Background: Resistance against artemisinin-based combination therapy is one of the challenges to malaria control and elimination globally. Mutations in different genes (Pfdhfr, Pfdhps, Pfk-13 and Pfmdr1) confer resistance to artesunate and sulfadoxine–pyrimethamine (AS + SP) were analysed from Mandla district, Madhya Pradesh, to assess the effectiveness of the current treatment regimen against uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum. Methods: Dried blood spots were collected during the active fever survey and mass screening and treatment activities as part of the Malaria Elimination Demonstration Project (MEDP) from 2019 to 2020. Isolated DNA samples were used to amplify the Pfdhfr, Pfdhps, Pfk13 and Pfmdr1 genes using nested PCR and sequenced for mutation analysis using the Sanger sequencing method. Results: A total of 393 samples were subjected to PCR amplification, sequencing and sequence analysis; 199, 215, 235, and 141 samples were successfully sequenced for Pfdhfr, Pfdhps, Pfk13, Pfmdr1, respectively. Analysis revealed that the 53.3% double mutation (C59R, S108N) in Pfdhfr, 89.3% single mutation (G437A) in Pfdhps, 13.5% single mutants (N86Y), and 51.1% synonymous mutations in Pfmdr1 in the study area. Five different non-synonymous and two synonymous point mutations found in Pfk13, which were not associated to artemisinin resistance. Conclusion: The study has found that mutations linked to SP resistance are increasing in frequency, which may reduce the effectiveness of this drug as a future partner in artemisinin-based combinations. No evidence of mutations linked to artemisinin resistance in Pfk13 was found, suggesting that parasites are sensitive to artemisinin derivatives in the study area. Nanoparticles (NPs) have the ability to transform poorly immunogenic tumors into activated 'hot' targets. In this study, we investigated the potential of a liposome-based nanoparticle (CRT-NP) expressing calreticulin as an in-situ vaccine to restore sensitivity to anti-CTLA4 immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) in CT26 colon tumors. We found that a CRT-NP with a hydrodynamic diameter of approximately 300 nm and a zeta potential of approximately +20 mV induced immunogenic cell death (ICD) in CT-26 cells in a dose-dependent manner. In the mouse model of CT26 xenograft tumors, both CRT-NP and ICI monotherapy caused moderate reductions in tumor growth compared to the untreated control group. However, the combination therapy of CRT-NP and anti-CTLA4 ICI resulted in remarkable suppression of tumor growth rates (>70%) compared to untreated mice. This combination therapy also reshaped the tumor microenvironment (TME), achieving the increased infiltration of antigen-presenting cells (APCs) such as dendritic cells and M1 macrophages, as well as an abundance of T cells expressing granzyme B and a reduction in the population of CD4+ Foxp3 regulatory cells. Our findings indicate that CRT-NPs can effectively reverse immune resistance to anti-CTLA4 ICI therapy in mice, thereby improving the immunotherapeutic outcome in the mouse model. The investigations were conducted at Sardar Vallabhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India during March 2019 to January 2020 for isolation and characterization and identification of phosphate solubilizing microbes (PSM) in soils of northern region of India. Soil samples (0-30 cm) were collected from four locations i.e. KVK, Lohaghat, SVPUAT, Meerut, College of Agriculture field, SVPUAT, Meerut and KVK, Bulandshahar covering Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand states of India and kept in refrigerator for analysis. The isolation of two rhizobial bacteria isolates (S1 and S2) in conjunction with the two-phosphate solubilizing efficient fungal isolates (F1 and F2) was carried out by the serial dilution method. The study of their morphological and microscopic characters, together with Solubilization Efficiency (SE), and Solubilization Index (SI) were also assessed. Finally, the biochemical tests were run according to their nature that was gram-negative rod by using KB002 TM HI Assorted Biochemical Test Kit (for Gram-negative rods). Between the two bacterial isolates was S1 was showing more solubilization on Pikovskaya agar (PVK) compared to S4 on the 5th day of observation, while S4 gave better results on the 8th-day solubilization observation. The biochemical tests on bacterial isolates were showing disagreement between the two, proving them as completely different isolates. Background: The information about milk quality of different breeds of cattle and buffalo is still scanty. The objective of the study was to the compare milk fatty acid composition and mineral concentration in the crossbred cattle and indigenous cattle and buffalo reared on same farm. Methods: This study was conducted on 187 individual milk samples, which includes 124 crossbred Vrindavani cattle, 19 indigenous cattle and 44 Murrah buffaloes. Result: The Murrah buffalo milk had significantly (P≤0.05) higher concentration of fat and saturated fatty acids than indigenous or crossbred cow's milk. The mono unsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) and poly unsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) contents (C16:1, C20:2, C20:4n6 and C22:6N3) were significantly higher in indigenous cows compared to crossbreds and Murrah buffalo. The concentration of iron and zinc were significantly (P≤0.05) higher in indigenous cattle, whereas, the contents of Cu and Mn were higher in Murrah buffalo. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper analyzes selections from Modern Review and Visva Bharati Quarterly, to study the complex act of nation-building taking place in India during the first half of the twentieth century. Through these periodicals, it discusses three interconnected occurrences that contributed to the envisioning of new India: firstly, the construction of a politically aware public sphere through nationalistic sentiments and anti-imperial internationalism; secondly, India's localization of modernity as oscillating between the colonial subjects' reactionary modernity and the colonially administered modernity of domination; and thirdly, the emergence of a modernism that was more immersed in restructuring social and political systems of power than being restricted to formal and aesthetic novelty. Thus, drawing on writings published in Modern Review and Visva Bharati Quarterly, the paper assesses the degree to which the two periodicals realized the identity of new India. Chronic bone infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus biofilms in children and adults is characterized by reduced antibiotic sensitivity. In this study, we assessed 'heat-targeted, on-demand' antibiotic delivery for S. aureus killing by combining ciprofloxacin (CIP)-laden low-temperature sensitive liposomes (LTSLs) with local high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) induced bone heating in a rat model of bone infection. CIP-LTSLs were prepared using the thin-film hydration and extrusion method. Bone infection was established by surgically implanting an orthopedic K-wire colonized with methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) strain into rat's femurs. For bone heating, ultrasound-guided HIFU exposures were performed to achieve a local temperature of 40–42 °C (∼15 min) concurrently with intravenous injection of CIP-LTSLs or CIP. CIP biodistribution was determined spectrophotometrically and therapeutic efficacy was determined by bacteriological, histological and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses. CIP-LTSLs in the range of 183.5 nm ± 1.91 showed an encapsulation efficiency of >70% at 37 °C and a complete release at ∼42 °C. The metal implantation method yielded medullary osteomyelitis