In view of the problems of high production cost, scarcity and lack of diversity of 3D face datasets, this paper designs an end-to-end self-supervised learning 3D face reconstruction algorithm with a single 2D face image as input, which only uses 2D face datasets to complete model training. First, the improved ResNet module is introduced to preprocess the input face image. The deep residual neural network has strong feature extraction and characterization ability for the image, which can provide rich high-level semantic feature maps for the subsequent subnetwork. Then, add transformer module completely based on self-attention mechanism to the parameter prediction subnetwork, which can make different parameters of the subnetwork focus on self-related feature map information and avoid interference from invalid feature map information, so as to further improve the parameter prediction accuracy of the subnetwork. Next, training, ablation and comparison experiments were conducted on CelebA, BFM and Photoface datasets, and the combined function of pixel loss function and perceptual loss function was selected as the loss function. The experimental results show that: compared with the historical optimal results of the same network structure, the scale-invariant depth error (SIDE) and mean angle deviation (MAD) are improved by 5.9% and 10.8%, respectively, which strongly proves the effectiveness of the algorithm. Finally, in order to verify the actual effect of the 3D face reconstruction algorithm, examples are selected in this paper for reconstruction. A charge and discharge management scheme is proposed. The stored electric energy in distributed storage devices will converge to the consistent. The consistency of the stored electric energy of the devices helps to maintain the maximum load capacity and maximum consumption capacity of distributed storage devices. The charging and discharging process is constructed as a time-varying optimization problem, and the proposed algorithm can respond to the time-varying parameters of the distributed storage devices in real time. The time-varying neurodynamic algorithms can obtain time-varying optimal solution trajectories to give the optimal charging and discharging strategy in real time. In addition, the proposed approach in this paper focuses on the privacy protection of device data. Each device can calculate the power of discharging or charging by communicating with the partially connected nodes. Numerical simulations of the proposed scheme in the paper are given to verify the effectiveness of the scheme. Numerical simulations show that our scheme can make the electric energy stored in each storage device converge and maintain the maximum load capacity or maximum consumption capacity of the whole distributed storage device. In this paper, we study mean–variance–Conditional Value-at-Risk (CVaR) portfolio optimization problem with short selling, cardinality constraint and transaction costs. To tackle its mixed-integer quadratic optimization model for large number of scenarios, we take advantage of the penalty decomposition method (PDM). It needs solving a quadratic optimization problem and a mixed-integer linear program at each iteration, where the later one has explicit optimal solution. The convergence of PDM to a partial minimum of original problem is proved. Finally, numerical experiments using the S&P index for 2020 are conducted to evaluate efficiency of the proposed algorithm in terms of return, variance and CVaR gaps and CPU times. Multi-Objective Travelling Salesman Problem (MOTSP) is one of the most crucial problems in realistic scenarios, and it is difficult to solve by classical methods. However, it can be solved by evolutionary methods. This paper investigates the Constrained Multi-Objective Travelling Salesman Problem (CMOTSP) and the Constrained Multi-Objective Solid Travelling Salesman Problem (CMOSTSP) under an uncertain environment with zigzag uncertain variables. To solve CMOTSP and CMOSTSP models under uncertain environment, the expected value and optimistic value models are developed using two different ranking criteria of uncertainty theory. The models are transformed to their deterministic forms using the fundamentals of uncertainty. The Models are solved using two solution methodologies Aspiration level-based Multi-Objective Quasi Oppositional Jaya Algorithm (AL-based MOQO Jaya) and Fuzzy Programming Technique (FPT) with linear membership function. Further, the numerical illustration is solved using both methodologies to demonstrate its application. The sensitivity of the OVM model's objective functions regarding confidence levels is also investigated to look at the variation in the objective function. This paper proposes a novel adaptive robust control scheme for accuracy enhancement of eye-to-hand photogrammetry-based industrial robots subject to uncertainties. The proposed method uses two control loops: internal and external loops. The former is the dynamic controller designed for controlling the robot's joints. The external loop is the kinematic controller to minimize the error of the end-effector detected by the photogrammetry sensor. An adaptive integral terminal fractional-order super-twisting algorithm (AITFOSTA) is developed and employed for both control loops. AITFOSTA is an integral sliding-mode controller (ISMC) whose nominal control law is terminal. Its switching part is replaced with a fractional-order super-twisting algorithm (FOSTA), reducing the chattering to a great extent while rejecting the uncertainties. Additionally, an adaptive uncertainty and disturbance estimator based on radial basis function neural networks (RBFNNs) is designed and employed to reduce the uncertainty bounds, contributing to further chattering reduction. The stability analysis of the proposed controller is also presented. Simulation and experimental results show the superiority of the proposed method over other well-known approaches by reaching an unprecedented tracking accuracy, i.e. 0.06 mm and 0.18 ∘ for position and orientation, respectively. Intelligent agriculture has become the development trend of agriculture in the future, and it has a wide range of research and application scenarios. Using machine learning to complete basic tasks for people has become a reality, and this ability is also used in machine vision. In order to save the time in the fruit picking process and reduce the cost