The large Stokes shifts usually result in open circuit voltage (VOC) reduction, which will affect the photovoltaic performance of the material. Recently, three-dimensional organosulfide-halide perovskites (CYS)PbCl2 and (CYS)PbBr2 [CYS: +NH3(CH2)2S−] have received much attention in the photovoltaic field due to their higher stability and similar photoelectric properties (desirable direct bandgap, band dispersion, and light absorption) than MAPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, and I). Unfortunately, both materials exhibit large Stokes shifts emission. Thus, to be clear about their application prospects in the photovoltaic field, the origin of the large Stoke shift needs to be investigated. Moreover, the bandgaps of (CYS)PbBr2 (2.17 eV) and (CYS)PbCl2 (2.32 eV) are higher than the ideal bandgap value of (0.9–1.6 eV) for photovoltaic materials. Based on density functional theory, this paper explores the cause of large Stokes shifts and further improves the photovoltaic performance of the materials by halogen substitution. The calculation results show that the large Stokes shifts come from defect emission rather than intrinsic self-trapping emission and the I atom substitution can reduce the bandgap [(CYS)PbI2; gap = 1.85 eV] and enhance the optical absorption and carrier migration ability without destroying the direct bandgap. Recent research highlights the significant impact of methionine metabolism on glioma progression. An increasing amount of compelling evidence bridges long non-coding RNAs to abnormal metabolism in gliomas. However, the specific role of long non-coding RNAs in methionine metabolism regulating glioma progression remains unclear. This study reveals that methionine deprivation inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion capabilities of gliomas. Interestingly, the expression of TP53TG1, a long non-coding RNA, is also suppressed. TP53TG1 is highly expressed in gliomas and associated with poor patient outcomes. Subsequently, our data proves that inhibition of TP53TG1 suppresses glioma cell proliferation and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition process both in vitro and in vivo. Ultimately, we found that the underlying mechanism involves a competing endogenous RNA regulating network, in which TP53TG1 modulates the target protein STK17B by competitively binding to miR-96-5p, thus regulating glioma progression. There is growing concern about the relationship between carbon emissions and trade liberalization. Have carbon emissions been affected by trade liberalization? To what extent has it been affected? To answer this question, we creatively constructed a dataset of Chinese listed companies and its re‐appraisal, using the difference‐in‐difference method to investigate the impact of trade liberalization on carbon emissions at the micro level. Our results show that WTO accession leads to lower carbon emission intensity for Chinese exporters engaged in general trade compared to those engaged in processing trade, which are not directly affected by China's WTO accession. In other words, trade liberalization is beneficial for the reduction of carbon emissions and sustainable development. We also test the robustness of our results. In addition, we decompose the question of how trade liberalization affects companies' carbon emissions into research and development mechanism and productivity mechanism for analysis. Our study refines the model of carbon emission and trade issues by incorporating company import indicators and carbon emission indicators into the company production model. Background: Extreme ambient temperature has been linked to decline in males' semen quality. Although the temperature–semen quality association has been examined in certain cities of South China, how the effect size of the extreme temperature may lag over critical windows in spermatogenesis and whether the strength of association may vary in North China have yet been adequately explored. Objectives: To quantify the association between air temperature and semen quality, and identify critical exposure windows in a Northern Peninsular Province, China. Materials and methods: Data on semen quality in 2014−2019 were collected from the Human Sperm Bank of Institute of Women, Children and Reproductive Health, Shandong University, China. Daily meteorological data (0.01°×0.01°) were assigned to each subject's residential address. The linear mixed‐effect model combined with the distributed lag nonlinear model was used to estimate the effect of ambient temperature over critical spermatogenesis windows. Results: The temperature–semen quality association was inverted V‐shaped, with the maximum lag being 0–45 days before ejaculation and the threshold being 9.2°C. Progressively and total motile sperm number, and total sperm number declined more substantially than other semen quality parameters. Semen quality was more sensitive to cold exposure during the epididymal storage period than the sperm motility development period. By contrast, semen quality was insensitive to heat exposure during both critical spermatogenesis windows. Impairment of certain semen quality parameters was more obvious for males with higher educational attainment and those aged over 35 years. Discussion and conclusion: Exposure to non‐optimal temperature is associated with decreased semen quality in North China, with the epididymal storage and sperm motility development periods more sensitive to cold exposure than heat. Background: Intramyocardial dissecting hematoma (IDH) is a rare mechanical complication following myocardial infarction (MI), and only a few isolated cases have been reported to date. IDH presents with diverse clinical manifestations, often resulting in missed or misdiagnosed cases due to limited physician understanding. The diagnosis and treatment of IDH is a major challenge. Case presentations: We report a case of acute extensive anterior MI in a 73-year-old woman, who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI); the left ventricular intramyocardial dissecting hematoma (LVIDH) penetrated the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT), resulting in thrombus formation and subsequent RVOT obstruction. Clinically insignificant IDH was detected by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) at 3 days, 43 days, and 75 days post-PCI, with characteristic changes in the left ventricular wall ultrasound images. This unusual case highlights the important role of continuous transthoracic echocardiography in identifying this rare complication of LVIDH. After a detailed discussion with the patient, the choice between conservative or surgical management of IDH depends on factors such as the size of the hematomae, left ventricular systolic function, and the patient's clinical and haemodynamic status. In this particular case, conservative management was chosen by the patient who declined surgery but unfortunately succumbed to cardiogenic shock. Conclusions: This case describes a rare complication of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and also focuses on the utility of TTE in the diagnosis of this rare complication. Mental health is an important aspect of healthy aging, especially for widowed older adults. This study aims to examine the interrelationships between depression and anxiety symptoms and their associations with quality of life among widowed older adults. Using data from the 2017–2018 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS), we selected a sample of 6,061 widowed older adults (M age = 88.97, SD = 10.01). Depression, anxiety, and quality of life were assessed using the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression (CESD-10) Scale, the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) Scale, and a self-reported question of quality of life (QoL), respectively. The network analysis was performed to identify central and bridge symptoms of depression and anxiety. Network stability was tested using a case-dropping bootstrap procedure. The "flow" package was used to identify symptoms directly or indirectly associated with QoL. The R package NetworkComparisonTest (NCT) was conducted to examine whether network characteristics differed by gender. Network analysis revealed that GAD2 "Uncontrollable worry" emerged as the most central symptom in the network of depression and anxiety. Bridge symptoms such as GAD1 "Nervousness", CESD6 "Felt fearful", and CESD1 "Felt bothered" were identified as triggers