characterized by suppurative changes (bacterial and pus pockets) by day 10 in bones and adjoining muscle tissues. HIFU heating significantly improved CIP delivery from LTSLs in bones, resulting in a significant reduction in MRSA load compared to HIFU and CIP alone groups. These were also verified by histology and SEM, wherein a distinct reduction in S. aureus population in the infected metal wires and tissues from the combinatorial therapy was noted. Background: Mass screening and treatment (MSaT) aims at reducing the spread of malaria in communities by identifying and treating infected persons regardless of the symptoms. This study was conducted to identify and treat asymptomatic cases using MSaT approaches in the community. Methods: Three rounds of MSaT using cluster combination approaches were carried out during September 2018 to December 2019 to identify and treat asymptomatic malaria cases in the community. All individuals who were present in the household were screened using RDT irrespective of malaria related symptoms. Simultaneously thick and thin blood smear and blood spot were collected for further analysis using microscopy and diagnostic PCR done in a subset of the samples. Results: Logistic regression analysis revealed that asymptomatic malaria cases significantly less among the older age groups compared with < 5 years children (OR ranged between 0.52 and 0.61; p < 0.05), lowest in cluster 4 (OR = 0.01; p < 0.0001); during third round of MSaT survey (OR = 0.11; p < 0.0001) and significantly higher in moderate to high endemic areas (OR = 88.30; p < 0.0001). Conclusion: Over the three rounds of MSaT, the number of asymptomatic cases were significantly less in the older age groups, and during third round. Similarly, the asymptomatic cases were significantly less in the low endemic area with API < 1 (cluster four). Therefore, the malaria elimination programme may consider the MSaT strategy to identify asymptomatic cases that would be otherwise missed by routine fever based surveillance. Background: Low-density malaria infections (LDMI) are defined as infections that are missed by the rapid diagnostic test (RDT) and/or microscopy which can lead to continued transmission and poses a challenge in malaria elimination efforts. This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of LDMI in febrile cases using species-specific nested Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests in the Malaria Elimination Demonstration Project, where routine diagnosis was conducted using RDT. Methods: Every 10th fever case from a cross-sectional community based fever surveillance was tested with RDT, microscopy and nested PCR. Parasite DNA was isolated from the filter paper using Chelex based method. Molecular diagnosis by nested PCR was performed targeting 18SrRNA gene for Plasmodium species. Results: The prevalence of malaria was 2.50% (436/17405) diagnosed by PCR, 1.13% (196/17405) by RDT, and 0.68% (118/ 17,405) by microscopy. Amongst 17,405 febrile samples, the prevalence of LDMI was 1.51% (263/17405) (95% CI 1.33–1.70), which were missed by conventional methods. Logistic regression analysis revealed that illness during summer season [OR = 1.90 (p < 0.05)] and cases screened within three days of febrile illness [OR = 5.27 (p < 0.001)] were the statistically significant predictors of LDMI. Conclusion: The prevalence of malaria among febrile cases using PCR was 2.50% (436/17405) as compared to 1.13% (196/17405) by RDT. Higher number of the LDMI cases were found in subjects with ≤ 3 days mean duration of reported fever, which was statistically significant (p < 0.001). This observation suggests that an early detection of malaria with a more sensitive diagnostic method or repeat testing of the all negative cases may be useful for curtailing malaria transmission. In this paper, a novel computationally intelligent technique for Pattern-Based clustering has been proposed. The proposed technique works in two stages. In the first stage feature selection is done. In the second stage a Significance Weight (SW) based Unsupervised Fuzzy Decision Tree Induction (SW-UFDT) is proposed for clustering. The feature selection is done using the ant colony optimization. The feature selection is done using Ant Colony Optimization is done as it is inherently parallel and provides the optimal features. It helps n the dimensionality reduction of the large dataset for clustering. In the second stage an unsupervised decision tree induction method utilizing significance weight of the attribute has been proposed. Finally, the clusters are formed using the equivalence classes. The performance investigation of the proposed technique is done over 20 different capacities UCI repository datasets in terms of two important cluster quality metrics. The comparative analysis shows that the proposed technique is more efficient than the existing Pattern/Non Pattern-Based clustering algorithms. The difference in performance is also validated using the Friedman and Bergmann–Hommel test. Thus, the proposed technique can be used for clustering of large continuous valued data. Educational stakeholders are keen to know the magnitude and importance of different interventions. However, the way evidence is communicated to support understanding of the effectiveness of an intervention is controversial. Typically studies in education have used the standardised mean difference as a measure of the impact of interventions. This measure, commonly known as the effect size, is problematic, in terms of how it is interpreted and understood. In this study, we propose a "gain index" as an alternative metric for quantifying and communicating the effectiveness of an intervention. This is estimated as the difference in the percentage of children who make positive gains between the intervention and control groups. Analysis of four randomized controlled trials in education supports the expectation that most children make progress due to normal school activities, which is independent of the intervention. This study elaborates a method to illustrate how trials with a positive gain index and with a higher percentage of pupils with positive gain in the intervention group can be used to communicate which trials are effective in improving educational outcomes. Context: Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a major cause of visual disability leading to irreversible blindness. Awareness of diabetes and its ocular co-morbidities may help in preventing vision loss. Aim: To assess the awareness of diabetic retinopathy among diabetic mellitus patients visiting a hospital in North India. Setting and Design: Cross-sectional study conducted at an outpatient clinic of ophthalmology department of a hospital. Materials and Methods: An interviewer-administered, pre-tested, semi-structured questionnaire was used to evaluate the awareness of DR for the period from July 2020 to January 2021. Results: A total of 272 patients with diabetes mellitus (44.4% females and 55.5% males) were included in the study. The mean age of the study population was 53.4 ± 10 years. Of the 272 patients, 79% were aware that diabetes can affect the eyes, and 69.5% knew that DR can lead to blindness. Regarding prevention and treatment of DR, 58.1% of patients were aware that good glycemic control prevents DR and 52.6% knew that DR can be treated. Physicians were the main source of information in 47.4% of patients. The participants were not compliant with a routine retinal assessment with only 26.5% of them having previous fundus examination for DR screening. Conclusion: Most of the participants were aware of DR but there existed major deficits in the knowledge and behavior of diabetic patients toward management of DR. In education, multisite trials involve randomization of pupils into intervention and