To ensure the long-term stable and uninterrupted service of satellite navigation systems, the robustness and reliability of time–frequency systems are crucial. Integrity monitoring is an effective method to enhance the robustness and reliability of time–frequency systems. Time–frequency signals are fundamental for integrity monitoring, with their time differences and frequency biases serving as essential indicators. These indicators are influenced by the inherent characteristics of the time–frequency signals, as well as the links and equipment they traverse. Meanwhile, existing research primarily focuses on only monitoring the integrity of the time–frequency signals' output by the atomic clock group, neglecting the integrity monitoring of the time–frequency signals generated and distributed by the time–frequency signal generation and distribution subsystem. This paper introduces a time–frequency signal integrity monitoring algorithm based on the temperature compensation frequency bias combination model. By analyzing the characteristics of time difference measurements, constructing the temperature compensation frequency bias combination model, and extracting and monitoring noise and frequency bias features from the time difference measurements, the algorithm achieves comprehensive time–frequency signal integrity monitoring. Experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm can effectively detect, identify, and alert users to time–frequency signal faults. Additionally, the model and the integrity monitoring parameters developed in this paper exhibit high adaptability, making them directly applicable to the integrity monitoring of time–frequency signals across various links. With the rapid development of remote sensing technology, remote sensing products have found increasingly widespread applications across various fields. Nevertheless, as the volume of remote sensing image data continues to grow, traditional data retrieval techniques have encountered several challenges such as substantial query results, data overlap, and variations in data quality. Users need to manually browse and filter a large number of remote sensing datasets, which is a cumbersome and inefficient process. In order to cope with these problems of traditional remote sensing image retrieval methods, this paper proposes a remote sensing image retrieval algorithm for dense data (DD-RSIRA). The algorithm establishes evaluation metrics based on factors like imaging time, cloud coverage, and image coverage. The algorithm utilizes the global grids to create an ensemble coverage relation between images and grids. A locally optimal initial solution is obtained by a greedy algorithm, and then a local search is performed to search for the optimal solution by combining the strategies of weighted gain-loss scheme and novel mechanism. Ultimately, it achieves an optimal coverage of remote sensing images within the region of interest. In this paper, it is shown that the method obtains a smaller number of datasets with lower redundancy and higher data utilization and ensures the data quality to a certain extent in order to accurately meet the requirements of the regional coverage of remote sensing images. Migration flocks have different forms, including single individuals, formations, and irregular clusters. The shape of a flock can change swiftly over time. The real-time clustering of multiple groups with different characteristics is crucial for the monitoring of dynamically changing migratory flocks. Traditional clustering algorithms need to set various prior parameters, including the number of groups, the number of nearest neighbors, or the minimum number of individuals. However, flocks may display complex group behaviors (splitting, combination, etc.), which complicate the choice and adjustment of the parameters. This paper uses a real-time clustering-based method that utilizes concepts from the algebraic graph theory. The connected graph is used to describe the spatial relationship between the targets. The similarity matrix is calculated, and the problem of group clustering is equivalent to the extraction of the partitioned matrices within. This method needs only one prior parameter (the similarity distance) and is adaptive to the group's splitting and combination. Two modifications are proposed to reduce the computation burden. First, the similarity distance can be broadened to reduce the exponent of the similarity matrix. Second, the omni-directional measurements are divided into multiple sectors to reduce the dimension of the similarity matrix. Polar format algorithm (PFA) is a widely used high-resolution SAR imaging algorithm that can be implemented in advanced widefield staring synthetic aperture radar (WFS-SAR). However, existing algorithms have limited analysis in wavefront curvature error (WCE) and are challenging to apply to WFS-SAR with high-resolution and large-swath scenes. This paper proposes an extended polar format algorithm for joint envelope and phase error correction in WFS-SAR imaging with maneuvering trajectory. The impact of the WCE and residual acceleration error (RAE) are analyzed in detail by deriving the specific wavenumber domain signal based on the mapping relationship between the geometry space and wavenumber space. Subsequently, this paper improves the traditional WCE compensation function and introduces a new range cell migration (RCM) recalibration function for joint envelope and phase error correction. In this paper, a one-dimensional (1-D) range profile of the hypersonic target enveloped by a plasma sheath is investigated. Firstly, the non-uniform property of the plasma sheath is studied and its impact on the wideband electromagnetic (EM) wave is analyzed. A wideband radar echo model for the plasma-sheath-enveloped hypersonic target is constructed. Then, by exploiting the relationship among the incident depth, reflection intensity, and plasma velocity, it reveals that distinct scatter points in various areas of the target will suffer from varying reflection intensity and coupled velocity, leading to severe defocusing in the range profile. To tackle this issue, a novel focusing algorithm combing the Fractional Fourier Transform (FRFT) with the CLEAN technique is developed, which independently calculates the coupled plasma velocity and compensates for the phase error via a series of iterative procedures. Mineral mapping from satellite images provides valuable insights into subsurface mineral alteration for geothermal exploration. In previous studies, eight fundamental algorithms were used for mineral mapping utilizing USGS spectra, a collection of reflectance spectra containing samples of minerals, rocks, and soils created by the USGS. We used an ASD FieldSpec 4 Hi-RES NG portable spectrometer to collect spectra for analyzing ASTER images of the Coso Geothermal Field. Then, we established the ground-truth information and the spectral library by analyzing 97 samples. Samples collected from the field were analyzed using the CSIRO TSG (The Spectral Geologist of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization). Based on the mineralogy study, multiple high-purity spectra of geothermal alteration minerals were selected from collected data, including alunite, chalcedony, hematite, kaolinite, and opal. Eight mineral spectral target detection algorithms were applied to the preprocessed satellite data with a proposed local spectral library. We measured the highest overall accuracy of 87% for alunite, 95% for opal, 83% for chalcedony, 60% for hematite, and 96% for kaolinite out of these eight algorithms. Three, four, five, and eight algorithms were fused to extract mineral alteration with the obtained target detection results. The results prove that the fusion of algorithms gives better results than using individual ones. In conclusion, this paper discusses the significance of evaluating different mapping algorithms. Geosynchronous spaceborne–airborne (GEO-SA) ultra-high-frequency ultra-wideband bistatic synthetic aperture radar (UHF UWB BiSAR) provides high-precision images for marine and polar environments, which are pivotal in glacier monitoring and sea ice thickness measurement for polar ocean mapping and navigation. Contrasting with traditional high-frequency BiSAR, it faces unique challenges, such as the considerable spatial variability, significant range–azimuth coupling, and vast volumes of echo data, which impede high-resolution image reconstruction. This paper presents an improved bistatic nonlinear chirp scaling (NLCS) algorithm for imaging oceanic scenes with GEO-SA UHF UWB BiSAR. This methodology extends the two-dimensional (2-D) spectrum up to the sixth order via the method of series reversion (MSR) to meet accuracy demands and then employs an elliptical model to elucidate the alterations in the azimuth frequency modulation (FM) rate mismatch. Initially, the imaging geometry and signal model are introduced, and then a separation of bistatic slant ranges based on the configuration