Abstract

The article describes the development of a monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) purification platform at the Global Biologics division of Pfizer Inc. The MAbs purification platform was developed to maximize the efficiency of the purification process and product purity of MAbs while minimizing the development time for the early-phase of therapeutic antibodies. The platform also performs downstream development and offers additional modifications to increase upstream productivity.
