In the current technological world, artificially intelligent deep learning techniques are adapted in many fields. This advanced technology is also used in the field of education. In this study, people will conduct research on the optimization of ideological and political education strategies in colleges and universities based on deep learning. Deep learning is often a machine learning technique that uses artificial neural networks that allow a machine to imitate human behaviour. Ideological and political education deals with the social studies implied by the political scenario. Ideological and political education aims to teach the younger generation social, economic, and political awareness. In our proposed system, people will deploy the deep learning algorithm named brute force algorithm to optimize ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The teaching optimization is performed by automating the training of the deep learning model. The results were compared with the existing K-means algorithm, and it is observed that the proposed system has achieved a higher accuracy of 99.12% in optimizing the educational strategies. This paper reports a novel poplar mosaic disease that occurred on the leaves of Populus alba var. pyramidalis in China. Symptoms: mosaic and chlorosis leaves, leaf abscission, leaf and young branch withering, leaf growth retard, and the destroyed and hollowed cell structures of mesophyll cells in the diseased leaves. Electron microscopy observation showed that some typical (flexible rods, virus particles 10–14 nm in width, and ca. 700 nm in length) and atypical virus particles (1400 or 2000 nm in length) of genus Potyvirus were found in the leaf exudates of the diseased poplar. De novo assembly assembled a nearly complete genome sequence of bean common mosaic virus (BCMV, 10035 nt in length) from the transcriptome sequencing data of poplar leaves. Moreover, field observation illustrated that two larvae of white-striped longhorn beetle (Batocera lineolata) inhabited and almost completely destroyed the main branch and roots of the diseased poplar plant, and a high-density population of two Chaitophorus aphid species once infected poplar plants before the occurrence of mosaic symptoms. Results suggested that BCMV is the pathogen of this novel poplar mosaic disease; moreover, results also suggested beetle and aphids that might involve in the occurrence and development of poplar mosaic disease. • This study reported the symptoms and ultra-structral a novel mosaic disease that occurred in Populus alba var. pyramidalis in China. • Near complete genome sequence of BCMV (bean common mosaic virus) and BCMV-like virus particles suggested that BCMV was associated with the occurrence of poplar mosaic disease. Background: Hylurgus ligniperda, a major international forestry quarantine pest, was recently found to have invaded and posed a serious threat to the Pinus forests of the Jiaodong Peninsula in China. Continuous monitoring and vigilance of the early population is imperative, and rapid molecular detection technology is urgently needed. We focused on developing a single-gene-based species-specific PCR (SS-PCR) method. Results: We sequenced and assembled the mitochondrial genome of H. ligniperda to identify suitable target genes. We identified three closely related species for detecting the specificity of SS-PCR through phylogenetic analysis based on 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs). Subsequently, we analyzed the evolution of 13 PCGs and selected four mitochondrial genes to represent slow-evolving gene (COI) and faster-evolving genes (e.g. ND2, ND4, and ND5), respectively. We developed four species-specific primers targeting COI, ND2, ND4, and ND5 to rapidly identify H. ligniperda. The results showed that the four species-specific primers exhibited excellent specificity and sensitivity in the PCR assays, with consistent performance across a broader range of species. This method demonstrates the ability to identify beetles promptly, even during their larval stage. The entire detection process can be completed within 2–3 h. Conclusions: This method is suitable for large-scale species detection in laboratory settings. Moreover, the selection of target genes in the SS-PCR method is not affected by the evolutionary rate. SS-PCR can be widely implemented at port and forestry workstations, significantly enhancing early management strategies and quarantine measures against H. ligniperda. In complex and heterogeneous geoenvironments, landslides exhibit varying features in different environments, and data in landslide inventories are imbalanced. Existing data-driven landslide susceptibility evaluation (LSE) methods overlook environmental heterogeneity and cannot reliably predict regions with few samples. Alternatively, global random negative sampling strategies may produce imbalanced positive and negative samples in some environments, contributing to inaccurate predictions. This article proposes a graph neural network (GNN) constrained by environmental consistency (GNN-EC) to overcome these problems. The GNN-EC consists of graphs with nodes, and edges. A graph represents the environmental relationships in the study area. Nodes are geographic units delineated from terrain polygon approximation. Edges capture the relationships between node-pairs. Additionally, the weights of edges reflect the similarity between two node environments. A GNN aggregates node information in the graph for LSE. Our experiment showed that the proposed method outperformed the common machine learning methods: increasing prediction accuracy by approximately 7, 5–6 and 3–4% compared to the artificial neural network (ANN), the support vector machine (SVM) and the random forest (RF), respectively. In this study, we sequenced the mitochondrial (mt) genome of Agrilus mali (Coleoptera: Buprestidae) using next-generation sequencing, and accordingly annotated 13 protein-coding, 22 tRNA, and 2 