Cable termination is an important part of energy transmission in high-speed trains, and it is also a weak link in the insulation. It is important to determine the insulation status of cable terminals by the detection results of partial discharge signals, but the partial discharge signals in the field test circuit are mixed with a large amount of external corona interference, which affects the detection accuracy. This paper proposes a signal recognition model that incorporates Stockwell transform (ST) and 2DCNN, which in combination with wavelet noise reduction can achieve a high-precision classification effect for partial discharge and corona interference with an accuracy rate of up to 98.75%. By selecting the maximum energy moment in the ST matrix to correct the position of the time window during the recognition of long time series signals, the problem of corona interference being truncated by the time window and being misidentified as partial discharge is overcome, and the generalization ability of the model is enhanced. Since the demand for seafood products is growing and aquaculture provides more than fifty percent of the aquatic food as reported by FAO, the development of more accurate and sensitive analytical techniques in order to screen and evaluate the safety and quality of seafood products is needed. At this point, several omic techniques like proteomics, lipidomics, and metabolomics, or combinations of them, are used for integration into seafood processing and quality control. Moreover, according to the literature, using the respective techniques can prevent, control, and treat diseases in fish as well as address several issues in aquaculture. Proteomic techniques are used for the expression of proteins and their modifications. Metabolomic techniques are used for accurate identification of species, while lipidomics techniques are used for the identification of different or specific lipid molecules in fish species, as well as fatty acid composition and location distribution. This review is to cover the recent proteomics, metabolomics, and lipidomics studies on aquatic and seafood products in the areas of quality, safety, processing, and breeding of fish. The article highlights the importance of analytical computational models of torsionally oscillating systems and their simulation for estimating the lowest resonance frequencies. It also identifies the pitfalls of the application of these models in terms of the accuracy of their outputs. The aim of the paper is to control the dangerous vibration of a mechanical system actuator using a pneumatic elastic coupling using different approaches such as analytical calculations, experimental measurement results, and simulation models. Based on the known mechanical properties of the laboratory system, its dynamic model in the form of a twelve-mass chain torsionally oscillating mechanical system is developed. Subsequently, the model is reduced to a two-mass system using the method of partial frequencies according to Rivin. The total load torque of the piston compressor under fault-free and fault conditions is simulated to obtain the amplitudes and phases of the harmonic components of the dynamic torque. After calculating the natural frequency and the natural shape of the oscillation, the Campbell diagram is processed to determine the critical revolutions. There is a pneumatic flexible coupling between the rotating masses, which changes the dynamic torsional stiffness. The dynamic torque curves transmitted by the coupling are compared with different dynamic torsional stiffnesses during steady-state operation and one cylinder failure. The monitored values are the position of the critical revolutions, the natural frequency, the natural shape of the oscillation, and the RMS of the dynamic load torque. The experimental model is verified by the simulation model. The accuracy of the developed simulation model with the experimental data are apparently very good (even more than 99% of the critical revolutions value obtained by calculation); however, it depends on the dynamic stiffness of the coupling. In this study, a detailed, comprehensive approach combining analytical procedures with simulation models is presented. Experimental data are verified with simulation results, which show a good agreement in the case of 700 kPa coupling pressure. The inaccuracy of some of the experiments (at 300 and 500 kPa pressures) is due to the interaction of the coupling's apparent stiffness and the level of the damped vibration energy in the coupling, which is manifested by its different heating. Deploying and effectively utilizing wireless sensor networks (WSNs) in underwater habitats remains a challenging task. In underwater wireless sensors networks (UWSNs), the availability of a continuous energy source for communicating with nodes is either very costly or is prohibited due to the marine life law enforcement agencies. So, in order to address this issue, we present a Q-learning-based approach to designing an energy-efficient medium access control (MAC) protocol for UWSNs through collision avoidance. The main goal is to prolong the network's lifespan by optimizing the communication methods, specifically focusing on improving the energy efficiency of the MAC protocols. Factors affecting the energy consumption in communication are adjustments to the interference ranges, i.e., changing frequencies repeatedly to obtain optimal communication; data packet retransmissions in case of a false acknowledgment; and data packet collision occurrences in the channel. Our chosen protocol stands out by enabling sensor (Rx) nodes to avoid collisions without needing extra communication or prior interference knowledge. According to the results obtained through simulations, our protocol may increase the network's performance in terms of network throughput by up to 23% when compared to benchmark protocols depending on the typical traffic load. It simultaneously decreases end-to-end latency, increases the packet delivery ratio (PDR), boosts channel usage, and lessens packet collisions by over 38%. The Glimmer Imager of Urbanization (GIU) on SDGSAT-1 provides high-resolution and global-coverage images of night-time lights (NLs) with 10 m panchromatic (PAN) and 40 m multispectral (MS) imagery. High-resolution 10 m MS NL images after ideal fusion can be used to better study subtle manifestations of human activities. Most existing remote sensing image-fusion methods are based on the fusion of daytime optical remote sensing images, which do not apply to lossless compressed images of the GIU. To address this limitation, we propose a novel approach for 10 m NL data fusion, namely, a GIU NL image fusion model based on PAN-optimized OIS (OIS) and DDF (DDF) fusion for SDGSAT-1 high-resolution products. The OIS of PAN refers to the optimized stretching method that integrates linear and gamma stretching while DDF indicates a fusion process that separately merges the dark and light regions of NL images using different fusion methods, then stitches them together. In this study, fusion experiments were conducted in four study areas—Beijing, Shanghai, Moscow, and New York—and the proposed method was compared to traditional methods using visual evaluation and five quantitative evaluation metrics. The results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves superior visual quality and outperforms conventional methods across all quantitative metrics. For the construction of a subway station, temporary vertical shafts were commonly used to facilitate machine operation. In densely urban areas, the requirement of settlement control and environmental impact called for a novel construction method of vertical shafts. In this paper, a novel swift-assembled support (SAS) structure and construction method for vertical shafts of a metro station was proposed, using prefabricated steel components. A comprehensive scheme of full-time monitoring was conducted to evaluate the performance of this novel support structure and ground response. Field monitoring results indicated that the SAS method was able to control the settlement of ground and adjacent buildings. Based on the field measurements, the calculation theory for design parameters were discussed. The active earth pressure yield from the method considering wall movement was closer to the field measurements. All of the local buckling values were both overestimated based on the technical standards' methods. The calculation methods were thereby adopted carefully to determine the designed loading share ratio of structure components. Cordyceps primarily consists of ascomycetes, a parasitic fungus that infects insects and arthropods. Recently, Cordyceps has been shown to manifest a diverse range of pharmacological activities, rendering it applicable for the treatment and mitigation of various diseases, such as diabetes, acute liver injury, and colitis. Many active constituents have been identified from Cordyceps sinensis, including cordycepin, adenosine, sterols, and polysaccharides. Polysaccharides constitute a primary active component of Cordyceps, exhibiting immunomodulatory effects. We searched the Web of Science database with the keywords of cordyceps, polysaccharide, and immune modulation; collected related studies from 2004 to 2024; and eliminated articles with low influence and