is proposed. In addition, during range processing, after eliminating linear range cell migration (RCM), the derivation process for the sixth-order 2-D spectrum is detailed and an improved filter is applied to correct the high-order RCM. Finally, during azimuth processing, the causes of the FM rate mismatch are analyzed, a cubic perturbation function derived from the elliptical model is used for FM rate equalization, and a unified sixth-order filter is applied to complete the azimuth compression. Experimental results with point targets and natural oceanic scenes validate the outstanding efficacy of the proposed NLCS algorithm, particularly in imaging quality enhancements for GEO-SA UHF UWB BiSAR. Non-side-looking airborne radar provides important applications on account of its all-round multi-angle airspace coverage. However, it suffers clutter range dependence that makes the samples fail to satisfy the condition of being independent and identically distributed (IID), and it severely degrades traditional approaches to clutter suppression and target detection. In this paper, a novel reweighted extreme learning machine (ELM)-based clutter suppression and range compensation algorithm is proposed for non-side-looking airborne radar. The proposed method involves first designing the pre-processing stage, the special reweighted complex-valued activation function containing an unknown range compensation matrix, and two new objective outputs for constructing an initial reweighted ELM-based network with its training. Then, two other objective outputs, a new loss function, and a reverse feedback framework driven by the specifically designed objectives are proposed for the unknown range compensation matrix. Finally, aiming to estimate and reconstruct the unknown compensation matrix, special processes of the complex-valued structures and the theoretical derivations are designed and analyzed in detail. Consequently, with the updated and compensated samples, further processing including space–time adaptive processing (STAP) can be performed for clutter suppression and target detection. Compared with the classic relevant methods, the proposed algorithm achieves significantly superior performance with reasonable computation time. A pulse-Doppler (PD) radar has the advantage of strong anti-interference ability, and it is often used as a solution for maneuvering target tracking. In the application of target monitoring and tracking in PD radars, the interacting multiple model algorithm (IMM) has become the main and preferred choice due to its flexibility and high accuracy. However, the probability transfer matrix in classical IMM algorithms generally depends on constant prior knowledge, and if a PD radar is tracking a strong maneuvering target, it is inevitable to encounter some limitations, such as the possibility of target tracking trajectory deviation, and even a loss of the target. The Markov probability transfer matrix is proposed with an adaptive modification ability in real time to overcome the above problems in this paper. Additionally, for improving the speed of switching between the models, the fuzzy control system for secondary updating of model probability is adopted. By this means, the tracking accuracy of maneuvering targets is enhanced. Compared with the classical IMM algorithm, the corresponding simulation results for the PD radar indicate that the overall tracking accuracy of the proposed adaptive IMM algorithm is improved by 19.6%. Polarimetric target decomposition algorithms have played an important role in extracting the scattering characteristics of buildings, crops, and other fields. However, there is limited research on the scattering characteristics of grasslands and a lack of volume scattering models established for grasslands. To improve the accuracy of the polarimetric target decomposition algorithm applicable to grassland environments, this paper proposes an adaptive polarimetric target decomposition algorithm (APD) based on the anisotropy degree (A). The adaptive volume scattering model is used in APD to model volume scattering in forest and grassland regions separately by adjusting the value of A. When A > 1, the particle shape becomes a disk, and the grassland canopy is approximated as a cloud layer composed of randomly oriented disk particles; when A < 1, the particle shape is a needle, simulating the scattering mechanism of forests. APD is applied to an L-band AirSAR dataset from San Francisco, a C-band AirSAR dataset from Hunshandak grassland in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and an X-band COSMO-SkyMed dataset from Xiwuqi grassland in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to verify the effectiveness of this method. Comparison studies are carried out to test the performance of APD over several target decomposition algorithms. Researchers have explored various methods to fully exploit the all-weather characteristics of Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images to achieve high-precision, real-time, computationally efficient, and easily deployable ship target detection models. These methods include Constant False Alarm Rate (CFAR) algorithms and deep learning approaches such as RCNN, YOLO, and SSD, among others. While these methods outperform traditional algorithms in SAR ship detection, challenges still exist in handling the arbitrary ship distributions and small target features in SAR remote sensing images. Existing models are complex, with a large number of parameters, hindering effective deployment. This paper introduces a YOLOv7 oriented bounding box SAR ship detection model (YOLOv7oSAR). The model employs a rotation box detection mechanism, uses the KLD loss function to enhance accuracy, and introduces a Bi-former attention mechanism to improve small target detection. By redesigning the network's width and depth and incorporating a lightweight P-ELAN structure, the model effectively reduces its size and computational requirements. The proposed model achieves high-precision detection results on the public RSDD dataset (94.8% offshore, 66.6% nearshore), and its generalization ability is validated on a custom dataset (94.2% overall detection accuracy). Due to the issues of remote sensing object detection algorithms based on deep learning, such as a high number of network parameters, large model size, and high computational requirements, it is challenging to deploy them on small mobile devices. This paper proposes an extremely lightweight remote sensing aircraft object detection network based on the improved YOLOv5n. This network combines Shufflenet v2 and YOLOv5n, significantly reducing the network size while ensuring high detection accuracy. It substitutes the original CIoU and convolution with EIoU and deformable convolution, optimizing for the small-scale characteristics of aircraft objects and further accelerating convergence and improving regression accuracy. Additionally, a coordinate attention (CA) mechanism is introduced at the end of the backbone to focus on orientation perception and positional information. We conducted a series of experiments, comparing our method with networks like GhostNet, PP-LCNet, MobileNetV3, and MobileNetV3s, and performed detailed ablation studies. The experimental results on the Mar20 public dataset indicate that, compared to the original YOLOv5n network, our lightweight network has only about one-fifth of its parameter count, with only a slight decrease of 2.7% in mAP@0.5. At the same time, compared with other lightweight networks of the same magnitude, our network achieves an effective balance between detection accuracy and resource consumption such as memory and computing power, providing a novel solution for the implementation and hardware deployment of lightweight remote sensing object detection networks. Deep learning, which is a dominating technique in artificial intelligence, has completely changed image understanding over the past decade. As a consequence, the sea ice extraction (SIE) problem has reached a new era. We present a comprehensive review of four important aspects of SIE, including algorithms, datasets, applications and future trends. Our review focuses on research published from 2016 to the present, with a specific focus on deep-learning-based approaches in the last five years. We divided all related algorithms into three categories, including the conventional image classification approach, the machine learning-based approach and deep-learning-based methods. We reviewed the accessible ice datasets including SAR-based datasets, the optical-based datasets and others. The applications are presented in four aspects including climate research, navigation, geographic information systems (GIS) production and others. Amid the conflict between the current huge data volumes and the requirement for large-compression-ratio compression in space-borne multichannel SAR, this paper proposes a data compression method that uses the adaptive bit allocation BAQ method in the Doppler domain of