Ten Gigabit-capable ethernet passive optical network (GEPON) can quickly improve network bandwidth, meet multilevel business needs, and quickly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the network. It is well known that the 10G EPON access network technology is used to carry IPTV services, VoIP services and high-speed Internet access, known as "triple play", and IPTV services have been particularly popular in recent years. As the demand for IPTV service increases exponentially, a large amount of data will be generated, occupying a large access bandwidth and causing an impact on other services. Therefore, reasonable scheduling of IPTV service queue is an urgent problem to be solved under multiservice environment at present. Therefore, the design of PON bearing IPTV robustness algorithm to meet user experience is the focus of this paper. This paper proposes a Forward Error Correction with Weight Round Robin algorithm (FWRR), which adopts RS error correction code and Weighted Round Robin algorithm based on IP layer. When IPTV packet is lost at optical line terminal (OLT) end, downlink optical network unit (ONU) can recover the lost data through received packets. This mechanism can effectively solve the problem of packet loss caused by the blocking of OLT end, and realize the scheme of PON carrying IPTV multicast service. Simulations results in OPNET show that compared with weighted round robin (WRR) algorithm and round robin (RR) algorithm, FWRR mechanism can reduce packet loss, delay and jitter, in addition, improve the robustness of IPTV service in GEPON. The vehicle's power battery is composed of a large number of battery cells series or in parallel. Due to the manufacturing process error and the different use environments, there are differences between the battery cells, and the battery pack will have inconsistency problems, which will increase the safety hazard. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to identify and warn about the inconsistency of power batteries. Based on the data of the internet of vehicles platform, this paper proposes an improved isolated forest power battery abnormal monomer identification and early warning method, which uses the sliding window (SW) to segment the dataset and update the data of the diagnosis model in real‐time. The scores of normal battery cells and abnormal battery cells were analyzed, and then the fault threshold was determined to be 0.75. The results show that the recall ratio and precision ratio of the algorithm are 0.91 and 0.95, respectively, which is more suitable for inconsistent battery cell identification than other methods. If the SW size is 15, the warning effect is the best. Before the vehicle alarm occurs, the algorithm can realize early fault warnings, thus effectively avoiding the safety problems caused by inconsistency faults. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this paper, an analysis of a mathematical model of the coronavirus is carried out by using two fractal-fractional parameters. This dangerous virus infects a person through the mouth, eyes, nose or hands. This makes it so dangerous that no one can get rid of it. One of the main factors contributing to increasing infections of this deadly virus is crowding. We believe that it is necessary to model this effect mathematically to predict the possible outcomes. Hence, the study of neural network-based models related to the spread of this virus can yield new results. This paper also introduces the use of artificial neural networks (ANNs) to approximate the solutions, which is a significant contribution in this regard. We suggest employing this new method to solve a system of integral equations that explain the dynamics of infectious diseases instead of the classical numerical methods. Sleep monitoring has become a prevalent area of research where body position and physiological data, such as heart rate and respiratory rate, are monitored. Numerous critical health problems are associated with poor sleep, such as pressure sore development, sleep disorders, and low sleep quality, which can lead to an increased risk of falls, cardiovascular diseases, and obesity. Current monitoring systems can be costly, laborious, and taxing on hospital resources. This paper reviews the most recent solutions for contactless textile technology in the form of bed sheets or mats to monitor body positions, vital signs, and sleep, both commercially and in the literature. This paper is organized into four categories: body position and movement monitoring, physiological monitoring, sleep monitoring, and commercial products. A detailed performance evaluation was carried out, considering the detection accuracy as well as the sensor types and algorithms used. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of smart city construction, there have been significant changes and improvements in the field of intelligent transportation. The semantic segmentation of road scenes has important practical significance in the fields of automatic driving, transportation planning, and intelligent transportation systems. However, the current mainstream lightweight semantic segmentation models in road scene segmentation face problems such as poor segmentation performance of small targets and insufficient refinement of segmentation edges. Therefore, this article proposes a lightweight semantic segmentation model based on the LiteSeg model improvement to address these issues. The model uses the lightweight backbone network MobileNet instead of the LiteSeg backbone network to reduce the network parameters and computation, and combines the Coordinate Attention (CA) mechanism to help the network capture long-distance dependencies. At the same time, by combining the dependencies of spatial information and channel information, the Spatial and Channel Network (SCNet) attention mechanism is proposed to improve the feature extraction ability of the model. Finally, a multi-scale transposed attention encoding (MTAE) module was proposed to obtain features of different resolutions and perform feature fusion. In this paper, the proposed model is verified on the Cityscapes dataset. The experimental results show that the addition of SCNet and MTAE modules increases the mean Intersection over Union (mIoU) of the original LiteSeg model by 4.69%. On this basis, the backbone network is replaced with MobileNet, and the CA model is added at the same time. At the cost of increasing the minimum model parameters and computing costs, the mIoU of the original LiteSeg model is increased by 2.46%. This article also compares the proposed model with some current lightweight semantic segmentation models, and experiments show that the comprehensive performance of the proposed model is the best, especially in achieving excellent results in small object segmentation. Finally, this article will conduct generalization testing on the KITTI dataset for the proposed model, and the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a certain degree of generalization. System-wide information management (SWIM) is a complex distributed information transfer and sharing system for the next generation of Air Transportation System (ATS). In response to the growing volume of civil aviation air operations, users accessing different authentication domains in the SWIM system have problems with the validity, security, and privacy of SWIM-shared data. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a SWIM cross-domain authentication scheme based on a consistent hashing algorithm on consortium blockchain and designs a blockchain certificate format for SWIM cross-domain authentication. The scheme uses a consistent hash algorithm with virtual nodes in combination with a cluster of authentication centers in the SWIM consortium blockchain architecture to synchronize the user's authentication mapping relationships between authentication domains. The virtual authentication nodes are mapped separately using different services provided by SWIM to guarantee the partitioning of the consistent hash ring on the consortium blockchain. According to the dynamic change of user's authentication requests, the nodes of virtual service authentication can be added and deleted to realize the dynamic load balancing of cross-domain authentication of different services. Security analysis shows that this protocol can resist network attacks such as man-in-the-middle attacks, replay attacks, and Sybil attacks. Experiments show that this scheme can reduce the redundant authentication operations of identity information and solve the problems of traditional cross-domain authentication with single-point collapse, difficulty in expansion, and uneven load. At the same time, it has better security of information storage and can realize the cross-domain authentication requirements of SWIM users with low communication costs and system overhead. In order to improve the complexity of the chaotic system and ensure the relevant security indicators of the cryptographic algorithm, a new chaotic image encryption algorithm based on dynamic DNA coding and RNA computing is proposed. In this paper, we first construct a four-dimensional hyperchaotic system with more complex dynamics and then use the plaintext-related keystream generated by the hyperchaotic system to dynamically DNA encode the plaintext image, then perform RNA coding conversion and amino acid substitution box generation, and finally use an improved replacement sequence generator to generate pseudo-random sequences for replacement operations to generate the final ciphertext image. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has excellent performance in security indicators such as key space, the number of pixels change rate, the number average changing intensity, entropy, clipping attack, noise attack, and chosen plaintext attack. This paper proposes a bidirectional feature fusion pyramid (B-FPN) Single Shot Multiple Frame Detector (SSD) algorithm. First, a bidirectional feature pyramid (B-FPN) structure is constructed, which realizes the bidirectional fusion of the feature layers and improves the accuracy of detection. Second, we introduce coordinate attention (CA) to focus on the important channel features while preserving their location information, thereby increasing the focus on the important information. Finally, optimizing the loss function speeds up the convergence of the model and further improves the detection accuracy of the network. The experimental results show that on the VOC2007 dataset, the mAP of the algorithm in this paper is 76.48%, which is 3.52% higher than that of the SSD algorithm. On the COCO 2017 dataset, the mAP of the proposed algorithm is 3.85% higher than that of the SSD algorithm. Compared with other mainstream target detection algorithms, the algorithm in this paper has certain advantages in detection accuracy, and can also achieve satisfactory results in detection speed. Due to the complicated and changing circumstances of the sea environment, path planning technology is essential for unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) to fulfill search tasks. In most cases, the location of the underwater target is unknown, so it is necessary to completely cover the search area. In this paper, the global static path is planned using a parallel line scan search. When encountering unknown obstacles, the improved Bug algorithm is used for local dynamic path planning according to the sensor detection information. This paper first sets up the safe expansion area to ensure the safety of the USV during the obstacle avoidance process and optimizes the movement direction considering the operation and behavior characteristics of the USV. To meet the requirement of USV steering, the Bezier curve is used to smooth the path points, which greatly improves the smoothness of the path. In this paper, the multi-mode switching strategy of the Bug algorithm based on obstacle boundary width obtained by the sensor is proposed, which ensures no area omissions and meets the requirement of search area coverage during the process of bypassing obstacles. The simulation results show that the improved Bug algorithm can maintain a safe distance along the obstacle boundary to bypass the obstacle. Moreover, the improved Bug algorithm effectively improves the path oscillation phenomenon of traditional Bug and shortens the path length and operating time. With the increasingly maturing technology of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs), their applications are becoming more and more widespread. In order to meet operational requirements in complex scenarios, the real-time interaction and linkage of a large amount of information is required between USVs, between USVs and mother ships, and between USVs and shore-based monitoring systems. Visual images are the main perceptual information gathered from USVs, and their efficient transmission and recognition directly affect the real-time performance of information exchange. However, poor maritime communication signals, strong channel interference, and low bandwidth pose great challenges to efficient image transmission. Traditional image transmission methods have difficulty meeting the real-time and image quality requirements of visual image transmissions from USVs. Therefore, this paper proposes an efficient method for visual image transmission from USVs based on semantic communication. A self-encoder network for semantic encoding which compresses the image into low-dimensional latent semantics through the encoding end, thereby preserving semantic information while greatly reducing the amount of data transmitted, is designed. On the other hand, a generative adversarial network is designed for semantic decoding. The decoding end decodes and