workload. A review of the research advancements regarding the immunomodulatory effects of Cordyceps polysaccharides was conducted with the aim of furnishing valuable reference information. Research indicates that polysaccharides exhibiting immunomodulatory activity are predominantly sourced from Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps militaris. Immunological experimental results demonstrate that Cordyceps polysaccharides can augment the activities of macrophages, lymphocytes, and dendritic cells while fostering the expression of immune-active substances such as cytokines and chemokines. Furthermore, animal experiments have substantiated the immunomodulatory effects of Cordyceps polysaccharides. These effects encompass ameliorating immune suppression induced by drugs or radiation, enhancing immune organ indices, elevating the expression of immunoreactive substances, and mitigating immune evasion prompted by tumors. Sediment transport in urban streams is a critical environmental issue, with significant implications for water quality, ecosystem health, and infrastructure management. Accurately estimating suspended sediment concentration (SSC) is essential for effective long-term environmental management. This study investigates the relationships between streamflow, turbidity, and SSC in Dry Creek, South Australia, to understand sediment transport dynamics in urbanised catchments. We collected grab samples from the field and analysed them in the laboratory. We employed statistical modelling to develop a sediment rating curve (SRC) that provides insights into the sediment transport dynamics in the urban stream. The grab sample measurements showed variations in SSC between 3.2 and 431.8 mg/L, with a median value of 77.3 mg/L. The analysis revealed a strong linear relationship between streamflow and SSC, while turbidity exhibited a two-regime linear relationship, in which the low-turbidity regime demonstrated a stronger linear relationship compared to the high-turbidity regime. This is attributed to the urbanised nature of the catchment, which contributes to a first-flush effect in turbidity. This contributes to sediment hysteresis, resulting in non-proportional turbidity and SSC responses to streamflow changes. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of a streamflow-based SRC for accurately predicting sediment discharge, explaining 97% of the variability in sediment discharge. The sediment discharge predicted using the SRC indicated a sediment load of 341.8 tonnes per year along the creek. The developed sediment rating curve provides a valuable tool for long-term sediment management in Dry Creek, enabling the assessment of downstream environmental risks. By addressing data limitations, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of sediment transport dynamics in urbanized environments, offering insights for informed decision-making and effective sediment management strategies. This paper presents a novel numerical investigation into the air cushion effect and impact loads during the water entry of notched discs, utilizing the Structured Arbitrary Lagrangian–Eulerian (S-ALE) algorithm in LS-DYNA. Unlike prior studies that focused on smooth or unnotched geometries, the present study explores how varying notch parameters influence the fluid–solid coupling process during high-speed water entry. The reliability and accuracy of the computational method are validated through grid independence verification and comparisons with experimental data and empirical formulas. Systematic analysis of the effects of notch size, water entry velocity, and entry angle on the evolution of the free surface, impact loads, and structural responses uncovers several novel findings. Notably, increasing the notch diameter significantly enhances the formation and stability of the air cushion, leading to a considerable reduction in peak impact loads—a phenomenon not previously quantified. Additionally, higher water entry Froude numbers are shown to accelerate air cushion compression and formation, markedly affecting free surface morphology and force distribution. The results also reveal that varying the water entry angle alters the air cushion's morphological characteristics, where larger angles induce a more pronounced but less stable air cushion, influencing the internal structural response differently across regions. Genital Mycoplasmas are implicated in adverse pregnancy outcomes and the development of infertility. However, the role of Mycoplasma fermentans in these outcomes has not been adequately studied; therefore, its participation in these sufferings requires further investigation. This study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of M. fermentans in pregnant and non-pregnant women. End-point PCR was used to analyze two hundred and twenty-eight endocervical samples for M. hominis, M. genitalium, M. fermentans, M. pirum, Ureaplasma urealyticum, and U. parvum diagnoses. The prevalence of Mycoplasma spp. was as follows: U. parvum was found in 83 samples (36.4%), U. urealyticum in 39 instances (17.1%), M. hominis in 36 (15.7%), M. fermentans in 32 (14%), M. genitalium in 15 (6.6%), and M. pirum in 0 samples. No association was found between the Mycoplasma spp. and some infertility conditions or adverse pregnancy. However, M. fermentans and M. hominis were found to be associated with bacterial vaginosis (RR = 3.4 CI 95% 1.85–6.3, p < 0.005). In conclusion, M. fermentans and M. hominis were isolated more often in women with bacterial vaginosis, which suggests that these bacteria could contribute to the development of this pathology. Youth migration has significant consequences that lead to depopulation and less sustainability of local business, which is particularly pronounced in rural areas. All of this contributes to the potential devastation of rural communities, an impact that could be highly significant and far-reaching. Entrepreneurship and the innovation it brings with it can be important markers for effective rural development if changes are needed. Therefore, the primary objectives of our research were to determine how socio-demographic factors determine the attitudes of young rural people regarding openness to entrepreneurship, whether young rural people believe they have the ability to engage in entrepreneurship and take actionable steps, and what is the relationship between openness and entrepreneurial capacity. The research was conducted from December 2023 to May 2024 among 299 participants in rural areas of two neighboring countries, Serbia and Croatia. The results indicate various factors that influence rural youth's openness to entrepreneurship, such as unemployment, age and country of origin. Also, the results show a positive correlation between openness to entrepreneurship and the perception of personal capacities for entrepreneurial activities. In addition, the study found significant differences between respondents from Serbia and Croatia in the assessment of personal capacities for entrepreneurial activities. The results of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of how young people perceive and experience life in rural areas, and highlight potential challenges related to their specific needs. This insight enables key stakeholders to design programs that support youth in starting businesses and sustaining entrepreneurial ventures. Furthermore, the study offers both a theoretical and practical basis for future research, serving as a valuable guide for the improvement of rural communities, that is, guidelines for strategies that focus on inclusive development based on the revitalization of social frameworks. Pancreatic cancer remains one of the deadliest malignancies, with a consistently low five-year survival rate for the past several decades. This is in stark contrast to other cancers, which have seen significant improvement in survival and prognosis due to recent developments in therapeutic modalities. These modest improvements in pancreatic cancer outcomes have primarily resulted from minor advances in cytotoxic chemotherapeutics, with limited progress in other treatment approaches. A major focus of current therapeutic research is the further development of immunomodulatory therapies characterized by antibody-based approaches, cellular therapies, and vaccines. Although initial results utilizing immunotherapy in pancreatic cancer have been mixed, recent clinical trials have demonstrated significant improvements in patient outcomes. In this review, we detail these three approaches to immunomodulation, highlighting their common targets and distinct shortcomings, and we provide a narrative summary of completed and ongoing clinical trials that utilize these approaches to immunomodulation. The effects of salt–enzyme–alkali progressive tenderization treatments on porcine cortical conformation and collagen properties were investigated, and their effectiveness and mechanisms were analyzed. The tenderization treatment comprised three treatment stages: CaCl2 (25 °C/0–30 min), papain (35 °C/30–78 min), and Na2CO3 (25 °C/78–120 min). The textural, microscopic, and collagenous properties (content, solubility, and structure) of pork skin were determined at the 0th, 30th, 60th, 90th, and 120th min of the treatment process. The results showed that the shear force, hardness, and