comparison groups within schools. Most analytical models in multisite educational trials ignore that the impact of an intervention may be school dependent. This study investigates the impact of statistical models on the uncertainty associated with an effect size using comparable outcomes and covariates from ten multisite educational trials funded by the UK's Education Endowment Foundation. Ordinary least squares (OLS) models often assume that the pupil's outcomes within schools are independent, which is not always true. Multilevel models address this limitation by incorporating heterogeneity between schools to account for intra-school dependency. This inflates the confidence interval of an effect size obtained from the multilevel models than from an OLS model. For a multisite trial, the heterogeneity between schools also includes the differences in the expected impact of intervention between schools. Ignoring this additional school-by-intervention variation in a multisite trial could affect both its interpretation and conclusions. A robust approach to estimate the confidence intervals for effect size from multisite trials is by treating effect size as a parameter with its distribution. Meta‐analysis is the synthesis of findings from research projects, which enables an estimate of the average or pooled effect across various studies. This study presents findings from the intention to treat analysis for a series of educational evaluations in England using a two‐stage meta‐analysis with standardised outcome data and individual participant data meta‐analyses. The research estimates the overall impact of educational trials on pupils eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) and the attainment gap in literacy and mathematics performance between FSM and non‐FSM pupils based on analysis of 88 trials and data from over half a million pupils. For the meta‐analyses, frequentist and Bayesian multilevel models were used to estimate the individual and pooled effect size across categories of explanatory variables such as age groups (key stages in England) and aspects of the type of interventions (one‐to‐one, small group, whole class). Results indicated that the overall impact of interventions on the literacy outcomes of FSM pupils was positive, with a pooled effect size of 0.06 (0.03, 0.08). However, for mathematics, no overall effect on FSM pupils was observed. Analysis of the attainment gap indicated that literacy outcomes for FSM pupils were improved by interventions marginally more than for non‐FSM pupils (pooled attainment gap 0.01 (−0.01, 0.04)). The risk of bias assessment showed that estimates were consistent across different methodological approaches. The objective of this study was to calculate the extent and decay of linkage disequilibrium (LD) in 96 crossbred Vrindavani cattle genotyped with Bovine SNP50K Bead Chip. After filtering, 43,821 SNPs were retained for final analysis, across 2500.3 Mb of autosome. A significant percentage of SNPs was having minor allele frequency of less than 0.20. The extent of LD between autosomal SNPs up to 10 Mb apart across the genome was measured using r2 statistic. The mean r2 value was 0.43, if pairwise distance of marker was less than10 kb and it decreased further to 0.21 for 25–50 kb markers distance. Further, the effect of minor allele frequency and sample size on LD estimate was investigated. The LD value decreased with the increase in inter-marker distance, and increased with the increase of minor allelic frequency. The estimated inbreeding coefficient and effective population size were 0.04, and 46 for present generation, which indicated small and unstable population of Vrindavani cattle. These findings suggested that a denser or breed specific SNP panel would be required to cover all genome of Vrindavani cattle for genome wide association studies (GWAS). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Educational researchers advocate the use of an effect size and its confidence interval to assess the effectiveness of interventions instead of relying on a p-value, which has been blamed for lack of reproducibility of research findings and the misuse of statistics. The aim of this study is to provide a framework, which can provide direct evidence of whether an intervention works for the study participants in an educational trial as the first step before generalizing evidence to the wider population. A hierarchical Bayesian model was applied to ten cluster and multisite educational trials funded by the Education Endowment Foundation in England, to estimate the effect size and associated credible intervals. The use of posterior probability is proposed as an alternative to p-values as a simple and easily interpretable metric of whether an intervention worked or not. The probability of at least one month's progression or any other appropriate threshold is proposed to use in education outcomes instead of using a threshold of zero to determine a positive impact. The results show that the probability of at least one month's progress ranges from 0.09 for one trial, GraphoGame Rime, to 0.94 for another, the Improving Numeracy and Literacy trial. A sustainable catalyst- and solvent-free Passerini-tetrazole three component reaction (PT-3CR) has been developed for the selective synthesis of benzoxaborol-tetrazoles for the first time. The synthetic potential of oxaboroles was demonstrated towards various functionalized tetrazoles, which are otherwise difficult to achieve through conventional PT-3CR from aromatic aldehydes/ketones. The reaction features high practicality, broad substrate scope and excellent yields (80–98%). Preliminary results of the asymmetric PT-3CR are also shown for the synthesis of chiral benzoxaboroles. To date, research on sex differentials in lifespan variation and life expectancy has mainly been conducted in Western countries and there is a dearth of data from South Korea. This study aimed to further the understanding of mortality transition and life expectancy in South Korea, and the associated trajectories of age-at-death variation, through an analysis of life disparity by gender. Using complete life tables for South Korea for 1970-2015, sex differentials (female-male differences) in life disparity and life expectancy at birth were estimated, and sex differentials in life expectancy were decomposed by age and cause of death. The results showed that sex differentials in life expectancy at birth have not reduced significantly in the last 45 years (1970: 7.1 years; 2015: 6.2 years). Life disparity has reduced more rapidly for females than males, and the difference increased from -0.1 year in 1981 to -1.6 years in 2015. Sex differentials in life expectancy and life disparity in South Korea were higher during 1970-2015 than in several Western countries with high life expectancy. The elderly age group (60 and above) contributed 50% of the total sex difference in life expectancy at birth in 1970, and this increased to 70% in 2015. The contribution of the age group 15-59 years reduced significantly over the period. Decomposition of life expectancy at birth by cause revealed that diseases of the circulatory system (2.2 years), followed by external causes (1.3 years), were the most important causes of the sex differences in life expectancy at birth in 1983, and in 2015 neoplasms (2.2 years) and external causes (1.1 years) explained half of the total sex differences. There has been a significant shift in the age-specific pattern of the contribution towards each cause of death. Adsorption of pre-formed Agn clusters for n = 1 - 8 on a graphite substrate is studied within the density functional theory employing the vdW-DF2 functional to treat dispersion interactions. Top sites above surface layer carbon atoms turn out to be most favorable for a Ag