reconstructs high-quality images from the semantic information transmitted through the channel, thereby improving the efficiency of image transmission. The experimental results show that the performance of the algorithm is significantly superior to traditional image transmission methods, achieving the best image quality while transmitting the minimum amount of data. Compared with the typical BPG algorithm, when the compression ratio of the proposed algorithm is 51.6% of that of the BPG algorithm, the PSNR and SSIM values are 7.6% and 5.7% higher than the BPG algorithm, respectively. Recommendation system is an important module of many online systems. As one of the mainstream methods in the current recommendation system, the recommendation algorithm based on graph neural network can not only learn the cooperation signal between nodes, but also detect the nonlinear high-order information in node interaction. However, like the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm, the collaborative filtering method based on graph neural network only depends on the interaction information of existing users and projects, and the recommendation effect is poor in the scenario of sparse data. Although incorporating item attributes as auxiliary information into the recommendation algorithm can alleviate this problem to a certain extent, directly using the item attributes that users browse to construct user embedded vectors cannot contain users' implicit preferences. Therefore, this paper constructs a user–user network based on the interaction information between users and projects, analyzes it by using community detection, divides user groups with common interests, mines the potential attributes of users, and designs a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on community detection and graph neural network. The research on two large real data sets shows that our method is superior to the standard recommendation method and the latest collaborative filtering recommendation method based on graph neural network. Background: The wide use of the term Cognitive Reserve (CR) is in need of a clear and shared definition of its concept and of the development of new tools, quick and easy to use and updated for the people of today. This study describes the online short CRIq (s-CRIq), the new shorter version of the CRIq, following an item analysis revision, and compares the data distribution of different samples. Methods: The s-CRIq was administered online to 435 people while another 440 filled out the s-CRIq in self-administration. A further 588 participants had been administered the original paper-and-pencil long CRIq and 344 the online long CRIq. Results: The major difference in the databases of s-CRIq versus the long versions is an increased score in education and in leisure activity. However, the density distributions of the total score of CRI in the 4 databases share 64% of their areas, and at least two of them share 84%. Conclusion: The s-CRIq proved to be a simple and easy-to-administer tool. The task offloading of mobile edge computing (MEC) is to find proper edge or cloud resources for the execution tasks to efficiently utilize resources and meet different user's requirements. However, it is difficult for task offloading when the number of tasks and resources providers increases and to optimize multiple objectives while satisfying users' requirements. In this paper, a new multi-objective strategy based on the biogeography-based optimization (BBO) algorithm is proposed for MEC offloading to satisfied users' multiple requirements (the execution time, energy consumption and cost). In this strategy, a time-energy consumption model and a cost model are constructed for task offloading firstly. Based on these models, the BBO algorithm is introduced into task offloading for MEC to solve the problem of multi-objective optimization. Compared with the traditional strategies, the offloading strategy based on BBO decreases the average task completion time by an average of 25.03%, and compared with the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) strategy, the BBO offloading strategy proposed in this paper reduces energy consumption 75% and cost by 36.9%. The real-time path planning of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in dynamic environments with moving threats is a difficult problem. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a time-based rapidly exploring random tree (time-based RRT*) algorithm, called the hierarchical rapidly exploring random tree algorithm based on potential function lazy planning and low-cost optimization (HPO-RRT*). The HPO-RRT* algorithm can guarantee path homotopy optimality and high planning efficiency. This algorithm uses a hierarchical architecture comprising a UAV perception system, path planner, and path optimizer. After the UAV perception system predicts moving threats and updates world information, the path planner obtains the heuristic path. First, the path planner uses the bias sampling method based on the artificial potential field function proposed in this paper to guide sampling to improve the efficiency and quality of sampling. Then, the tree is efficiently extended by the improved time-based lazy collision checking RRT* algorithm to obtain the heuristic path. Finally, a low-cost path optimizer quickly optimizes the heuristic path directly to optimize the path while avoiding additional calculations. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the three existing advanced algorithms in terms of addressing the real-time path-planning problem of UAVs in a dynamic environment. Link prediction is a crucial area of study within complex networks research. Mapping nodes to low-dimensional vectors through network embeddings is a vital technique for link prediction. Most of the existing methods employ "node–edge"-structured networks to model the data and learn node embeddings. In this paper, we initially introduce the Clique structure to enhance the existing model and investigate the impact of introducing two Clique structures (LECON: Learning Embedding based on Clique Of the Network) and nine motifs (LEMON: Learning Embedding based on Motif Of the Network), respectively, on experimental performance. Subsequently, we introduce a hypergraph to model the network and reconfigure the network by mapping hypermotifs to two structures: open hypermotif and closed hypermotif, respectively. Then, we introduce hypermotifs as supernodes to capture the structural similarity between nodes in the network (HMRLH: HyperMotif Representation Learning on Hypergraph). After that, taking into account the connectivity and structural similarity of the involved nodes, we propose the Depth and Breadth Motif Random Walk method to acquire node sequences. We then apply this method to the LEMON (LEMON-DB: LEMON-Depth and Breadth Motif Random Walk) and HMRLH (HMRLH-DB: HMRLH-Depth and Breadth Motif Random Walk) algorithms. The experimental results on four different datasets indicate that, compared with the LEMON method, the LECON method improves experimental performance while reducing time complexity. The HMRLH method, utilizing hypernetwork modeling, proves more effective in extracting node features. The LEMON-DB and HMRLH-DB methods, incorporating new random walk approaches, outperform the original methods in the field of link prediction. But while the concern is apt and relevant, it is based on a fraught understanding of manipulation. The significance of big data are prone to complication in solving optimization issues. In several scenarios, one requires adapting several contradictory goals and satisfies various criterions. This made the research on multi-objective optimization more vital and has become main topic. This paper presents theoretical analysis and comparative study of top ten optimization algorithms with respect to DMS. The performance analysis and study of optimization algorithms in big data streaming are explicated. Here, the top ten algorithms of optimization based on recency and popularity are considered. In addition, the performance analysis based on Efficiency, Reliability, Quality of solution, and superiority of DMS algorithm over other top 10 algorithms are examined. From analysis, the DMS provides better efficiency as it endeavours less computational effort to generate better solution, due to acquisition of both DA and MS algorithm's benefits and DMS takes less time to process a task. Moreover, the DMS needs less number of iterations in the process of optimization and helps to stop optimization process in local optimum. In addition, the DMS has better reliability as it poses the potential to handle specific level of performance. In addition, the DMS utilizes heuristic information for attaining high reliability. Moreover, the DMS produced high computation accuracy, which reveals its solution quality. From the analysis, it is noted that DMS attained improved outcomes in terms of efficiency, reliability and solution quality in contrast to other top 10 optimization algorithms. The present paper is in two folds. In the first fold, we prove the Lipschitz continuity of the proximal mapping associated with a general strongly H-monotone mapping and compute an estimate of its Lipschitz constant under some mild assumptions imposed on the mapping H involved in the proximal mapping. We provide two examples to show that a maximal monotone mapping need not be a general H-monotone for a single-valued mapping H from a Banach space to its dual space. A class of multi-valued nonlinear variational inclusion problems is considered, and by using the notion of proximal mapping and Nadler's technique, an iterative algorithm with mixed errors is suggested to compute its solutions. Under some appropriate hypotheses imposed on the mappings and parameters involved in the multi-valued nonlinear variational inclusion problem, the strong convergence of the sequences generated by the proposed algorithm to a solution of the aforesaid problem is verified. This paper explores digital marginalization, data marginalization, and algorithmic exclusions in the Souths. To this effect, it argues that underrepresented users and communities continue to be marginalized and excluded by digital technologies, by big data, and by algorithms employed by organizations, corporations, institutions, and governments in various data jurisdictions. Situating data colonialism within the Souths, the paper contends that data ableism, data disablism, and data colonialism are at play when data collected, collated, captured, configured, and processed from underrepresented users and communities is utilized by mega entities for their own multiple purposes. It also maintains that data coloniality, as opposed to data colonialism, is impervious to legal and legislative interventions within data jurisdictions. Additionally, it discusses digital citizenship (DC) and its related emerging regimes. Moreover, the paper argues that digital exclusion transcends the simplistic haves versus the have nots dualism as it manifests itself in multiple layers and in multiple dimensions. Furthermore, it characterizes how algorithmic exclusions tend to perpetuate historical human biases despite the pervasive view that algorithms are autonomous, neutral, rational, objective, fair, unbiased, and non-human. Finally, the paper advances a critical southern decolonial (CSD) approach to datafication, algorithms, and digital citizenship by means of which data coloniality, algorithmic coloniality, and the coloniality embodied in DC have to be critiqued, challenged, and dismantled. This paper introduces a solution method for the multimission selective maintenance problem (SMP) that combines column-generation (CG) and genetic algorithms (GAs). The multimission SMP is an optimisation problem that arises when a system performs a sequence of missions separated by breaks of finite duration. During these finite breaks, only a subset of possible maintenance actions can be performed due to resource limitations. The problem is in deciding what actions to perform during each break duration such that the system meets or exceeds a minimum target reliability for all missions. The resulting optimisation problems are usually modelled as mixed integer nonlinear mathematical programmes, which are hard to solve. They are usually solved using metaheuristics. We propose a solution method based on CG framework in which the subproblems are solved using a GA. By integrating the GA within the classical CG framework, high-quality solutions can be obtained very quickly. The proposed solution method is capable of solving systems composed of both parallel and k-out-of-n:G subsystems. This hybrid CG algorithm is shown to obtain near optimal solutions and outperform other metaheuristic solution methods; it is also shown to be capable of solving large-scale systems composed of many subsystems and hundreds of components in a reasonable amount of time. This paper focuses on the precast supply chain scheduling problem with time-dependent transportation time to minimise the total weighted tardiness (PSCSP_TDT |TWT). In the problem, an order sequence and several job sequences are to be determined simultaneously. At first, through in-depth analysis of problem structure and real data from a precast manufacturer, we approximate the problem into a three-stage order scheduling problem by combining the seven production stages into one differentiation stage, and then explore some useful properties of the schedules for the approximate problem. Subsequently, to solve the small instances for the PSCSP_TDT |TWT, we propose an approximate model-based hybrid dynamic programming and heuristic (AMHDPH) and obtain a lower bound as a by-product of the algorithm. For dealing with