Investment decision is difficult to be determined as the investors need to earn highest possible return in generating profit and protecting capital. Mathematical model which can provide the ranking and proportion of the investment alternatives will benefit investors as selection guideline. This paper aims to investigate in ranking and allocating proportion of asset funds using fuzzy preference relation and weighting algorithm. The evaluation of asset fund is expressed in trapezoidal fuzzy number. The data used for this study is 30 asset funds that listed in the Bursa Malaysia. This study found that 14 asset funds are suggested based on ranking and proportion allocation obtained from this model. The aim of this study is to implement Fisher-Yates Shuffle Algorithm (FYSA) for randomization Math Exam in Computer Based-Test with fast execution time and can be generated without repetition and duplication. This study case in Management and Science University (MSU) Malaysia. This study used ADDIE model and develop based on a website framework using PHP as a back-end programming language, Java script as a client-side programming language, and MySQL as a database. The target population of this study was students in Bachelor Level at Management and Science University (MSU) Malaysia in Mathematics Subject. The subject will be focused on probability and statistics in one focus group. Mathematics lecturer also involved as expert in this study. There are seven questions set with a total questions N=15 on each set. The probability value of randomization the question set is 1/7 = 0.14285714. The permutation obtained from the randomization of Fisher Yates Shuffle is 15! = 1.307674368 x 1012. Based on the results of the quality test, it can be seen that all items of category regarding accessibility, helpful tools, and CBT content have an average percentage score 76.94%, these results mean that all CBT items are works well. In this paper, the wind speed prediction in Kudat, Malaysia had been done by using Mycielski-1 approach. There is some improvement in obtaining the random number of Mycielski-1. The wind prediction is important to study a favorable site's wind potential. The prediction is based on 3 years history data provided by Meteorology Department of Malaysia and 1 year data as the reference to check the accuracy of this algorithm. The basic concept of this algorithm is to predict the next value by looking to history data. The result shows the prediction of Mycielski-1 algorithm is promising. Finding the correct location of any facility and determining the demands which are to be assigned to it is very crucial in public health service. This is to ensure that the public gain maximum benefits. This article analyzes the previous location decisions of public primary healthcare (PHC) facilities in the district of Kuala Langat, Malaysia. With total population of 220214 (in 2010), the PHC in the district is currently served by 28 facilities. The percentages of total population covered (in 2007) within the maximum allowable distance of 3km and 5km are 69.7 percent and 77.8 percent respectively. This is very low compared to the Malaysian National Health Policy of Health for All or 100 percent coverage. The determination of health facility location should be planned carefully to further increase effective primary health service to the nation that is required for economic sustainability.