space-borne multichannel SAR. Specifically, 3MBAQ, which denotes multichannel, multipulse, multiweight block-adaptive quantization, performs signal reconstruction through a Krieger filter to obtain the Doppler spectrum under azimuthal multichannel and multipulse conditions and then achieves nonuniform bit allocation by using the multiple weight contributions between subband spectra. Furthermore, large-compression-ratio compression can be realized in homogeneous scenarios by using the adaptive bit allocation BAQ method together with the improved bit error control (BEC) algorithm. In this paper, the effectiveness of the 3MBAQ method is verified on GF3 measured data. Moreover, compared to the SQNR and NMSE of the BAQ, A-BAQ, A-BAQ-BEC, MCBAQ-ASQ, and MCBAQ-BEC methods under the same conditions, it is shown that there is an optimal 1.3434 dB improvement in SQNR and a 0.0241 improvement in NMSE using the 3MBAQ algorithm, and the complexity of the algorithm for 3MBAQ is O (N 2 l o g (N)) , which is within acceptable limits, clearly proving the superiority of the 3MBAQ method. Recently, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) target detection algorithms based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) have received increasing attention. However, the large amount of computation required burdens the real-time detection of SAR ship targets on resource-limited and power-constrained satellite-based platforms. In this paper, we propose a hardware-aware model speed-up method for single-stage SAR ship targets detection tasks, oriented towards the most widely used hardware for neural network computing—Graphic Processing Unit (GPU). We first analyze the process by which the task of detection is executed on GPUs and propose two strategies according to this process. Firstly, in order to speed up the execution of the model on a GPU, we propose SAR-aware model quantification to allow the original model to be stored and computed in a low-precision format. Next, to ensure the loss of accuracy is negligible after the acceleration and compression process, precision-aware scheduling is used to filter out layers that are not suitable for quantification and store and execute them in a high-precision mode. Trained on the dataset HRSID, the effectiveness of this model speed-up algorithm was demonstrated by compressing four different sizes of models (yolov5n, yolov5s, yolov5m, yolov5l). The experimental results show that the detection speeds of yolov5n, yolov5s, yolov5m, and yolov5l can reach 234.7785 fps, 212.8341 fps, 165.6523 fps, and 139.8758 fps on the NVIDIA AGX Xavier development board with negligible loss of accuracy, which is 1.230 times, 1.469 times, 1.955 times, and 2.448 times faster than the original before the use of this method, respectively. A novel compressive sensing (CS) synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) called AgileSAR has been proposed to increase swath width for sparse scenes while preserving azimuthal resolution. AgileSAR overcomes the limitation of the Nyquist sampling theorem so that it has a small amount of data and low system complexity. However, traditional CS optimization-based algorithms suffer from manual tuning and pre-definition of optimization parameters, and they generally involve high time and computational complexity for AgileSAR imaging. To address these issues, a pseudo- L 0 -norm fast iterative shrinkage algorithm network (pseudo- L 0 -norm FISTA-net) is proposed for AgileSAR imaging via the deep unfolding network in this paper. Firstly, a pseudo- L 0 -norm regularization model is built by taking an approximately fair penalization rule based on Bayesian estimation. Then, we unfold the operation process of FISTA into a data-driven deep network to solve the pseudo- L 0 -norm regularization model. The network's parameters are automatically learned, and the learned network significantly increases imaging speed, so that it can improve the accuracy and efficiency of AgileSAR imaging. In addition, the nonlinearly sparsifying transform can learn more target details than the traditional sparsifying transform. Spatiotemporally mapping winter wheat is imperative for informing and shaping global food security policies. Traditional mapping methods heavily rely on sufficient and reliable samples obtained through labor-intensive fieldwork and manual sample collection. However, these methods are time-consuming, costly, and lack timely and continuous data collection. To address these challenges and fully leverage remote sensing big data and cloud computing platforms like Google Earth Engine (GEE), this paper developed an algorithm for Auto-Generating Winter Wheat Samples for mapping (AGWWS). The AGWWS utilizes historical samples to determine the optimal migration threshold by measuring Spectral Angle Distance (SAD), Euclidean Distance (ED), and Near-Infrared band Difference Index (NIRDI). This facilitates the auto-generation of winter wheat sample sets for the years 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2021. Approximately two-thirds of the samples were allocated for training, with the remaining one-third used for validating the mapping method, employing the One-Class Support Vector Machine (OCSVM). The Huang–Huai–Hai (HHH) Plain, a major winter wheat production region, was selected to perform the algorithm and subsequent analysis on. Different combinations of the hyper-parameters, gamma and nu, of the OCSVM based on the Gaussian Radial Basis Function Kernel were tested for each year. Following correlation analysis between the winter wheat area derived from the generated maps and the national statistical dataset at the city level, the map with the highest corresponding R2 was chosen as the AGWWS map for each year (0.77, 0.77, 0.80, 0.86, and 0.87 for 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2021, respectively). The AGWWS maps ultimately achieved an average Overall Accuracy of 81.65%. The study then explores the Non-Grain Production of Winter Wheat (NGPOWW) by analyzing winter wheat change maps from 2000–2005, 2005–2010, 2005–2010, and 2015–2021 in the HHH Plain. Despite an overall increase in the total planted area of winter wheat, the NGPOWW phenomena has led to concerning winter wheat planting marginalization. Compensatory winter wheat areas are notably situated in mountainous and suburban cultivated lands with low qualities. Consequently, despite the apparent expansion in planted areas, winter wheat production is anticipated to be adversely affected. The findings highlight the necessity for improved cultivated land protection policies monitoring the land quality of the compensation and setting strict quota limits on occupations. In this paper, we present an innovative inertial navigation system (INS)/celestial navigation system (CNS)/scene-matching navigation (SMN) adaptive integrated navigation algorithm designed to achieve prolonged and highly precise navigation in sea areas. The algorithm establishes the structure of the INS/CNS/SMN integrated navigation system. To ensure the availability of CNS in the Nanhai Sea (South China Sea) area, a cloud and fog model is meticulously constructed. Three distinct types of sea area landmarks are defined, and an automated classification model for sea area landmarks, employing support vector machines (SVM), is developed. Corresponding matching methods and strategies for these landmarks are also delineated. Concurrently, the observable probability of each landmark is computed to generate a probability cloud, representing the usability of sea area landmarks. The proposed INS/CNS/SMN adaptive integrated navigation algorithm is simulated and validated across varied altitudes and trajectories in the sea area. A trend in the development of spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technology is the shift from a single-satellite repeated observation mode to a multi-satellite collaborative observation mode. However, current multi-satellite collaborative geolocation algorithms face challenges, such as geometric model mismatch and poor baseline estimation accuracy, arising from highly dynamic changes among multi-satellites. This paper introduces a high-precision and efficient geolocation algorithm for a spaceborne bistatic interferometric SAR (BiInSAR) system based on an improved range–Doppler (IRD) model. The proposed algorithm encompasses three key contributions. Firstly, a comprehensive description of the spatial baseline geometric model unique to the bistatic configuration is provided, with a specific focus on deriving the perpendicular baseline expression. Secondly, IRD geolocation functions are established to meet the specific requirements of the bistatic configuration. Then, a novel BiInSAR geolocation algorithm based on the IRD's functions is proposed, which can significantly improve the target geolocation accuracy by modifying the range–Doppler equation to suit the bistatic configuration. Meanwhile, a low-coupling parallel calculation method is proposed, which can improve