medium-or large instances, with considering the complexity of the problem, we propose four approximate model-based hybrid iterated greedy (AMHIG) algorithms by integration of constructive heuristics, structural properties of solutions, an iterated greedy, and a correction heuristic. Comprehensive computational results show that the AMHDPH generates tight lower bounds for small instances and solves the most of small instances to optimality within 60 seconds. Smart communication has significantly advanced with the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT). Many devices and online services are utilized in the network system to cope with data gathering and forwarding. Recently, many traffic-aware solutions have explored autonomous systems to attain the intelligent routing and flowing of internet traffic with the support of artificial intelligence. However, the inefficient usage of nodes' batteries and long-range communication degrades the connectivity time for the deployed sensors with the end devices. Moreover, trustworthy route identification is another significant research challenge for formulating a smart system. Therefore, this paper presents a smart Random walk Distributed Secured Edge algorithm (RDSE), using a multi-regression model for IoT networks, which aims to enhance the stability of the chosen IoT network with the support of an optimal system. In addition, by using secured computing, the proposed architecture increases the trustworthiness of smart devices with the least node complexity. The proposed algorithm differs from other works in terms of the following factors. Firstly, it uses the random walk to form the initial routes with certain probabilities, and later, by exploring a multi-variant function, it attains long-lasting communication with a high degree of network stability. The intrinsic features of documents, such as paper color, texture, aging, translucency, the kind of printing, typing or handwriting, etc., are important with regard to how to process and enhance their image. Image binarization is the process of producing a monochromatic image having its color version as input. It is a key step in the document processing pipeline. The recent Quality-Time Binarization Competitions for documents have shown that no binarization algorithm is good for any kind of document image. This paper uses a sample of the texture of the scanned historical documents as the main document feature to select which of the 63 widely used algorithms, using five different versions of the input images, totaling 315 document image-binarization schemes, provides a reasonable quality-time trade-off. Delay and stability are two key factors that affect the performance of multicast data transmission in a network. However, current algorithms of tree generation hardly meet the requirements of low delay and high stability simultaneously. Given a general network, the generation algorithm of a multicast tree with minimum delay and maximum stability is an NPhard problem, without a precise and efficient algorithm. To address these challenges, this paper studies the generation of low-delay and high-stability multicast trees under the model of spanning tree based on stability probability, degree-constrained, edge-weighted for multicast (T-SDE). A class of algorithms was proposed which creates the multicast tree greedy on the ratio of fan-out to delay (RFD) and probability of stability of terminal to obtain a high performance in multicast. The proposed algorithms greedily select terminals with a large RFD and a high probability of stability as forwarding nodes in the generation of the multicast tree, where the larger RFD and higher stability of upstream nodes are beneficial to achieve a low transmission delay and high stability in multicast. The proposed RFD can be compatible with the original model, which can take advantage of network connectivity during the generation of a multicast tree. This paper carries out simulation experiments on Matlab R2016b to measure the performance of the proposed algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can provide a smaller height, higher stability, and a lower transmission delay of the resulting multicast tree than other solutions. Emotion recognition commonly relies on single-modal recognition methods, such as voice and video signals, which demonstrate a good practicability and universality in some scenarios. Nevertheless, as emotion-recognition application scenarios continue to expand and the data volume surges, single-modal emotion recognition proves insufficient to meet people's needs for accuracy and comprehensiveness when the amount of data reaches a certain scale. Thus, this paper proposes the application of multimodal thought to enhance emotion-recognition accuracy and conducts corresponding data preprocessing on the selected dataset. Appropriate models are constructed for both audio and video modalities: for the audio-modality emotion-recognition task, this paper adopts the "time-distributed CNNs + LSTMs" model construction scheme; for the video-modality emotion-recognition task, the "DeepID V3 + Xception architecture" model construction scheme is selected. Furthermore, each model construction scheme undergoes experimental verification and comparison with existing emotion-recognition algorithms. Finally, this paper attempts late fusion and proposes and implements a late-fusion method based on the idea of weight adaptation. The experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the multimodal fusion algorithm proposed in this paper. The utilization of ultraviolet (UV) absorption spectroscopy for monitoring the concentration of specific decomposition gas components in gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) can provide a means to assess its insulation status. Nevertheless, UV optical modules currently deployed in the field are susceptible to external interferences like ambient noise and equipment vibrations. Real-time spectral data acquisition often suffers from significant noise contamination, directly impinging on subsequent feature extraction and detection accuracy. This paper presents an optimized singular value decomposition (SVD) noise reduction method for mitigating noisy spectral signals. First, each singular value within the noisy signal is transformed into a component signal. Next, the highest frequency value in the signal serves as an indicator to characterize the signal. Finally, the primary frequency values are arranged based on the decreasing singular values of the original noisy signal. The singular value corresponding to the first primary frequency value surpassing a preset threshold is selected as the effective order for denoising. Random noise with varying intensities was intentionally introduced to the UV spectral signal of sulfur dioxide (SO2), followed by noise reduction procedures. It is shown that the