chewability of the skin decreased significantly (p < 0.05), and the elasticity exhibited a gradual increase with the progression of tenderization. The content and solubility of collagen showed no significant change at the CaCl2 treatment stage. However, the soluble collagen content increased, the insoluble collagen content decreased, and the collagen solubility increased by 18.04% during the subsequent treatment with papain and Na2CO3. Meanwhile, the scanning electron microscopy results revealed that the regular, wavy structure of the pig skin collagen fibers gradually disappeared during the CaCl2 treatment stage, the overall structure revealed expansion, and the surface microscopic pores gradually increased during the papain and Na2CO3 treatment stages. The findings of the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis indicated that the hydrogen bonding interactions between the collagen molecules and the C=O, N-H and C-N bonds in the subunit structure of collagen were substantially altered during treatment and that the breakage of amino acid chains and reduction in structural ordering became more pronounced with prolonged treatment. In the tertiary structure, the maximum emission wavelength was blue-shifted and then red-shifted, and the fluorescence intensity was gradually weakened. The surface hydrophobicity was slowly increased. The salt–enzyme–alkali tenderization treatment considerably improved the physical properties and texture of edible pork skins by dissolving collagen fibers and destroying the structure of collagen and its interaction force. In order to improve the reliability of the deployment of production schemes after artificial fracturing in tight reservoirs, it is urgent to carry out research on the description of fractures after artificial fracturing. In this study, taking the Chang 61 oil formation group in the Wangyao South area of Ordos Basin as an example, three different fracture modeling schemes are used to establish the geological model of fractured reservoirs, and the fitting ratios of the respective reservoir models are calculated by using the method of reservoir numerical simulation of the initial fitting, and the optimal fractured reservoir modeling scheme is screened in the end. The research area adopts three types of fracture prediction results based on FMI fracture interpretation data, seismic fracture prediction data, and rock mechanics artificial fracturing simulation data. On this basis, geological models of fractured reservoirs are established, respectively. The initial fitting of reservoir values of each geological model are compared, and the highest initial fitting rate of reservoir values is 88.44%, which is based on rock mechanics artificial fracturing simulation data. However, the initial fitting rate of the reservoir model was the lowest at 75.76%, which was established based on the fracture random modeling results of FMl fracture interpretation data. Under the constraints of seismic geostress prediction results and microseismic monitoring data, the simulation results of rock mechanics artificial fracturing fracture are used as the basis, on which the geological model of artificially fractured reservoirs is thus established, and this scheme can more realistically characterize the characteristics of fractured reservoirs after artificial fracturing in the study area. In regions with abundant groundwater resources, pre-excavation dewatering on deep foundation pits often leads to the deformation of the enclosure wall and settlement of the surrounding ground. Based on a series of engineering measurements, we conducted a series of numerical simulations to investigate the behaviors of wall and soil during pre-excavation dewatering with and without the existing pile foundations and under different distances between the existing pile foundations and foundation pits (D). Numerical results indicated that when the foundation pit is adjacent to existing building pile foundations, the soil was restricted by the pile foundations (i.e., soil-blocking effect). When D ≤ 40 m, the soil-blocking effect grows stronger as D gets smaller; while when D > 40 m, the soil-blocking effect is significantly weakened and the water-blocking effect (i.e., the blockage of groundwater seepage by the building pile foundation) gradually appears, which intensifies the ground surface settlement. The maximum settlement position of the soil behind the pile foundation of the existing building is farther away from the foundation pit as the soil-blocking effect becomes stronger. The coupling effect of soil-blocking and water-blocking on the ground deformation should be considered in the design of the foundation pit project to get a more reasonable support and dewatering scheme. To reveal the internal flow loss characteristics of a multi-stage pump, the unsteady calculation of the internal flow field of a seven-stage centrifugal pump was carried out, and the entropy production theory and Q criterion were utilized to analyze the unsteady flow characteristics of each flow component under different flow rates. The research results show that as the flow rate increases, the entropy production value and the energy loss inside the flow components also increase accordingly. The viscous dissipation entropy production caused by fluid viscosity is very small, and the turbulent dissipation entropy production caused by turbulent fluctuations and wall dissipation entropy production are the main sources of energy loss. The impellers, diffusers, and outlet chamber are the main regions of energy loss in the multistage pump. The entropy production value of the first-stage impeller is significantly higher than that of other impellers, while the entropy production value of the first-stage diffuser is significantly lower than that of other diffusers. Through vortex structure analysis, it is found that the high entropy production regions in the impeller are concentrated in the impeller inlet area, the blade suction surface, and the impeller outlet area. Reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RISs) are a promising technology for sixth-generation (6G) wireless networks. However, a fully passive RIS cannot independently process signals. Wireless systems equipped with it often encounter the challenge of large channel matrix dimensions when acquiring channel state information using pilot-assisted algorithms, resulting in high pilot overhead. To address this issue, this article proposes a semi-blind joint channel and symbol estimation receiver without a pilot training stage for RIS-aided multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) (including massive MIMO) communication systems. In a semi-blind system, a transmission symbol matrix and two channel matrices are coupled within the received signals at the base station (BS). We decouple them by building two parallel factor (PARAFAC) tensor models. Leveraging PARAFAC tensor decomposition, we transform the joint channel and symbol estimation problem into least square (LS) problems, which can be solved by Alternating Least Squares (ALSs). Our proposed scheme allows duplex communication. Compared to recently proposed pilot-based methods and semi-blind receivers, our results demonstrate the superior performance of our proposed algorithm in estimation accuracy and speed. Proportion Integration Differentiation (PID) is a common clock disciplining algorithm. In satellite clock source equipment and in Internet of Things (IoT) sensor nodes it is usually required that both time and frequency signals have high accuracy. Because the traditional PID clock disciplining method used in the equipment only performs PID calculation and feedback control on single variable, such as frequency, the time accuracy error of the clock source is large and even has inherent deviation. By using the integral relationship between frequency and time, a new two variables PID control algorithm for high-precision clock disciplining is proposed in this paper. Time is taken as the constraint variable to make the time deviation converge. It can guarantee a high accuracy of time and high long-term stability of frequency. At the same time, frequency is taken as the feedback variable to make frequency obtain fast convergence. It can ensure high short-term stability of the frequency and the continuity of time. So, it can make the time and frequency of the disciplined clock have high accuracy and stability at the same time. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, it is simulated based on the GNSS disciplined clock model. The GNSS time after Kalman filtering is used as the time reference to discipline the local clock. The simulation results show that the time deviation range of a local clock after convergence is −0.38 ns∼0.31 ns, the frequency accuracy is better than 1 × 10 − 15 averaging over one day, and the long-term time stability (TDEV) for a day is about 7 ps when using the two variables PID algorithm. Compared with the single variable PID algorithm, the time accuracy of the two variables PID algorithm is improved by about one order of magnitude and the long-term time stability (TDEV) is improved by about two orders of magnitude. The research results indicate that the two variables PID control algorithm has great application potential for the development of clock source equipment and other bivariate disciplining scenarios. Bearings play a key role in rolling mills, and the uniformity of their lubricant film directly affects the degree of wear of bearings and the safety of equipment. Due to long-term stress, the lubricant film inside the bearing is not uniformly distributed, resulting in uneven wear between the journal and the shaft tile, which increases the potential safety hazards in production. Traditional disassembly inspection methods are complex and time-consuming. Ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology, which has the advantages of nondestructive and adaptable, has become an effective means of assessing the thickness of the oil film in bearings. In this study, an experimental platform for calibrating the lubricant film thickness in bearings was constructed for the first time, and the acoustic characteristics of different thicknesses of the oil film were measured using ultrasonic detection equipment to verify the accuracy of the simulation process. The experimental results show that after discrete Fourier transform processing, the main features of the frequency channels of the reflected acoustic signals of different thicknesses of the oil film are consistent with the finite element simulation results, and the errors of the oil film thicknesses calculated from the reflection coefficients are within 10% of the set thicknesses, and the measurement ranges cover from 5 μm to 250 μm. Photovoltaic energy storage system (PV-ESS) prosumer aggregators are characterized by a large number but small scale in the distribution system and are not competitive enough to participate in market transactions. For this reason, a prosumer aggregator alliance is proposed to participate in the distribution market bidding strategy. Firstly, based on the framework for prosumer aggregator alliances participating in distribution market trading, a bilevel bidding model is constructed. The upper level represents the optimal decision-making model for the prosumer aggregators, while the lower level constitutes the distribution market-clearing model. Secondly, the additional benefits obtained by the alliance are distributed more fairly using the improved Shapley value based on the PV self-consumption rate. Given the problem that the traditional diagonalization algorithm (DA) has an excessive number of iterations when solving the game equilibrium problem of multiple subjects, the DA is improved by optimizing the initial value of the inputs. Finally, case studies are conducted based on the improved IEEE-33 bus distribution system to validate the feasibility and economic viability of the proposed strategy. The case study results show that forming cooperative alliances to participate in market bidding can significantly increase overall profits. The improved DA reduces the number of bids and computation time by 75% and 80%, respectively. Additionally, the improved Shapley value facilitates compensation for some of the aggregators. The wind power exchange system (WECS) covered in this paper consists of a voltage source inverter (VSI), a DSSB regulator, and an uncontrolled rectifier. An AC grid or a heavy inductive or resistive load (RL) can be supplied by this system. The DSSB is a recently developed DC-DC regulator consisting of an improved single-ended primary inductance regulator (SEPIC) followed by a buck regulator. It has a peak efficiency of 95–98% and a voltage gain of ( D   (1 + D) / (1 − D) . where D is the regulator transistor's on-to-off switching ratio. The proposed regulator improves the voltage stability and MPPT strategy (optimal or maximum power-point tracking). The combination of the DSSB and the proposed regulator improves the efficiency of the system and increases the power output of the wind turbine by reducing the harmonics of the system voltages and current. This method also reduces the influence of air density as well as wind speed variations on the MPPT strategy. Classical proportional–integral (PI) controllers are used in conjunction with a vector-controlled voltage source inverter, which adheres to the suggested DSSB regulator, to control the PMSM speed and d-q axis currents and to correct for current error. In addition to the vector-controlled voltage source inverter (which follows the recommended DSSB regulator), classical proportional–integral controllers are used to regulate the PMSM speed and d-q axis currents, and to correct current errors. In addition, a model Predictive Controller (PPC) is used with the pitch angle control (PAC) of WECS. This is done to show how well the proposed WECS (WECS with DSSB regulator) enhances voltage stability. Low-frequency noise absorbers often require large structural dimensions, constraining their development in practical applications. In order to improve space utilization, an acoustic metamaterial with a spatial double helix, called a spatial double helix resonator (SDHR), is proposed in this paper. An analytical model of the spatial double-helix resonator is established and verified by numerical simulations and impedance tube experiments. By comparing the acoustic absorption coefficients of the spatial double-helix resonator, it is shown that the results of the analytical model, the numerical model, and the experiments are in good agreement, proving the accuracy of the theoretical model. The effects of different structural parameters on the peak sound absorption coefficient and resonance frequency are quantitatively revealed. The impedance variation law of the model is obtained, and the resistance and reactance distributions at the resonance frequency are analyzed. In the optimization model, the Back Propagation (BP) network is used to construct the mapping between the structural parameters and the resonance frequency and sound absorption coefficient, and this is used as the constraints of the equation, which is combined with Wild Horse Optimization (WHO) to establish the BP-WHO optimization model to minimize the volume of the spatial double helix resonator. The results show that, for a given noise frequency, the optimized structural parameters enhance the space utilization without affecting the performance of the space double helix resonator. The rational selection of subway station locations is an interdisciplinary problem encompassing architecture, transportation, and other fields. Few evaluation index systems and quantitative evaluation methods exist for choosing subway station locations; thus, this paper establishes a novel evaluation framework. Overall, 21 indicators covering the construction and operation phases are selected by a literature review, providing a basis for planning decision makers. The Projection Pursuit Method (PPM) and the Bald Eagle Search (BES) algorithm are employed to assign objective weights. The Continuous Ordered Weighted Averaging (COWA) operator is utilized to obtain subjective weights. A combination weighting method is used based on game theory to improve the accuracy of weight calculation. Game theory and extension cloud theory are applied to develop an improved extension cloud model and evaluate the suitability based on optimal cloud entropy. We conduct a case study of 15 stations on the Chengdu Metro Line 11, China. The results reveal that the coordination of the development plans, the alignment with the land use plan, and regional population density are the most crucial tertiary indicators that should be considered in selecting subway station locations. These findings agree with the actual conditions, demonstrating the scientific validity of the proposed evaluation method, which outperforms classical evaluation methods. The problem of soil salinization has seriously hindered agricultural development. Cotton is a pioneering salinity-tolerant crop, so harvesting its key salinity-tolerant genes is important for improving crop salt tolerance. In this study, we analyzed changes in the transcriptome expression profiles of the salt-tolerant cultivar Lu Mian 28 (LM) and the salt-sensitive cultivar Zhong Mian Suo 12 (ZMS) after applying salt stress, and we constructed weighted gene co-expression networks (WGCNA). The results indicated that photosynthesis, amino acid biosynthesis, membrane lipid remodeling, autophagy, and ROS scavenging are key pathways in the salt stress response. Plant–pathogen interactions, plant hormone signal transduction, the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, and carotenoid biosynthesis are the regulatory networks associated with these metabolic pathways that confer cotton salt tolerance. The gene-weighted co-expression network was used to screen four modules closely related to traits, identifying 114 transcription factors, including WRKYs, ERFs, NACs, bHLHs, bZIPs, and MYBs, and 11 hub genes. PFASs are a variety of ecologically persistent compounds of anthropogenic origin loosely included in many industrial products. In these, the carbon chain can be fully (perfluoroalkyl substances) or partially (polyfluoroalkyl substances) fluorinated. Their ubiquitous presence in many environmental compartments over the years and their long-lasting nature have given rise to concerns about the possible adverse effects of PFASs on ecosystems and human health. Among a number of remediation technologies, adsorption has been demonstrated to be a manageable and cost-effective method for the removal