adatom, in agreement with experimental observations. The same feature is observed for clusters of almost all sizes which have the lowest energies when the Ag atoms are positioned over top sites. Most gas phase isomers retain their structures over the substrate, though a couple of them undergo significant distortions. Energetics of the adsorption can be understood in terms of a competition between energy cost of disturbing Ag-Ag bonds in the cluster and energy gain from Ag-C interactions at the surface. Ag3 turns out to be an exceptional candidate in this regard that undergoes significant structural distortion and has only two of the Ag atoms close to surface C atoms in its lowest energy structure. Immunotherapy to treat cancer is now an established clinical approach. Immunotherapy can be applied systemically, as done with checkpoint blockade antibodies, but it can also be injected directly into identified tumors, in a strategy of in situ vaccination (ISV). ISV is designed to stimulate a strong local antitumor immune response involving both innate and adaptive immune cells, and through this generate a systemic antitumor immune response against metastatic tumors. A variety of ISVs have been utilized to generate an immunostimulatory tumor microenvironment (TME). These include attenuated microorganisms, recombinant proteins, small molecules, physical disruptors of TME (alternating magnetic and focused ultrasound heating, photothermal therapy, and radiotherapy), and more recently nanoparticles (NPs). NPs are attractive and unique since they can load multiple drugs or other reagents to influence immune and cancer cell functions in the TME, affording a unique opportunity to stimulate antitumor immunity. Here, we describe the NP-ISV therapeutic mechanisms, review chemically synthesized NPs (i.e., liposomes, polymeric, chitosan-based, inorganic NPs, etc.), biologically derived NPs (virus and bacteria-based NPs), and energy-activated NP-ISVs in the context of their use as local ISV. The existing literature suggests the variations in the execution style of the CRM campaigns by various organizations. This study proposes Cause-related Marketing (CRM) as one of the novel approaches to combat various issues related to sustainable development. The present study is focused to understand the role of CRM in aiding private sector organizations to address the problems of sustainable development and thus support the 'United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)' in an Emerging Economy India. This study examined the relationship between the total fertility rate and under-five child sex ratio to understand the role of fertility in the phenomenon of missing girls in India. Using data from the last four decennial censuses for the fifteen major states of India and their districts, covering more than 90% of the population of India, the study showed that there was a major decline in the female to male child sex ratio from 1981 to 2011 in most of the major Indian states and their districts. The panel regression model showed that the total fertility rate was significantly associated with the under-five child sex ratio at the district level for the 30-year period from 1981 to 2011 in India, even after controlling for other factors and any other unobserved heterogeneity. This indicates that areas of India with the highest fertility had the higher female to male child sex ratio, while low-fertility districts had a more male-biased sex ratio. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper presents an automated vehicle identification and classification method from traffic videos. The proposed method unlike other traditional methods combines the multiple time spatial frames to detect moving objects. These moving objects are the potential vehicles however there may be some other moving objects also. Therefore to further improve the accuracy of the proposed method, the moving objects are classified using object oriented classification scheme. The identification of vehicles from traffic videos plays an important role in Intelligent Transport systems (ITS). A virtual line is placed on each frame such that the objects crossing this line are the desired moving objects. The object based classifier makes use of fuzzy rules based on features like area, perimeter, and elongation and so on. These fuzzy rules are used to classify them into vehicle and non-vehicle classes. The second level of classification further classifies the vehicles into two wheeler, four wheeler and six wheeler vehicles. The method can be appropriately used for traffic surveillance as it also computes the speed of vehicles using the time spatial frames. The proposed method is applied on traffic videos of multiple time lengths. A comparative study of the proposed method with the existing methods reveals that the proposed work has higher accuracy. The motion detection, vehicle classification and speed of computation make this method best suited for many ITS applications like traffic surveillance and other similar applications. Background: The research is based on the fertility status of the soil being affected year by year so here is a strategy to save the soil fertility level or soil health by the use of a leguminous cropping system. Methods: A study was conducted during 2018-2021 in the Meerut district of western Uttar Pradesh to evaluate the soil characterization of the rice - pea- sugarcane cropping system. The soil samples were analyzed for various parameters in the laboratory. The status of available NPK in soils and other soil properties like pH, electrical conductivity (EC) and organic carbon (OC) content were assessed. Result: Results reveal that the soils of the study area were neutral to strongly alkaline in reaction and non-saline in nature. Nutrient status regarding to the available nutrient in the surface (0-15 cm) and subsurface (15-30 cm) depth of soil indicate that soils are low in available N and medium in available P and K in surface and subsurface. In-situ vaccination (ISV) utilizing nanoparticles (NPs) and therapeutic devices like focused ultrasound (FUS) can trigger immune-mediated killing of both treated and untreated cancer cells. However, the impact of confounding factors such as aging and gut microbiota composition on therapeutic outcomes remains poorly understood. In this study, we sequentially treated young mice (∼8 weeks) and old mice (>18 months) with bilateral melanoma using FUS and calreticulin nanoparticles (CRT-NP) to enhance immunogenic cell death. The combination of CRT-NP and FUS (CFUS) demonstrated greater efficacy in inducing regression of treated and untreated tumors in young mice compared to old mice. The diminished effectiveness in older mice was associated with significant differences in gut microbiome composition, characterized by alterations in bacterial species and splenic immune cells. Specifically, young mice exposed to CFUS exhibited higher abundance of Bacteroidetes and Verrucomicrobia, which was not observed in the aged cohorts. Turicibacter, Anaerotruncus, and Ruminiclostridium demonstrated negative correlations with CD8+ T cells but positive correlations with CD4+ T cells and MDSC cells in both age groups. Taxon set enrichment analysis revealed 58 significantly enriched host gene targets in the young cluster compared to only 11 in the aged cluster. The ever increasing advances in the field of biotechnology and health information sciences have led to large electronic health records (EHRs), which in turn contains important genetic and clinical information. Machine learning and data mining techniques are playing vital and indispensible efforts to intelligently convert available data into useful information for effective medical diagnosis. But, designing effective prediction and diagnosis techniques for diabetes