improved SVD noise reduction algorithm proposed in this paper enhances the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) by 18.02% and 16.86%, and reduces the root-mean-square error (RMSE) by 15.13% and 14.92%, respectively, compared with the singular value difference spectrum (SVDS) denoising method and wavelet transform denoising method under the condition of low SNR. Furthermore, there exists a linear relationship between the concentration of SO2 samples and the eigenvalues of the UV spectra, demonstrating a higher linear goodness with a coefficient of 0.99735. The denoising method proposed in this paper does not require the manual setting of various types of parameters, and has a better ability to deal with the noise of UV spectral signals in engineering sites with complex environments. An autonomous place recognition system is essential for scenarios where GPS is useless, such as underground tunnels. However, it is difficult to use existing algorithms to fully utilize the small number of effective features in underground tunnel data, and recognition accuracy is difficult to guarantee. In order to solve this challenge, an efficient point cloud position recognition algorithm, named Dual-Attention Transformer Network (DAT-Net), is proposed in this paper. The algorithm firstly adopts the farthest point downsampling module to eliminate the invalid redundant points in the point cloud data and retain the basic shape of the point cloud, which reduces the size of the point cloud and, at the same time, reduces the influence of the invalid point cloud on the data analysis. After that, this paper proposes the dual-attention Transformer module to facilitate local information exchange by utilizing the multi-head self-attention mechanism. It extracts local descriptors and integrates highly discriminative global descriptors based on global context with the help of a feature fusion layer to obtain a more accurate and robust global feature representation. Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper achieves an average F 1 score of 0.841 on the SubT-Tunnel dataset and outperforms many existing state-of-the-art algorithms in recognition accuracy and robustness tests. In recent years, many visual positioning algorithms have been proposed based on computer vision and they have achieved good results. However, these algorithms have a single function, cannot perceive the environment, and have poor versatility, and there is a certain mismatch phenomenon, which affects the positioning accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposes a location algorithm that combines a target recognition algorithm with a depth feature matching algorithm to solve the problem of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) environment perception and multi-modal image-matching fusion location. This algorithm was based on the single-shot object detector based on multi-level feature pyramid network (M2Det) algorithm and replaced the original visual geometry group (VGG) feature extraction network with the ResNet-101 network to improve the feature extraction capability of the network model. By introducing a depth feature matching algorithm, the algorithm shares neural network weights and realizes the design of UAV target recognition and a multi-modal image-matching fusion positioning algorithm. When the reference image and the real-time image were mismatched, the dynamic adaptive proportional constraint and the random sample consensus consistency algorithm (DAPC-RANSAC) were used to optimize the matching results to improve the correct matching efficiency of the target. Using the multi-modal registration data set, the proposed algorithm was compared and analyzed to verify its superiority and feasibility. The results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively deal with the matching between multi-modal images (visible image–infrared image, infrared image–satellite image, visible image–satellite image), and the contrast, scale, brightness, ambiguity deformation, and other changes had good stability and robustness. INTRODUCTION: The paper constructs a massive data mining model of distributed spatiotemporal databases for the Internet of Things. Then a homologous data fusion method based on information entropy is proposed. The storage space required by the tree structure is reduced by constructing the data schema tree of the merged data set. Secondly, the optimal dynamic support degree is obtained by using a neural network and genetic algorithm. Frequent items in the Internet of Things data are mined to achieve the normalization of the clustered feature data based on the threshold value. Experiments show that the F-measure of the data mining algorithm improves the efficiency by 15.64% and 18.25% compared with the kinds of other literatures respectively. Due to the unpredictability of the majority of green energy sources (GESs), particularly in microgrids (μGs), frequency deviations are unavoidable. These factors include solar irradiance, wind disturbances, and parametric uncertainty, all of which have a substantial impact on the system's frequency. An adaptive load frequency control (LFC) method for power systems is suggested in this paper to mitigate the aforementioned issues. For engineering challenges, soft computing methods like the bat algorithm (BA), where it proves its effectiveness in different applications, consistently produce positive outcomes, so it is used to address the LFC issue. For online gain tuning, an integral controller using an artificial BA is utilized, and this control method is supported by a modification known as the balloon effect (BE) identifier. Stability and robustness of analysis of the suggested BA+BE scheme is investigated. The system with the proposed adaptive frequency controller is evaluated in the case of step/random load demand. In addition, high penetrations of photovoltaic (PV) sources are considered. The standard integral controller and Jaya+BE, two more optimization techniques, have been compared with the suggested BA+BE strategy. According to the results of the MATLAB simulation, the suggested technique (BA+BE) has a significant advantage over other techniques in terms of maintaining frequency stability in the presence of step/random disturbances and PV source. The suggested method successfully keeps the frequency steady over I and Jaya+BE by 61.5% and 31.25%, respectively. On the transmission line, the invasion of foreign objects such as kites, plastic bags, and balloons and the damage to electronic components are common transmission line faults. Detecting these faults is of great significance for the safe operation of power systems. Therefore, a YOLOv5 target detection method based on a deep convolution neural network is proposed. In this paper, Mobilenetv2 is used to replace Cross Stage Partial (CSP)-Darknet53 as the backbone. The structure uses