for depression and anxiety. CESD5 "Hopelessness" exhibited the most negative association with the quality of life among widowed older adults. Gender did not significantly influence the network structure and global strength. These findings deepen our understanding of the inter-relationships between depression and anxiety among Chinese widowed older adults. Rationale: Quinolone antibiotics are extensively used clinically for human treatment and in agriculture. However, improper and excessive use can lead to the persistence of quinolone residues in animal tissues, potentially accumulating in the human body and posing health risks. Investigating the correlation between mass spectrometry cleavage patterns and molecular structural features enhances the analytical framework for detecting trace or unknown impurities in quinolones. Methods: To collect data, we employed triple quadrupole linear ion trap mass spectrometry in electrospray positive ion mode. Primary mass spectrometry scanning was utilized to confirm parent ions, while secondary mass spectrometry scanning enabled the observation of fragment ions. The cleavage characteristics and pathways of the compounds were inferred from accurate mass‐to‐charge ratios obtained from both primary and secondary mass spectrometry. Results: Under soft ionization conditions, the compounds generally exhibited characteristic fragment ions of [M+H−H2O]+, [M+H−CO]+, and [M+H−H2O−CO]+. Additionally, subtle variations were observed in each compound due to differences in modifying groups. For instance, upon deacidification, the piperazine ring structure underwent breakage and rearrangement, yielding fragment ion peaks devoid of neutral molecules such as C2H5N, C3H7N, or C4H8N. Notably, compounds featuring a cyclopropyl substituent group at the N‐1 position typically exhibited characteristic fragments resulting from the loss of the cyclopropyl radical (⋅C3H5). Moreover, substituents at the N‐1 and C‐8 positions, when linked to form a six‐membered carbocyclic ring, were prone to cleavage, releasing the neutral C3H6 molecule. Conclusion: Quinolone antibiotics share structural similarities in their parent nuclei, leading to partially similar cleavage pathways. Nevertheless, distinct cleavage patterns emerge due to variations in functional groups. Objectives: This study aimed to compare plasma concentrations of anesthetic drugs administered during Cesarean section with low Apgar score in neonates deliveried under general anesthesia and analyze associated risk factors. Methods: Data from 76 neonates undergoing Cesarean section under general anesthesia with blood concentrations of anesthetic drugs were analyzed. A low Apgar score was defined as ≤ 7. Perioperative maternal and neonatal data were collected and analyzed. Neonates were divided into a control group (Group CON, n = 65) and a low Apgar score group (Group LAS, n = 11) based on Apgar score. Results: There were no significant differences in the plasma concentrations of anesthetic drugs in maternal artery, umbilical vein or umbilical artery blood between the two groups. Risk factors for neonatal low Apgar scores during Cesarean section under general anesthesia were premature delivery (aOR 10.2, 95% CI = 1.8–56.9) and preoperative fetal distress (aOR 9.6, 95% CI = 1.3–69.0). The prediction model was: probability = 1/(e‑Y), Y= -4.607 + 2.318× (premature delivery) + 2.261× (fetal distress) (yes = 1, no = 0). The Hosmer–Lemeshow test showed χ²= 9.587, P = 0.213, and the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.850 (0.670 ~ 1.000). With a cutoff value of 0.695, sensitivity and specificity were 81.8% and 87.7%, respectively. Conclusions: There was no correlation between blood concentration of general anesthetic drugs and Apgar score or occurrence of neonatal low Apgar scores. In recent years, lignin has received increasing attention due to its wide availability, low cost, renewability, and potential for improving the performance of asphalt pavement. The purpose of this study is to investigate the rheological properties and microscopic mechanism of modified asphalt by using different types of lignin. The effects of different aging durations on the rheological properties, as well as the chemical and morphological changes of different lignin-modified asphalts, were analyzed using dynamic shear rheometer (DSR), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The results of the rheological tests demonstrated that the addition of lignin had a positive effect on the permanent deformation of the asphalt matrix and significantly improved the rutting resistance of the asphalt at high temperatures, with the most significant change observed in enzymatic lignin. The addition of lignin improves certain fatigue resistance and good fatigue life. The chemical test results indicate that lignin, as a blending agent, can compensate for the molecular weight changes caused by the aging of the matrix asphalt when degrading, maintaining a balanced distribution of molecular weight, which is the main mechanism of resistance to thermal oxidation aging of lignin-modified asphalt. Clinical metagenomics (CMg) Nanopore sequencing can facilitate infectious disease diagnosis. In China, sub-lineages ST11-KL64 and ST11-KL47 Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) are widely prevalent. We propose PathoTracker, a specially compiled database and arranged method for strain feature identification in CMg samples and CRKP traceability. A database targeting high-prevalence horizontal gene transfer in CRKP strains and a ST11-only database for distinguishing two sub-lineages in China were created. To make the database user-friendly, facilitate immediate downstream strain feature identification from raw Nanopore metagenomic data, and avoid the need for phylogenetic analysis from scratch, we developed data analysis methods. The methods included pre-performed phylogenetic analysis, gene-isolate-cluster index and multilevel pan-genome database and reduced storage space by 10-fold and random-access memory by 52-fold compared with normal methods. PathoTracker can provide accurate and fast strain-level analysis for CMg data after 1 h Nanopore sequencing, allowing early warning of outbreaks. A user-friendly page (http://PathoTracker.pku.edu.cn/) was developed to facilitate online analysis, including strain-level feature, species identifications and phylogenetic analyses. Background: Postoperative nausea and vomiting are common complications after surgery, and female patients are more likely to experience these adverse events. The goal of this study was to explore the relationship between the CHRM3 rs2165870 polymorphism and postoperative vomiting incidence in female patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery. Methods: Two hundred female patients who underwent elective laparoscopic surgery with subsequent patient-controlled intravenous analgesia using dexmedetomidine and sufentanil were prospectively enrolled. The CHRM3 rs2165870 and KCNB2 rs349358 polymorphisms were genotyped using MassARRAY SNP typing technology. Demographic data and preoperative laboratory results of all patients were recorded. Postoperative analgesia-related information, incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and other adverse events were followed up and recorded for analysis. Results: No significant differences were observed in any of the demographic characteristics of these patients among the different genotype carriers (P>0.05). The percentages of patients with each genotype of CHRM3 were 67% (GG), 28.5% (GA) and 4.5% (AA). We found that the AA or A allele of the CHRM3 rs2165870 polymorphism elevated the risk of postoperative vomiting (AA versus GG; OR, 6.94; 95% CI, 1.49–32.46; P = 0.014; A versus G; OR, 2.52; 95% CI, 1.22–5.19; P = 0.012). The percentages of patients with each genotype of KCNB2 were 84.5% (TT), 15.5% (CT) and 0% (CC). There were no significant differences in the postoperative nausea or vomiting rate across the KCNB2 rs349358 polymorphisms (P>0.05). Conclusion: The CHRM3 rs2165870 polymorphism is associated with the occurrence of postoperative vomiting in female patients who have undergone laparoscopic surgery. The utilization of diverse energy storage devices is imperative in the contemporary society. Taking advantage of solar power, a significant environmentally friendly and sustainable energy resource, holds great appeal for future storage of energy because it can solve the dilemma of fossil