of labor, the robot is used to achieve the automatic picking in the orchard environment. Cherry target detection algorithms based on deep learning are proposed to identify and pick cherries. However, most of the existing methods are aimed at relatively sparse fruits and cannot solve the detection problem of small and dense fruits. In this paper, we propose a cherry detection model based on YOLOv5s. First, the shallow feature information is enhanced by convolving the feature maps sampled by two times down in BackBone layer of the original network model to the input end of the second and third CSP modules. In addition, the depth of CSP module is adjusted and RFB module is added in feature extraction stage to enhance feature extraction capability. Finally, Soft- Non-Maximum Suppression (Soft-NMS) is used to minimize the target loss caused by occlusion. We test the performance of the model, and the results show that the improved YOLOv5s-cherry model has the best detection performance for small and dense cherry detection, which is conducive to intelligent picking. This paper introduces a framework for building probabilistic models with subsequential failure transducers. We first show how various types of subsequential transducers commonly used in natural language processing are represented by conditional probabilistic subsequential transducers and probabilistic subsequential failure transducers. Afterwards, we introduce efficient algorithms for composition of conditional probabilistic subsequential transducers with probabilistic subsequential failure transducers and canonization (weight-pushing) of probabilistic subsequential failure transducers. Those algorithms are applicable to many tasks for representing probabilistic models. One such task is the construction of the H C L G weighted transducer used in speech recognition which we describe in detail. At the end, a comparison between the presented H C L G failure weighted transducer and the standard H C L G weighted transducer along with empirical results for HMM-based speech recognition decoding reveal the competitiveness of the presented constructions. Twin delayed deep deterministic (TD3) policy gradient has several limitations when applied in planning a path in environment with a number of dilemmas according to our experiment, due to the complexity of the robot path planning task, the rate of convergence of TD3 algorithm is slow and the rate of collision is high. To address this problem, deep dense dueling twin delayed deep deterministic (D3-TD3) architecture is proposed, a method that preserves important information from cross-layer inputs through dense connections and divides the network into a value function and a dominance function, thus, allowing for faster convergence when solving complex tasks. Finally, a spatial model based on three-dimension (3D) point cloud is built, and simulation experimental results show that in static environment, the algorithm proposed in the paper has 40.6% fewer collisions compared to TD3, 30% fewer collisions compared to TD3-BC, 19.2% fewer collisions compared to Dueling TD3 and 17.4% fewer collisions compared to deep dense TD3. In dynamic and static environment, the algorithm proposed in the paper has 34.4% fewer collisions compared to TD3, 24% fewer collisions compared to TD3-BC, 6% fewer collisions compared to Dueling TD3 and 25% fewer collisions compared to deep dense TD3. Recently, there had been a massive group of people, who were being rapidly affected by melanoma. Melanoma is a form of skin cancer that develops on the skin's surface layer. This is primarily caused due to excessive skin exposure to UV radiation and severe sunburns. Thus, the early detection of melanoma can aid us to cure it completely. This paper intends to introduce a new melanoma detection framework with four main phases viz. segmentation, feature extraction, optimal feature selection, as well as detection. Initially, the segmentation process takes place to the input skin image via Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM) approach. From the segmented image ( Im seg ) , some of the features such as Gray Level Run Length Matrix (GLRM), Local Vector Pattern (LVP), Local Binary Pattern (LBP), Local Directional Pattern (LDP) and Local Tetra Pattern (LTrP) are extracted. As the extracted features (F) suffered from the issue of "curse of dimensionality", this paper utilizes optimization to select optimal features, which makes the detection more precise. As a novelty, a new hybrid algorithm Particle-Assisted Moth Search Algorithm (PA-MSA) is introduced that hybridizes the concept of Moth Search Algorithm (MSA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), respectively. For the parameter estimation problem in research related to the fractional-order chaotic systems (FOCSs), a modified optimization algorithm based on Salp Swarm Algorithm (SSA) was developed in this paper. The proposed algorithm introduced several improvements on SSA: adding a grouping step, introducing "betrayal" behavior, and improving the update method of the followers. We applied multiple classical optimization algorithms to conduct the parameter estimation experiments on the fractional-order Lorenz chaotic system (Lorenz-FOCS) and the fractional-order Financial chaotic system (Financial-FOCS). In addition, we explored the impact of searching space on parameters estimation through experiments. The experimental results confirmed the feasibility of the modified Salp Swarm Algorithm (MSSA). This paper proposes a novel method for the image interpolation problem based on two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform (DWT) with the edge preserving approach. The purpose of this method is to consider two contrasting issues of over-smoothing and creation of spurious edges at the same time, and offer a novel solution based on statistical dependencies of image sub-bands, and noise behavior. The offered method has a multi-faceted approach for the problem; by sub-band coding, it handles each 2D-DWT image sub-band with a different solution. For LH and HL sub-bands, two algorithms work together in order to preserve regularity. Area_Check algorithm is a four-phase edge-preserving algorithm that aims to recognize and interpolate separating lines of environments and edgy regions in the best possible way. On the other hand, RLS_AVG algorithm interpolates smooth surfaces of the image by keeping the regularity