rRNA genes and a 1458-bp non-coding region. Comparative analysis indicated that the mt genome of A. mali is relatively conserved, with a typical gene content and order identical to those of other coleopterans. However, the newly sequenced mt genome is characterized by a relatively higher A + T content compared with that of other species within the family Buprestidae. Phylogenetic analysis based on Bayesian inference revealed that the evolutionary relationship among the six infraorders of the suborder Polyphaga is (Scirtiformia + (Elateriformia + ((Scarabaeiformia + Staphyliniformia) + (Bostrichiformia + (Cucujiformia))))). However, the topology indicated that the family Buprestidae is a sister group to other Polyphaga infraorders, excluding Scirtiformia as a monophyly, and thus the monophyly of Elateriformia was not supported. This study not only presents the mt genome of a species in the family Buprestidae and a comparative analysis of jewel beetles but also examines the contribution of mt genomes in elucidating phylogenetic relationships within the suborder Polyphaga of Coleoptera. Dual-wavelength interferometry (DWI) could extend the measured range of each single-wavelength interferometry. The synchronization of the two working wavelengths in DWI is of high efficient, and the generated moiré fringe indirectly represents the information of the measured long synthetic-wavelength ( λ S ) phase. However, the extraction of the measured synthetic-wavelength phase is rather arduous from the moiré fringe. To retrieve the synthetic-wavelength phase from the moiré fringe patterns, we present a carrier squeezing dual-wavelength interferometry method (CSDI) in simultaneous DWI (SDWI). After the mathematical square of the moiré fringe patterns, the multiplicative moiré phase-shift fringe patterns with π/2 phase shift at λ S are combined into a single spatial-temporal fringe (STF). By converting the temporal phase shift into spatial carrier and the introduction of the carrier, the measured synthetic wavelength phase is retrieved by the filter and inverse Fourier transform of the STF spectrum. Compared with other methods, CSDI method could suppress the influence of the phase-shift error and only requires 4 frame phase-shift interferograms. Numerical simulations are executed to demonstrate the performance of the CSDI method in SDWI with the peak-to-valley (PV) value of 1.46 nm and the root mean square (RMS) values of 0.23 nm for the demodulated error. And the precision is better than PV of 20 nm (0.0059 λ s ) and RMS of 6 nm (0.0017 λ s ) even when the distribution range of the phase-shift error is as high as ± 10% relative to the π/2 phase shift step at λ S . Finally, our experimental results indicate that the measurement accuracy is better than 1.3% for a step with the height of 7.8 µm, and 0.5% for the step height of 6.233 µm for a Fresnel lens. Dual-wavelength interferometry could extend the measured range of single-wavelength interferometry by combining the two single wavelength phases, particularly for the measurement of step height. When testing the high-reflectivity surfaces with the single wavelength Fizeau interferometer, we have presented the π ∕ 4 phase-shift carrier squeezing interferometry (QCSI) method for phase extraction with multi-beam interference ( Appl. Opt . 55, 1920–1928, 2016). In this paper, we propose an integer and decimal portions synthetization (IDS) method for the multi-beam interference in the dual-wavelength Fizeau interferometer. One of the single wavelength wrapped phases is demodulated by the multi-beam interference QCSI algorithm, while the second of the single wavelength wrapped phases is extracted by the conventional two-beam interference phase-shift algorithm, so the equivalent wavelength unwrapped phase is derived from the two single wavelength wrapped phase. The decimal portion of synthesized phase is then obtained directly from the first single wavelength wrapped phase, and the integer portion of synthesized phase is obtained from the fringe order of the first single wavelength wrapped phase determined by the equivalent wavelength unwrapped phase. The proposed non-iterative IDS method avoids the common error magnification effect in the two-wavelength techniques, and only requires no more than 8 frame phase-shift interferograms for each single wavelength. Its robust performance is validated by both simulations and experiments in the presence of multi-beam interference as well as phase-shift error for measuring objects with height discontinuities. Wild apple forests in the Tian Shan Mountains in north‐western China have been adversely affected by an unknown disease in recent years. Symptoms attributed to this disease that affects wild apple trees include xylem browning and dieback which are suggestive of infection by Fusarium species. Therefore, the research team conducted the first survey for Fusarium in the afflicted wild apple forests. Twig samples with symptoms of xylem browning and dieback were collected in the Xinyuan, Gongliu, Yining and Huocheng Counties of Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region in China. Based on phylogenetic analyses and morphological observation, sixty strains of Fusarium accounted for 48% of the total number of fungi isolated from samples were subsequently classified into six species including twenty‐four F. avenaceum, seventeen F. solani, ten F. tricinctum, five F. proliferatum, two F. sporotrichioides and two unfamiliar Fusarium sp. 1. The five previously known species of Fusarium were then tested for pathogenicity to leaves and twigs in vitro. The results indicated that all of the species, except for F. tricinctum, can cause obvious lesions on the leaves of host plants and on the twigs of Fuji and wild apple. This is the first report of Fusarium species pathogenicity in Xinjiang wild apple forests, confirming a new host for these pathogens in this study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
