One of the most widely used measures of scientific impact is the number of citations. However, due to its heavy-tailed distribution, citations are fundamentally difficult to predict but can be improved. This study was aimed at investigating the factors and parts influencing the citation number of a scientific paper in the otology field. Therefore, this work proposes a new solution that utilizes machine learning and natural language processing to process English text and provides a paper citation as the predicted results. Different algorithms are implemented in this solution, such as linear regression, boosted decision tree, decision forest, and neural networks. The application of neural network regression revealed that papers' abstracts have more influence on the citation numbers of otological articles. This new solution has been developed in visual programming using Microsoft Azure machine learning at the back end and Programming Without Coding Technology at the front end. In this paper two procedures are developed for the identification of the parameters contained in an orthotropic elastic-plastic-hardening model for free standing foils, particularly of paper and paperboard. The experimental data considered are provided by cruciform tests and digital image correlation. A simplified version of the constitutive model proposed by Xia et al. (Int J Solids Struct 39:4053-4071, ) is adopted. The inverse analysis is comparatively performed by the following alternative computational methodologies: (a) mathematical programming by a trust-region algorithm; (b) proper orthogonal decomposition and artificial neural network. Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is a rapid and non-destructive detection method for component determination and quantitative analysis with broad applications in numerous fields. In recent years, NIRS has started to be used in the aging condition assessment of power transformers. However, the real applications of NIRS are constrained by the lack of evaluation database and accurate prediction algorithms. In this paper, we aim at comparing different NIRS modeling methods and improving diagnostic accuracy. We build the evaluation database via the preparation of 230 specimens derived from three typical types of insulating paper. Calibration models are established by linear method-partial least squares (PLS) and nonlinear method-back propagation neural network (BPNN) to map the relationship between spectra and the degree of polymerization (DP). The DP prediction results show that using full NIR spectra as the input of the PLS model does not ensure a high prediction accuracy, and it is improved by competitive adaptive reweighted sampling (CARS) that selects the optimal wavelength combinations. Prediction precisions given by BPNN and CARS-BPNN models are shown to be less satisfactory than that of CARS-PLS. We process the original spectra with principal component analysis (PCA) as the input of BPNN and the PCA-BPNN model realizes high prediction precision for three types of paper (RMSE  ⩽  24, r  =  0.99). With the identification of paper type by the k-nearest neighbors (KNN) method before prediction, the KNN-PCA-BPNN model solves the problem of the low prediction precision for mixed (unknown) paper samples (RMSE  =  36, r  =  0.98), which facilitates future field tests as well as related applications in practice. Diagnosing multi-stage diseases typically requires doctors to consider multiple data sources, including clinical symptoms, physical signs, biochemical test results, imaging findings, pathological examination data, and even genetic data. When applying machine learning modeling to predict and diagnose multi-stage diseases, several challenges need to be addressed. Firstly, the model needs to handle multimodal data, as the data used by doctors for diagnosis includes image data, natural language data, and structured data. Secondly, privacy of patients' data needs to be protected, as these data contain the most sensitive and private information. Lastly, considering the practicality of the model, the computational requirements should not be too high. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a privacy-preserving federated deep learning diagnostic method for multi-stage diseases. This method improves the forward and backward propagation processes of deep neural network modeling algorithms and introduces a homomorphic encryption step to design a federated modeling algorithm without the need for an arbiter. It also utilizes dedicated integrated circuits to implement the hardware Paillier algorithm, providing accelerated support for homomorphic encryption in modeling. Finally, this paper designs and conducts experiments to evaluate the proposed solution. The experimental results show that in privacy-preserving federated deep learning diagnostic modeling, the method in this paper achieves the same modeling performance as ordinary modeling without privacy protection, and has higher modeling speed compared to similar algorithms. Breast cancer (BC) is the leading cause of death among women worldwide. It affects in general women older than 40 years old. Medical images analysis is one of the most promising research areas since it provides facilities for diagnosis and decision-making of several diseases such as BC. This paper conducts a Structured Literature Review (SLR) of the use of Machine Learning (ML) and Image Processing (IP) techniques to deal with BC imaging. A set of 530 papers published between 2000 and August 2019 were selected and analyzed according to ten criteria: year and publication channel, empirical type, research type, medical task, machine learning techniques, datasets used, validation methods, performance measures and image processing techniques which include image pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction and feature selection. Results showed that diagnosis was the most used medical task and that Deep Learning techniques (DL) were largely used to perform classification. Furthermore, we found out that classification was