the calculation speed by two to three times. Finally, the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm are demonstrated using experimental data acquired by the TH-2 satellite, which is China's first spaceborne BiInSAR system. The experimental results prove that the IRD algorithm exhibits geolocation accuracy with an average error of less than 1 m and a standard deviation of less than 2.5 m while maintaining computational efficiency at a calculation speed of 1,429,678 pixels per second. In the application of Compressive Sensing (CS) theory for sidelobe suppression in Random Frequency and Pulse Repetition Interval Agile (RFPA) radar, the off−grid issues affect the performance of target parameter estimation in RFPA radar. Therefore, to address this issue, this paper presents an off−grid CS algorithm named Refinement and Generalized Double Pareto (GDP) distribution based on Sparse Bayesian Learning (RGDP−SBL) for RFPA radar that utilizes a coarse−to−fine grid refinement approach, allowing precise and cost−effective signal recovery while mitigating the impact of off−grid issues on target parameter estimation. To obtain a high-precision signal recovery, especially in scenarios involving closely spaced targets, the RGDP−SBL algorithm makes use of a three−level hierarchical prior model. Furthermore, the RGDP−SBL algorithm efficiently utilizes diagonal elements during the coarse search and exploits the convexity of the grid energy curve during the fine search, therefore significantly reducing computational complexity. Simulation results demonstrate that the RGDP−SBL algorithm significantly improves signal recovery performance while maintaining low computational complexity in multiple scenarios for RFPA radar. As one of the most important techniques for hyperspectral image dimensionality reduction, band selection has received considerable attention, whereas self-representation subspace clustering-based band selection algorithms have received quite a lot of attention with good effect. However, many of them lack the self-supervision of representations and ignore the multi-level spectral–spatial information of HSI and the connectivity of subspaces. To this end, this paper proposes a novel self-supervised multi-level representation learning fusion-based maximum entropy subspace clustering (MLRLFMESC) method for hyperspectral band selection. Firstly, to learn multi-level spectral–spatial information, self-representation subspace clustering is embedded between the encoder layers of the deep-stacked convolutional autoencoder and its corresponding decoder layers, respectively, as multiple fully connected layers to achieve multi-level representation learning (MLRL). A new auxiliary task is constructed for multi-level representation learning and multi-level self-supervised training to improve its capability of representation. Then, a fusion model is designed to fuse the multi-level spectral–spatial information to obtain a more distinctive coefficient matrix for self-expression, where the maximum entropy regularization (MER) method is employed to promote connectivity and the uniform dense distribution of band elements in each subspace. Finally, subspace clustering is conducted to obtain the final band subset. In order to achieve miniaturization, short-range radar (SRR) generally adopts millimeter-wave (MMW) radar with a frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) system, which may make the stop–go–stop assumption in traditional synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging algorithms invalid. In addition, in order to observe a large enough area, SRR often needs a wide radar beam, which may cause serious range–azimuth coupling when using SRR for SAR imaging. The above two problems may make the traditional SAR imaging algorithm invalid in SRR SAR imaging. Taking the SRR SAR imaging application into account, traditional frequency domain SAR imaging algorithms are analyzed and improved in this paper. Firstly, the intra-pulse motion (IPM) caused by the FMCW system and the two-dimensional coupling (TDC) in the case of a wide beam are analyzed. Subsequently, the applicability of the range Doppler algorithm (RDA), the frequency scaling algorithm (FSA) and the range migration algorithm (RMA) for SRR SAR is analyzed. Then, improvement measures are put forward to address the aliasing and folding phenomena caused by the wide-beam problem in the FSA and RMA, respectively. This paper presents a study on enhancing the efficiency of underwater gravity matching navigation path planning in a three-dimensional environment. Firstly, to address the challenges of the computational complexity and prolonged calculation times associated with the existing three-dimensional path planning algorithms, a novel Three-Dimensional Along-Path Obstacle Profiling (TAOP) algorithm is introduced. The principles of the TAOP algorithm are as follows: (1) unfolding obstacles along the path using the path obtained from two-dimensional planning as an axis, interpolating water depth values based on downloaded terrain data, and subjecting obstacles to dilation treatment to construct a dilated obstacle profile for path segments; (2) conducting height direction course planning and a secondary optimization of the path based on the profile contours of the dilated obstacles; and (3) integrating height planning with the path points from two-dimensional planar planning to obtain a complete path containing all turning points in the three-dimensional space. Secondly, gravity anomaly data are utilized to delineate gravity suitability areas, and a three-dimensional planning environment that is suitable for underwater gravity matching navigation is established by integrating seafloor terrain data. Under identical planning environments and parameter conditions, the performance of the TAOP algorithm is compared to that of the RRT* algorithm, Q-RRT* algorithm, and Depth Sorting Fast Search (DSFS) algorithm. High resolution remains a primary goal in the advancement of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) technology. The backprojection (BP) algorithm, which does not introduce any approximation throughout the imaging process, is broadly applicable and effectively meets the demands for high-resolution imaging. Nonetheless, the BP algorithm necessitates substantial interpolation during point-by-point processing, and the precision and effectiveness of current interpolation methods limit the imaging performance of the BP algorithm. This paper proposes a TSU-ICSI (Time-shift Upsampling-Improved Cubic Spline Interpolation) interpolation method that integrates time-shift upsampling with improved cubic spline interpolation. This method is applied to the BP algorithm and presents an efficient implementation method in conjunction with the GPU architecture. TSU-ICSI not only maintains the accuracy of BP imaging processing but also significantly boosts performance. Real-Time (RT) Precise Point Positioning (PPP) uses precise satellite orbits and clock corrections, and employs a separate receiver for positioning. With the growing demand, RT PPP is becoming an increasingly popular research topic. The ambiguity resolution (AR) can significantly improve the positioning accuracy and convergence time of PPP, so it is essential to study PPPAR in RT mode. In this paper, 37 MGEX stations from around the world are chosen, and the RT orbit, clock, and phase biases products broadcast by the Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES) are applied to PPPAR. Additionally, the residuals of the RT phase biases products, convergence time, and positioning accuracy are investigated. The results indicate that GPS products have the best quality of AR, with wide-lane (WL) and narrow-lane (NL) residuals of 98.9% and 95.3%, respectively, within ±0.25 cycles. Within ±0.25 cycles, the WL and NL residuals of the Galileo are 98.2% and 94.3%, respectively. Within ±0.25 cycles, the (Beidou Navigation Satellite System) BDS has a poor quality of AR, with WL and NL residuals of 97.3% and 73.1%, respectively. Due to the poor quality of the BDS AR, the convergence time of the BDS is not calculated in this paper. The convergence time of other systems is significantly reduced after AR processing, and the convergence time of the GPS/Galileo combination is the fastest, being 17.14 min in kinematic mode and only 11.85 min in static mode. InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) is widely recognized as a crucial remote sensing tool for monitoring various geological disasters because it provides all-day and all-weather monitoring. Nevertheless, the current interpretation methods for InSAR heavily depend on the interpreter's experience, which hinders efficiency and fails to meet the requirements for the timely detection of geologic hazards. Furthermore, the results obtained through current InSAR processing carry inherent noise interference, further complicating the interpretation process. To address those issues, this paper proposes an approach that