of the image without over-smoothing. In this regard, the offered algorithm has a great power to counter jaggies and annoying artifacts. In the end, in order to demonstrate the capability, and performance of the proposed method, the final results in various metrics are compared with the results of the most famous and the newest image interpolation methods. In this paper, we propose an applicable algorithm of the so-called adaptive Fourier decomposition in H 2 (ℂ +) the Hardy H 2 space on the upper half-plane ℂ + , which provides a new method for decomposing real-valued signals and analytic signals on the real line. March algorithms are widely used in Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) on-chip memory testing, providing linear test complexities that reduce the test time and cost. However, studies show that March algorithms with complexities lower than 18N have poor coverages of faults that have emerged with the advent of the nanometer process technologies and are more relevant to nowadays memories. New March AZ1 and March AZ2 algorithms, with 13N and 14N complexities, respectively, were introduced to provide optimum coverage of those faults and to produce a shorter test than an 18N-complexity test algorithm with a lesser area overhead, thus reducing chip manufacturing costs. This paper presents the implementation and validation of MBIST controllers that applied the March AZ1 and March AZ2 algorithms in a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) device. They were implemented in the Intel Max 10 DE10-Lite FPGA Development Board. A test generator was built in FPGA, as an alternative to the external tester, to provide test vectors required in initiating the test on the memory model using the implemented MBIST. The FPGA experimental tests demonstrated that they function correctly as the expected test sequences were observed. In addition, their fault detection abilities were also validated through tests on a fault-injected memory model, which shows that the implemented March AZ1 and March AZ2 provide 80.6% and 83.3% coverage of the intended faults, respectively, which outperform any other existing 14N-complexity March algorithms. The technology for path planning of independent mobile robots is mature, but multi-robot path planning for unified scheduling and allocation is much more complex than single-robot path planning. This requires consideration of collision problems between robots, general optimal path problems, etc. This paper proposes the use of the BSO algorithm for unified scheduling and allocation of multiple robots to improve the efficiency of task execution. The BSO algorithm is a new type of intelligent optimization algorithm that uses clustering ideas to search for local optimal solutions and obtains global optimal solutions by comparing local optimal solutions. It also uses mutation ideas to increase the diversity of the algorithm and avoid becoming trapped in local optimal solutions. Using the GA/SA algorithm and the proposed BSO algorithm for computer simulation comparison, we obtained the optimal path planning for the three robots under unified scheduling. The total distance of the optimal path obtained by the BSO algorithm was 27.36% and 25.31% shorter than those of the GA and SA algorithms, respectively. To further test the performance of the BSO algorithm, we conducted additional experiments on the unified scheduling of multiple robots. The experimental results show that the proposed BSO algorithm can significantly improve the efficiency. The multi-robot under unified scheduling performs point-to-point path planning without collisions, and they can traverse all task target points in the shortest path without repetition. In this paper, integro-differential equations are solved by using an efficient numerical technique, namely, Multistage Optimal Homotopy Asymptotic method. The existence and uniqueness of solutions are established by the application of Lipschitz condition. Convergence of approximate solutions along with stability are also carried out. Some examples are solved to highlight the vital characteristics of the applied numerical scheme. This paper focuses on the intelligent recognition problem of radar detection targets. Aiming at the low accuracy and slow speed of millimeter-wave radar clustering point cloud information, a feature algorithm of millimeter-wave radar suitable for detecting targets is proposed. In the detection of targets by millimeter-wave radar, distance is the biggest factor affecting the number and degree of sparsity. A method that combines the feature information of the point cloud with the KD tree proximity search algorithm and the DBSCAN clustering algorithm is proposed, which can adapt to the problems of uneven target point cloud, small amount of data and slow clustering speed. The improved algorithm can use the KD tree to quickly find adjacent points and calculate the distance between adjacent points. The corresponding number of thresholds is set according to the distance where the target is located, and the radius of the target area reflected by the millimeter-wave radar plus the distance of the last threshold point is used as the neighborhood radius of the improved algorithm. Therefore, fast and adaptive parameter adjustment of the millimeter-wave radar can be realized. Simulation tests show that the improved clustering algorithm has better parameters. 2R-1C equivalent circuit is widely used in electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), such as modelling of lithium-ion batteries, bioimpedance analysis and water quality monitoring. It allows for an analysis of the basic electrical behavior of electrochemical systems and understanding of the underlying principles. However, the reported parameter estimation methods are usually deployed on the PC-based processing units that limit in-situ and unsupervised applications, where estimation results are free from user inputs. This paper presents a novel methodology for extracting the values of 2R-1C equivalent circuit by solely utilizing the measured impedance modulus. Unlike iterative and PC-based estimation methods, this approach eliminates user inputs in terms of a need for an initial guess, addressing a significant drawback of those approaches. The proposed work was validated by simulated and experimentally obtained impedance. Moreover, details of deployment on the PC-based and embedded hardware were