energy depletion and the resulting environmental problems once and for all. Recently, photo‐assisted energy storage devices, especially photo‐assisted rechargeable metal batteries, are rapidly developed owing to the ability to efficiently convert and store solar energy and the simple configuration, as well as the fact that conventional Li/Zn‐ion batteries are widely commercialized. Considering many puzzles arising from the rapid development of photo‐assisted rechargeable metal batteries, this review commences by introducing the fundamental concepts of batteries and photo‐electrochemistry, followed by an exploration of the current advancements in photo‐assisted rechargeable metal batteries. Specifically, it delves into the elucidation of device components, operating principles, types, and practical applications. Furthermore, this paper categorizes, specifies, and summarizes several detailed examples of photo‐assisted energy storage devices. Lastly, it addresses the challenges and bottlenecks faced by these energy storage systems while providing future perspectives to facilitate their transition from laboratory research to industrial implementation. Depressive symptoms of older adults was a global challenge, and it was influenced by social support. The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between social support and depressive symptoms among internet-used and non-internet-used older adults by using network analysis. This study fitted network models to two subsamples extracted from nationally representative and cross-section data from the 2018 China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey (CLASS), and compared depressive symptom levels and the effect of the three possible influencing factors related to depression. Network analysis revealed that the network structures of depressive symptoms among internet-used and non-internet-used older adults differed. CESD3 "Felt sad" was the core symptoms for the former, while CESD7 "Felt useless" was the core symptoms for the latter. In addition, Family support, Peer support, and Community support impacted differently on two subsamples' depressive symptoms. This study added evidence to the growing literature on depressive symptom patterns between internet-used and non-internet-used older adults in China. These findings have implications for setting up patient-tailored treatment approaches for depressive symptoms. Hydraulic fracturing technology is an effective way to develop tight sandstone reservoirs with low porosity and permeability. The tight sandstone reservoir is heterogeneous and the heterogeneity characteristics has an important influence on fracture propagation. To investigate hydraulic fracture performance in heterogeneous tight reservoir, the X-ray diffraction experiments are carried out, the Weibull distribution method and finite element method are applied to establish the uniaxial compression model and the hydraulic fracture propagation model of heterogeneous tight sandstone. Meanwhile, the sensitivity of different heterogeneity characterization factors and the multi-fracture propagation mechanism during hydraulic fracture propagation is analyzed. The results indicate that the pressure transfer in the heterogeneous reservoir is non-uniform, showing a multi-point initiation fracture mode. For different heterogeneity characterization factors, the heterogeneity characteristics based on elastic modulus are the most sensitive. The multi-fracture propagation of heterogeneous tight sandstone reservoir is different from that of homogeneous reservoir, the fracture propagation morphology is more complex. With the increase of stress difference, the fracture propagation length increases. With the increase of injection rate, the fracture propagation length increases. With the increase of cluster spacing, the propagation length of multiple fractures tends to propagate evenly. Using a titration setup to accurately control the reaction conditions and in situ monitor the reaction, we showed that fluoride exhibited negligible effects on the ion association process of calcium and phosphate and the formation of ACP nanospheres in a buffer solution with constant ionic strength. However, the stability of ACP increased with increasing fluoride concentration, which was ascribed to the inhibitory effect of fluoride on the aggregation of ACP nanospheres and the nucleation of nanocrystals on the surface of ACP nanospheres. Furthermore, fluoride could inhibit the lateral growth of HAP nanosheets and promote the formation of rod-like crystals. Migrant workers' social networks are an important source of social support in their collective behavior. This study adopts the whole network method and proposes a measure of accumulated social capital in social networks, which makes up for the insufficiency of direct social capital. It compares the heterogeneous effects of formal and informal networks and accumulated and direct social capital on migrant workers' collective behavioral willingness and dissects their interaction mechanism. The results indicate that informal networks are more conducive to collective behavioral willingness. The formal network is the regulator of the informal network, which can strengthen the effect of the informal network on migrant workers' collective behavioral willingness. Accumulated social capital more robustly affects collective behavioral willingness than direct social capital. Therefore, optimizing the measurement of social capital can help to grasp the social effects of social capital more comprehensively. To sum up, fully stimulating the role of informal network center members as a communication bridge between factory and ordinary migrant workers is conducive to promoting the positive coupling of formal and informal networks and improving governance efficiency. Herpes simplex virus-2 encephalitis (HSV2E) in immunocompetent adults is exceptionally rare, and the subsequent onset of autoimmune encephalitis after HSV2E is even less common. This report presents the inaugural Chinese case of anti-N-methyl-d-aspartate receptor encephalitis (NMDARE) induced by HSV2E, confirmed via metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS). The patient demonstrated a favorable response to intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) monotherapy. This case emphasizes the importance of considering autoimmune encephalitis in patients exhibiting new or recurrent neurological symptoms after HSV2E recovery. Comprehensive mNGS and neuronal antibody testing are essential for timely diagnosis. Moreover, IVIG monotherapy can serve as an effective treatment for NMDARE induced by HSV2, providing a viable alternative, particularly when steroid therapy is contraindicated. Background: Higher vocational education is an essential part of the higher education system that complements conventional education. In the context of information and communication technology (ICT) development and academic competition, more and more literature has proved the importance of ICT use in educational development (academic achievement and mental health) and the relationship between information literacy and the educational development of higher vocational students. Objectives: Based on one of the most extensive surveys of higher vocational students, the study combined the Opportunity‐Propensity (O‐P) framework and ecological model to explore the direct effects of different types of ICT use on educational development and the indirect effects from psychological and social factors. Methods: The data involved 28,956 students from seven higher vocational colleges. The class fixed effect and causal mediation analysis models verified the results. Results and Conclusion: The results found differential effects of different types of ICT use on academic achievement and mental health. Information literacy ability can improve the academic achievement of higher vocational students, but at the cost of mental health. ICT use not only directly impacts the academic achievement and mental health, but also has an indirect impact through psychological factors represented by self‐efficacy and technostress and social factors represented by social support. Implications: This study promotes integrating and expanding the O‐P framework and ecological model, enriching the relevant research in ICT use and educational development. Meanwhile, it also provides practical suggestions for realizing rational interventions in ICT use and improving the educational development level of higher vocational students. Background: The high prevalence of diabetic kidney disease (DKD) in the United States necessitates further investigation into its impact on complications associated with total hip arthroplasty (THA). This study utilizes a large nationwide database to explore risk factors in DKD cases undergoing THA. Methods: This research utilized a case–control design, leveraging data from the national inpatient sample for the years 2016 to 2019. Employing propensity score matching (PSM), patients diagnosed with DKD were paired on a 1:1 basis with individuals free of DKD, ensuring equivalent age, sex, race, Elixhauser Comorbidity Index (ECI), and insurance coverage. Subsequently, comparisons were drawn between these PSM-matched cohorts, examining their characteristics and the incidence of post-THA complications. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was then employed to evaluate the risk of early complications after surgery. Results: DKD's prevalence in the THA cohort was 2.38%. A 7-year age gap separated DKD and non-DKD patients (74 vs. 67 years, P < 0.0001). Additionally, individuals aged above 75 exhibited a substantial 22.58% increase in DKD risk (49.16% vs. 26.58%, P < 0.0001). Notably, linear regression analysis yielded a significant association between DKD and postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI), with DKD patients demonstrating 2.274-fold greater odds of AKI in contrast with non-DKD individuals (95% CI: 2.091–2.473). Conclusions: This study demonstrates that DKD is a significant risk factor for AKI in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. Optimizing preoperative kidney function through appropriate interventions might decrease the risk of poor prognosis in this population. More prospective research is warranted to investigate the potential of targeted kidney function improvement strategies in reducing AKI rates after THA. The improvement of photovoltaic and stability performance of tin (Sn)‐based halide perovskite solar cells is impeded by notorious oxidation issues and Anderson localization. Despite previous implements in antioxidation through the incorporation of Lewis base additives, there still exist ongoing uncertainties surrounding its complex interaction mechanisms. A perplexing phenomenon regarding accelerated oxidation in acrylic acid is discovered that deviates from conventional Lewis base–acid reaction. The underlying insights into the deprotonation of acrylic acid followed by the formation of a "tripod" ionic bonding form are provided, which results in amplifying the delocalization effect of electrons of Sn2+. Furthermore, with the assistance of acrylamide and acrolein, synergistic enhancement in terms of the antioxidation and suppression of Anderson localization can be achieved — a concept referred to as "Dual Synergistic Engineering". This suppresses the oxidation of Sn2+ and reduces Sn4+ content by ≈76%. Meanwhile, the diffusion length is prolonged significantly from 195.9 to 458.9 nm. The optimized all‐inorganic Sn/Pb‐based perovskite solar cells exhibit a power conversion efficiency of above 14% with enhanced stability. Hydrate formation in foam drainage gas recovery wells and the shut in accidents caused by plugging have become an important problem that restricts the safe production of natural gas. The blockage and accumulation of hydrates is a gradual problem. This research goes beyond predicting the formation of hydrates and delves deeper into examining the rate of hydrate formation and the degree of pipeline blockage at different wellbore locations. First, the temperature model, pressure model, multiphase flow model, and hydrate plugging model of hydrate formation process are established from the equations of mass conservation, energy conservation, and momentum conservation. Second, an iterative approach is employed to solve the model, with a maximum error of 6.86% in model validation. Finally, sensitivity analysis shows that wellhead temperature, wellhead pressure, and foam viscosity have different effects on hydrate formation, maximum plugging position, and plugging degree. At the same time, combined with the actual drainage and gas production process, and the characteristics of hydrate blockage, proposed hydrate prevention measures can be taken to achieve safe production of natural gas. The research results indicate that a decrease in temperature signifies an increase in undercooling, resulting in an accelerated rate of hydrate formation and an elevated risk of hydrate blockage. The decrease in wellhead pressure leads to a decrease in the rate of hydrate formation and an increase in production, which is beneficial for the hydrate prevention. However, larger pressure differences and gas production rates will put higher requirements on equipment such as well control devices. An increase in foam viscosity will lead to increased pressure, foam compression, reduced drainage capacity, and intensified hydrate generation. To determine the risk of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) in patients with acute herpes zoster (HZ), this study developed and validated a novel clinical prediction model by incorporating a relevant peripheral blood inflammation indicator. Methods: Between January 2019 and June 2023, 209 patients with acute HZ were categorized into the PHN group (n = 62) and the non-PHN group (n = 147). Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to identify risk factors serving as independent predictors of PHN development. Subsequently, a nomogram prediction model was established, and the discriminative ability and calibration were evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic curve, calibration plots, and decision curve analysis (DCA). The nomogram model was internally verified through the bootstrap test method. Results: According to univariate logistic regression analyses, five variables, namely age, hypertension, acute phase Numeric Rating Scale (NRS-11) score, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and systemic immune inflammation index, were significantly associated with PHN development. Multifactorial analysis further unveiled that age (odds ratio (OR) [95% confidence interval (CI)]: 2.309 [1.163– 4.660]), acute phase NRS-11 score (OR [95% CI]: 2.837 [1.294– 6.275]), and PLR (OR [95% CI]: 1.015 [1.010– 1.022]) were independent risk factors for PHN. These three predictors were integrated to establish the prediction model and construct the nomogram. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) for predicting the PHN risk was 0.787, and the AUC of internal validation determined using the bootstrap method was 0.776. The DCA and calibration curve also indicated that the predictive performance of the nomogram model was commendable. Conclusion: In this study, a risk prediction model was developed and validated to accurately forecast the probability of PHN after HZ, thereby demonstrating favorable discrimination, calibration, and clinical applicability. The aim of this study was to solve the problems associated with the sealing and tearing failure of rubber packer cylinders during CO2 downhole injection. Using Comsol Multiphysics 6.0 software, a rubber cylinder model in a supercritical CO2 (SC–CO2) environment was established. The thermal analogy method was used to simulate the CO2 diffusion and rubber cylinder swelling process. We analyzed the deformation and stress of the rubber cylinder that was caused by temperature and pressure, with CO2 as the swelling agent. The results show that in the SC–CO2 environment, under the influence of CO2 diffusion and the consequent swelling, the rubber cylinder body is prone to large deformations, and the maximum shear stress is significantly increased, leading to the shear failure of the rubber cylinder. Reducing the initial seating pressure can alleviate the impact of deformation, whereas reducing the maximum contact pressure can cause the rubber cylinder to lose its seal. We also analyzed the influence of various factors on the maximum contact stress of the rubber cylinder, providing a theoretical basis and technical support for improving the sealing performance of rubber packer cylinders in an SC–CO2 environment. Owing to the synthesis complexity and environmental hazards for the preparation of paraffin sealants by conventional methods, an alternative strategy for paraffin microspheres preparation was still required. Herein, a simplified and economic method