the most ML objective investigated followed by prediction and clustering. Most of the selected studies used Mammograms as imaging modalities rather than Ultrasound or Magnetic Resonance Imaging with the use of public or private datasets with MIAS as the most frequently investigated public dataset. As for image processing techniques, the majority of the selected studies pre-process their input images by reducing the noise and normalizing the colors, and some of them use segmentation to extract the region of interest with the thresholding method. For feature extraction, we note that researchers extracted the relevant features using classical feature extraction techniques (e.g. Texture features, Shape features, etc.) or DL techniques (e. g. Machine learning (ML), a form of artificial intelligence (AI), is being increasingly employed in neurology. Reported performance metrics often match or exceed the efficiency of average clinicians. The neurologist is easily baffled by the underlying concepts and terminologies associated with ML studies. The superlative performance metrics of ML algorithms often hide the opaque nature of its inner workings. Questions regarding ML model's interpretability and reproducibility of its results in real-world scenarios, need emphasis. Given an abundance of time and information, the expert clinician should be able to deliver comparable predictions to ML models, a useful benchmark while evaluating its performance. Predictive performance metrics of ML models should not be confused with causal inference between its input and output. This paper aims to build a machine learning and a neural network model to detect the probability of money laundering in banks. The paper's data came from a simulation of actual transactions flagged for money laundering in Middle Eastern banks. The main findings highlight that criminal networks mainly use the integration stage to integrate money into the financial system. Fraudsters prefer to launder funds in the early hours, morning followed by the business day's afternoon time intervals. In this paper, an analysis of a mathematical model of the coronavirus is carried out by using two fractal-fractional parameters. This dangerous virus infects a person through the mouth, eyes, nose or hands. This makes it so dangerous that no one can get rid of it. One of the main factors contributing to increasing infections of this deadly virus is crowding. We believe that it is necessary to model this effect mathematically to predict the possible outcomes. Hence, the study of neural network-based models related to the spread of this virus can yield new results. This paper also introduces the use of artificial neural networks (ANNs) to approximate the solutions, which is a significant contribution in this regard. We suggest employing this new method to solve a system of integral equations that explain the dynamics of infectious diseases instead of the classical numerical methods. Sleep monitoring has become a prevalent area of research where body position and physiological data, such as heart rate and respiratory rate, are monitored. Numerous critical health problems are associated with poor sleep, such as pressure sore development, sleep disorders, and low sleep quality, which can lead to an increased risk of falls, cardiovascular diseases, and obesity. Current monitoring systems can be costly, laborious, and taxing on hospital resources. This paper reviews the most recent solutions for contactless textile technology in the form of bed sheets or mats to monitor body positions, vital signs, and sleep, both commercially and in the literature. This paper is organized into four categories: body position and movement monitoring, physiological monitoring, sleep monitoring, and commercial products. A detailed performance evaluation was carried out, considering the detection accuracy as well as the sensor types and algorithms used. This paper is about the opposite of judgement and calculation. This opposition has been a traditional anchor of critiques concerned with the rise of AI decision making over human judgement. Contrary to these approaches, it is argued that human judgement is not and cannot be replaced by calculation, but that it is human judgement that contextualises computational structures and gives them meaning and purpose. The article focuses on the epistemic structure of algorithms and artificial neural networks to find that they always depend on human judgement to be related to real life objects or purposes. By introducing the philosophical concept of judgement, it becomes clear that the property of judgement to provide meaning and purposiveness is based on the temporality of human life and the ambiguity of language, which quantitative processes lack. A juxtaposition shows that calculations and clustering can be used and referred to in more or less prejudiced and reflecting as well as opaque and transparent ways, but thereby always depend on human judgement. The paper clearly asserts that the transparency of AI is necessary for their autonomous use. This transparency requires the explicitness of the judgements that constitute these computational structures, thereby creating an awareness of the conditionality of such epistemic entities. Deep neural network models have become powerful tools of machine learning and artificial intelligence. They can approximate functions and dynamics by learning from examples. This paper reviews the state-of-art of deep learning-based object detection frameworks that are used for fruit detection in general and for olive fruit in particular. A dataset of olive fruit on the tree is built to train and evaluate deep models. The ultimate goal of this work is the capability of on-edge real-time olive fruit detection on the tree from digital videos. Recent work in deep neural networks has led to the development of a state-of-the-art object detector termed You Only Look Once version five (YOLOv5). This paper builds a dataset of 1.2 K source images of olive fruit on the tree and evaluates the latest object detection