enables automatic and rapid identification of deformation zones. The proposed method leverages IPTA (Interferometric Point Target Analysis) technology for SAR data processing. It combines the power of HNSW (Hierarchical Navigable Small Word) and DBSCAN (Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise) algorithms to cluster deformation results. Compared with traditional methods, the computational efficiency of the proposed method is improved by 11.26 times, and spatial noise is suppressed. Additionally, the clustering results are fused with slope units determined using DEM (Digital Elevation Model), which facilitates the automatic identification of slopes experiencing deformation. The experimental verification in the western mountainous area of Beijing has identified 716 hidden danger areas, and this method is superior to the traditional technology in speed and automation. The high-precision building exterior facade corner point (BEFCP) is an essential element in topographic and cadastral surveys. However, current extraction methods rely on the interactions of humans with the 3D real-scene models produced by unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) oblique photogrammetry, which have a high workload, low efficiency, poor precision, and cannot satisfy the requirements of automation. The dense point cloud contains discrete 3D building structure information. Still, it is challenging to accurately filter out the partial point cloud characterizing the building structure from it in order to achieve BEFCP extraction. The BEFCPs are always located on the plumb line of the building's exterior wall. Thus, this paper back-calculated the plumb line from the image and designed a photographic ray corresponding to the image point and point cloud intersection point calculation algorithm to recover its approximate spatial position in order to successfully extract the accurate point cloud in the building structure neighborhood. It then utilized the high signal-to-noise ratio property of the point cloud as a base to eliminate the noise points and, finally, accurately located the building exterior façade corner points by recovering the building structure through segmental linear fitting of the point cloud. The proposed algorithm conducted automated building exterior facade corner point extraction via both of planar-to-stereo and rough-to-precise strategies, reached a 92.06% correctness rate and ±4.5 cm point mean square location error in the experiment, and was able to extract and distinguish the building exterior facade corner points under eaves obstruction and extreme proximity. It is suitable for all high-precision surveying and mapping tasks in building areas based on oblique photogrammetry, which can effectively improve the automation of mapping production. This paper proposes an improved multi-frame coherent integration algorithm to improve the detection performance of weak targets in heterogeneous radar. In the detection of weak targets, integration within a single frame may fail to provide sufficient signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) gain. In this case, multi-frame coherent integration is an effective solution. However, radar parameters may be different across frames (i.e., heterogeneous radar) in some practical situations, leading to a mismatch of Doppler frequencies and the fixed phases, which poses difficulties to multi-frame coherent integration. To calibrate the ranges and Doppler frequencies of heterogenous multi-frame echoes, this paper firstly employs an improved Keystone Transform (KT). Compared to conventional KT, the improved KT aligns inter-frame carrier frequencies by applying varying degrees of slow-time rescaling based on the carrier frequencies of each frame, and aligns inter-frame Pulse Repetition Frequencies (PRF) through a unified global slow-time resampling. Secondly, this paper derives the explicit expressions of the fixed-phase terms and adopts a method based on fractional range bins, thus achieving explicit compensation for mismatched phases. Finally, heterogenous multi-frame coherent integration is achieved through slow-time fast Fourier transform. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is validated by simulation analyses. With the popularization of positioning technology, more and more industries have begun to pay attention to the application and demand of location information, and almost all industries can benefit from low-cost and high-precision location information. This paper introduces a novel three-dimensional (3D) low-cost, high-precision target perception algorithm that utilizes a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) mobile reader and double tags. Initially, the Received Signal Strength (RSS) is employed to estimate the approximate position of the target along the length direction of the shelf. Additionally, double tags are affixed to the target, enabling the perception of its approximate height and depth through phase information measurements. Subsequently, the obtained rough position serves as an initial value for calibration using the proposed algorithm, allowing for the refinement of the target's length information relative to the shelf. The utilization of intermittent sampling jamming can engender a lofty verisimilitude false target cluster that exhibits coherence with the transmitted signal. Such an assemblage bears the hallmarks of both suppression jamming and deceitful jamming, capable of inflicting substantial impairment upon the radar, potentially leading to its profound incapacitation. Henceforth, the precise discernment of the target and various forms of intermittent sampling jamming emerges as a novel endeavor. In response to this predicament, this paper posits a pulsed radar waveform featuring intra-pulse random orthogonal frequency modulation (FM) and inter-pulse phase coherence. This innovative approach not only presents formidable challenges for the jammer in acquiring radar waveform parameters, but also bolsters the radar's low probability of intercept (LPI), while maintaining the phase coherence of sub-pulses between pulses. Furthermore, based on this waveform, the characteristics of the intermittent sampling jamming signal and its differences from the target echo signal are analyzed in the time domain, frequency domain, time-frequency domain, and pulse compression domain. Building upon these findings, this paper proposes the sub-division algorithms for typical types of intermittent sampling jamming under this waveform: the full-pulses multi-level maximum inter-class variance and sub-pulses multi-level maximum inter-class variance anti-intermittent sampling jamming algorithms. Multistatic airborne SAR (MuA-SAR) benefits from the ability to flexibly adjust the positions of multiple transmitters and receivers in space, which can shorten the synthetic aperture time to achieve the required resolution. To ensure both imaging efficiency and quality of different system spatial configurations and trajectories, the fast factorized back projection (FFBP) algorithm is proposed. However, if the FFBP algorithm based on polar coordinates is directly applied to the MuA-SAR system, the interpolation in the recursive fusion process will bring the problem of redundant calculations and error accumulation, leading to a sharp decrease in imaging efficiency and quality. In this paper, a unified Cartesian fast factorized back projection (UCFFBP) algorithm with a multi-level regional attention strategy is proposed for MuA-SAR fast imaging. First, a global Cartesian coordinate system (GCCS) is established. Through designing the rotation mapping matrix and phase compensation factor, data from different bistatic radar pairs can be processed coherently and efficiently. In addition, a multi-level regional attention strategy based on maximally stable extremal regions (MSER) is proposed. In the recursive fusion process, only the suspected target regions are paid more attention and segmented for coherent fusion at each fusion level, which further improves efficiency. Due to atmospheric scattering, solar radiation, and other factors, the Ice, Cloud, and land Elevation Satellite-2 (ICESat-2) product data suffer from a substantial amount of background noise. This poses a significant challenge when attempting to directly utilize the raw data. Consequently, data denoising becomes an indispensable preprocessing step for its subsequent applications, such as the extraction of forest structure parameters and ground elevation data. While the Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) algorithm is currently the most widely used method, it remains susceptible to complexities arising from terrain, low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and input parameter variations. This paper proposes an efficient Multi-Level Auto-Adaptive Noise Filter (MLANF) algorithm based on photon spatial density. Its purpose is to extract signal photons from ICESat-2 terrestrial data of different ground cover types. The