based on CO2/N2 switchable paraffin emulsion that was stabilized by surfactant tween-80/span-80 system, was proposed for paraffin microspheres preparation. Paraffin microspheres were obtained upon CO2-induced stability changes of emulsion. The prepared paraffin microsphere has a small mean diameter of 8814.5 nm which meets the demand for the particle size of practical production. With the paraffin microsphere dosage of 0.5%, the mud cake permeability decreased to 50.4%, which indicates the good plugging performance of microspheres. When repeatedly preparing the separated aqueous phase and the recovered emulsion containing dissolved emulsion, it was found that the mean diameter of paraffin microspheres changed slight, which indicates the recyclability of switchable solvent. Paraffin microspheres, as plugging additive, pose remarkable effects on other properties of drilling fluid. It was found that the density decreased from 1.05 g/cm3 to 0.89 g/cm3, AV from 4.0 to 10.50, PV from 1.0 to 7.50, YP from 1.0 to 3.0, and FLAPI decrease continually with the paraffin microspheres dosage increases to 2.5%. The recovery rate of shale is above 80% with the introduction of paraffin microspheres, which indicates that paraffin microspheres emulsion has good compatibility with drilling fluid matrix in a certain range. Background: Although DHFR gene amplification has long been known as a major mechanism for methotrexate (MTX) resistance in cancer, the early changes and detailed development of the resistance are not yet fully understood. Methods: We performed genomic, transcriptional and proteomic analyses of human colon cancer cells with sequentially increasing levels of MTX-resistance. Results: The genomic amplification evolved in three phases (pre-amplification, homogenously staining region (HSR) and extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA)). We confirm that genomic amplification and increased expression of DHFR, with formation of HSRs and especially ecDNAs, is the major driver of resistance. However, DHFR did not play a detectable role in the early phase. In the late phase (ecDNA), increase in FAM151B protein level may also have an important role by decreasing sensitivity to MTX. In addition, although MSH3 and ZFYVE16 may be subject to different posttranscriptional regulations and therefore protein expressions are decreased in ecDNA stages compared to HSR stages, they still play important roles in MTX resistance. Conclusion: The study provides a detailed evolutionary trajectory of MTX-resistance and identifies new targets, especially ecDNAs, which could help to prevent drug resistance. Complicated interaction between risk events is the critical obstacle preventing accurate risk aggregation, which is an important issue in risk management. Recent research integrates interaction into risk aggregation with different perspectives and lacks a comprehensive discussion of this issue, making the risk aggregation process not universal for diverse cases, especially in subjective risk assessment contexts. Therefore, this article proposes a theoretically convincing risk aggregation method embedding different types of interaction to support decision analysis more effectively. The main contributions of this article are as follows: (a) more in‐depth and stricter definitions, measures, and graphical descriptions of different types of interaction are developed to ensure the accuracy of risk aggregation; (b) a formal risk aggregation approach that could apply in both objective and subjective risk assessment contexts while elegantly embedding risk interactions is proposed; (c) the additivity of risks and risk sets in the risk aggregation process is discussed in detail and the conditions for additivity are clarified; (d) the quasi‐two/three‐additive measures, which approximately obtain the aggregate risk value within sufficient reliability, are proposed to greatly reduce the computational cost. To examine the applicability of the proposed general risk aggregation method, a case study is finally presented to show the complete risk aggregation process and its application in the decision‐making stage. With the growing complexity of separation systems, the application of thin film composite nanofiltration (TFN) membranes in organic solvent separation faces numerous challenges. To augment its solvent stability, an in‐situ constructed dopamine hydrogel doped with UiO‐66@CNT was developed as an intermediate layer on a polyetherimide (PEI) ultrafiltration membrane. Subsequent interfacial polymerization on this interlayer led to the formation of a solvent‐resistant nanofiltration membrane with a vast covalent bond structure, large specific surface area, and enhanced hydrophilicity. Our findings revealed that when the CNT loading in the UiO‐66@CNT composite nanoparticles was 2 wt%, the TFN‐U2C2 membrane exhibited a maximum pure water flux of 126.32 L/(m2·h) and a methanol flux of 45.45 L/(m2·h). The rejection rates for Congo red aqueous and methanol solutions were 96.88% and 92.14%, respectively. The membrane also demonstrated commendable anti‐fouling properties. Remarkably, even after 48 h of immersion in various organic solvents, the membrane retained its morphology and separation efficiency. Compared to the TFN‐U2 membrane without CNT addition, the enhancement in separation performance was considerably significant. Metal-halide perovskite solar cells have garnered significant research attention in the last decade due to their exceptional photovoltaic performance and potential for commercialization. Despite achieving remarkable power conversion efficiency of up to 26.1%, a substantial discrepancy persists when compared to the theoretical Shockley–Queisser (SQ) limit. One of the most serious challenges facing perovskite solar cells is the energy loss incurred during photovoltaic conversion, which affects the SQ limits and stability of the device. More significant than the energy loss occurring in the bulk phase of the perovskite is the energy loss occurring at the surface-interface. Here, we provide a systematic overview of the physical and chemical properties of the surface-interface. Firstly, we delve into the underlying mechanism causing the energy deficit and structural degradation at the surface-interface, aiming to enhance the understanding of carrier transport processes and structural chemical reactivity. Furthermore, we systematically summarized the primary modulating pathways, including surface reconstruction, dimensional construction, and electric-field regulation. Nucleotides (NTs), important biomolecules involved in numerous cellular processes, have been proposed as potential candidates for anti-aging interventions. However, whether nucleotides can act as an anti-aging supplement in older adults remains unclear. TALENTs is a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled trial that evaluates the efficacy and safety of NTs as an anti-aging supplement in older adults by exploring the effects of NTs on multiple dimensions of aging in a rigorous scientific setting. Eligible community-dwelling adults aged 60–70 years were randomly assigned equally to two groups: nucleotides intervention group and placebo control group. Comprehensive geriatric health assessments were performed at baseline, 2-months, and 4-months of the intervention. Biological specimens were collected and stored for age-related biomarker testing and multi-omics sequencing. The primary outcome was the change from baseline to 4 months on leukocyte telomere length and DNA methylation age. The secondary aims were the changes in possible mechanisms underlying aging processes (immunity, inflammatory profile, oxidative stress, gene stability, endocrine, metabolism, and cardiovascular function). Other outcomes were changes in physical function, body composition and geriatric health assessment (including sleep quality, cognitive function, fatigue, frailty, and psychology). In the RCT, 301 participants were assessed for eligibility and 122 were enrolled. Participants averaged 65.65 years of age, and were predominately female (67.21%). All baseline characteristics were well-balanced between groups, as expected due to randomization. The majority of participants were pre-frailty and had at least one chronic condition. The mean scores for physical activity, psychological, fatigue and quality of life were within the normal range. However, nearly half of the participants still had room for improvement in cognitive level and