival analysis, ABCB1 rs2032582 TT‐genotype was associated with shorter overall survival (uncorrected p = 0.025) and OPRM1 rs544093 GG and GT genotypes with shorter platinum‐free interval (uncorrected p = 0.027) and progression‐free survival (uncorrected p = 0.012). Results suggest that SLCO1B3 and LIG3 variants are associated with the risk of adverse effects in patients receiving carboplatin‐paclitaxel treatment, the GSTP1 variant may affect the treatment response and ABCB1 and OPRM1 variants may influence the prognosis. Aiming at the problems of low retrieval efficiency and low accuracy in traditional clothing image retrieval methods, the paper proposed a clothing image retrieval method based on ResNet and transfer learning. It Selected the current popular clothing on the Internet, and established a small sample data set of four categories: long skirts, short skirts, windbreakers, and T-shirts. With the help of the ResNet152 pre-training model trained on the ImageNet data set, the transfer learning is performed on the small sample data set, and the parameters in the pre-training model were further optimized to obtain a new network model. Based on the new network model, the feature vector was extracted, normalized, the similarity was calculated, and the image retrieval results were sorted and output to realize the clothing image retrieval function. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, a clothing image retrieval test platform based on color, texture, edge, non-transfer learning and transfer learning this study built. The experimental comparison shows that this method is not only suitable for small samples, but also has better average precision and retrieval efficiency than other methods, and has strong practicability. Public capital is an important force for promoting industrial agglomeration and enterprise technological innovation, and enterprise technological innovation is the core element in promoting green economic growth. To further reveal the influence mechanism of public capital on enterprise technological innovation, based on the data of A-share listed companies in China from 2007 to 2020, this paper uses the nonlinear moderating effect model and the intermediating effect model to verify the nonlinear influence and transmission mechanism of public capital on enterprise technological innovation. This paper discusses the influence and mechanism of public capital on enterprise innovation from the perspective of industrial agglomeration. The study finds that public capital has a significant role in promoting enterprise technological innovation. Moreover, economic public capital plays a greater role in promoting enterprise technological innovation than social public capital. Further analysis shows that the innovation effect of public capital is nonlinearly regulated by industrial agglomeration. In the initial stage of industrial agglomeration, the higher the degree of industrial agglomeration, the weaker the innovation effect of public capital; however, in the advanced stage of industrial agglomeration, the higher the degree of industrial agglomeration, the stronger the innovation effect of public capital. The nonlinear effect is realized by affecting the profits of enterprises. From enterprise heterogeneity, public capital has a significant role in promoting the technological innovation of non-state-owned enterprises but has no significant impact on the technological innovation of state-owned enterprises; public capital has a significant positive effect on the technological innovation of mid- and high-end technology enterprises, while its impact on the technological innovation of low-end technology enterprises is not significant. From the type of innovation output, public capital has a significant role in promoting enterprise green technology innovation, and the role of public capital in promoting enterprise green invention patents is greater than that of green utility model patents. This study provides a theoretical basis for government public capital investment decisions and empirical evidence for the sustainable development of enterprise technological innovation. The surfactant rhamnolipid (RL) was used to modify the liposomes. β‐carotene (βC) and rutinoside (Rts) were utilized to generate co‐encapsulated liposomes through an ethanol injection method that used both hydrophilic and hydrophobic cavities to fabricate a novel cholesterol‐free composite delivery system. The RL complex‐liposomes loaded with βC and Rts (RL–βC–Rts) showed higher loading efficiency and good physicochemical properties (size = 167.48 nm, zeta‐potential = −5.71 mV, and polydispersity index = 0.23). Compared with other samples, the RL–βC–Rts showed better antioxidant activities and antibacterial ability. Moreover, dependable stability was uncovered in RL–βC–Rts with still 85.2% of βC storage from nanoliposome after 30 days at 4°C. Furthermore, in simulated gastrointestinal digestion, βC exhibited good release kinetic properties.