of PFASs in aqueous media. This study tested two novel and eco-friendly adsorbents (pinewood and date seeds biochar) on six different PFASs (PFOS, GenX, PFHxA, PFOA, PFDA, and PFTeDA). Batch sorption tests (24 h) were carried out to evaluate the removal efficiency of each PFAS substance in relation to the two biochars. All samples of liquid phase were analyzed by a developed and then a well-established method: (i) pre-treatment (centrifugation and filtration) and (ii) determination by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The results evidenced a comparable adsorption capacity in both materials but greater in the long-chain PFASs. This article provides an in-depth exploration of the current state of research in microwave-absorbing composite materials, juxtaposing the status quo of coating type and structurally reinforced resin-based composites, with a particular emphasis on the latter's structural and performance superiority. It succinctly elucidates the mechanisms of electromagnetic shielding, as well as the conditions and underlying principles that govern the absorption of microwaves by composite materials. The review continues by dissecting the strategies for enhancing the microwave-absorption capabilities of resin-based composites, including the classification of absorbents, absorbent selection, and an overview of structural design innovations in microwave-absorbing materials. Structural wave-absorbing composites are manufactured by combining different types of resin matrices, absorbers, reinforcing fibers and construction methods. The interactions between these components are scrutinized to reveal how each contributes to the overall performance of the composite. We spotlight the unique construction methods and the intricate relationship between structure and performance in structurally reinforced composites, offering insights into the optimization strategies for composite-material absorption characteristics. The objective of this research was to investigate natural products for their potential against pathogenic microorganisms. Sabinene hydrate (SH), a monoterpenoid, is synthesised by numerous different plants as a secondary metabolite. At present, there is a lack of definite investigations regarding the antimicrobial activity of SH itself and its different isomers. The antimicrobial effects of commercially available SH (composed mainly of trans-isomer) were evaluated within a range of concentrations in three types of contact tests: solid and vapor diffusion and the macro-broth dilution method. Moreover, the effects of SH on the rate of linear growth and spore germination were also examined. Ethanolic SH solutions were tested against an array of microorganisms, including blue-stain fungi (Ceratocystis polonica, Ophiostoma bicolor, O. penicillatum), frequently originating from bark beetle galleries; three fungal strains (Musicillium theobromae, Plectosphaerella cucumerina, and Trichoderma sp.) isolated from a sapwood underneath bark beetle galleries (Ips typographus) on spruce (Picea abies) stems; Verticillium fungicola, isolated from diseased I. typographus larvae; two Gram-positive bacteria (Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus), two Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa); five yeasts (Candida albicans, C. krusei, C. parapsilosis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Rhodotorula muscilaginosa), and two saprophytic fungi (Aspergillus niger and Penicillium notatum). In solid agar disc diffusion tests, Gram-positive bacteria exhibited greater susceptibility to SH than Gram-negative bacteria, followed by yeasts and fungi. The most resistant to SH in both the disc diffusion and broth macro-dilution methods were P. aeruginosa, A. niger, and Trichoderma sp. strains. Blue-stain fungi and fungi isolated from the Picea sapwood were the most resistant among the fungal strains tested. The minimum inhibition concentrations (MICs) generated by SH and determined using a disc volatilization method were dependent on the fungal species and played an important role in the development of microorganism inhibition. The two Gram-positive bacteria, B. subtilis and S. aureus (whose MICs were 0.0312 and 0.0625 mg/mL, respectively), were the organisms most susceptible to SH, followed by the Gram-negative bacterium, E. coli (MIC = 0.125 mg/mL) and two yeasts, C. albicans and C. kruei (MIC was 0.125 mg/mL and 0.25 mg/mL, respectively). C. parapsilosis (MIC = 0.75 mg/mL) was the yeast most resistant to SH. In logistics and manufacturing, smart technologies are increasingly used, and warehouse logistics robots (WLR) have thus become key automation tools. Nonetheless, the path planning of mobile robots in complex environments still faces the challenges of excessively long paths and high energy consumption. To this end, this study proposes an innovative optimization algorithm, IWOA-WLR, which aims to optimize path planning and improve the shortest route and smoothness of paths. The algorithm is based on the Whale Algorithm with Multiple Strategies Fusion (IWOA), which significantly improves the obstacle avoidance ability and path optimization of mobile robots in global path planning. First, improved Tent chaotic mapping and differential dynamic weights are used to enhance the algorithm's optimization-seeking ability and improve the diversity of the population. In the late stage of the optimization search, the positive cosine inertia threshold and the golden sine are used to perform adaptive position updating during the search strategy to enhance the global optimal search capability. Secondly, the fitness function of the path planning problem is designed, and the path length is taken as the objective function, the path smoothness as the evaluation index, and the multi-objective optimization is realized through the hierarchical adjustment strategy and is applied to the global path planning of WLR. Finally, simulation experiments on raster maps with grid sizes of 15 × 15 and 20 × 20 compare the IWOA algorithm with the WOA, GWO, MAACO, RRT, and A* algorithms. On the 15 × 15 maps, the IWOA algorithm reduces path lengths by 3.61%, 5.90%, 1.27%, 15.79%, and 5.26%, respectively. On the 20 × 20 maps, the reductions are 4.56%, 5.83%, 3.95%, 19.57%, and 1.59%, respectively. These results indicate that the improved algorithm efficiently and reliably finds the global optimal path, significantly reduces path length, and enhances the smoothness and stability of the path's inflection points. Background: Arterial thrombosis, a condition in which thrombi form in arteries, can lead to various acute cardiovascular diseases and impact the quality of life and survival of patients. Berberine (BBR), a quaternary ammonium alkaloid, has been shown to treat these diseases. However, further exploration is needed to understand underlying mechanisms of BBR. Methods and results: Rats were administered BBR via intramuscular injection. Then, an FeCl3-coated filter paper was applied to a carotid artery to induce thrombosis. The size of the thrombus and the blood flow velocity were evaluated by carotid ultrasound. The shape of the thrombus was observed using staining and microscopy. The expression levels of mRNA and proteins were verified. Additionally, mass spectrometry and single-cell RNA sequencing analysis were conducted. The administration of BBR resulted in a significant reduction in the thrombus area and an extension of the thrombus-clogging time. Furthermore, BBR administration effectively reversed the decreasing tissue–plasminogen activator (t-PA) expression and alterations in fibrinolysis system of model group. Additionally, the expression of PKM2 was suppressed following BBR administration, and the overexpression of PKM2 inhibited t-PA expression. Conclusions: BBR ameliorates thrombosis by modulating expression of PKM2, subsequently impacting the expression of t-PA within fibrinolytic system. Hearing loss is a frequently observed complication of type 2 diabetes (T2D). Emerging evidence has found that Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) can effectively treat chronic disease; nevertheless, it is unclear if adding CHM to the routine management of T2D would modify sequent risk of hearing loss. This cohort-based case-control study was conducted to address this issue. First, a total of 64,418 subjects aged 20–70 years, diagnosed with T2D between 2002 and 2011, were extracted from a nationwide health claims database. Among them, we identified 4516 cases of hearing loss after T2D by the end of 2013. They were then randomly matched to 9032 controls without hearing loss at a 1:2 ratio. Following conditional logistic regression, we found the addition of CHM to conventional care reduced the risk of developing hearing loss, with an adjusted odds ratio of 0.75 (95% confidence interval: 0.70–0.83). Specifically, taking CHM products for at least two years benefits T2D patients in lowering sequent risk of hearing loss. The findings herein implicated that integrating CHM into conventional care substantially correlated to lower risk of hearing loss for T2D patients, but further basic research is needed to secure the application of finished herbal products. Carbon fiber-reinforced polymers (CFRPs) are widely used in the fabrication of solid rocket motor casings due to their exceptional performance. However, the