also reported. The utilization of embedded hardware platform (Mega2560) enables an efficient processing of EIS data (80 milliseconds for 100 datapoints) by creating opportunities for in-situ parameter extraction of equivalent electrical circuits. In this paper, a modified eigensystem realization algorithm for modal parameter identification and relaxation parameter is extended from a viscous damping system to a nonviscous damping system. The equation of motion with nonviscous damping in second-order form is expressed in the state space formulation. The eigenvalues of the second-order form equation are proved equal to the state space formulation. The extended method is based on the proposed nonlinear relationship between the eigenvalues and the damping parameters of a nonviscous damping system. In computerized tool path programming, the operator/user can generate the tool path based on the shape and geometry of the part to be produced by choosing from a set of predefined strategies available in the library of Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software. These tool paths are typically not optimum, specifically for complex geometries. This paper employed Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) as a foundation to propose a new tool path optimization algorithm for drilling to minimize the tool path length and subsequently reduce the time spent on nonproductive movements. The proposed algorithm was solved using local search approach in the presence of multiple constraints including geometric obstacles and initial location of tool origin. The outcome was a near-optimum tool path for drilling operations with no collision with workpiece features. The computational efficiency of the proposed algorithm was also compared with other methods in available literature using a standard workpiece as a benchmark. The results confirmed that for given examples, the near-optimum collision-free tool paths using the developed model in this paper were almost 50% shorter than the tool path generated by a commercial CAM software. With the rapid development of Internet medical information technology, a large amount of medical data appeared on the Internet, however, how to extract effective information from the massive and complex medical data to provide professional medical services and suggestions to users has become a hot spot for this research. The recommendation system can effectively solve the problem of accurate matching of complex medical data resources; however, the cold start, data sparsity and user interest migration of the system in the complex data environment have a large impact on the recommendation effect; therefore, this paper proposes a weighted neural matrix decomposition improved health management recommendation scheme incorporating deep learning techniques. The scheme first uses an implicit feedback method to improve the prediction scores and improve the linear model performance of the matrix decomposition algorithm to form a weighted neural matrix decomposition health management recommendation algorithm. Second, the improved method and deep neural network are fused to improve the performance of the nonlinear model part of the algorithm by using the structural properties of the neural network. Finally, this paper's method is compared with the mainstream six recommendation algorithms on four publicly available real datasets. The experimental results show that the root mean square error (RMSE) of the WENMF algorithm is smaller than that of the comparison algorithm on all four datasets, and the convergence speed is faster. The hit rate (HR) and normalized discounted cumulative gain (NDCG) of the WENMF algorithm are higher than those of the comparison algorithm on all four datasets, and the maximum difference is 0.04. Therefore, the recommendation accuracy and ranking quality of the WENMF algorithm in the recommendation system are verified, and the cold start and data sparsity problems of the recommendation system are effectively alleviated. With the deepening application of wearable devices in the field of indoor positioning, the mining and application of human behavior patterns based on new technologies such as mobile terminals, channel technologies and intelligent algorithms have gradually become a research hotspot in the field of intelligent positioning. At this stage, outdoor positioning satellite technology has been gradually improved, but it cannot work effectively in indoor environment, and indoor positioning technology has not formed a set of standard and effective scheme at this stage, which leads to a scene of a hundred contentions for indoor positioning technology. This paper proposes an indoor intelligent localization algorithm based on channel state information, which first forms the measurements of antenna subarrays by the fixed antenna subset arrays located in different paths to achieve the phase estimation based on channel state; then determines the AoA of the direct path from the target to the AP using ToF information and eliminates the STO noise of channel state information by unfolding the best linear fit of CSI phase; again the AoA and ToF estimates from multiple measurements are plotted in two-dimensional space, and the direct path possibility estimation is achieved by identifying the estimates through five clusters of Gaussian-averaged clustering algorithm; finally the coordinates of the target to be located are obtained by coupling direct propagation path, estimation clustering and least-squares estimation using three APs as the receiver and the target to be located as the transmitter. The simulation results show that the intelligent localization algorithm proposed in this paper is able to lack the localization accuracy at the decimeter level in the indoor localization environment with three fixed APs, and the average error is better than the localization algorithms of support vector machine, deep learning and limit learning. GPS receivers have a wide range of applications, but are not always secure. A spoofing attack is one source of conscious errors in which the counterfeit signal overcomes the authentic GPS signal and takes control of the receiver's operation. Recently, GPS spoofing attack detection based on computational algorithms, such as machine learning, classification, wavelet transform and clustering, has been developing. This paper proposes multiple clustering algorithms for accurately