algorithms focusing on variants of YOLOv5 and YOLOR. The results of the YOLOv5 models show that the YOLOv5 new network models are able to extract rich olive features from images and detect the olive fruit with a high precision of higher than 0.75 mAP_0.5. Metaphors, as language expressions often used in daily life, are closely related to an individual's emotion, cognition, and psychological state. This paper studies children's smiling face recognition based on deep neural network. In order to obtain a better identification effect of mental health problems of children, this paper attempts to use multisource data, including consumption data, access control data, network logs, and grade data, and proposes a multisource data-based mental health problem identification algorithm. The main research focus is feature extraction, trying to use one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) to mine students' online patterns from online behavior sequences, calculate abnormal scores based on students' consumption data in the cafeteria, and describe the dietary differences among students. At the same time, this paper uses the students' psychological state data provided by the psychological center as a label to improve the deficiencies caused by the questionnaire. This paper uses the training set to train five common classification algorithms, evaluates them through the validation set, and selects the best classifier as our algorithm and uses it to identify students with mental health problems in the test set. In view of the issue that the features of the images in the shallow layer cannot be fully utilized when the image description is generated and the target association of the image cannot be sufficiently obtained, a generation method for the description of the acquisition of attention images is put forward in this paper. The proportions of the features of images at various depths are autonomously assigned based on the content data of the language model, and the images thus generated are all pictures with image features with attention. In this way, the effect of description generation of images has been improved. Most models of quantum neural networks are optimized based on gradient descent, and like classical neural networks, gradient descent suffers from the barren plateau phenomenon, which reduces the effectiveness of optimization. Therefore, this paper establishes a new QNN model, the optimization process adopts efficient quantum particle swarm optimization, and tentatively adds a quantum activation circuit to our QNN model. Our model will inherit the superposition property of quantum and the random search property of quantum particle swarm. The features of the kernel extreme learning machine—efficient processing, improved performance, and less human parameter setting—have allowed it to be effectively used to batch multi-label classification tasks. These classic classification algorithms must at present contend with accuracy and space–time issues as a result of the vast and quick, multi-label, and concept drift features of the developing data streams in the practical application sector. The KELM training procedure still has a difficulty in that it has to be repeated numerous times independently in order to maximize the model's generalization performance or the number of nodes in the hidden layer. In this paper, a kernel extreme learning machine multi-label data classification method based on the butterfly algorithm optimized by particle swarm optimization is proposed. The proposed algorithm, which fully accounts for the optimization of the model generalization ability and the number of hidden layer nodes, can train multiple KELM hidden layer networks at once while maintaining the algorithm's current time complexity and avoiding a significant number of repeated calculations. The simulation results demonstrate that, in comparison to the PSO-KELM, BBA-KELM, and BOA-KELM algorithms, the PSOBOA-KELM algorithm proposed in this paper can more effectively search the kernel extreme learning machine parameters and more effectively balance the global and local performance, resulting in a KELM prediction model with a higher prediction accuracy. Due to the increasing cost of health insurance, for decades, many countries have endeavored to constrain the cost of insurance by utilizing a DRG payment system. In most cases, under the DRG payment system, hospitals cannot exactly know which DRG code inpatients are until they are discharged. This paper focuses on the prediction of what DRG code appendectomy patients will be classified with when they are admitted to hospital. We utilize two models (or classifiers) constructed using the C4.5 algorithm and back-propagation neural network (BPN). We conducted experiments with the data collected from two hospitals. The results show that the accuracies of these two classification models can be up to 97.84% and 98.70%, respectively. According to the predicted DRG code, hospitals can effectively arrange medical resources with certainty, then, in turn, improve the quality of the medical care patients receive. Wind power generation has aroused widespread concern worldwide. Accurate prediction of wind speed is very important for the safe and economic operation of the power grid. This paper presents a short-term wind speed prediction model which includes data decomposition, deep learning, intelligent algorithm optimization, and error correction modules. First, the robust local mean decomposition (RLMD) is applied to the original wind speed data to reduce the non-stationarity of the data. Then, the salp swarm algorithm (SSA) is used to determine the optimal parameter combination of the bidirectional gated recurrent unit (BiGRU) to ensure prediction quality. In order to eliminate the predictable components of the error further, a correction module based on the improved salp swarm algorithm (ISSA) and deep extreme learning machine (DELM) is constructed. The exploration and exploitation capability of the original SSA is enhanced by introducing a crazy operator and