bonding interface between CFRP and viscoelastic materials (rubber) is prone to debonding damage during service and storage under complex environmental conditions, which poses a significant threat to the structural integrity and reliability of the engine. Existing nondestructive testing (NDT) methods, such as X-ray imaging, infrared thermography, and ultrasonic testing, although somewhat effective, exhibit significant limitations in detecting interfacial defects in deep or multilayered composite materials, particularly under the challenging conditions of service and storage. This study proposes an innovative method based on active Lamb wave energy analysis and introduces the Damage Evolution Factor (DEF), specifically designed to detect and evaluate interfacial debonding defects in CFRP–rubber bonded structures within solid rocket motors during service and storage. Through numerical simulations and experimental validation, we selected the A0 mode Lamb wave, which is more sensitive to interfacial damage, as the incident wave and excited it on the surface of the structure. Displacement time-history response signals at observation points under different damage models were extracted and analyzed, and DEF values were calculated. The results show that DEF values increase with the size of the interfacial debonding damage. Similar trends were observed in experimental studies, further validating the effectiveness of this method and demonstrating that DEF can be used for the quantitative evaluation of interfacial debonding defects in CFRP–rubber bilayer bonded structures. This study proposes an innovative hybrid system that integrates a phosphoric acid fuel cell (PAFC) with an absorption refrigeration system (ARS) to enhance overall exergy efficiency. Waste heat from the PAFC is used in ARS generation. An evaluation is made of the energy efficiency, economic aspects, and the influence of the operating pressures of the two working fluid pairs, LiBr/H2O and R134a/DMF. In the combined PAFC-ARS, the absorption refrigeration unit incurs the highest exergy loss: 157 kW (R134a/DMF) and 146 kW (LiBr/H2O). The second-largest loss is experienced by the pure electrical generation PAFC unit at 117 kW. From an economic perspective, PAFC-ARS (LiBr/H2O) systems incur costs of USD 2.4/t for both hot water and cooling water, and USD 0.13 kW/h for electricity, with an 8 year payback period. In comparison, the R134a/DMF system entails costs of USD 2.1/t for hot water and cooling water and USD 0.16 kW/h for electricity. The PAFC exhibits a net output power of 434 kW, considering both energy and exergy perspectives. The corresponding maximum net electric energy efficiency (ηI) of the PAFC is 52%, while the overall exergy efficiency of the cooling model (ηII,dc) of the PAFC-ARS peaks at 56%, and the overall exergy efficiency of the heating model (ηII,dh) reaches its maximum at 61%. Magnetic flux leakage (MFL) inspection employs leakage magnetic fields to effectively detect and locate pipeline defects. The spacing between magnetic poles significantly affects the leakage magnetic field strength. While most detectors typically opt for moderate pole spacing for routine detection, this study investigates the propagation characteristics of MFL signals at small pole spacings (under specimen oversaturated magnetization) and their impact on MFL detection. Through finite element simulation and experiments, it reveals a new signal phenomenon in the radial MFL signal By at small pole spacings, the double peak–valley (DPV) phenomenon, characterized by outer and inner peaks and valleys. Theoretical analysis based on the simulation results elucidates the mechanisms for this DPV phenomenon. Based on this, the impact of defect size, pipe wall thickness, and magnetic pole and rigid brush height on MFL signals under small magnetic pole spacings is examined. It is demonstrated that, under a smaller magnetic pole spacing, a potent background magnetic field manifests in the air above the defect. This DPV phenomenon is generated by the magnetic diffusion and compression interactions between the background and defect leakage magnetic fields. Notably, the intensity of the background magnetic field can be mitigated by reducing the height of the rigid brush. In contrast, the pipe wall thickness and magnetic pole height exhibit a negligible influence on the DPV phenomenon. The emergence of the DPV precipitates a reduction in the peak-to-valley difference within the MFL signal, constricting the depth range of detectable defects. However, the presence of DPV increases the identification of defects with smaller opening sizes. These findings reveal the characterization of the MFL signal under small pole spacing, offering a preliminary study on identifying specific defects using unconventional signals. The planting mechanism of existing transplanters cannot meet the agronomic requirements of planting densely planted vegetables with multiple rows, small plant spacing, and small row spacing. In order to solve this current problem, an eight-row duckbill planting mechanism driven by a motor and a cylinder was designed. According to the agronomic guidance and mechanism design requirements for transplanting densely planted vegetable seedlings, this paper analyzes the working principle of the planting mechanism, establishes its kinematic theoretical model, and determines the structural parameters of the driving device and opening and closing device in the planting mechanism. Aimed at the problem of large planting resistance when eight-row planting end effectors of the planting mechanism are planting at the same time, based on the existing research, three duckbill planting end effectors with double incisions, four incisions, and conical structures were selected, and the planting process was simulated using an EDEM 2022-RecurDyn 2024 coupling simulation. The single-factor analysis method and the interactive factor Box–Behnken response surface analysis method were used. It is concluded that the duckbill end effector with double incisions has the smallest planting resistance, and the rationality of the mechanism design is preliminarily verified. A planting resistance measurement platform was built based on the STM32 platform and HX711 module, and a planting resistance test of the duckbill planting end effector was carried out to verify the correctness of the planting mechanism simulation results. The planting mechanism performance test was carried out, and the test results showed that the planting qualification rate of the prototype reached 96.62%, the planting spacing variation coefficient was only 3.55%, and the planting efficiency reached about 7135 plants/h, which met the agronomic requirements of small plant spacing and small row spacing for densely planted vegetables and verified the feasibility and practicality of the planting mechanism. Net primary productivity (NPP) is a key indicator of the health of forest ecosystems that offers important information about the net carbon sequestration capacity of these systems. Precise assessment of NPP is crucial for measuring carbon fixation and assessing the general well-being of forest ecosystems. Due to the distinct ecological characteristics of various forest types, accurately understanding and delineating the distribution of these types is crucial for studying NPP. Therefore, an accurate forest-type classification is necessary prior to NPP calculation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the research findings. This study introduced deep learning technology and constructed an HRNet-CASA framework that integrates the HRNet deep learning model and the CASA model to achieve accurate estimation of forest NPP in Huangshan District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province. Firstly, based on VHR remote sensing images, we utilized the HRNet to classify the study area into six forest types and obtained the forest type distribution map of the study area. Then, combined with climate data and forest type distribution data, the CASA model was used to estimate the NPP of forest types in the study area, and the comparison with the field data proved that the HRNet-CASA framework simulated the NPP of the study area well. The experimental findings show that the HRNet-CASA framework offers a novel approach to precise forest NPP estimation. Introducing deep learning technology not only enables precise classification of forest types but also allows for accurate estimation of NPP for different types of forests. With a band gap of 2.4 eV, CdS has been extensively explored for photocatalytic applications under visible light irradiation. In this study, CdS nanoparticles have been investigated for the tribocatalytic degradation of concentrated Rhodamine B (RhB) and methyl orange (MO) solutions. For CdS nanoparticles in a glass beaker, 78.9% of 50 mg/L RhB and 69.8% of 20 mg/L MO solutions were degraded after 8 h and 24 h of magnetic stirring using Teflon magnetic rotary disks, respectively. While for CdS nanoparticles in a beaker with Al2O3 coated on its bottom, 99.8% of the RhB solution was degraded after 8 h of magnetic stirring and 95.6% of the MO solution was degraded after 12 h of magnetic stirring. Moreover, another contrast was observed between the two beaker bottoms—a new peak at 250 nm in UV–visible absorption