clustering the authentic and spoofing signals, called subtractive, FCM and DBSCAN clustering. The spoofing attack is recognized using two distinct features: moving phase detector variance and norms of correlators. Spoofing and authentic signals have different patterns in the proposed features. According to the Dunn and Silhouette indexes, the validation of the results is investigated. The Dunn values for the proposed approaches are 0.8592, 0.5285 and 0.6039 for DBSCAN, FCM and subtractive clustering, respectively. Also, the DBSCAN algorithm is implemented at the RTL level because of its highest value for the Dunn index and algorithm verifiability. Using the Vivado tools, this algorithm is implemented and designed on a Xilinx Virtex 7 xc7vx690tffg1930-3 hardware device for two-dimensional data with 32-bit accuracy and 130 data points. In order to solve the problems of poor channel balance control ability and unable to effectively reduce the output bit error rate in the traditional Internet of things link load balance control methods, a new Internet of things (IoT) link load balance control algorithm based on non-parametric regression model is proposed in this paper. The transmission model of IoT link channel is constructed, and the sparse random cluster analysis method is used to extract the load characteristics of IoT link. According to the load feature extraction results, through the estimated regression function of known data features, a non-parametric regression model is constructed, and the fuzzy cyclic iterative control is used to realize the load balancing control of the Internet of things link. The experimental results show that this method has strong channel balance control ability, low output bit error rate, the maximum average link utilisation can reach 1, and the maximum output bit error rate is only 102, which improves the stability of the Internet of things. The proposed algorithm can be understood as the modification of ADAM-CBO, replacing the normalization term by unity. For the proposed Momentum-CBO, we provide a sufficient framework which guarantees the convergence of algorithm toward a global minimum of the objective function. Moreover, we present several experimental results showing that Momentum-CBO has an improved success rate of finding the global minimum compared to vanilla-CBO and show the stability of Momentum-CBO under different initialization schemes. We also show that Momentum-CBO can be used as the alternative of ADAM-CBO which does not have a proper convergence analysis. At present, there are many semantic segmentation algorithms with excellent performance for intelligent driving vehicles, but most of them only work well on scenes with good illumination. In order to solve the problem of scene segmentation under low illumination, this paper proposes a novel semantic segmentation algorithm that combines visible and infrared images. In this algorithm, two parallel encoders are designed as the input of the images, and the decoder divides the fused images output from the encoder. The model is based on ResNet algorithm, and the residual attention module is used in each branch to mine and enhance the spatial features of multilevel channels to extract images information. Experiments are carried out on publicly available thermal infrared and visible datasets. In this paper, we present a reliable numerical algorithm to determine approximate solutions of the two-point boundary value problems having Robin boundary conditions that naturally occur in the investigation of distinct tumor growth issues, the dispersal of heat sources in the person head and steady state oxygen diffusion in spherical cell possessing Michaelis–Menten uptake kinetics. This approach is based on a modified concept of Adomian polynomials (AP), and the two-step Adomian decomposition method (TSADM) merged with Padé approximants. Furthermore a Maple package ADMP is applied to solve various problems, which is very easy to use and efficient and needed to input the system of equations with initial or boundary conditions and diverse essential parameters to deliver the analytic approximate solutions within a few seconds. The suggested scheme does not require linearization, perturbations, guessing the initial terms, a set of basis function or other limiting presumptions, which yields the solutions in closed form. Private set union (PSU) allows several parties to obtain the union of their private sets without disclosing each party's private information. Existing PSU protocols often have polynomial complexity for the complete set size or complicated process. In this paper, a quantum multi-party PSU protocol based on least common multiple (LCM) and Shor's algorithm is proposed, which enables the union of multiple sets to be computed all at once. In order to increase the one-time success probability of the protocol, we first improved Shor's period-finding algorithm, which is used in LCM computation and integer factoring. Each party's private set is encoded into an integer obtained by multiplying several prime numbers, thus the PSU problem is transformed into an LCM problem. The LCM of these integers is computed by using the improved Shor's period-finding algorithm, and then factored to derived the union set. We prove the correctness of the proposed protocol, and its unconditional security against semi-honest attacks. This paper intends to develop a novel framework for text document clustering with the aid of a new improved meta-heuristic algorithm. Initially, the features are selected from the text document by subjecting each word under Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) computation. Subsequently, centroid selection plays a vital role in cluster formation, which is done using a new Improved Lion Algorithm (LA) termed as Cross over probability-based LA model (CP-LA). As a novelty, this paper introduced a new inter and intracluster similarity model. Moreover, this centroid selection is made in such a way that the proposed adaptive weighted similarity should be minimal. Based on the characteristics of the document, the weights are automatically adapted with the similarity measure. The proposed adaptive weighted similarity function involves the inter-cluster, and intra-cluster similarity of both ordered and unordered documents. In recent days, the major concern for diabetic patients is foot ulcers. According to the survey, among 15 people among 100 are