dynamic learning strategy, and the input weights and thresholds in the DELM are optimized by the ISSA to improve the generalization ability of the model. The actual data of wind farms are used to verify the advancement of the proposed model. Compared with other models, the results show that the proposed model has the best prediction performance. Population Based Algorithms (PBAs) are excellent search tools that allow searching space of parameters defined by problems under consideration. They are especially useful when it is difficult to define a differentiable evaluation criterion. This applies, for example, to problems that are a combination of continuous and discrete (combinatorial) problems. In such problems, it is often necessary to select a certain structure of the solution (e.g. a neural network or other systems with a structure usually selected by the trial and error method) and to determine the parameters of such structure. As PBAs have great application possibilities, the aim is to develop more and more effective search formulas used in them. An interesting approach is to use multiple populations and process them with separate PBAs (in a different way). In this paper, we propose a new multi-population-based algorithm with: (a) subpopulation evaluation and (b) replacement of the associated PBAs subpopulation formulas used for their processing. Aiming at this problem, it has great research significance for the field of oral precancerous lesions diagnosis. With the in-depth research on oral precancerous diagnosis, the research on artificial neural network (ANN) in medical diagnosis is gradually carried out. Its performance advantage is of great significance to solve the problem of early and correct disease diagnosis. This paper aimed to investigate the application of ANN-assisted cancer risk prediction method in risk prediction of oral precancerous lesions. Through the analysis and research of ANN and oral cancer, the construction of oral cancer risk prediction model was applied to solve the problem of improving the survival rate of oral cancer patients. In this paper, ANN and oral precancerous lesions were analyzed, the performance of the algorithm was experimentally analyzed, and the relevant theoretical formulas were used to explain. The results showed that the method had higher accuracy than traditional forecasting methods. When N = 2 , the output accuracy was above 90%. It can be seen that the algorithm can meet the needs of the diagnosis of high-risk groups of oral cancer lesions, and the diagnosis efficiency and patient survival rate has been greatly improved. This paper analyzes the modeling of a computer-aided piano music automatic notation algorithm, combines the influence of music on psychological detachment, and designs the piano music automatic notation algorithm in psychological detachment model construction. This paper investigates the multiresolution time-frequency representation constant Q-transform (CQT), which is common in music signal analysis, and finds that although CQT has higher frequency resolution at low frequencies, it also leads to lower temporal resolution. The variable Q-transform is introduced as a tool for multibasic frequency estimation of the time-frequency representation of music signals, which has better temporal resolution than CQT at the exact frequency resolution and efficient coefficient calculation. The short-time Fourier transform and constant Q-transform time-frequency analysis methods are implemented, respectively, and note onset detection and multibasic tone detection are implemented based on CNN models. The network structure, training method, and postprocessing method of CNN are optimized. According to the similarity of ontology tree and the external features and internal features of nodes, the calculation formula of structural comprehensive similarity is improved, and the features of ontology itself can be fully considered in the calculation. According to the difference of the structure, the weights of the corresponding features during the calculation are adjusted autonomously, so that the calculation results are closer to reality. In spectral image preprocessing, endpoint detection utilizes the harmonic characteristics presented by narrowband spectrograms with high frequency resolution and eliminates useless nonspeech segments by detecting the presence of voiced segments. When building the neural network model, four convolutional layers, two fully connected layers, and one softmax output layer were conceived, and dropout was used to randomly suspend the work of some neurons to avoid overfitting. Results/Discussion. Through the data analysis of mean and variance and verified by one-way analysis of variance, it proves that the sentiment evaluation method in this paper is effective. The traditional multiple linear regression method is not suitable for the corpus and application scenarios of this paper. This paper proposes a decision tree structure, which is similar to the overall scoring process of raters, and uses the Interactive Dicremiser version 3 (ID3) algorithm to build a comprehensive evaluation decision tree for pitch, rhythm, intonation, speech rate, and emotion indicators. It is proved by experiments that the accurate consistency rate of the human-machine evaluation in this paper is 93%, the adjacent consistency rate is 96%, and the Pearson correlation coefficient value of the human-machine evaluation results is 0.89. Different from traditional images, light field images record not only spatial information but also angle information. Due to the large volume of light field data brings great difficulties to storage and compression, light field compression technology has attracted much attention. The epipolar plane image (EPI) contains a lot of low rank information, which is suitable for recovering the complete EPI from a part of EPI. In this paper, a light field image coding framework based on EPI restoration neural network has been proposed. Compared with previous algorithms, the proposed algorithm further takes advantage of the inherent similarity in light field images, and the proposed framework has higher performance and robustness. Object tracking based on Siamese networks has achieved great success in recent years, but increasingly advanced trackers are also becoming cumbersome, which will severely limit deployment on resource-constrained devices. To solve the above problems, we designed a network with the same or higher tracking performance as other lightweight models based on the SiamFC lightweight tracking model. At the same time, for the problems that the SiamFC tracking network is poor in processing similar semantic information, deformation, illumination change, and scale change, we propose a global attention module and different scale training and testing strategies to solve them. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, this paper has done comparative experiments on the ILSVRC, OTB100, VOT2018 datasets. A comprehensive systematic study was carried out in order to identify various deep learning methods developed and used for predicting student academic performance. Predicting academic performance allows for the implementation of various preventive and supportive measures earlier in order to improve academic performance and reduce failure and dropout rates. Although machine learning schemes were once popular, deep learning algorithms are now being investigated to solve difficult predictions of student performance in larger datasets with more data attributes. Deep neural network prediction methods with clear modelling and parameter measurements formulated on publicly available and recognised datasets are the focus of the research. Widely used for academic performance prediction, backpropagation algorithms have been trained and tested with various datasets, especially those related to learning management systems (LMS) and massive open online courses (MOOC). The most widely used prediction method appears to be the standard artificial neural network approach. The long-short-term memory (LSTM) approach has been reported to achieve an accuracy of around 87 percent for temporal student performance data. In this paper, we have designed an artificial neural network architecture to produce metric field of planar BTZ and quintessence black holes applying a data-driven approach andleveraging holography principle (according to AdS/DL (Anti de Sitter/Deep Learning) correspondence given by [1]). Data has been collected by choosing minimally coupled massive scalar field with quantum fluctuations and we try to process two emergent and ground-truth metrics versus the holographic parameter which plays the role of depth of the neural network. Loss or error function which shows rate of deviation of these two metrics in presence of penalty regularization term reaches to its minimum value when values of the learning rate approach to the observed steepest gradient point. Values of the regularization or penalty term of the quantum scalar field has critical role to matching this two mentioned metric. Also, we design an algorithm which helps us to find optimum value for learning parameter and finally, we understand that loss function convergence heavily depends on the number of epochs and learning rate. Because of its long running time, complex working environment, and for other reasons, a gear is prone to failure, and early failure is difficult to detect by direct observation; therefore, fault diagnosis of gears is very necessary. Neural network algorithms have been widely used to realize gear fault diagnosis, but the structure of the neural network model is complicated, the training time is long and the model is not easy to converge. To solve the above problems and combine the advantages of the ResNeXt50 model in the extraction of image features, this paper proposes a gearbox fault detection method that integrates the convolutional block attention module (CBAM). Firstly, the CBAM is embedded in the ResNeXt50 network to enhance the extraction of image channels and spatial features. Secondly, the different time–frequency analysis method was compared and analyzed, and the method with the better effect was selected to convert the one-dimensional vibration signal in the open data set of the gearbox into a two-dimensional image, eliminating the influence of the redundant background noise, and took it as the input of the model for training. Finally, the accuracy and the average training time of the model were obtained by entering the test set into the model, and the results were compared with four other classical convolutional neural network models. The results show that the proposed method performs well both in fault identification accuracy and average training time under two working conditions, and it also provides some references for existing gear failure diagnosis research. In the research of network abnormal traffic detection, in view of the characteristics of high dimensionality and redundancy in traffic data and the loss of original information caused by the pooling operation in the convolutional neural network, which leads to the problem of unsatisfactory detection effect, this paper proposes a network abnormal traffic detection algorithm based on RIC-SC-DeCN to improve the above problems. Firstly, a recursive information correlation (RIC) feature selection mechanism is proposed, which reduces data redundancy through the maximum information correlation feature selection algorithm and recursive feature elimination method. Secondly, a skip-connected deconvolutional neural network model (SC-DeCN) is proposed to reduce the information loss by reconstructing the input signal. Finally, the RIC mechanism and the SC-DeCN model are merged to form a network abnormal traffic detection algorithm based on RIC-SC-DeCN. The experimental results on the CIC-IDS-2017 dataset show that the RIC feature selection mechanism proposed in this paper has the highest accuracy when using MSCNN as the detection model compared to the other three, which can reach 96.22%. Compared with the other five models, the SC-DeCN model has the