spectra was only observed for the MO degradation by CdS in the as-received glass beaker, which indicates that MO molecules were only broken into smaller organic molecules in that case. There is a preliminary record suggesting that β2-adrenergic agonists may have therapeutic value in Parkinson's disease; recent studies have proposed a possible role of these agents in suppressing the formation of α-synuclein protein, a component of Lewy bodies. The present study focuses on the importance of the prototypical β2-adrenergic agonist epinephrine in relation to the incidence of Parkinson's disease in humans, and its further investigation via synthetic selective β2-receptor agonists, such as levalbuterol. Levalbuterol exerts significant anti-inflammatory activity, a property that may suppress cytokine-mediated degeneration of dopaminergic neurons and progression of Parkinsonism. In a completely novel finding, epinephrine and certain other adrenergic agents modeled in the Harvard/MIT Broad Institute genomic database, CLUE, demonstrated strong associations with the gene-expression signatures of anti-inflammatory glucocorticoids. This prompted in vivo confirmation in mice engrafted with human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Upon toxic activation with mononuclear antibodies, levalbuterol inhibited (1) the release of the eosinophil attractant chemokine eotaxin-1, which is implicated in CNS and peripheral inflammatory disorders, (2) elaboration of the tumor-promoting angiogenic factor VEGFa, and (3) release of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-13 from activated PBMCs. Simple Summary: We exposed brown planthoppers (BPHs) Nilaparvata lugens to the entomopathogenic fungus Cordyceps javanica PSUC002 and observed morpho-histological changes from 0 to 120 h post-inoculation (pi). At 12 h pi, we observed the first filamentous fungi on the external integument and the first fungal conidia penetrated host planthopper cells at 24 h pi. In contrast, we observed the initial degeneration of BPHs at 6 h pi, especially in the integument and adipose tissue. We also found the degeneration of integument and adipose tissue at 12 h pi, and their completed necrosis became clear at 96 h pi. This study illustrated the process of C. javanica infection in BPHs and demonstrated that fungal agents can be used to control the BPHs in an integrated pest management (IPM) program. The brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens (Stål, 1854), is a pest of rice plants worldwide. Cordyceps javanica is a destructive entomopathogenic fungus known to attack leafhoppers or BPHs specifically. Live adult BPH samples were inoculated with isolated C. javanica PSUC002, and their interaction was morpho-histologically examined from 0 to 120 h post-inoculation (pi). We observed that the mortality of BPH continuously increased until 120 h pi (Day 5). Tissue alterations in the host were examined after infection using morphological and histological methods, including the Grocott Methenamine Silver stain test (GMS). Filamentous fungi were first found on the external integument at 12 h pi, and fungal conidia attached to the integument at 24 h pi. However, the initial degeneration of BPHs was identified by histology at 6 h pi especially in the integument and adipose tissue. We identified the degeneration and loss of integument and adipose tissue of infected BPHs at 12 h pi, and their necrosis was completed at 96 h pi. The enzymatic index of the sampled fungi (chitinase and protease) peaked at 7 days of incubation. Beijing Plain is a very active part of Beijing city regarding the socio-economic and human activities of the region. Over the past four decades, Beijing's economic development and the continuous drought for nearly 10 years in the 2000s have negatively impacted the groundwater quantity and quality. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the present situation of groundwater chemistry in this region to develop a comprehensive database and orientation for future research on groundwater quality evaluation. Mathematical statistics, Piper's trilinear diagram, Gibbs plots, the ion ratio method and PHREEQC software 3.7.3 were used to analyze the groundwater hydrogeochemical characteristics and formation mechanisms of the quaternary aquifers of the Beijing Plain area. Hydrogeochemical results indicated that the groundwater is slightly alkaline, with pH values ranging from 6.76 to 8.65 and an average value of 7.92. The order of major cations in groundwater was Ca2+ > Na+ > Mg2+ > K+ with average values of 66.54 mg/L, 50.58 mg/L, 23.78 mg/L, and 1.81 mg/L, respectively, while the order of major anions was HCO3− > SO42− > Cl− with average values of 284.89 mg/L, 52.1 mg/L and 35.5 mg/L, respectively. The groundwater chemical types are Mg-Ca-Cl-HCO3, Na-Ca-HCO3, Mg-Ca-HCO3 and Mg-Na-HCO3. Research on the main influencing factors and PHREEQC hydrogeochemical inverse simulations results along the four pathways selected confirmed that rock weathering with sulfate, silicate and carbonate rock mineral dissolution and Na+, Mg2+ and Ca2+ ion reaction exchange influenced groundwater hydrogeochemical characteristics of the quaternary aquifers of the Beijing Plain area. Understanding the formation mechanisms of hydrogeochemistry in quaternary plains provides guidance for future studies and, through suggestions and case studies, facilitates decision-making by policy-makers on the sustainable management of groundwater resources. RhlR plays a key role in the quorum sensing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The current structure–activity relationship (SAR) studies of RhlR inhibitors mainly focus on elucidating the functional groups. Based on a systematic review of previous research on RhlR inhibitors, this study aims to establish a systematic, hierarchical screening model for RhlR inhibitors. We initially established a database and utilized principal component analysis (PCA) to categorize the inhibitors into two classes. Based on the training set, pharmacophore models were established to elucidate the structural characteristics of ligands. Subsequently, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, and the calculation of binding free energy and strain energy were performed to validate the crucial interactions between ligands and receptors. Then, the screening criteria for RhlR inhibitors were established hierarchically based on ligand structure characteristics, ligand–receptor interaction, and receptor affinity. Test sets were finally employed to validate the hierarchical virtual screening model by comparing it with the current SAR studies of RhlR inhibitors. The hierarchical screening model was confirmed to possess higher accuracy and a true positive rate, which holds promise for subsequent screening and the discovery of active RhlR inhibitors. In the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP), the lack of support for minority languages, especially Uyghur, the scarcity of Uyghur language corpora in the agricultural domain, and the lightweight nature of large language models remain prominent issues. This study proposes a method for constructing a bilingual (Uyghur and Chinese) lightweight specialized large language model for the agricultural domain. By utilizing a mixed training approach of Uyghur and Chinese, we extracted Chinese corpus text from agricultural-themed books in PDF format using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, converted the Chinese text corpus into a Uyghur corpus using a rapid translation API, and constructed a bilingual mixed vocabulary. We applied the parameterized Transformer model algorithm to train the model for the agricultural domain in both Chinese and Uyghur. Furthermore, we introduced a context detection and fail-safe mechanism for the generated text. The constructed model possesses the ability to support bilingual reasoning in Uyghur and Chinese in the agricultural domain, with higher accuracy and a smaller size that requires less hardware. It (our work) addresses issues such as the scarcity of Uyghur corpora in the agricultural domain, mixed word segmentation and word vector modeling in Uyghur for widespread agricultural languages, model lightweighting and deployment, and the fragmentation of non-relevant texts during knowledge extraction from small-scale corpora. OM, SEM, EBSD, and other analytical techniques were utilized to investigate the effects of the rotating speed of a mixing head on the microstructures and mechanical properties of a joint. The results indicate that, compared with the base material, the grain size in the nugget zone is significantly refined. Furthermore, as the rotational speed of the mixing head increases, the grain size in the nugget zone increases noticeably, and the proportion of high-angle grain boundary length initially decreases and then increases. The texture types in different areas of the joint are markedly distinct: the base material primarily consists of recrystallization texture and rolling texture, while the core zone mainly comprises C-shear texture. Among the joints tested at various rotation speeds, the lowest hardness values are observed in the advancing side heat-affected zone, and the tensile properties of the joints are notably reduced due to the dissolution and coarsening of the second phase. In a