sleep quality. This TALENTs trial will represent one of the most comprehensive experimental clinical trials in which supplements are administered to elderly participants. The findings of this study will contribute to our understanding of the anti-aging effects of NTs and provide insights into their potential applications in geriatric healthcare. Concrete crack measurement is important for concrete buildings. Deep learning-based segmentation methods have achieved state-of-art results. However, the model size of these models is extremely large which is impossible to use in portable crack measuring devices. To address this problem, a light-weight concrete crack segmentation model based on the Feature Sparse Choosing VIT (LTNet) is proposed by us. In our proposed model, a Feature Sparse Choosing VIT (FSVIT) is used to reduce computational complexity in VIT as well as reducing the number of channels for crack features. In addition, a Feature Channel Selecting Module (FCSM) is proposed by us to reduce channel features as well as suppressing the influence of interfering features. Finally, Depthwise Separable Convolutions are used to substitute traditional convolutions for further reducing computational complexity. As a result, the model size of our LTNet is extremely small. Experimental results show that our LTNet could achieve an accuracy of 0.887, 0.817 and 0.693, and achieve a recall of 0.882, 0.805 and 0.681 on three datasets, respectively, which is 3–8% higher than current mainstream algorithms. In petroleum engineering, real‐time lithology identification is very important for reservoir evaluation, drilling decisions and petroleum geological exploration. A lithology identification method while drilling based on machine learning and mud logging data is studied in this paper. This method can effectively utilize downhole parameters collected in realtime during drilling, to identify lithology in real‐time and provide a reference for optimization of drilling parameters. Given the imbalance of lithology samples, the synthetic minority over‐sampling technique (SMOTE) and Tomek link were used to balance the sample number of five lithologies. Meanwhile, this paper introduces Tent map, random opposition‐based learning and dynamic perceived probability to the original crow search algorithm (CSA), and establishes an improved crow search algorithm (ICSA). In this paper, ICSA is used to optimize the hyperparameter combination of random forest (RF), extremely random trees (ET), extreme gradient boosting (XGB), and light gradient boosting machine (LGBM) models. In addition, this study combines the recognition advantages of the four models. The accuracy of lithology identification by the weighted average probability model reaches 0.877. Chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids (CLIPPERS) is an inflammatory syndrome with characteristic clinical, radiological, and pathological features, and can be effectively treated with corticosteroid-based immunotherapies. The exact pathogenesis of CLIPPERS remains unclear, and specific diagnostic biomarkers are not available. According to the 2017 diagnostic criteria, probable CLIPPERS should be considered in middle-aged patients with subacute onset of pontocerebellar symptoms and typical punctuate and curvilinear gadolinium enhancement lesions ("salt-and-pepper" appearance) located in the hindbrain (especially pons) on magnetic resonance imaging. In addition, CLIPPERS-mimics, such as central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma, and several antibody-associated autoimmune CNS diseases (e.g., myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease, autoimmune glial fibrillary acidic protein astrocytopathy, and anti-N-methyl-d-aspartate receptor encephalitis), should be extensively excluded. The prerequisite for definite CLIPPERS is the perivascular T-cell-predominant inflammatory infiltration observed on pathological analysis. A biopsy is strongly suggested when clinical/radiological red flags are present. Most patients with CLIPPERS respond well to corticosteroids and have a good prognosis. Long-term low-dose corticosteroid maintenance therapy or corticosteroids coupled with immunosuppressants are recommended to prevent the recurrence of the syndrome. The potential progression of CLIPPERS to lymphoma has been suggested in some cases; therefore, at least 2-year clinical and radiological follow-up is essential. Here, we critically review the recent developments and provided an update on the clinical characteristics, diagnostic criteria, differential diagnoses, and therapeutic management of CLIPPERS. In order to reveal the physical properties of CO2 under actual formation conditions, this paper establishes a mathematical model of the temperature field and pressure field in the wellbore under CO2 injection conditions, optimizes the state equation of CO2 physical-property parameters, calculates the change trend of CO2 density, viscosity, and compression factor along the wellbore, and obtains the influence law of CO2 corrosion on the casing and interface. The viscosity showed a downward trend along the well depth; the compression factor showed an upward trend. The surfaces of the three casings were smooth and flat without obvious defects, the cement structure was dense, and there was no obvious pore structure. After corrosion, with the increase of Cr content, the change of interfacial corrosion decreases. The morphology of the Q125 and 3Cr interface is loose after corrosion, while there is no obvious change in the 13Cr interface. With the prolongation of corrosion time, low wellbore internal pressure easily causes casing yield, and high wellbore internal pressure easily causes cement-sheath compression failure. The circumferential stress of the casing increases with the corrosion time extension, and the radial stress of the casing and cement sheath decreases first and then increases with the corrosion time. Vortex drainage gas recovery has been used to carry liquid from gas wells. However, the traditional vortex tools in gas wells cannot produce long effective distance spiral flow at a low gas flow rate, and their operating mechanism has not been thoroughly analyzed. In this paper, the venturi acceleration vortex tool for a horizontal gas well is designed to improve drainage performance. The tube drainage, the vortex tool, and the venturi accelerated vortex tool were applied in a horizontal tube to investigate their drainage capacities by a horizontal well multiphase flow experimental device. The influence of different gas flow rates and liquid flow rates on the length of the spiral flow and pressure drop produced by the three tools was analyzed. The results show that the vortex tool can convert the gas–liquid mixing flow into the gas–liquid separation flow, that is, the liquid flows spirally along the wall and the gas flows in the center of the horizontal tube. Compared with the vortex tool, the venturi accelerated vortex tool can form a longer and more stable spiral flow. The laminar spiral flow reduces the total pressure drop in the tube. The length of the spiral flow increases with the increase in the gas flow rate. With the increase in the liquid flow rate, the spiral flow is not clear because of the turbulent flow. The length of the spiral flow and the pressure drop for the venturi accelerated vortex tool with different gas and liquid flow rates are analyzed to guide the application of the tool. Excess fluoride ions in groundwater accumulate through the roots of crops, affecting photosynthesis and inhibiting their growth. Long‐term bioaccumulation also threatens human health because it is poorly degradable and toxic. Currently, one of the biggest challenges is developing a unique material that can efficiently remove fluoride ions from the environment. The excellent properties of functionalized pillar[5]arene polymer‐filled nanochannel membranes were explored to address this challenge. Constructing a multistage porous nanochannel membrane, consisting of microscale etched nanochannels and nanoscale pillar[5]arene cross‐linked polymer voids. A fluoride removal rate of 0.0088 mmol ⋅ L−1 ⋅ min−1 was achieved. Notably, this rate surpassed the rates observed with other control ions by a factor of 6 to 8.8. The social network is an important way to promote subjective poverty alleviation. Based on China Labor Dynamics Survey (CLDS) data from 2014, 2016, and 2018, this paper analyzes the action mechanism of social networks