highest detection accuracy, while the model training time is moderate and can reach 96.55%. Compared with the SC-DeCN model, the RIC-SC-DeCN model reduces the overall training time by 45.50%, while the accuracy rate is increased to 97.68%. Organs-at-risk contouring is time consuming and labour intensive. Automation by deep learning algorithms would decrease the workload of radiotherapists and technicians considerably. However, the variety of metrics used for the evaluation of deep learning algorithms make the results of many papers difficult to interpret and compare. In this paper, a qualitative evaluation is done on five established metrics to assess whether their values correlate with clinical usability. A total of 377 CT volumes with heart delineations were randomly selected for training and evaluation. A deep learning algorithm was used to predict the contours of the heart. A total of 101 CT slices from the validation set with the predicted contours were shown to three experienced radiologists. They examined each slice independently whether they would accept or adjust the prediction and if there were (small) mistakes. For each slice, the scores of this qualitative evaluation were then compared with the Sørensen-Dice coefficient (DC), the Hausdorff distance (HD), pixel-wise accuracy, sensitivity and precision. The statistical analysis of the qualitative evaluation and metrics showed a significant correlation. Of the slices with a DC over 0.96 (N = 20) or a 95% HD under 5 voxels (N = 25), no slices were rejected by the readers. Contours with lower DC or higher HD were seen in both rejected and accepted contours. Qualitative evaluation shows that it is difficult to use common quantification metrics as indicator for use in clinic. The quantization algorithm compresses the original network by reducing the numerical bit width of the model, which improves the computation speed. Because different layers have different redundancy and sensitivity to data bit width. Reducing the data bit width will result in a loss of accuracy. Therefore, it is difficult to determine the optimal bit width for different parts of the network with guaranteed accuracy. Mixed precision quantization can effectively reduce the amount of computation while keeping the model accuracy basically unchanged. In this paper, a hardware-aware mixed precision quantization strategy optimal assignment algorithm adapted to low bit width is proposed, and reinforcement learning is used to automatically predict the mixed precision that meets the constraints of hardware resources. In the state-space design, the standard deviation of weights is used to measure the distribution difference of data, the execution speed feedback of simulated neural network accelerator inference is used as the environment to limit the action space of the agent, and the accuracy of the quantization model after retraining is used as the reward function to guide the agent to carry out deep reinforcement learning training. The experimental results show that the proposed method obtains a suitable model layer-by-layer quantization strategy under the condition that the computational resources are satisfied, and themodel accuracy is effectively improved. Photocatalysts have made great contributions to the degradation of pollutants to achieve environmental purification. The traditional method of developing new photocatalysts is to design and perform a large number of experiments to continuously try to obtain efficient photocatalysts that can degrade pollutants, which is time-consuming, costly, and does not necessarily achieve the best performance of the photocatalyst. The rapid development of photocatalysis has been accelerated by the rapid development of artificial intelligence. Intelligent algorithms can be utilized to design photocatalysts and predict photocatalytic performance, resulting in a reduction in development time and the cost of new catalysts. In this paper, the intelligent algorithms for photocatalyst design and photocatalytic performance prediction are reviewed, especially the artificial neural network model and the model optimized by an intelligent algorithm. A detailed discussion is given on the advantages and disadvantages of the neural network model, as well as its application in photocatalysis optimized by intelligent algorithms. The use of intelligent algorithms in photocatalysis is challenging and long term due to the lack of suitable neural network models for predicting the photocatalytic performance of photocatalysts. The prediction of photocatalytic performance of photocatalysts can be aided by the combination of various intelligent optimization algorithms and neural network models, but it is only useful in the early stages. In the epoch characterized by the anticipation of autonomous vehicles, the quality of the embedded system software, its reliability, safety, and security is significant. The testing of embedded software is an increasingly significant element of the development process. The application of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms in the process of testing embedded software in vehicles constitutes a significant area of both research and practical consideration, arising from the escalating complexity of these systems. This paper presents the preliminary development of the AVESYS framework which facilitates the application of open-source artificial intelligence algorithms in the embedded system testing process. The aim of this work is to evaluate its effectiveness in identifying anomalies in the test environment that could potentially affect testing results. The raw data from the test environment, mainly communication signals and readings from temperature, as well as current and voltage sensors are pre-processed and used to train machine learning models. In this paper, a positioning algorithm based on the combination of K-means clustering and deep neural networks (DNNs) is first presented for multiple light emitting diodes (LEDs) integrated with visible light positioning (VLP) systems. We extracted the maximum value from the collected optical power of LEDs, utilizing the ratio of each optical power to this maximum optical power as the input training data. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperformed the conventional DNN algorithm in terms of anti-jamming capability and positioning accuracy. We draw on a substantial body of theoretical and empirical research on movement and behavior tracking tools, remote sensing and geospatial artificial intelligence technologies, and metaverse assets and services. We carried out a quantitative literature review of ProQuest, Scopus, and the Web of Science throughout May 2023, with search terms including "Web3-powered metaverse worlds" + "neural network-based recognition and virtual simulation algorithms," "interactive 3D geo-visualization and neuromorphic computing systems," and "tactile sensing and cognitive modeling technologies." As we analyzed research published in 2022 and 2023, only 187 papers met the eligibility criteria. By removing controversial or unclear findings (scanty/unimportant data), results unsupported by replication, undetailed content, or papers having quite similar titles, we decided on 41, chiefly empirical, sources. In this paper, a two-stage stochastic mathematical model is developed for an asset protection routing problem under a wildfire. The main aim of this study is to reduce the negative impact of a wildfire. Some parameters, such as travel and service times, obtaining profit by protecting an asset, and upper bounds of time windows, are considered as stochastic parameters. Generating proper scenarios for uncertain parameters has a large impact on the accuracy of the obtained solutions. Therefore, artificial neural networks are employed to extract possible scenarios according to previous actual wildfire events. The problem cannot be solved by exact solvers for large instances, so two matheuristic algorithms are proposed in this study to solve the problem in a reasonable time. In the first algorithm, a set of feasible routes is generated based on a heuristic approach, then a route-based mathematical model is used to obtain the final solution. Also, another matheuristic algorithm based on adaptive large neighbourhood search (ALNS) is proposed. In this algorithm, routing decisions are determined using the ALNS algorithm while other decisions are achieved by solving an intermediate mathematical model. Blade icing seriously affects wind turbines' aerodynamic performance and output power. Timely and accurately predicting blade icing status is crucial to improving the economy and safety of wind farms. However, existing blade icing prediction methods cannot effectively solve the problems of unbalanced icing/non-icing data and low prediction accuracy. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a wind turbine blade icing prediction method based on the focal loss function and CNN-Attention-GRU. First, the recursive feature elimination method combined with the physical mechanism of icing is used to extract features highly correlated with blade icing, and a new feature subset is formed through a sliding window algorithm. Then, the focal loss function is utilized to assign more weight to the ice samples with a lower proportion, addressing the significant class imbalance between the ice and non-ice categories. Finally, based on the CNN-Attention-GRU algorithm, a blade icing prediction model is established using continuous 24-h historical data as the input and the icing status of the next 24 h as the output. The model is compared with advanced neural network models. The results show that the proposed method improves the prediction accuracy and F1 score by an average of 6.41% and 4.27%, respectively, demonstrating the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method. Fungal keratitis (FK) is a common and severe corneal disease, which is widely spread in tropical and subtropical areas. Early diagnosis and treatment are vital for patients, with confocal microscopy cornea imaging being one of the most effective methods for the diagnosis of FK. However, most cases are currently diagnosed by the subjective judgment of ophthalmologists, which is time-consuming and heavily depends on the experience of the ophthalmologists. In this paper, we introduce a novel structure-aware automatic diagnosis algorithm based on deep convolutional neural networks for the accurate diagnosis of FK. Specifically, a two-stream convolutional network is deployed, combining GoogLeNet and VGGNet, which are two commonly used networks in computer vision architectures. The main stream is used for feature extraction of the input image, while the auxiliary stream is used for feature discrimination and enhancement of the hyphae structure. Then, the features are combined by concatenating the channel dimension to obtain the final output, i.e., normal or abnormal. The results showed that the proposed method achieved accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of 97.73%, 97.02%, and 98.54%, respectively. Dedicated equipment, which is widely used in many different types of vehicles, is the core system that determines the combat capability of special vehicles. Therefore, assuring the normal operation of dedicated equipment is crucial. With the increase in battlefield complexity, the demand for equipment functions is increasing, and the complexity of dedicated equipment is also increasing. To solve the problem of fault diagnosis of dedicated equipment, a fault diagnosis algorithm based on CNN-LSTM was proposed in this paper. CNN and LSTM are used in the model adopted by the algorithm to extract spatial and temporal features from the data. CBAM is used to enhance the model's accuracy in identifying faults for dedicated equipment. Data on dedicated equipment faults were obtained from a hardware-in-loop simulation platform to verify the model. Chat generative pre-trained transformer (ChatGPT) is a chatbot developed by OpenAI that answers questions in a human-like manner. ChatGPT is a GPT language model that understands and responds to