depth-wise separable convolution to reduce the amount of calculation and parameters; improve the detection rate. At the same time, to compensate for the detection accuracy, the Squeeze-and-Excitation Networks (SENet) attention model is fused into the algorithm framework and a new detection scale suitable for small targets is added to improve the significance of the fault target area in the image. Collect pictures of foreign matters such as kites, plastic bags, balloons, and insulator defects of transmission lines, and sort theminto a data set. The experimental results on datasets show that themean Accuracy Precision (mAP) and recall rate of the algorithm can reach 92.1% and 92.4%, respectively. Low-Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) compiler infrastructure is a useful tool for building just-in-time (JIT) compilers, besides its reliable front end represented by a clang compiler and its elaborated middle end containing different optimizations that improve the runtime performance. This paper specifically addresses the part of building a JIT compiler using an LLVM with the scope of obtaining the hardware architecture details of the underlying machine such as the number of cores and the number of logical cores per processing unit and providing them to the NUMA-BTLP static thread classification algorithm and to the NUMA-BTDM static thread mapping algorithm. Afterwards, the hardware-aware algorithms are run using the JIT compiler within an optimization pass. The JIT compiler in this paper is designed to run on a parallel C/C++ application (which creates threads using Pthreads), before the first time the application is executed on a machine. To achieve this, the JIT compiler takes the native code of the application, obtains the corresponding LLVM IR (Intermediate Representation) for the native code and executes the hardware-aware thread classification and the thread mapping algorithms on the IR. The NUMA-Balanced Task and Loop Parallelism (NUMA-BTLP) and NUMA-Balanced Thread and Data Mapping (NUMA-BTDM) are expected to optimize the energy consumption by up to 15% on the NUMA systems. In the first part of this paper, the phenomena of spectral leakage, which occurs when applying the Discrete Fourier Transformation, is described. After that, q-SE and PCC interpolation algorithm with 1P Keys kernel, which are applied to reduce spectral leakage and increase the precision of fundamental frequency estimation, are described. In the second part of the paper, the results of the Experiment, which was conducted with the aim of determining the efficiency of frequency estimation using these two algorithms, are presented. For the purposes of the Experiment, a complex sinusoidal Test signal was created. The Test signal is modified in the time domain by applying some classic, time-symmetric, window functions. Using DFT the amplitude characteristic of the Test signal was determined. By analyzing the amplitude characteristic the fundamental frequency was estimated. The results of the Experiment, estimating error MSE and the execution time of the algorithms, are presented in tabular and graphical form. Based on the experimental results, a comparative analysis was performed and the high efficiency of the PCC interpolation algorithm with the implemented 1P Keys kernel was indicated. Deep learning-based object detection methods address the problem of how to trade off the object detection accuracy and detection speed of the model. This paper proposes the PBA-YOLOv7 network algorithm, which is based on the YOLOv7 network, and first introduces the PConv, which lightens the ELAN module in the backbone network structure and reduces the number of parameters to improve the detection speed of the network and then designs and introduces the BiFusionNet network, which better aggregates the high-level semantic features and the low-level semantic features; and finally, on this basis, the coordinate attention mechanism is introduced to make the network focus on more critical features without increasing the model complexity. Noncontact heart rate monitoring techniques based on millimeter-wave radar have advantages in unique medical scenarios. However, the accuracy of the existing noncontact heart rate estimation methods is still limited by interference, such as DC offsets, respiratory harmonics, and environmental noise. Additionally, these methods still require longer observation times. Most deep learning methods related to heart rate estimation still need to collect more heart rate marker data for training. To address the above problems, this paper introduces a radar signal-based heart rate estimation network named the "masked phase autoencoders with a vision transformer network" (MVN). This network is grounded on masked autoencoders (MAEs) for self-supervised pretraining and a vision transformer (ViT) for transfer learning. During the phase preprocessing stage, phase differencing and interpolation smoothing are performed on the input phase signal. In the self-supervised pretraining step, masked self-supervised training is performed on the phase signal using the MAE network. In the transfer learning stage, the encoder segment of the MAE network is integrated with the ViT network to enable transfer learning using labeled heart rate data. The innovative MVN offers a dual advantage—it not only reduces the cost associated with heart rate data acquisition but also adeptly addresses the issue of respiratory harmonic interference, which is an improvement over conventional signal processing methods. Driverless technology refers to the technology that vehicles use to drive independently with the help of driverless system under the condition of unmanned intervention. The working environment of construction machinery is bad, and the working conditions are complex. The use of driverless technology can greatly reduce the risk of driver operation, reduce labor costs and improve economic benefits.Aiming at the problem of the GPS positioning signal in the working environment of construction machinery being weak and not able to achieve accurate positioning, this paper uses the fusion SLAM algorithm based on improved NDT to realize the real-time positioning of the whole vehicle through reconstruction of the scene. Considering that the motion characteristics of crawler construction machinery are different from those of ordinary passenger cars, this paper improves the existing pure pursuit algorithm. Simulations and real vehicle tests show that the algorithm combined with the fusion SLAM algorithm can realize the motion control of driverless crawler construction machinery well, complete the tracking of the set trajectory perfectly and have high robustness. The influence maximization (IM) problem aims to find a set of seed nodes that maximizes the spread of their influence in a social network. The positive influence maximization (PIM) problem