suffering from this foot ulcer. The wound or ulcer found which is found in diabetic patients consumes more time to heal, also required more conscious treatment. Foot ulcers may lead to deleterious danger condition and also may be the cause for loss of limb. By understanding this grim condition, this paper proposes Fractional-Order Darwinian Particle Swarm Optimization (FO-DPSO) technique for analyzing foot ulcer 2D color images. This paper deals with standard image processing, i.e. efficient segmentation using FO-DPSO algorithm and extracting textural features using Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) technique. The whole effort projected results as accuracy of 91.2%, sensitivity of 100% and specificity as 96.7% for Naïve Bayes classifier and accuracy of 91.2%, sensitivity of 100% and sensitivity of 79.6% for Hoeffding tree classifier. Using wearable devices to realize the mining and application of human behavior patterns has become a hotspot in the field of intelligent positioning. Wearable devices provide an analyzable data foundation for indoor spatial distribution and human behavior pattern prediction. The development of the intelligent positioning system based on RSSI has encountered a bottleneck that it is difficult to improve the positioning accuracy. Therefore, some research works started emphasizing location technology based on channel state information (CSI). In this paper, the principle used by Wi-Fi channel state information to realize intelligent positioning is described, the characteristics of CSI are analyzed, and an intelligent positioning algorithm based on CSI is proposed. Specifically, the algorithm first estimates the angle of arrival (AoA) based on the MUSIC algorithm, separates the reflected paths in the multipath components, and accurately estimates the AoA of each path. Second, phase estimation with channel state information is achieved by forming different antenna subarray measurements under the consideration of a subset of antennas and subcarriers. Then, the phase response linear fitting of the data packet CSI is eliminated using the ToF purification algorithm to obtain the corrected phase response and realize the elimination of the STO noise of the channel state information. Finally, the target position is calculated by effectively filtering the reflection path through the likelihood value, and the accurate target positioning function is achieved. The experimental results demonstrate that the intelligent positioning algorithm proposed in this paper can achieve decimeter-level positioning accuracy under the condition of a fixed number of APs, and the average error is better than that of deep learning-based and SVM-based positioning algorithms. The current communication circulator detection relies on manual experience for identification and classification. This method seriously affects production efficiency; and visual fatigue, physical condition, and working environment will affect the accuracy of manual detection; therefore, the production line of communication circulators urgently needs to be online automatic detection system. This paper will design a set of the stable automatic detection system. The main contributions are: (1) In the sample collection stage, by enhancing the limited samples, it proposes the morphological transformation of the limited defects themselves to realize the diversification of the number of samples and the morphology; (2) By reusing a sample, a cascaded Faster-RCNN and You Only Look Once (YOLO) target detection method is proposed, and the Faster-RCNN and YOLO models are trained, respectively; the model training stage uses migration learning and optimization of hyperparameters to obtain higher accuracy high training model; (3) In the inference stage, by cascading the two excellent target detection algorithms, Faster-RCNN and YOLO, this paper proposes a new decision conflict resolution algorithm, and finally obtains a higher comprehensive detection accuracy; (4) In the deployment phase, in view of the increased performance and computing power overhead caused by algorithm cascading, this paper proposes a solution for graphics processing unit shard sharing. Experimental results explain: The communication circulator surface defect detection system based on the deep learning method can effectively locate and identify various defects. As a widely used network security defense technology, network intrusion detection has more deep learning methods used to improve the performance of intrusion detection. However, this method requires a large-scale network traffic data set for training, increasing privacy leakage risk. In this paper, a network intrusion detection algorithm based on Gaussian differential privacy federated learning (NIDS-FLGDP) is proposed. NIDS-FLGDP adopts the client–server architecture of federated learning, introduces the differential privacy of the Gaussian mechanism to ensure the security of the calculation process, uses the improved FedAvg algorithm to reduce communication overhead, and uses the improved 1D CNN to participate in collaborative training for the local model. Optimal parameters for Gaussian differential privacy and the optimal number of participating clients were determined from experiments. Model accuracy rates for binary classification and multi-classification training NIDS-FLGDP are 0.97, 0.975, 0.97 and 0.97, 0.985, 0.96, respectively, for KDD CUP99, NSL_KDD, and UNSW_NB15 network intrusion detection datasets. The results show that NIDS-FLGDP improves intrusion detection performance while protecting network traffic privacy compared with the previous methods. Its applicability and effectiveness have been fully verified, which provides a practical reference for the safe processing and analysis of a large number of diversified network traffic data in the future. In computer vision, automatically identifying and locating text in images or videos is an important task. Traditional text detection methods are not effective in detecting complex scenes in irregular rectangular areas such as text bending, spacing, and special shapes, which are mainly reflected in the fragmentation of text detection areas. In this paper, a text detection method based on edge attention mechanism is proposed to better adapt to complex scenes. The proposed method takes Encoder–Decoder as the core idea. First of all, an edge attention module is designed, including global