natural language created using a transformer, which is a new artificial neural network algorithm first introduced by Google in 2017. ChatGPT can be used to identify research topics and proofread English writing and R scripts to improve work efficiency and optimize time. Attempts to actively utilize generative artificial intelligence (AI) are expected to continue in clinical settings. However, ChatGPT still has many limitations for widespread use in clinical research, owing to AI hallucination symptoms and its training data constraints. Researchers recommend avoiding scientific writing using ChatGPT in many traditional journals because of the current lack of originality guidelines and plagiarism of content generated by ChatGPT. This paper presents a finite-time economic model predictive control (MPC) algorithm that can be used for frequency regulation and optimal load dispatch in multi-area power systems. Economic MPC can be used in a power system to ensure frequency stability, real-time economic optimization, control of the system and optimal load dispatch from it. A generalized terminal penalty term was used, and the finite-time convergence of the system was guaranteed. The effectiveness of the proposed model predictive control algorithm was verified by simulating a power system, which had two areas connected by an AC tie line. With the continuous mining and gradual reduction of shallow deposits, deep prospecting has become a new global prospecting trend. In addition, with the development of artificial intelligence, deep learning provides a favorable means for geological big data analysis. This paper, researches the No. II Orebody of the Xiongcun deposit. First, based on previous research results and metallogenic regularity, prospecting information, namely, lithology, Au-Ag-Cu chemical elements and wall rock alteration is extracted, and the block model is established by combining the Kriging interpolation structure. Second, the datasets are divided into dataset I and dataset II according to "randomness" and "depth". Third, deep prospecting prediction models based on deep neural networks (DNN) and the convolutional neural networks (CNN) is constructed, and the model parameters are optimized. Finally, the models are applied to the deep prediction of the Xiongcun No. II Orebody. The results show that the accuracy rate and recall rate of the prediction model based on the DNN algorithm are 96.15% and 89.23%, respectively, and the AUC is 96.39%, which are higher values than those of the CNN algorithm, indicating that the performance of the prediction model based on the DNN algorithm is better. The accuracy of prediction model based on dataset I is higher than that of dataset II. The accuracy of deep metallogenic prediction based on the DNN algorithm is approximately 89%, that based on the CNN is approximately 87%, and that based on prospecting information method is approximately 61.27%. The prediction results of the DNN algorithm are relatively consistent in the spatial location and scale of the orebody. The more frequent occurrence of network security incidents has an impact on network security. Through the research on network security situational awareness, this paper constructs a multilevel network security situation evaluation index system from various aspects and uses the Elman neural network optimized by the genetic algorithm to evaluate network security situation. Aiming at the disadvantage of subjective dependence in the traditional assignment method of basic probability assignment function, Elman neural network is used to obtain the basic probability assignment function to increase its objectivity, and it is optimized with the PSD algorithm. In addition, the neural network is further improved by the genetic algorithm. In the traditional D-S evidence theory, an evidence correction step is added to optimize the situation that the final judgment result is incorrect due to evidence conflict. Finally, the fusion rules of the D-S evidence theory are used to fuse the support degrees of the four first-level situations to different security levels to obtain the final network security situation assessment result. The results show that the prediction accuracy of the GA-Elman neural network model is as high as 80%, which is significantly higher than that of the traditional D-S model, indicating that the model proposed in this paper has improved the accuracy of the assessment and prediction results. It is very important for power grid development research and related technical improvement to obtain the disaster situation of fine-scale distribution network, such as the transportation condition evaluation of distribution network and the wind waterlogging disaster prediction of distribution network. Among them, the wind waterlogging disaster prediction of distribution network is the main one, and the prediction of its disaster degree often determines whether the distribution network can be prevented before and rescued after the disaster. Therefore, in view of the above problems, combined with the actual transmission situation of the distribution network, after collecting the measured disaster data of the distribution network in relevant areas, combined with the multi-source data fusion technology and neural network modeling technology, this paper analyzes the disaster degree indicators of different distribution networks and constructs the relevant fuzzy matrix through the fuzzy theory to evaluate the disaster degree, which is verified by the measured data. This distribution network disaster loss prediction model can effectively implement the disaster loss prediction of distribution network and compare its prediction results with the other two different common models. The comparison results show that the prediction accuracy of the multi-source data fusion prediction model constructed in this paper is more than 0.95 compared with the other two models, while the prediction accuracy of the other two models is not more than 0.9, which proves that the model constructed in this paper has smaller errors.