algorithm follows a two-step process. Firstly, random noise photons are removed from the upper and lower regions of the signal photons through a coarse denoising process. Secondly, in the fine denoising step, the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm selects the K photons to calculate the slope along the track. The calculated slope is then used to rotate the direction of the searching neighborhood in the DBSCAN algorithm. The proposed algorithm was tested in eight datasets of four surface types: forest, grassland, desert, and urban, and the extraction results were compared with those from the ATL08 datasets and the DBSCAN algorithm. Based on the ground-truth signal photons obtained by visual inspection, the classification precision, recall, and F-score of our algorithm, as well as two other algorithms, were calculated. The MLANF could achieve a good balance between classification precision (97.48% averaged) and recall (97.96% averaged). Its F-score (97.69% averaged) was higher than that of the other two methods. This demonstrates that the MLANF algorithm successfully obtained a continuous surface profile from ICESat-2 datasets with different surface cover types, significant topographic relief, and low SNR. Star image registration is the most important step in the application of astronomical image differencing, stacking, and mosaicking, which requires high robustness, accuracy, and real-time capability on the part of the algorithm. At present, there are no high-performance registration algorithms available in this field. In the present paper, we propose a star image registration algorithm that relies only on radial module features (RMF) and rotation angle features (RAF) while providing excellent robustness, high accuracy, and good real-time performance. The test results on a large amount of simulated and real data show that the comprehensive performance of the proposed algorithm is significantly better than the four classical baseline algorithms as judged by the presence of rotation, insufficient overlapping area, false stars, position deviation, magnitude deviation, and complex sky background, making it a more ideal star image registration algorithm than current alternatives. In a space-based infrared system, the enhancement of targets plays a crucial role in improving target detection capabilities. However, the existing methods of target enhancement face challenges when dealing with multi-target scenarios and a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Furthermore, false enhancement poses a serious problem that affects the overall performance. To address these issues, a new enhancement method for a dim moving multi-target with strong robustness for false enhancement is proposed in this paper. Firstly, multi-target localization is applied by spatial–temporal filtering and connected component detection. Then, the motion vectors of each target are obtained using optical flow detection. Finally, the consecutive images are convoluted in 3D based on the convolution kernel guided by the motion vectors of the target. This process allows for the accumulation of the target energy. The experimental results demonstrate that this algorithm can adaptively enhance a multi-target and notably improve the SNR under low SNR conditions. Object detection in images captured by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) holds great potential in various domains, including civilian applications, urban planning, and disaster response. However, it faces several challenges, such as multi-scale variations, dense scenes, complex backgrounds, and tiny-sized objects. In this paper, we present a novel scale-adaptive YOLO framework called SMFF-YOLO, which addresses these challenges through a multi-level feature fusion approach. To improve the detection accuracy of small objects, our framework incorporates the ELAN-SW object detection prediction head. This newly designed head effectively utilizes both global contextual information and local features, enhancing the detection accuracy of tiny objects. Additionally, the proposed bidirectional feature fusion pyramid (BFFP) module tackles the issue of scale variations in object sizes by aggregating multi-scale features. To handle complex backgrounds, we introduce the adaptive atrous spatial pyramid pooling (AASPP) module, which enables adaptive feature fusion and alleviates the negative impact of cluttered scenes. Moreover, we adopt the Wise-IoU(WIoU) bounding box regression loss to enhance the competitiveness of different quality anchor boxes, which offers the framework a more informed gradient allocation strategy. We validate the effectiveness of SMFF-YOLO using the VisDrone and UAVDT datasets. Experimental results demonstrate that our model achieves higher detection accuracy, with AP50 reaching 54.3% for VisDrone and 42.4% for UAVDT datasets. Ship detection based on remote sensing images holds significant importance in both military and economic domains. Ships within such images exhibit diverse scales, dense distributions, arbitrary orientations, and narrow shapes, which pose challenges for accurate recognition. This paper introduces an improved S2A-Net (Single-shot Alignment Network) based oriented object detection algorithm for ship detection. In network structure, pyramid squeeze attention is embedded in order to focus on key features and a context information module is designed to enhance the context understanding capability of the network. In the training strategy, considering the distortion problems such as blurring and low contrast in remote sensing images, a fog density and depth decomposition-based unpaired image dehazing network D4 is adopted to improve the image quality, besides, an image weight sampling strategy is proposed to enhance the training opportunities of small and difficult samples, thereby mitigating the issue of imbalanced ship category distribution. Experimental results demonstrate that the improved S2A-Net algorithm achieves the mean average precision of 77.27% for ship detection in the FAIR1M dataset, which is 5.6% better than the original S2A-Net algorithm, and outperforms the current common object detection algorithms. Low-frequency bands are an important way to realize stealth target detection for airborne radars. However, in a complex electromagnetic environment; when low-frequency airborne radar operates over land, it will inevitably encounter a lot of unintentional communication and intentional interference, while effective suppression of interference can not be achieved only through the adaptive processing of the receiver. To solve this problem, this paper proposes optimizing an algorithm designed for sparse-frequency waveforms for use in airborne radars. The algorithm establishes a joint objective function based on the criteria of minimizing waveform energy in the spectrum stopband and minimizing the integrated sidelobe level of specified range cells. The waveform is optimized by a cyclic iterative algorithm based on the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) operation. It can ensure the frequency domain stopband constraint to realize the effective suppression of main-lobe interference while forming lower-range sidelobes at specified range cells to improve the ability to detect dim targets. The F-SCAN principle is a better alternative to the scan-on-receive technique (SCORE) based on digital beamforming (DBF), which can avoid low gain caused by a conventional broad beam in the case of a wide swath. In F-SCAN SAR, a pencil beam scans the entire target area from far to near, providing high energy independent of the position and ensuring a low range ambiguity-to-signal ratio (RASR). Moreover, echo compression can be achieved via appropriate system parameter configuration, significantly shortening the receive window and reducing the amount of data. A wider range swath can, therefore, be achieved. However, for this novel F-SCAN SAR working mode, signal modeling and imaging processing are key issues that needed to be addressed. In this paper, the far-field synthetic antenna pattern of the space–time coding array (STCA) is first derived and analyzed, based on which the signal modeling of the F-SCAN SAR is carried out. Then, according to the signal model and echo characteristics, a novel imaging processing method based on the hybrid correlation algorithm is presented for the F-SCAN SAR. First, the dechirp operation is performed to compensate for the quadratic phase of the range time. The range compressed result is obtained after a range Fourier transform, where different range targets are successfully separated and range aliasing is avoided. Then, the modified azimuth reference function is correlated with the echo at each range cell to complete range cell migration correction (RCMC) and azimuth compensation. The received signal parameters and the Doppler parameters of each range cell are derived to update the azimuth reference function. Finally, accurate focused results are obtained in the range-frequency, azimuth-time domain. The simulation results indicate that the signal model based on the STCA can satisfy the requirements of the F-SCAN principle, and the proposed imaging algorithm can complete the precise focusing processing of the F-SCAN SAR echo. The high-squint airborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) has the ability to detect the target area flexibly, and the detection swath is significantly increased compared with the side-looking SAR system. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out research on high-precision imaging methods for high-squint airborne SAR. However, the high-squint SAR echoes have large Range Cell Migration (RCM), resulting in severe range–azimuth coupling and strong spatial variation. In this paper, a Modified Range Doppler Algorithm (MRDA) is proposed to cope with these effects introduced by the significant RCM in high-squint airborne SAR imaging. The bulk compensation preprocessing is first adopted to remove the considerable RCM and severe cross-coupling in a two-dimensional frequency domain. Then, Non-Linear Chirp Scaling (NLCS) in the range direction is utilized to equalize the range-variant chirp rate caused by the residual RCM and coupling and, therefore, the consistent range phase compensation can be fulfilled in range frequency domain. The modified correlation processing is executed to compensate the residual Doppler phase modulation, the residual RCM and the range-variant cubic phase modulation, which guarantees the characteristics of high efficiency and high precision. The simulations have demonstrated that the MRDA can focus the SAR echoes with large squint angles more effectively than the algorithms based on the Linear Range Walk Correction (LRWC) method. With satellite quantity and quality development in recent years, remote sensing products in vast areas are becoming widely used in more and more fields. The acquisition of large regional images requires the scientific and efficient utilization of satellite resources through imaging satellite task planning technology. However, for imaging satellite task planning in a vast area, a large number of decision variables are introduced into the imaging satellite task planning model, making it difficult for existing optimization algorithms to obtain reliable solutions. This is because the search space of the solution increases the exponential growth with the increase in the number of decision variables, which causes the search performance of optimization algorithms to decrease significantly. This paper proposes a large-scale multi-objective optimization algorithm based on efficient competition learning and improved non-dominated sorting (ECL-INS-LMOA) to efficiently obtain satellite imaging schemes for large areas. ECL-INS-LMOA adopted the idea of two-stage evolution to meet the different needs in different evolutionary stages. In the early stage, the proposed efficient competitive learning particle update strategy (ECLUS) and the improved NSGA-II were run alternately. In the later stage, only the improved NSGA-II was run. The proposed ECLUS guarantees the rapid convergence of ECL-INS-LMOA in the early evolution by accelerating particle update, introducing flight time, and proposing a binary competitive swarm optimizer BCSO. The results of the simulation imaging experiments on five large areas with different scales of decision variables show that ECL-INS-LMOA can always obtain the imaging satellite mission planning scheme with the highest regional coverage and the lowest satellite resource consumption within the limited evaluation times. Recently, deep learning techniques have been extensively used to detect ships in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images. The majority of modern algorithms can achieve successful ship detection outcomes when working with multiple-scale ships on a large sea surface. However, there are still issues, such as missed detection and incorrect identification when performing multi-scale ship object detection operations in SAR images of complex scenes. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a complex scenes multi-scale ship detection model, according to YOLOv7, called CSD-YOLO. First, this paper suggests an SAS-FPN module that combines atrous spatial pyramid pooling and shuffle attention, allowing the model to focus on important information and ignore irrelevant information, reduce the feature loss of small ships, and simultaneously fuse the feature maps of ship targets on various SAR image scales, thereby improving detection accuracy and the model's capacity to detect objects at several scales. The model's optimization is then improved with the aid of the SIoU loss function. Finally, thorough tests on the HRSID and SSDD datasets are presented to support our methodology. CSD-YOLO achieves better detection performance than the baseline YOLOv7, with a 98.01% detection accuracy, a 96.18% recall, and a mean average precision (mAP) of 98.60% on SSDD. The construction of transport facilities plays a pivotal role in enhancing people's living standards, stimulating economic growth, maintaining social stability and bolstering national security. During the construction of transport facilities, it is essential to identify the distinctive features of a construction area to anticipate the construction process and evaluate the potential risks associated with the project. This paper presents a multi-objective semantic segmentation algorithm based on an improved U-Net network, which can improve the recognition efficiency of various types of features in the construction zone of transportation facilities. The main contributions of this paper are as follows: A multi-class target sample dataset based on UAV remote sensing and construction areas is established. A new virtual data augmentation method based on semantic segmentation of transport facility construction areas is proposed. A semantic segmentation model for the construction regions based on data augmentation and transfer learning is developed and future research directions are given. The results of the study show that the validity of the virtual data augmentation approach has been verified; the semantic segmentation of the transport facility model can semantically segment a wide range of target features. Millimeter wave (MMW) radar simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) technology is an emerging technology in a tunnel vehicle accident rescue scene. It is a powerful tool for statistic-trapped vehicle detection with limited vision caused by darkness, heat, and smoke. A variety of SLAM frameworks have been proven to be able to obtain 3-degree-of-freedom (3-dof) pose estimation results using 2-dimention (2D) MMW radar in open space. In the application of millimeter wave radar for pose estimation and mapping in a closed environment, closed space structures and artificial targets together constitute high-intensity multi-path scattering measurement data, leading to radar false detections. Radar false detections caused by multi-path scattering are generally considered to be detrimental to radar applications, such as multi-target tracking. However, few studies analyze the mechanism of multi-path effects on radar SLAM, especially in closed spaces. In order to address the problem, this paper first presents a radar multi-path scattering theory to study the generation mechanism difference of false and radar true detection and their influences on radar SLAM 2D pose estimation and mapping in tunnel. According to the scattering mechanism differences on SLAM, a radar azimuth scattering angle signature is proposed, which allows distinguishing radar false detections from real ones. This is useful in avoiding using unreliable radar false detections to solve a radar SLAM problem. In addition, two different radar false detection revising methods combined with the CSM (correlative scan matching) algorithm are proposed in this paper. The HTMR-CSM (hard-threshold-multi-path-revised correlative scan matching) algorithm only depends on a hard threshold of radar azimuth scattering angle signature to eliminate all radar false detections as much as possible before CSM. Another idea is the STMR-CSM (soft-threshold-multi-path-revised correlative scan matching) algorithm. All the radar false detections are classified according to the distribution model of radar azimuth accuracy, and part of more reliable radar false detections are retained to estimate a more accurate pose. All the ideas in this paper are validated by using an MMW 2D radar mounted on a rail-guided robot in a tunnel. Two cars on fire were set as the targets. The structure from motion (SfM) method has achieved great success in 3D sparse reconstruction, but it still faces serious challenges in large-scale scenes. Existing hybrid SfM methods usually do not fully consider the compactness between images and the connectivity between subclusters, resulting in a loose spatial distribution of images within subclusters, unbalanced connectivity