community, due to the different characteristics of each species, their contributions to community beta diversity may vary. Quantifying the contribution of each species to overall beta diversity (SCBD) is essential for explaining the patterns of beta diversity. However, there is currently limited research linking SCBD with species functional traits, and how species functional traits influence SCBD remains unclear. This study is based on tree census data, species functional traits, and environmental variables from a 15 ha permanent monitoring plot in a tropical karst rainforest in south China. By calculating species-specific SCBD based on abundance and presence–absence data, as well as functional distinctiveness and species ecological niche characteristics (niche position and niche width), we applied structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze how functional traits, distinctiveness, and niche characteristics jointly influence SCBD. The results revealed that SCBD based on abundance is positively correlated with occupancy and abundance, whereas SCBD based on presence–absence data exhibits a hump-shaped relationship with occupancy and abundance. Species ecological niche characteristics directly influence SCBD, with species occupying central ecological niches having a negative effect on SCBD and niche width having a positive effect. Functional traits and functional distinctiveness indirectly impact SCBD through their influence on species ecological niche characteristics. SEM models based on the presence–absence data provide higher explanatory power. In summary, in the seasonal rainforest communities of northern tropical karst regions in China, the combined effects of species' functional traits, functional distinctiveness, and ecological niche characteristics determine SCBD. Growing environmental concerns have prompted the shipping industry to adopt stringent measures to address greenhouse gas emissions, with fuel-powered ships being the primary source of such emissions. Additionally, alternative forms of ship propulsion, such as internal combustion engine hybridization, low-carbon fuels, and zero-carbon fuels, face significant challenges either in terms of cost or emission-reduction capability at present. In order to decarbonize navigation, countries are focusing the maritime industry's transition towards low-carbon alternatives on transforming energy consumption, with widespread attention on the electrification of ships. Therefore, this paper provides a comprehensive review of the feasibility of fully electrifying ships, covering aspects such as technological prospects, economic viability, and emission-reduction capabilities. Firstly, the current state of research on ship electrification technology is summarized; the applicability of different battery types to electric ship technology is compared. Subsequently, the economic viability and emission-reduction capabilities of five different electric ship lifecycles are discussed separately. The results indicate that ship electrification is a key pathway to achieving zero-emission shipping, with lithium-ion batteries being the most suitable battery technology for maritime use currently. Short-to-medium-range electric ship types have demonstrated economic advantages over traditional diesel ships. Aiming at the problem that the existing harmonic detection methods are susceptible to noise interference in the actual working environment, which leads to the reduction of detection accuracy, this paper introduces a novel harmonic detection technique utilizing a RIME optimization algorithm (RIME) to enhance variational mode decomposition (VMD) combined with an improved wavelet threshold (IWT) approach. Initially, RIME optimization refines VMD for the decomposition of harmonic current signals, yielding several modal components. Subsequently, a correlation coefficient method distinguishes between effective and ineffective modal components, discarding the latter. The effective components undergo noise reduction through an enhanced wavelet thresholding technique, and these denoised components are then reconstructed to produce the final noise-reduced signal. Finally, the Hilbert transform is applied to the denoised signal to extract harmonic parameters. Verification through both simulated and actual signal measurements demonstrates that the proposed method not only surpasses other noise reduction algorithms in signal-to-noise ratio and root-mean-square error, but also shows superior accuracy and robustness compared to alternative detection techniques. Cangjie Temple was built to commemorate Cangjie, the legendary inventor of Chinese characters. It stands as one of the few remaining temples in China dedicated to the invention and creation of writing. In this study, the material properties of wooden paintings from the Cangjie temple were characterized using Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM), Scanning Electron Microscopy coupled with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), Micro-confocal Raman Spectroscopy, X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). It was confirmed that the pigments of the paintings included cinnabar, lapis lazuli, lead white, Paris green, and carbon black. The proteinaceous glue was used as an adhesive in the pigment samples, with tung oil likely being utilized as a primer for the wooden structures before painting. This study not only provides valuable data support for the conservation and restoration of the architectural features of Cangjie Temple but also provides useful reference for the maintenance and inheritance of similar ancient buildings. At present, many high-temperature pipelines need to carry out non-stop detection under high-temperature conditions, and an ultrasonic guided wave is undoubtedly one of the solutions with the highest potential to solve the problem. However, there is a lack of research on the propagation characteristics of longitudinal guided wave modes in high-temperature pipelines. Based on the Green–Naghdi (GN) generalized thermoelastic theory, a theoretical model of thermoelastic guided waves in an orthotropic hollow cylinder with a temperature field is established by using the Legendre polynomial series expansion method. Firstly, based on the GN thermoelastic theory, the coupling equations expressed by displacement and temperature are established by introducing the rectangular window function. The curves of dispersion, displacement, and temperature of the guided wave are numerically solved by using this equation. Subsequently, the influence of the diameter-to-thickness ratio on the dispersion of the longitudinal thermoelastic guided wave is analyzed at the same temperature. Finally, the effect of temperature field variation on the phase velocity dispersion is discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the dispersion characteristics of hollow cylindrical pipes containing temperature fields. Cordyceps militaris is a valuable medicinal fungus which has been widely used as a traditional medicine in East Asia. Compared to the well-known medicinal fungus C. sinensis, C. militaris can produce similar fermented metabolites with various biological activities, but it requires a shorter culture time and simpler culture conditions, and therefore, it has attracted increasing attention in recent years. The purpose of this review was to organize the current studies regarding metabolite production from C. militaris relative to their biological functions. We combined findings of metabolite production to correlate with different fermentation modes to obtain a full view of production processes used to yield the product. While research on C. militaris fermentation is not uncommon to date, its high value still highlights the importance of developing more modern fermentation processes for industrial production. In this study, Silicon Carbide (SiC) nanoparticle-based serigraphic printing inks were formulated to fabricate highly sensitive and wide temperature range printed thermistors. Inter-digitated electrodes (IDEs) were screen printed onto Kapton® substrate using commercially avaiable silver ink. Thermistor inks with different weight ratios of SiC nanoparticles were printed atop the IDE structures to form fully printed thermistors. The thermistors were tested over a wide temperature range form 25 °C to 170 °C, exhibiting excellent repeatability and stability over 15 h of continuous operation. Optimal device performance was achieved with 30 wt.% SiC-polyimide ink. We report highly sensitive devices with a TCR of −0.556%/°C, a thermal coefficient of 502 K (β -index) and an activation energy of 0.08 eV. Further, the thermistor demonstrates an accuracy of ±1.35 °C, which is well within the range offered by commercially available high sensitivity thermistors. SiC thermistors exhibit a small 6.5% drift due to changes in relative humidity between 10 and 90%RH and a 4.2% drift in baseline resistance after 100 cycles of aggressive bend testing at a 40° angle. The use of commercially available low-cost materials, simplicity of design and fabrication techniques coupled with the chemical inertness of the Kapton® substrate and SiC nanoparticles paves the way to use all-printed SiC thermistors towards a wide range of applications where temperature monitoring is vital for optimal system performance.