attention and local attention. The global attention module is used to perceive the features of text regions and nontext regions, while the local attention module is used to learn the information of text boundaries. Then a multi-scale feature fusion process is designed, which can strengthen the edge information and key information of text regions. Finally, the model outputs probability maps and threshold maps, and generates high-precision binary maps of text regions. After experimental verification, the proposed method on the public data set significantly reduces the fragmentation of the detection area, improves the detection accuracy of the text area, and has better robustness for text detection scenes with unconventional rectangular areas. The CDT subproblem, which minimizes a quadratic function over the intersection of two ellipsoids, is a classical quadratic programming problem. In this paper, we study a method of solving CDT with a positive Lagrangian duality gap. An efficient splitting algorithm is proposed for finding the global optimal solutions. A cutting plane is firstly added to divide the feasible set of CDT into two subsets, and then two new quadratic programming problems with ellipsoidal and linear constraints are generated accordingly. Using the newly developed technique — second-order cone constraints to enhance the efficiencies of the SDP relaxation-based algorithms on the two subproblems, an optimal solution of CDT can be acquired by comparing the objective values of the two subproblems. Numerical experiments show that the new algorithm outperforms the two recent SDP relaxation-based algorithms, the two-parameter eigenvalue-based algorithm and the solver Gurobi 9.5 for certain types of CDT. Cloud computing is a rapidly advancing paradigm that enables users to access various services and resources anytime, anywhere. With this advancement, security has become a major concern for business organisations and individuals, and hence, it is essential to ensure that the services are provided with high data security. This paper devises a novel data protection scheme in the cloud by using the Twofish encryption algorithm and a key generation scheme with the Bald Eagle Pelican Optimization (BEPO) Algorithm. The proposed Twofish+BEPO_KeyGen is implemented in various phases, like initialization, registration, key generation, data encryption, authentication, validation and data sharing, and data decryption. Here, the Twofish algorithm is used to encrypt the data that has to be outsourced to the cloud, and for encryption, the security key required is generated by the BEPO algorithm. The efficacy of the Twofish+BEPO_KeyGen approach is examined by considering metrics, like memory usage, validation time, normalized variance, and conditional privacy, and is detected to have achieved values of 76.3 MB, 37.278 s, 1.665, and 0.926, correspondingly. Currently, social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter have evolved into valuable platforms for global communication. However, due to their extensive user bases, Twitter is often misused by illegitimate users engaging in illicit activities. While there are numerous research papers available that delve into combating illegitimate users on Twitter, a common shortcoming in most of these works is the failure to address the issue of class imbalance, which significantly impacts the effectiveness of spam detection. Few other research works that have addressed class imbalance have not yet applied bio-inspired algorithms to balance the dataset. Therefore, we introduce PSOB-U, a particle swarm optimization-based undersampling technique designed to balance the Twitter dataset. In PSOB-U, various classifiers and metrics are employed to select majority samples and rank them. Furthermore, an ensemble learning approach is implemented to combine the base classifiers in three stages. During the training phase of the base classifiers, undersampling techniques and a cost-sensitive random forest (CS-RF) are utilized to address the imbalanced data at both the data and algorithmic levels. In the first stage, imbalanced datasets are balanced using random undersampling, particle swarm optimization-based undersampling, and random oversampling. In the second stage, a classifier is constructed for each of the balanced datasets obtained through these sampling techniques. In the third stage, a majority voting method is introduced to aggregate the predicted outputs from the three classifiers. The evaluation results demonstrate that our proposed method significantly enhances the detection of illegitimate users in the imbalanced Twitter dataset. Additionally, we compare our proposed work with existing models, and the predicted results highlight the superiority of our spam detection model over state-of-the-art spam detection models that address the class imbalance problem. This paper proposes a novel algorithm that combines symbolic execution and data flow testing to generate test cases satisfying multiple coverage criteria of critical software applications. The coverage criteria considered are data flow coverage as the primary criterion, software safety requirements, and equivalence partitioning as sub-criteria. black The characteristics of the subjects used for the study include high-precision floating-point computation and iterative programs. The work proposes an algorithm that aids the tester in automated test data generation, satisfying multiple coverage criteria for critical software. The aim of this paper is to develop a set of algorithms for defect identification in any crystal system based on structural data from molecular dynamics simulations. The set, named FEDIS, consists of two algorithms: the extended centrosymmetric parameter (E-CSP) method and the fast neighbor distance analysis (F-NDA) method. The E-CSP extends the Central Symmetric Parameter (CSP) method for centrally symmetric materials by introducing a compensation term for asymmetric crystal that adapts to all crystal systems. The F-NDA modifies the Nearest Neighbor Analysis (NDA) method by replacing vector computation with scalar computation. The developed algorithms are validated through several cases that demonstrate their effectiveness and efficiency in detecting various types of defects. With the improvement of digital image display technology, the "secondary imaging" caused by digital cameras is also gradually popularized, and the quality of