Combined with the characteristics of high functional orientation, complicated external environment, a large number of sensitive points, high degree of technological innovation requirements, great responsibility of cultural inheritance of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway, the paper put forward the principles of railway route selection. The concept of "Planning line selection, environmental protection line selection, geological line selection", especially the new concept of "humanistic route selection, station city integration route selection" were carried out in the study of line alignment scheme. Based on the comprehensive comparison and selection of factors such as passenger flow attraction, urban planning, distribution of environmentally sensitive areas, terrain and geological conditions, and engineering investment in the Changping-Shacheng section, the scheme of Badaling station-setting was recommended, which was conducive to local economic development and passenger flow. The Kuntiangou underground station was adopted as station site plan for its in accordance with natural historical landscapes and passenger oriented function. Based on the comprehensive comparison of factors such as the distribution of economic strongholds, urban planning, mining and goaf areas, land acquisition and demolition in the Shacheng-Zhangjiakou section, the scheme of northern route was recommended for more passenger flow attraction conditions, good coordination with the Olympic planning, avoidance of unfavorable geology, and less land acquisition and demolition. The scheme of double passenger stations(Beijing North Station+Qinghe railway station) was arranged in the urban section of Beijing to solve the problem caused by the excessive concentration of passenger flow in Beijing North Station. Qinghe railway station adopted the "zero transfer" scheme of national railway and subway, and the station was perfectly integrated with the surrounding urban space to achieve smooth integration.