on the subjective poverty of Chinese residents. The results find that social network acts on subjective poverty through social support and reference groups. Specifically, social networks provide emotional and instrumental social support for individuals, which can effectively alleviate subjective poverty. In addition, when the social network members serve as the reference group, the higher the status of individuals in the network, the weaker the subjective poverty. Secondly, objective poverty is the mediating path between the social support function of social networks and subjective poverty. Finally, objective poverty is a regulator of the effect of social networks as a reference group on subjective poverty. When individuals are objectively poor, the alleviating effect of social networks as a reference group on subjective poverty is weakened. In summary, placing social networks' social support and reference group functions under the same framework helps fully grasp social networks' social benefits. As a result, consolidating China's poverty reduction achievements and focusing on the informal social insurance role of social networks are conducive to alleviating subjective poverty. The staged and layered fracturing technology plays an important role in unconventional tight reservoirs. And the gas well fracturing and completion integration is the core component to realize the fracturing and completion integration process, which can realize the integration of acid fracturing and later drainage production so as to reduce the secondary pollution to the reservoir. The packer rubber barrel's performance directly affects the long-term effective sealing reliability itself in high temperature and high pressure environment. In this paper, the constitutive model of rubber tested from high temperature and high pressure curing kettle to simulate the high-temperature and highly corrosive environment of the formation. On this basis, the structure of the packer's shoulder and the protective ring of the rubber barrels are optimized through Abaqus to reduce its stress failure under high pressure, and its corrosion resistance is improved by improving the rubber material. The sealing performance of the packer rubber cylinder under the field underground requirements is tested through laboratory evaluation test and field test. The results show that the protective ring and rubber tube shoulder at 30° angle are a reasonable result of optimization, and the optimized packer can meet the requirements of 154 °C temperature resistance, 79 MPa pressure bearing and long-term effective sealing. The successful development of packer rubber and the integrated analysis process can lay a solid foundation for the realization of integrated fracturing and completion process for exploration and development of deep volcanic or carbonate reservoirs. The study aims to construct an inertial measuring system for the application of amputee subjects wearing a prosthesis. A new computation scheme to process inertial data by installing seven wireless inertial sensors on the lower limbs was implemented and validated by comparing it with an optical motion capture system. We applied this system to amputees to verify its performance for gait analysis. The gait parameters are evaluated to objectively assess the amputees' prosthesis-wearing status. The Madgwick algorithm was used in the study to correct the angular velocity deviation using acceleration data and convert it to quaternion. Further, the zero-velocity update method was applied to reconstruct patients' walking trajectories. The combination of computed walking trajectory with pelvic and lower limb joint motion enables sketching the details of motion via a stickman that helps visualize and animate the walk and gait of a test subject. Five participants with above-knee (n = 2) and below-knee (n = 3) amputations were recruited for gait analysis. Kinematic parameters were evaluated during a walking test to assess joint alignment and overall gait characteristics. Our findings support the feasibility of employing simple algorithms to achieve accurate and precise joint angle estimation and gait parameters based on wireless inertial sensor data. As a representative of the fourth-generation light sources, the High Energy Photon Source (HEPS) in Beijing, China, utilizes a multi-bend achromat lattice to obtain an approximately 100 times emittance reduction compared with thirdgeneration light sources. New technologies bring new challenges to operate the storage ring. In order to meet the beam commissioning requirements of HEPS, a new framework for the development of high-level applications (HLAs) has been created. The key part of the new framework is a dual-layer physical module to facilitate the seamless fusion of physical simulation models with the real machine, allowing for fast switching between different simulation models to accommodate the various simulation scenarios. As a framework designed for development of physical applications, all variables are based on physical quantities. This allows physicists to analytically assess measurement parameters and optimize machine parameters in a more intuitive manner. To enhance both extensibility and adaptability, a modular design strategy is utilized, partitioning the entire framework into discrete modules in alignment with the requirements of HLA development. This strategy not only facilitates the independent development of each module but also minimizes inter-module coupling, thereby simplifying the maintenance and expansion of the entire framework. To simplify the development complexity, the design of the new framework is implemented using Python and is called Python-based Accelerator Physics Application Set (Pyapas). Taking advantage of Python's flexibility and robust library support, we are able to develop and iterate quickly, while also allowing for seamless integration with other scientific computing applications. HLAs for both the HEPS linac and booster have been successfully developed. During the beam commissioning process at the linac, Pyapas's ease of use and reliability have significantly reduced the time required for the beam commissioning operators. As a development framework for HLA designed for the new-generation light sources, Pyapas has the versatility to be employed with HEPS, as well as with other comparable light sources, due to its adaptability. In the process of constructing deep natural gas wells in Sichuan and Chongqing, gas wells encounter various technical challenges such as high temperature, high pressure, and a corrosive environment containing H2S and CO2. The corrosion of rubber materials in these acidic environments can easily lead to seal failure in downhole tools. To better investigate the corrosion resistance of rubber materials in acidic environments, we utilized a dynamic cyclic corrosion experimental device capable of simulating the service conditions experienced by downhole tools under high-temperature, high-pressure multiphase flow. Corrosion-resistance tests were conducted on fluororubbers (FKM) 1, 2, 3, and HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber) under acidic conditions (80 °C and 160 °C), along with sealing corrosion tests on O-rings. These tests aimed to analyze the mechanical properties, hardness, and corrosion resistance before and after exposure to acid media as well as the sealing performance of O-rings. Ultimately, our goal was to identify suitable rubber materials for acidic pressure environments. Experimental results revealed that all four types of rubber exhibited decreased elongation at break after undergoing corrosion testing; however, fluororubber 3 demonstrated significant susceptibility to temperature effects while the other three types showed minimal impact from temperature variations. Fluororubber 1 and fluororubber 3 displayed substantial deformation levels whereas mechanical properties greatly deteriorated for fluororubber 2. Dietary assessments hold significant importance within the field of public health. However, the current methods employed for dietary assessments face certain limitations and challenges that necessitate improvement. The aim of our study was to develop a reliable and practical dietary assessment tool known as photo-assisted dietary intake assessment (PAD). In order to evaluate its validity, we conducted an analysis on a sample of 71 college students' dinners at a buffet in a canteen. We compared estimates of food weights obtained