mellitus (DM) are getting more attention than ever before. Thus, a novel fuzzy rule miner (ANT_FDCSM) derived from ant colony meta-heuristic for diagnosis of diabetic patients has been proposed in this paper. A few important improvements have been suggested to improve the performance of traditional ant colony optimization induced decision tree classifier. The first improvement is done to optimize search space of construction graph by employing a novel approach for optimal split point selection. Secondly, to compute heuristic information, a hybrid node split measure (SW_FDCSM) is presented. SW_FDCSM is a combination of attribute significance weight (SW) with a new fuzzy variant (Fuzzy_DCSM) of famous distinct class split measure (DCSM). The improvements have been proposed to generate comprehensive rule set while maintaining good accuracy, sensitivity and specificity count. Introduction: Psoriasis is a cutaneous disorder caused by unregulated proliferation of keratinocytes. The underlying etiology is complex with disturbances in the modulation of immunity and inflammation, especially in the epidermis playing a prominent role. Certain trace elements are essential to modulate immunity, regulate inflammation and maintain a healthy pro-oxidant-antioxidant balance and among them, copper and zinc play a prominent role. Methods: Eighty patients of psoriasis along with 50 age and sex matched healthy controls were selected. Venous blood samples were analyzed for serum copper and Zinc and Cu/Zn ratio was calculated. A comparison of serum Cu, Zn and Cu/Zn ratio was made in terms of receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results: Mean value of serum copper was found to be significantly high as compared to controls, which was not the case with zinc. Statistically significant difference was found in the mean levels of Cu/Zn ratio among patients and controls. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis revealed marginally higher AUROC for Cu (0.987) as compared to Cu/Zn ratio (0.949). Conclusion: Copper levels were higher as compared to controls while zinc levels showed no significant differences. The increased copper levels may play an etiopathogenic role in triggering the development of psoriasis by diverse mechanisms. The suitability of the Cu/Zn ratio in diagnosing psoriasis could not supersede that of solitary copper measurements as evidenced by the ROC curve. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: India has the largest number of under-five deaths globally, and large variations in under-five mortality persist between states and districts. Relationships between under-five mortality and numerous socioeconomic, development and environmental health factors have been explored at the national and state levels, but the possible spatial heterogeneity in these relationships has seldom been investigated at the district level. This study seeks to unravel local variation in key determinants of under-five mortality based on the 1991 and 2011 censuses. Methods: Using geocoded district-level data from the last two census rounds (1991 and 2011) and ordinary least squares and geographically weighted regressions, we identify district-specific relationships between under-five mortality rate and a series of determinants for two periods separated by 20 years (1986–1987 and 2006–2007). To identify spatial groupings of coefficients, we perform a cluster analysis based on t-values of the geographically weighted regression. Results: The geographically weighted regression analysis shows that relationships between the under-five mortality rate and factors for socioeconomic, development, and environmental health factors vary spatially in terms of direction, strength, and extent when considering: female literacy and labor force participation; share of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes; access to electricity; safe water and sanitation; road infrastructure; and medical facilities. This spatial heterogeneity is accompanied by significant changes over time in the roles that these factors play in under-five mortality. Important local determinants of under-five mortality in 2011 were female literacy, female labor force participation, access to sanitation facilities and electricity; while the key local determinants in 1991 were road infrastructure, safe water, and medical facilities. We identify six different clusters based on geographically weighted regression coefficients that broadly encompass the same districts in both periods; but these clusters do not follow the regional boundaries suggested by the previous studies. In particular, the high mortality states of India that are often typically classified as high focus states were classified into three different clusters based on the relationship of the factors associated with under-five mortality. Conclusion: This study demonstrates the utility of combining geographically weighted regression and cluster analyses as a methodological approach to study local-level variation in public health indicators, and it could be applied in any country using aggregate-level information from census or survey data. Identifying local predictors of under-five mortality is important for designing interventions in specific districts. Summary: This paper has proposed a comprehensive coordinated planning framework for solving the network reconfiguration with simultaneous installation of distribution generation (DG) units, with an objective of minimizing the feeder power loss and boosting the voltage profile of the electric distribution system. A meta‐heuristic bit‐shift operator–based particle‐swarm‐optimization (PSO) technique has been used for simultaneous reconfiguration with the optimal siting and sizing of the DG units. The bit‐shift operator–based PSO has been obtained by incorporating a shift operator in the velocity equation of the basic PSO, such that the problem moves in the direction of finding the best optimal reconfigured system. The entire problem has been investigated in the light of both voltage independent and dependent loads, such as residential, industrial, and commercial, to evaluate the performance of the proposed work in a practical scenario. Catalytic efficiency of gas phase and alumina-supported bimetallic Ag n Au m ( n + m = 2 − 4) alloy clusters is studied using density functional methods As a pre-requite, adsorption of O 2 and CO molecules, and co-adsorption of both molecules on these clusters are studied in detail. O 2 and CO are co-adsorbed on nearby sites on the gas phase tetramer clusters Ag 2 Au 2 and Ag 3 Au. But their catalytic efficiency is hindered by large barriers (1.55 eV and 1.44 eV, respectively) to the breaking of O O bond. Among the deposited clusters, Ag 2 Au and AgAu 2 have O 2 and CO co-adsorbed on nearby locations. Of these two, Ag 2 Au has a lower kinetic barrier for subsequent CO 2 formation. The present study aimed to evaluate the haplotype structure of Vrindavani cattle and explore the association of haplotypes with (re)production traits of economic interest. Genotyping array data of medium density (Bovine50KSNP BeadChip) on 96 randomly selected Vrindavani cows was used in the present study. Genotypes were called in GenomeStudio program while quality control was undertaken in PLINK using standard thresholds. The phenotypic traits used in the present study included age at first calving, dry days, lactation length, peak yield, total lactation milk yield, inter-calving period and service period. The haplotype structure of Vrindavani population was assessed, using a sliding window of 20 SNP with a shift of 5 SNPs at a time, in terms of the size of haplotype blocks regarding their length (in Kb) and frequency in chromosome-wise fashion. Haplotype blocks were assessed for possible association with important production