is an extension of the IM problem, which consider the polar relation of nodes in signed social networks so that the positive influence of seeds can be the most widely spread. To solve the PIM problem, this paper proposes the polar and decay related independent cascade (IC-PD) model to simulate the influence propagation of nodes and the decay of information during the influence propagation in signed social networks. To overcome the low efficiency of the greedy based algorithm, this paper defines the polar reverse reachable (PRR) set and devises a signed reverse influence sampling (SRIS) algorithm. The algorithm utilizes the ICPD model as well as the PRR set to select seeds. There are two phases in SRIS. One is the sampling phase, which utilizes the IC-PD model to generate the PRR set and a binary search algorithm to calculate the number of needed PRR sets. The other is the node selection phase, which uses a greedy coverage algorithm to select optimal seeds. Finally, Experiments on three real-world polar social network datasets demonstrate that SRIS outperforms the baseline algorithms in effectiveness. Especially on the Slashdot dataset, SRIS achieves 24.7% higher performance than the best-performing compared algorithm under the weighted cascade model when the seed set size is 25. ith the rapid development of technology, processing the explosive growth of meteorological data on traditional standalone computing has become increasingly time-consuming, which cannot meet the demands of scientific research and business. Therefore, this paper proposes the implementation of the parallel Clustering Large Application based upon RANdomized Search (CLARANS) clustering algorithm on the Spark cloud computing platform to cluster China’s climate regions using meteorological data from 1988 to 2018. The aim is to address the challenge of applying clustering algorithms to large datasets. In this paper, the morphological similarity distance is adopted as the similarity measurement standard instead of Euclidean distance, which improves clustering accuracy. Furthermore, the issue of local optima caused by an improper selection of initial clustering centers is addressed by utilizing the max-distance criterion. Compared to the k-means clustering algorithm already implemented in the Spark platform, the proposed algorithm has strong robustness, can reduce the interference of outliers in the dataset on clustering results, and has higher parallel performance than the frequently used serial algorithms, thus improving the efficiency of big data analysis. This experiment compares the clustered centroid data with the annual average meteorological data of representative cities in the five typical meteorological regions that exist in China, and the results show that the clustering results are in good agreement with the meteorological data obtained from the National Meteorological Science Data Center. Document forgeries that involve modification of the materials used, such as ink and paper, provide evidence of any malpractices being performed. Forensic specialists use different techniques to identify and classify these samples; however, the most preferred method is to use nondestructive techniques to avoid any potential damage to the original specimen under investigation. Hyperspectral imaging has already been explored in several application domains and used as a powerful method in forensic investigations to extract information about the materials under examination. To precisely classify the material information and utilize the hyperspectral imaging technique's potential, we probed the potential of some hybrid spectral similarity measures to classify different commonly used paper samples. A comparison of these methods is quantitatively presented in this article. Hybrid spectral similarity algorithms are tested on forensic analysis of paper data. We compared the classification capabilities of various hybrid spectral similarity algorithms on hyperspectral data of 40 different paper samples. The overall accuracy (OA), kappa K̂, Z‐score of kappa (ZK̂), and the 95% confidence interval of kappa (CI(K̂)) are used for comparison. In this paper, we present a new algorithm which can eliminate abnormal detection data of our OLED panels caused by damaged detection TFTs. During the manufacture of oversize OLED TVs, particles bring many serious problems especially when they make detection TFTs be damaged and these TFTs will cause one or even several columns of detection data to be abnormal. The new "abnormal detection data forbidden algorithm" will replace the adjacent normal column detection data for the column with obvious abnormal detection data and the new "mosaic algorithm" will scatter the detection data of these columns that the detection data is not obviously abnormal but they are thin lines visible to the human eyes when the panel is working. A charge and discharge management scheme is proposed. The stored electric energy in distributed storage devices will converge to the consistent. The consistency of the stored electric energy of the devices helps to maintain the maximum load capacity and maximum consumption capacity of distributed storage devices. The charging and discharging process is constructed as a time-varying optimization problem, and the proposed algorithm can respond to the time-varying parameters of the distributed storage devices in real time. The time-varying neurodynamic algorithms can obtain time-varying optimal solution trajectories to give the optimal charging and discharging strategy in real time. In addition, the proposed approach in this paper focuses on the privacy protection of device data. Each device can calculate the power of discharging or charging by communicating with the partially connected nodes. Numerical simulations of the proposed scheme in the paper are given to verify the effectiveness of the scheme. Numerical simulations show that our scheme can make the electric energy stored in each storage device converge and maintain the maximum load capacity or maximum consumption capacity of the whole distributed storage device. We study the coupling of hydrodynamics and reactions in simulations of the double-detonation model for Type Ia supernovae. When assessing the convergence of simulations, the focus is usually on spatial resolution; however, the method of coupling the physics together as well as the tolerances used in integrating a reaction network also play an important role. In this paper, we explore how the choices made in both coupling and integrating the reaction portion of a simulation (operator/Strang splitting versus the simplified spectral deferred corrections method we introduced previously) influences the accuracy, efficiency, and nucleosynthesis of simulations of double detonations. We find no need to limit reaction rates or reduce the simulation time step to the reaction timescale.
