Musical choreography is usually completed by professional choreographers, which is very professional and time-consuming. In order to realize the intelligent choreography of musical, based on the mixed density network (MDN), this paper generates the dance matching with the target music through three steps: motion generation, motion screening, and feature matching. The choreography results in this paper have a high degree of matching with music, which makes it possible for the development of motion capture technology and artificial intelligence and computer automatic choreography based on music. In the process of motion generation, the average value of Gaussian model output by MDN is used as the bone position and the consistency of motion is measured according to the change rate of joint velocity in adjacent frames in the process of motion selection. Compared with the existing studies, the dance generated in this paper has improved in motion coherence and realism. In this paper, a multilevel music and action feature matching algorithm combining global feature matching and local feature matching is proposed. The algorithm improves the unity and coherence of music and action. The algorithm proposed in this paper improves the consistency and novelty of movement, the compatibility with music, and the controllability of dance characteristics. In order to solve the problems of machine translation efficiency and translation quality, this paper proposes an English translation evaluation system based on the BP neural network algorithm. This method provides users with a more intelligent machine translation service experience. With the help of the BP neural network algorithm, taking English online translation as the research object, Google's translation quality is the best, with an error frequency of only 167, while Baidu translation and iFLYTEK translation in China have a high error rate of 266 and 301, respectively, which is much higher than Google translation. A model of machine translation evaluation based on the neural network algorithm is proposed to better solve the disadvantages of traditional English machine translation. The results show that the machine translation system based on the neural network algorithm can further optimize the problems existing in machine translation, such as insufficient use of information and large scale of model parameters, and further improve the performance of neural network machine translation. The nanoindentation technique is employed to characterize the behaviors of biomaterials. Nevertheless, there is a lack of development of a miniaturized precise positioner for in situ nanoindentation. Besides, modeling behaviors of the positioner are restricted due to its complex kinematic characteristics. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel compliant two degrees of freedom (dof) stage for positioning a biomaterial sample in in situ nanoindentation. In addition, a new modeling and dimensional optimization synthesis method of the stage is developed. The proposed effective methodology is developed based on a kinetostatic analysis-based calculation method, the Lagrange approach, and a neural network algorithm. With an increased advance in artificial intelligence, a neural network algorithm is proposed to extend the applicability of artificial neural networks in optimizing the parameters of the stage. First, the 2-dof stage is built via a combination of an eight-lever displacement amplifier and a symmetric parallelogram mechanism. Second, a chain of mathematical equations of the 2-dof stage is constructed using a kinetostatic analysis-based method to calculate the ratio of displacement amplification and the input stiffness of the 2-dof stage. Then, the Lagrange method is utilized to formulate the dynamic equation of the 2-dof stage. Finally, a neural network algorithm is adopted to maximize the natural first frequency of the proposed stage. The optimal results determined that the frequency of the stage can achieve a high value of 112.0995 Hz. Neural network algorithms and intelligent algorithms are hot topics in the field of deep learning. In this study, the neural network algorithm and intelligence are optimized, and it is used in simulation experiments to improve the target image recognition ability of the algorithm in the machine vision environment. First, this paper introduces the application of neural networks in the field of machine vision. Second, in the experiment, the improved VGG-16 convolutional neural network (CNN) model is applied to metal block defect detection. Experimental results show that the optimized network can classify metal block defects with the maximum accuracy of 99.28%. Then, the intelligent algorithm based on neural network is studied, and the CIFAR-10 data set is taken as the experimental target for training test and verification test. Using BP algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO-BP), and improved neural network algorithm, respectively, the convergence speed of ICS algorithm based on BP neural network is compared. The development of artificial intelligence and worldwide epidemic events has promoted the implementation of smart healthcare while bringing issues of data privacy, malicious attack, and service quality. The Medical Internet of Things (MIoT), along with the technologies of federated learning and blockchain, has become a feasible solution for these issues. In this paper, we present a blockchain-based federated learning method for smart healthcare in which the edge nodes maintain the blockchain to resist a single point of failure and MIoT devices implement the federated learning to make full of the distributed clinical data. In particular, we design an adaptive differential privacy algorithm to protect data privacy and gradient verification-based consensus protocol to detect poisoning attacks. We compare our method with two similar methods on a real-world diabetes dataset. Promising experimental results show that our method can achieve high model accuracy in acceptable running time while also showing good performance in reducing the privacy budget consumption and resisting poisoning attacks. Due to the development and application of information technology, a series of modern information technologies represented by 5G, big data, and artificial intelligence are changing rapidly, and people's requirements for video coding standards have become higher. In the High-Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) standard, the coding block division is not flexible enough, and the prediction mode is not detailed enough. A new generation of Versatile Video Coding (VVC) standards was born. VVC inherits the hybrid coding framework adopted by HEVC, improves the original technology of each module, introduces a series of new coding technologies, and builds on this greatly improving the coding efficiency. Compared with HEVC, the block division structure of VVC has undergone great changes, retaining the quad-tree (QT) division method and increasing the multi-type tree (MTT) division method, which brings high coding complexity. To reduce the computational complexity of VVC coding block division, a fast decision algorithm for VVC intra-frame coding based on texture characteristics and machine learning is proposed. First, we analyze the characteristics of the CU partition structure decision and then use the texture complexity of the CU partition structure decision to terminate the CU partition process early; for CUs that do not meet the early termination of the partition, use the global sample information, local sample information, and context information. The three-category feature-trained tandem classifier framework predicts the division type of CU. The experimental results show that in the full intra mode, compared with the existing VTM10.0, the encoding output bit rate is increased by 1.36%, and the encoding time is saved by 52.63%. Based on this, this study optimizes the YOLOv2 algorithm by tailoring and successfully deploys it on the K210 chip to train the face object detection algorithm model separately. The intelligent fan with YOLOv2 model deployed in K210 chip can detect the target of the character and obtain the position and size of the character in the machine coordinates. In order to solve the problem of tense consistency in Chinese-English neural machine translation (NMT) system, a Chinese verb tense annotation model is proposed. Firstly, a neural network is used to build a Chinese tense annotation model. During the translation process, the source tense is passed to the target side through the alignment matrix of the traditional Attention mechanism. The probability of the candidate words inconsistent with the corresponding tense of source words in the candidate translation word set is also reduced. Then, the Chinese-English temporal annotation algorithm is integrated into the MT model, so as to build a Chinese-English translation system with temporal processing function. The essence of the system is that, in the process of translation, Chinese-English temporal annotation algorithm is used to obtain temporal information from Chinese sentences and transfer it to the corresponding English sentences, so as to realize the temporal processing of English sentences and obtain the English sentences corresponding to the tenses of the original Chinese sentences. The experimental results show that the Chinese tense annotation model of bidirectional long short-term memory (LSTM) is more accurate for the prediction of Chinese verb tense, so the improvement effect of NMT model is also the most obvious, especially on the NIST06 test set, where the BLEU value is increased by 1.07%.