and reproduction traits across three lactation cycles in Vrindavani cattle population. The first ten principal components were included in the model for haplotype-based association analysis to correct for stratification effects of assessed individuals. Multiple haplotypes were found to be associated with age at first calving, total lactation milk yield, peak yield, dry days, inter-calving period and service period. Various candidate genes were found to overlap haplotypes that were significantly associated with age at first calving (CDH18, MARCHF11, MYO10, FBXL7), total lactation milk yield (TGF, PDE1A, and COL8A1), peak yield (PPARGC1A, RCAN1, KCNE1, SMIM34 and MRPS6), dry days (CPNE4, ACAD11 and MRAS), inter-calving period (ABCG5, ABCG8 and COX7A2L) and service period (FOXL2 and PIK3CB). The putative candidate genes overlapping the significantly associated haplotypes revealed important pathways affecting the production and reproduction performance of animals. In this paper, a semi supervised method for classification of satellite images based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) is proposed. Satellite image classification problem has two major concerns to be addressed. The first issue is mixed pixel problem and the second issue is handling large amount of data present in these images. RBFNN function is an efficient network with a large set of tunable parameters. This network is able to generalize the results and is immune to noise. A RBFNN has learning ability and can appropriately react to unseen data. This makes the network a good choice for satellite images. The efficiency of RBFNN is greatly influenced by the learning algorithm and seed point selection. Therefore, in this paper spectral indices are used for seed selection and GA is used to train the network. The proposed method is used to classify the Landsat 8 OLI images of Dongting Lake in South China. The application of this method is shown for detection of flooded area over this region. The performance of the proposed method was analyzed and compared with three existing methods and the error matrix was computed to test the performance of the method. Early life disparity - defined as the average life years lost due to death by the age of 60 years - can be used to assess more systematically the effect of savings from death at a young age. In addition, it can give valuable insight into the consequences of death in the early stages of life. Early life disparity can further be categorized into child life disparity (0-14 years) and adult life disparity (15-60 years). This study estimated early life disparity using complete life tables for the period 1970-1975 to 2006-2010, which were constructed from abridged life tables and death rates provided by the Sample Registration System (SRS) in India. The contribution of premature deaths to the difference in life disparity was estimated using a replacement algorithm. The findings clearly indicated an overall declining trend in early life disparity in India, with a notable reduction in child life disparity, and a deceleration of adult life disparity during the period 1970-1975 to 2006-2010. Interstate variations in early life disparity were seen to converge with time. Decomposition analysis suggested that these variations could be minimized further by averting death during childhood. Guided by the behavioral model of health service use, this study examined the effect of South Asians' perceptions of healthcare, religious belief, and socioeconomic status on their perceived benefits and risks of COVID‐19 vaccines (N = 245). Cross‐sectional survey was used. Logistic regressions results showed that higher levels of perceived involvement in South Asian community health and trust in the healthcare system were associated with higher odds of reporting perceived vaccine benefits. Permanent residents, students (vs. unemployed), and Pakistani (vs. Indians) also perceived the vaccine as beneficial. On the other hand, believing that the body was sacred and being Buddhist (vs. Hindu) were associated with higher odds of perceiving severe vaccination risk. Those who believed that God would cure COVID‐19 and those with higher education tended to perceive the vaccine as having a limited effect. The present study was aimed to analyze the genome-wide copy number variations (CNVs) in Vrindavani composite cattle and concatenate them into CNV regions (CNVRs), and finally test the association of CNVRs with different production and reproduction traits. Genotypic data, generated on BovineSNP50 Beadchip (v3) array for 96 Vrindavani animals, was used to elucidate the CNVs at the genome level. Intensity data covering over 53,218 SNP genotypes on bovine genome was used. Algorithm based on Hidden Markov Model was employed in PennCNV program to detect, normalize and filter CNVs across the genome. 252 putative CNVs, detected via PennCNV program, in different individuals were concatenated into 71 CNV regions (CNVRs) using CNVRuler program. Association of CNVRs with important (re)production traits in Vrindavani animals was assessed using linear regression. Five CNVRs were found to be significantly associated with ten important (re)production traits. The genes harbored in these regions provided useful insights into the association of CNVRs with genes and ultimately the variation at phenotype level. Important genes that overlapped with CNVRs included WASHC4, HS6ST3, MBNL2, TOLLIP, PIDD1 and TSPAN4. Furthermore, the CNVRs were found to overlap with important QTLs available in AnimalQTL database which affect milk yield and composition along with reproduction and immune function traits. The copy number states of three enes were validated using digital droplet PCR technique. The results from the present study significantly enhance the understanding about CNVs in Vrindavani cattle and should help establish its CNV map. In order to find the right support to form assemblies of superatoms with useful magnetic properties, adsorption of the magnetic superatom FeCa8 on different types of substrates is studied using first-principles electronic structure methods. FeCa8 interacts strongly with oxide and metal substrates and its structure and magnetic properties are destroyed. Interaction between FeCa8, and graphene and hexagonal BN (h-BN) are weak, and its structure is retained on these substrates. Dimers of FeCag are also found to be stable on both h-BN and graphene. While the magnetic interaction between two FeCa8 units deposited on h-BN involves only direct exchange, substrate mediated RKKY interaction also plays a role on graphene. Background: Tobacco use in India is characterized by a high prevalence of smoking and smokeless tobacco use, with dual use also contributing a noticeable proportion. In the context of such a high burden of tobacco use, this study examines the regional variations, and socioeconomic, demographic and other correlates of smoking, smokeless tobacco and dual use of tobacco in India. Methods and Findings: We analyzed a cross sectional, nationally representative sample of individuals from the Global Adult Tobacco Survey in India (2009–10), which covered 69,296 individuals aged 15 years and above. The current tobacco use in three forms, namely, smoking only, smokeless tobacco use only, and both smoking and smokeless tobacco use were considered as outcomes in this study. Descriptive statistics, cross tabulations and multinomial logistic regression analysis were adopted as analytical tools. Smokeless tobacco use was the major form of tobacco use in India followed by smoking and dual tobacco use. Tobacco use was higher among males, the less educated, the poor, and the rural population in India. Respondents lacking knowledge of health hazards of tobacco had higher prevalence of tobacco use in each form. The prevalence of