through the 24-h recall (24 HR) or PAD method with those obtained through the weighing method; we also evaluated the feasibility of PAD for recording dinner intakes among a sample of college students (n = 76) and elderly individuals (n = 121). In addition, we successfully identified the dietary factors that have a significant impact on the bias observed in weight estimation. The findings of the study indicated that the PAD method exhibited a higher level of consistency with the weighing method compared to the 24 HR method. The discrepancy in D% values between cereals (14.28% vs. 40.59%, P < 0.05), vegetables (17.67% vs. 44.44%, P < 0.05), and meats (14.29% vs. 33.33%, P < 0.05) was clearly apparent. Moreover, a significant proportion of the food mass value acquired through the PAD method fell within the limits of agreement (LOAs), in closer proximity to the central horizontal line. Furthermore, vegetables, cereals, eggs, and meats, for which the primary importance lies in accuracy, exhibited a considerably higher bias with the 24 HR method compared to the PAD method (P < 0.05), implying that the PAD method has the potential to mitigate the quality bias associated with these food items in the 24 HR method. Additionally, the PAD method was well received and easily implemented by the college students and elderly individuals. In conclusion, the PAD method demonstrates a considerable level of accuracy and feasibility as a dietary assessment method that can be effectively employed across diverse populations. Summary: The overlapping of two or more types of neural autoantibodies in one patient has increasingly been documented in recent years. The coexistence of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) and N-methyl-d-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) antibodies is most common, which leads to a unique condition known as the MOG antibody and NMDAR antibody overlapping syndrome (MNOS). Here, we have reviewed the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, paraclinical features, and treatment of MNOS. Forty-nine patients with MNOS were included in this study. They were young males with a median onset age of 23 years. No tumors were observed in the patients, and 24 of them reported prodromal symptoms. The most common clinical presentations were psychiatric symptoms (35/49) and seizures (25/49). Abnormalities on magnetic resonance imaging involved the brainstem (11/49), cerebellum (9/49), and parietal lobe (9/49). Most patients mostly responded to immunotherapy and had a good long-term prognosis. However, the overall recurrence rate of MNOS was higher than that of mono antibody-positive diseases. The existence of concurrent NMDAR antibodies should be suspected in patients with MOG antibody-associated disease having psychiatric symptoms, seizures, movement disorders, or autonomic dysfunction. Similarly, serum MOG antibody testing should be performed when patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis present with atypical clinical manifestations, such as visual impairment and limb weakness, and neuroradiological findings, such as optic nerve, spinal cord, or infratentorial involvement or meningeal enhancement. Early detection of the syndrome and prompt treatment can be beneficial for these patients, and maintenance immunosuppressive therapy is recommended due to the high overall recurrence rate of the syndrome. The high pressure in some gas wells, such as those in the Xushen gas field in Daqing, China, makes them susceptible to freezing and hydrate blockages. Downhole throttling technology is widely used to reduce costs during well construction, however, due to the limitations of temperature, pressure and depth structure, this technology is sometime applied independently in some gas wells in which freezing and blockages are a frequent problem that can seriously affect production capacity. Moreover, artificial alcohol injection of 'passive plugging' to prevent hydrate formation not only consumes significant amounts of methanol but its efficiency is also dependent on factors such as weather, personnel and equipment, so it is not a continuous solution. In order to solve the above problems, the mechanism of hydrate formation was analyzed in this study, from which a combined mechanical and chemical hydrate control process was developed. OLGA software was used to design the process parameters of the novel mechanical and chemical inhibition technology for hydrate prevention and control, and also to simulate and analyze the wellhead temperature, pressure and hydrate generation once the process was implemented. Based on the results of the parameters calculation, the downhole throttle and hydrate inhibitor automatic filling device are used to realize the functions of downhole throttle depressurization and hydrate inhibitor continuous filling, reduce the wellhead pressure and hydrate generation temperature, and ensure the continuous production of gas well. This novel combination process was subsequently tested in three wells in the Daqing gas oilfield. Measurements showed that the average daily gas increase from a single well was 0.5×104m3, methanol consumption was reduced from the original maximum daily amount of 1750 kg to just 60 kg, the manual maintenance workload was reduced by 80%, and the rate of the well openings was increased from 45% to 100%. These results proved that this technology is feasible and efficient for applications in gas wells with high downhole pressure and low wellhead temperature, and, thus, provides important technical support for the prevention of gas hydrate and improvement of gas well production. With the development of economy and society, the consumption of fossil energy is gradually increasing. In order to solve the current energy dilemma, Natural gas hydrate (NGH) is considered as an ideal alternative energy. At the same time, solid fluidization exploitation is an ideal method. However, in the process of that, sand and hydrate ore bodies enter the closed pipeline together, which will block the pipeline and increase the difficulty of exploitation. Therefore, the pre-separation of sand by hydrocyclone plays an important role in solid fluidization exploitation. In this study, the numerical simulation method was used to study the internal flow field characteristics of the hydrocyclone, and the effects of different flow rate, different flow ratio, different sand content and different particle diameter on the phase distribution were investigated. The results show that: at the same axial position, the increase of flow rate and sand content makes the sand phase more distributed at the edge of the flow field. Under the same working conditions, the sand gradually migrates to the center of the flow field with the increase of the axial distance. By calculation, it is obtained that under the optimum working condition of the flow rate is 4.83m3/h, the flow ratio is 20%, the sand content is 20%, and sand diameter is 80μm, the maximum Es is 22.1% and the minimum is 86.1%. Finally, a comprehensive analysis of the hydrocyclone in this study shows that this hydrocyclone is only applicable to rough pre-separation of sand in the process of solid fluidization exploitation. Through the study of the internal flow field characteristics and phase distribution law of the hydrocyclone, this study provides a reference for the practical engineering application of sand phase pre-separation in the solid fluidization exploitation of NGH. In this paper, we propose and analyze an explicit time-stepping scheme for a spatial discretization of stochastic Cahn–Hilliard equation with additive noise. The fully discrete approximation combines a spectral Galerkin method in space with a tamed exponential Euler method in time. In contrast to implicit schemes in the literature, the explicit scheme here is easily implementable and produces significant improvement in the computational efficiency. It is shown that the fully discrete approximation converges strongly to the exact solution, with strong convergence rates identified. Different from the tamed time-stepping schemes for stochastic Allen–Cahn equations, essential difficulties arise in the analysis due to the presence of the unbounded linear operator in front of the nonlinearity. To overcome them, new and non-trivial arguments are developed in the present work. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first result concerning an explicit scheme for the stochastic Cahn–Hilliard equation.
