High-speed rail (HSR) systems potentially provide a more efficient way of door-to-door transportation than airplane. However, they also pose unprecedented challenges in delivering seamless Internet service for on-board passengers. In this paper, we conduct a large-scale active-passive measurement study of TCP performance over LTE on HSR. Our measurement targets the HSR routes in China operating at above 300 km/h. We performed extensive data collection through both controlled setting and passive monitoring, obtaining 1732.9 GB data collected over 135719 km of trips. Leveraging such a unique dataset, we measure important performance metrics such as TCP goodput, latency, loss rate, as well as key characteristics of TCP flows, application breakdown, and users' behaviors. We further quantitatively study the impact of frequent cellular handover on HSR networking performance, and conduct in-depth examination of the performance of two widely deployed transport-layer protocols: TCP CUBIC and TCP BBR. Our findings reveal the performance of today's commercial HSR networks "in the wild", as well as identify several performance inefficiencies, which motivate us to design a simple yet effective congestion control algorithm based on BBR to further boost the throughput by up to 36.5%. It describes each component element of Chinese ink painting in detail. Firstly, this paper presents brush emulation based on physical calculation. Then, it proposes the ink painting decomposition research technique, and proposes the simulation model system of the Chinese ink painting effect. This model had considered the writing brush model, as well as rice paper model of the water ink proliferation mode minutely. In addition, it proposed the transfusion mechanical mode which considered the gluewater's influence. So it had finished the ink proliferated interactive technology mode fusion physical and ink characteristic. This paper proposes a new version of genetic algorithms-the anticipatory genetic algorithm AGA. The performance evaluation included in the paper shows that AGA is superior to traditional genetic algorithm from both speed and accuracy points of view. The accuracy of traditional monitoring methods using remote sensing was lower, because of the limited number of monitoring points on the Tai lake. This paper proposed to use the Least Squares Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) theory to improve the accuracy of water quality retrieval, which is suitable for the small-sample fitting. The LS-SVM model was used to monitor concentration of suspended matter. In this paper, the Radial Basic Function (RBF) was chosen as the kernel function of the retrieval model, and the grid searching and k-cross validation were used to choose and optimize the parameters. Choosing the optimum travel way in the urban traffic network has always been a hotspot of research. The present study first constructed an urban traffic network model which took time factor into consideration, namely, adding time factor into the traditional network model, so as to reflect the dynamic change of traffic network. Then, the author designed the algorithm of the model and gave a detailed description of its procedures. A simplified algorithm in choosing the optimum travel way was provided to meet the needs of different types of people (the optimistic type, the conservative type, and the medium type). The concept of relative distance is put forward in this paper. And we also present a criterion to judge the effect measure algorithms whether are reasonable or not through the relative distance whether change. According to the criterion, we come to realize that the traditional upper limit effect measure algorithm is reasonable, while the traditional lower and medium limit effect measure algorithm are unreasonable. At the same time, using the judging criterion to check some new effect Measure algorithms, we find out that some are reasonable, and some are still unreasonable.
