The new generation of information technology (IT) promotes the integration of fintech with the real economy. Existing studies emphasize the relationship between fintech and the real economy over the development level of fintech-served real economy (FtRE). To fill up the gap, this paper explores the evaluation of FtRE based on fintech improvement (FtI). Firstly, an evaluation index system (EIS) was established for fintech service efficiency (FtSE), and FtSE was measured through data envelopment analysis (DEA). Then, fuzzy c-means (FCM) clustering was performed to discretize continuous indices. Drawing on matter-element theories, the authors created the classic domain and node domain of FtRE, as well as the evaluation objects of real economy, calculated the correlation between each factor affecting development level and evaluated development level, and computed the weight coefficient of each index. Objective: To report a case of labour induction during extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support in a patient with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) caused by influenza and review of the literature.Methods: Case report and the literature search of all English articles on delivery while on ECMO in patients with ARDS caused by influenza.Results: A 25-year-old pregnant woman was initiated with ECMO due to severe ARDS caused by influenza A (H1N1) virus. When the patient had symptoms of colporrhagia and uterine contractions, the medical team decided to start labour induction while on ECMO. There were in total five case reports identified. Maternal oxygenation was improved after delivery and ECMO was successfully discontinued.Conclusions: Maternal oxygenation was improved after delivery, which may be beneficial to reduce the duration of ECMO. Caesarean section (CS) may be the most used mode and labour induction could be another option. The procedure should be performed by an experienced ECMO team, cooperating with the obstetrician, anaesthesiologist, and ICU doctors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In our continued SAR study efforts, a series of O -alkylamino-tethered salicylamide derivatives with various amino acid linkers has been designed, synthesized, and biologically evaluated as potent anticancer agents. Five selected compounds with different representative chemical structures were found to show broad anti-proliferative activities, effective against all tested ER-positive breast cancer (BC) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell lines with low micromolar IC 50 values. Among these compounds, compound 9a (JMX0293) maintained good potency against MDA-MB-231 cell line (IC 50 = 3.38 ± 0.37 μM) while exhibiting very low toxicity against human non-tumorigenic breast epithelial cell line MCF-10A (IC 50 > 60 μM). Further mechanistic studies showed that compound 9a could inhibit STAT3 phosphorylation and contribute to apoptosis in TNBC MDA-MB-231 cells. More importantly, compound 9a significantly suppressed MDA-MB-231 xenograft tumor growth in vivo without significant toxicity, indicating its great potential as a promising anticancer drug candidate for further clinical development. This work applies a quasi-epitaxial growth method to synthesize the highly oriented Cu-MOF film with the Cu(OH) 2 nanowire arrays. The Cu(OH) 2 nanowires with high aspect ratio were first synthesized via an optimization of the reactant concentration, then deposited and arrayed with the gravity assistance on an ITO substrate via a fluid-assisted technique. Based on the template with the Cu(OH) 2 nanowire arrays, the Cu-MOF film was synthesized via the displacement reaction at room temperature. By optimizing the number of times and the flow velocity of the fluid-assisted technique, a Cu-MOF film with a thickness of above 0.9 ​μm and a roughness below 84.73 ​nm was obtained. The calculated crystallographic preferred orientation (CPO) index of the (00l) direction showed that the film had a strong c-axis orientation. Furthermore, the fluorescence spectra of the DMASP dyes aligned in the channels of this oriented Cu-MOF film exhibited a polarization ratio of about 2.83. Synthesis of the highly oriented Cu-MOF film with the Cu(OH) 2 nanowire arrays via a quasi-epitaxial growth method. The Cu(OH) 2 nanowires with high aspect ratio are prepared, and then deposited on an ITO substrate via a fluid-assisted technique, in which the Cu(OH) 2 nanowire suspension flows downward along the tank slope and the nanowires are arrayed with the gravity assistance.