different forms of tobacco use varies significantly by states. The prevalence of tobacco use increases concomitantly with age among females. Middle-aged adult males had higher prevalence of tobacco use. Age, education and region were found to be significant determinants of all forms of tobacco use. Adults from the poor household had significantly higher risk of consuming smokeless tobacco. Lack of awareness about the selected hazards of tobacco significantly affects tobacco use. Conclusions: There is an urgent need to curb the use of tobacco among the sub-groups of population with higher prevalence. Weaddress the problem of biorefinery supply chain network designunder competitive corn markets. Unlike existing methods, the purchaseprices of corn are considered to vary not only across time but alsoacross competing biorefineries in a given region for all time periodsin the design horizon. As the feedstock cost for purchasing corn isthe largest cost component for producing ethanol, it is critical toconsider the formation of corn prices in real-world markets involvingcompetition and interactions among biorefineries, among farmers, andbetween biorefineries and the food market. However, these competitivemarkets are difficult to formulate in a mathematical program. To simulatethe corn markets, an agent-based model is developed. In each market,the dynamic corn prices are determined by a double-auction processparticipatedin by biorefinery agents,farmer agents, and a food market agent. The determined corn pricesare then returned to the supply chain design problem, which is a mixed-integernonlinear program (MINLP) with black-box functions. However, sucha problem cannot be solved directly by a MINLP solver. Thus, we usea genetic algorithm to solve the optimization problem and determinethe location and capacity of each biorefinery in the network. Theproposed method is demonstrated by a case study on a corn-based biorefinerysupply chain network design in Illinois in which the optimal net presentvalue of a network of 10 biorefineries increased by 10.7% comparedto that of the initial supply chain network. A large proportion of the older population in India constitutes an undeniable share of workforce after the retirement age. This stresses the need to understand the implications of working at older ages on health outcomes. The main objective of this study is to examine the variations in health outcomes by formal/informal sector of employment of older workers using the first wave of the Longitudinal Ageing Study in India. Using binary logistic regression models, the results of this study affirm that type of work does play a significant role in determining health outcomes even after controlling socio-economic, demographic, life-style behaviour, childhood health and work characteristics. The risk of Poor Cognitive Functioning (PCF) is high among informal workers, while formal workers suffer greatly from Chronic Health Conditions (CHC) and Functional Limitations (FL). Moreover, the risk of PCF and/or FL among formal workers increases with the increase in risk of CHC. Therefore, the present research study underscores the relevance of policies focusing on providing health and healthcare benefits by respective economic activity and socio-economic position of older workers. Impact of supplemental UV-B (sUV-B) has been investigated on photosynthetic pigments, antioxidative enzymes, metabolites, and protein profiling of radish plants under realistic field conditions. Exposure of sUV-B leads to oxidative damage in plants. However, plants possess a number of UV-protection mechanisms including a stimulation of antioxidant defense system. It caused alteration in reactive oxygen species metabolism primarily by decreasing catalase activity vis-à-vis enhanced activities of other enzymatic (superoxide dismutase, ascorbate peroxidase, and glutathione reductase) and non-enzymatic (ascorbic acid) antioxidants. Qualitative analysis of samples also showed significant reductions in photosynthetic pigments and protein content. After sUV-B exposure, protein profile showed differences mainly at eight points—126.8, 84.8, 71.9, 61.5, 47.8, 40.6, 38.9, and 17.5 kDa, whereas protein(s) of 38.9 kDa showed increment. There has been a drastic decline in the child sex ratio (number of females per 1000 males between ages 0 and 4) in India and many of its states. This study aimed to examine if prenatal factors, such as change in sex ratio at birth, or postnatal factors, such as change in relative mortality of females and males, contribute to this more by analysing the dynamics of the child sex ratio. Changes in the child sex ratio during 2001–2011 were decomposed into a 'fertility' component attributable to prenatal sex selection and a 'mortality' component attributable to sex differentials in postnatal survival at the country as well as the state level. Between the prenatal factor and the postnatal factor, the contribution of the latter to the declining child sex ratio has been greater than the former in India as a whole and in most of the states. Simultaneous nanometer-scale spatial resolution and fractions of a second temporal resolution at controlled temperatures are desired to directly investigate the earliest stages of materials transformations. In this work, laser annealing of an amorphous Fe-Si-Nb-Cu-B alloy within an atom probe instrument is used to induce and subsequently probe in 3D the initial crystallization of an amorphous phase. Methods of estimating the laser-induced temperature profile, determining the cumulative annealing time, and measuring the resultant nanoscale crystallization are explored. These are verified through atom probe tomography and transmission electron microscopy measurements of laser pulsing conditions above and below the crystallization temperature of the alloy. Evaluation of the two-dimensional distribution of copper-rich cluster sizes and densities measured by atom probe tomography show good qualitative and, in some instances, quantiative agreement with Thermo-Calc modeling results. COMSOL models provide support for the claimed sub-second annealing time and the observed spatial variations in cluster sizes and densities induced by spatial variations in thermal history. Milk exosomal microRNAs have their role as growth-promoting factor, in immunological programming, improving allergy tolerance and epigenetic controller of other mRNAs. However, in contrast, many translational evidence indicated that excessive consumption of bovine milk and continuous exposure of these exosomal microRNAs may be responsible for chronic inflammatory diseases of contemporary societies. Milk exosomes have potential preventive impact on necrotizing enterocolitis, ulcerative colitis, and inflammatory bowel diseases and may be targeted as preventive medicine or in therapeutic diets and also have potential as a nano-vehicle for drug delivery for chemotherapy. Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) are one of the best ways to look into the connection between single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and the phenotypic performance. This study aimed to identify the genetic variants that significantly affect the important reproduction traits in Vrindavani cattle using genome-wide SNP chip array data. In this study, 96 randomly chosen Vrindavani cows were genotyped using the Illumina Bovine50K BeadChip platform. A linear regression model of the genome-wide association study was fitted in the PLINK program between genome-wide SNP markers and reproduction traits, including age at first calving (AFC), inter-calving period (ICP), dry days (DD), and service period (SP) across the first three lactations. Information on different QTLs and genes, overlapping or adjacent to genomic coordinates of significant SNPs, was also mined from relevant databases in order to identify the biological pathways associated with reproductive traits in bovine. The Bonferroni correction resulted in total 39 SNP markers present on different chromosomes being identified that significantly affected the variation in AFC (6 SNPs), ICP (7 SNPs), DD (9 SNPs), and SP (17 SNPs). Novel potential candidate genes associated with reproductive traits that were identified using the GWAS methodology included UMPS, ITGB5, ADAM2, UPK1B, TEX55, bta-mir-708, TMPO, TDRD5, MAPRE2, PTER, AP3B1, DPP8, PLAT, TXN2, NDUFAF1, TGFA, DTNA, RSU1, KCNQ1, ADAM32, and CHST8. The significant SNPs and genes associated with the reproductive traits and the enriched genes may be exploited as candidate biomarkers in animal improvement programs, especially for improved reproduction performance in bovines. FDA approval of anti-CTLA4 in 2011 for melanoma immunotherapy was paradigm shifting and dramatically accelerated cancer immunotherapy research. The investment and effort have been exceptionally large, with a commensurate impressive pace of discovery. Historical and current research has validated the following key points: tumors are recognized by the immune system; tumors develop an immunosuppressive environment which suppresses the antitumor immune response; successful immunotherapy must overcome that tumor-mediated immunosuppression. While cancer immunotherapy research expanded, a parallel effort developing nanoparticles (NP) for cancer diagnosis and therapy also received major investment and expanded. Initially the two efforts appeared to have minimal synergy. Systemically administered nanoparticles are rapidly ingested by phagocytic leukocytes, and therefore nanotechnologists developed strategies to avoid NP ingestion by leukocytes in order to accomplish nanoparticle accumulation in tumors rather than liver and spleen. Recently, nanotechnology and cancer immunotherapy have increasingly merged since phagocytic leukocytes are the key to reversing the local tumor immunosuppression and the tendency of NP to be phagocytosed can be exploited to manipulate phagocytes for immunotherapy. This review focuses on in situ vaccination (ISV), an immunotherapy approach that can utilize direct injection of immunostimulatory reagents, including NPs, into tumors to disrupt the local immunosuppression, stimulate effective immune response against the treated tumor, and most importantly, generate a systemic antitumor immune response to eliminate metastatic tumors. While there are many specific options for using NP for ISV (reviewed further in this special issue), this review focuses on immunology concepts needed to understand and design successful NP ISV approaches. Structural, electronic, mechanical, and transport properties of two different types of phosphorene nanoribbons are calculated within the density functional theory and nonequilibrium Green's function formalisms. Armchair nanoribbons turn out to be semiconductors at all widths considered. Zigzag nanoribbons are metallic in their layer-terminated structure, but undergo Peierls-like transition at the edges. Armchair nanoribbons have smaller Young's modulus compared to a monolayer, while zigzag nanoribbons have larger Young's modulus. Edge reconstruction further increases the Young's modulus of zigzag nanoribbons. A two-terminal device made of zigzag nanoribbons show negative differential resistance behavior that is robust with respect to edge reconstruction. We have also calculated the I-V characteristics for two nonzero gate voltages. The results show that the zigzag nanoribbons display strong p-type character. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Global malaria cases rose by 14 million, and deaths by 69,000, in 2020. In India, a 46% decline has been reported between 2020 and 2019. In 2017, the Malaria Elimination Demonstration Project conducted a needs-assessment of the Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) of Mandla district. This survey revealed the inadequate level of knowledge in malaria diagnosis and treatment. Subsequently, a training programme was launched for enhancing malaria-related knowledge of ASHAs. The present study was conducted in 2021 to evaluate the impact of training on malaria-related knowledge and practices of ASHAs in Mandla. This assessment was also done in two adjoining districts: Balaghat and Dindori. Methods: A cross-sectional survey using a structured questionnaire was administered to ASHAs to measure their knowledge and practices related to malaria etiology, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. A comparison of information collected from these three districts was performed using simple descriptive statistics, comparison of means and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: Significant improvement was noted amongst ASHAs of district Mandla between 2017 (baseline) and 2021 (endline) in knowledge related to malaria transmission, preventive measures, adherence to the national drug policy, diagnosis using rapid diagnostic tests, and identification of age group-specific, colour-coded artemisinin combination therapy blister packs (p < 0.05). The multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that odds of Mandla baseline was 0.39, 0.48, 0.34, and 0.07 times lower for malaria-related knowledge on disease etiology, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, respectively (p < 0.001). Further, participants in districts Balaghat and Dindori showed significantly lower odds for knowledge (p < 0.001) and treatment practices (p < 0.01) compared to Mandla endline. Education, attended training, having a malaria learner's guide, and minimum 10 years' work experience were potential predictors for good treatment practices. Conclusion: The findings of the study unequivocally establishes significant improvement in overall malaria-related knowledge and practices of ASHAs in Mandla as a result of periodic training and capacity building efforts. The Internet of Things (IoT) has become a significant technology on the internet with its widespread adoption in almost every place we could think of, like homes, hospitals, industries, companies, and so on. This adoption in virtually every device had made them smart, thereby reducing the human intervention to handle them. These devices become smart by gathering the sensed information and communicating with other devices or servers to take the appropriate decisions based on acquired data. However, these devices are deployed in batches with default usernames and passwords, making them vulnerable to attacks as seen in recent pasts like the Mirai botnet attack. Most of the attacks could have been avoided if these devices were equipped with a decent lightweight secure authentication scheme. One of the most common authentication procedures is using traditional public key infrastructure (PKI), which suffers from a single point of failure. Moreover, the complex procedures of PKI make them unfit for low‐powered IoT devices. Identity‐based cryptography (IBC), a lightweight cryptosystem, could be a good fit for these devices. But, even IBC suffers from a single point of failure and key escrow problem because of the private key generator (PKG). Blockchain has proved its mettle in eliminating a single point of failure with its robust distributed ledger technology. This article presents a novel authentication scheme for IoT devices based on identity‐based cryptography using a blockchain network. Blockchain is used as a distributed PKG, eliminating a single point of failure and key escrow problem of PKGs. Further, the proposed work is implemented in Hyperledger Fabric, which is an open‐source blockchain platform that efficiently performs the addition, updating, and deletions operation for effective authentication and communication of IoT devices.