the recaptured image formed by this imaging is also getting higher and higher, and this kind of high-quality fake image has caused great threat to digital images security. We propose a neural network-based recaptured image identification algorithm and use the difference between two types of images to build the identification algorithm in the frequency domain. The algorithm uses filtering to obtain the feature images which are the high-frequency and low-frequency filtering images, in order to further distinguish the image differences, the direction of the filtered image obtained from high-frequency images, each direction of the filtered image contains high-frequency information at different angles, and the low-frequency image is downsampled. At the same time, the low-frequency image is downsampled to obtain a multi-scale filtered image. In RFID systems, many anti-collision algorithms, driven by the concept of rescheduling the response sequence between the reader and unidentified tags, have been put forward to solve tag collision problem, including ALOHA-based, tree-based and hybrid algorithms. In this paper, we propose a novel RFID anti-collision algorithm called EAQ-CBB, which adopts three main approaches: tag population estimation based on collided bit detection method, optimal partitions and trimmed query tree based on the strategy of collided block bit-mapping (QTCBB). The relatively accurate estimation of tag backlog and optimal partition ensure a great reduction of collisions in the initial phase. For each collided partition, a QTCBB process is introduced immediately, which eliminates all the empty slots and significantly reduces the collided slots. Simulation results show that EAQ-CBB performs good stability and scalability when the key parameters change. Compared with the existing algorithms, such as DFSA, QTI, T-GDFSA and CT, EAQ-CBB outperforms the others with high system throughput, low normalized latency and low normalized overhead at a low cost of energy, which makes it easier to be used widely in the efficient-aware and energy-aware applications. In this paper, a chaotic multiple-image encryption algorithm using block scrambling and dynamic DNA coding is designed. The algorithm can achieve simultaneous encryption of many different types of images. Firstly, a new block scrambling algorithm is proposed, which is divided into two scrambling modes according to the size of the initial block. And it combines with the cyclic shift operation to achieve scrambling. Secondly, dynamic DNA coding is utilized to diffuse images, which enhances the complexity and security of the proposed multiple-image encryption algorithm. Through the analysis of key space, correlation, information entropy, histogram, differential attacks and robustness, it is verified that the algorithm is safe and effective. Experimental results show that the new multiple-image encryption algorithm is suitable for multiple color and gray images encryption. Many damage identification methods are based on a comparison of structure response between healthy and damaged states. However, the healthy state response of especially old bridges is rarely available. In this paper, a new output-only damage identification approach is proposed to locate damage in multi-span bridges. In this method, only the damaged state strain and displacement influence lines are required. This approach is theoretically explained for a three-span girder. The middle span, the health condition of which is in quest, is modeled as a single-span beam, supported by rotational springs with unknown stiffness. A new algorithm is proposed to estimate the healthy state displacement influence line of the middle point of the span. In this algorithm, the ratio of the flexural stiffness of the girder to the spring's rotational stiffness is determined in such a way that the estimated displacement, is as close to the measured response, as possible. Then, the estimated displacement is scaled based on two constraints. First, it is expected to be lower than the pseudo-static component of measured displacement because damage increases the response globally. Second, the difference between the scaled and pseudo-static component of the measured response is minimized. Eventually, damage is located using a novel damage index based on the local deviation of pseudo-static component of measured displacement from the estimated scaled response. The proposed method is numerically evaluated in a three-span girder. The damage is successfully identified in all different scenarios. Reinforcement learning (RL) is a powerful technique that allows agents to learn optimal decision-making policies through interactions with an environment. However, traditional RL algorithms suffer from several limitations such as the need for large amounts of data and long-term credit assignment, i.e. the problem of determining which actions actually produce a certain reward. Recently, Transformers have shown their capacity to address these constraints in this area of learning in an offline setting. This paper proposes a framework that uses Transformers to enhance the training of online off-policy RL agents and address the challenges described above through self-attention. The proposal introduces a hybrid agent with a mixed policy that combines an online off-policy agent with an offline Transformer agent using the Decision Transformer architecture. By sequentially exchanging the experience replay buffer between the agents, the agent's learning training efficiency is improved in the first iterations and so is the training of Transformer-based RL agents in situations with limited data availability or unknown environments. Given several number sequences, determining the longest common subsequence is a classical problem in computer science. This problem has applications in bioinformatics, especially determining transposable genes. Nevertheless, related works only consider how to find one longest common subsequence. In this paper, we consider how to determine the uniqueness of the longest common subsequence. If there are multiple longest common subsequences, we also determine which number appears in all/some/none of the longest common subsequences. We focus on four scenarios: (1) linear sequences without duplicated numbers; (2) circular sequences without duplicated numbers; (3) linear sequences with duplicated numbers; (4) circular sequences with duplicated numbers.