between subclusters, and poor robustness in the merging stage. In this paper, an efficient and robust hybrid SfM method is proposed. First, the multifactor joint scene partition measure and the preassignment balanced image expansion algorithm among subclusters are constructed, which effectively solves the loose spatial distribution of images in subclusters problem and improves the degree of connection among subclusters. Second, the global GlobalACSfM method is used to complete the local sparse reconstruction of the subclusters under the cluster parallel framework. Then, a decentralized dynamic merging rule considering the connectivity of subclusters is proposed to realize robust merging among subclusters. Finally, public datasets and oblique photography datasets are used for experimental verification. The results show that the method proposed in this paper is superior to the state-of-the-art methods in terms of accuracy and robustness and has good feasibility and advancement prospects. The problem that the randomly generated random projection matrix will lead to unstable classification results is addressed in this paper. To this end, a Tighter Random Projection-oriented entropy-weighted ensemble algorithm is proposed for classifying hyperspectral remote sensing images. In particular, this paper presents a random projection matrix selection strategy based on the separable information of a single class able to project the features of a certain class of objects. The projection result is measured by the degree of separability, thereby obtaining the low-dimensional image with optimal separability of the class. After projecting samples with the same random projection matrix, to calculate the distance matrix, the Minimum Distance classifier is devised, repeating for all classes. Finally, the weight of the distance matrix is considered in ensemble classification by using the information entropy. The proposed algorithm is tested on real hyperspectral remote sensing images. Long-range surveillance and early warning of space targets are significant factors in space security. Under remote observation conditions, the energy performance of the target is weak and subject to environmental and imaging process contamination. Most detection methods are aimed at targets with a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) or local contrast, and the detection performance for dim-weak small targets is poor; therefore, the target signal is often enhanced by energy accumulation. However, owing to the interference caused by the instability of the imaging system, energy accumulation errors occur in the target, resulting in the dispersion of the target energy, making detection a challenge. To solve the above problem, this study proposed a multi-frame superposition detection method for dim-weak point targets based on an optimized clustering algorithm by combining the clustering method with the inherent features of the target and using the difference between the target and noise energy distribution for detection. First, we simulated the multi-frame imaging process of the target post-disturbance and established an optical imaging system model of the dim-weak target. Subsequently, we used data dimension reduction and outlier removal to extract the target potential area. Finally, the data were sent to the clustering model for calculation and judgment. Given that the accuracy rate reaches 87.1% when the SNR is 1 dB, the experimental results show that the detection method proposed in this paper can effectively detect dim-weak targets with low SNR. In addition, there is a significant improvement in the detection performance of the receiver characteristic curve compared with other algorithms in the real scene, which further proves the superiority of the method in this paper. The Landsat and Sentinel series satellites contain their own quality tagging data products, marking the source image pixel by pixel with several specific semantic categories. These data products generally contain categories such as cloud, cloud shadow, land, water body, and snow. Due to the lack of mid-wave and thermal infrared bands, the accuracy of traditional cloud detection algorithm is unstable when facing Chinese Gaofen-1/6 (GF-1/6) data. Moreover, it is challenging to distinguish clouds from snow. In order to produce GF-1/6 satellite pixel-by-pixel quality tagging data products, this paper builds a training sample set of more than 100,000 image pairs, primarily using Sentinel-2 satellite data. Then, we adopt the Swin Transformer model with a self-attention mechanism for GF-1/6 satellite image quality tagging. Experiments show that the model's overall accuracy reaches the level of Fmask v4.6 with more than 10,000 training samples, and the model can distinguish between cloud and snow correctly. The number of wheat ears is one of the most important factors in wheat yield composition. Rapid and accurate assessment of wheat ear number is of great importance for predicting grain yield and food security-related early warning signal generation. The current wheat ear counting methods rely on manual surveys, which are time-consuming, laborious, inefficient and inaccurate. Existing non-destructive wheat ear detection techniques are mostly applied to near-ground images and are difficult to apply to large-scale monitoring. In this study, we proposed a sampling survey method based on the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Firstly, a small number of UAV images were acquired based on the five-point sampling mode. Secondly, an adaptive Gaussian kernel size was used to generate the ground truth density map. Thirdly, a density map regression network (DM-Net) was constructed and optimized. Finally, we designed an overlapping area of sub-images to solve the repeated counting caused by image segmentation. The MAE and MSE of the proposed model were 9.01 and 11.85, respectively. We compared the sampling survey method based on UAV images in this paper with the manual survey method. The results showed that the RMSE and MAPE of NM13 were 18.95 × 104/hm2 and 3.37%, respectively, and for YFM4, 13.65 × 104/hm2 and 2.94%, respectively. The automatic calculation of sediment maps from hydroacoustic data is of great importance for habitat and sediment mapping as well as monitoring tasks. For this reason, numerous papers have been published that are based on a variety of algorithms and different kinds of input data. However, the current literature lacks comparative studies that investigate the performance of different approaches in depth. Therefore, this study aims to provide recommendations for suitable approaches for the automatic classification of side-scan sonar data that can be applied by agencies and researchers. With random forests, support vector machines, and convolutional neural networks, both traditional machine-learning methods and novel deep learning techniques have been implemented to evaluate their performance regarding the classification of backscatter data from two study sites located in the Sylt Outer Reef in the German Bight. Simple statistical values, textural features, and Weyl coefficients were calculated for different patch sizes as well as levels of quantization and then utilized in the machine-learning algorithms. It is found that large image patches of 32 px size and the combined use of different feature groups lead to the best classification performances. Further, the neural network and support vector machines generated visually more appealing sediment maps than random forests, despite scoring lower overall accuracy. Based on these findings, we recommend classifying side-scan sonar data with image patches of 32 px size and 6-bit quantization either directly in neural networks or with the combined use of multiple feature groups in support vector machines. Observation task planning is a key issue and the first step in the development of automated Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) systems. Aiming at the problem of dynamic change of cloud cover during SLR operation, this paper proposes an autonomous mission planning algorithm for SLR based on the Rolling Horizon Optimization (RHO) framework. A hybrid event- and cycle-driven replanning mechanism is adopted, and four functional modules, rolling, planning, information acquisition and decision-making, are established to decompose the SLR observation task planning process into a series of static planning intervals. An improved ant colony algorithm is proposed and utilized to realize the autonomous planning of SLR system observation tasks, and the above autonomous planning algorithm is verified and analyzed based on the SLR system at station 7237. The results show that the above algorithm can effectively increase the number of observation satellites and revenue under cloud disturbance, solve the problems of low efficiency and poor interference resistance of conventional static algorithms, and provide a new research idea for the establishment of an unattended SLR system.
