Automobile styling design is an important part of the design chain. In the traditional automobile modeling evaluation, the process of project evaluation is more in-depth, and designers exchange ideas. Different designers have different evaluations of automobile styling. The evaluation process lasts a long time, which leads to the design cycle being too long and the efficiency of automobile modeling evaluation is greatly reduced. The introduction of virtual reality in automobile modeling evaluation can effectively optimize the evaluation process and promote the rapid adjustment of the model on the basis of development. From the virtual reality system based on mechanical engineering, we only need the parameters of the car model to observe the actual situation through VR technology, and use the measurement tools to directly and accurately evaluate the driver’s field of vision. Through the application of virtual reality technology in the automobile design stage, the interactive and network-based remote research on automobile modeling will also make the automobile design process more convenient, easier to communicate with designers, and reduce the development cycle and cost of automobile design. To address the issues of poor thermal stability and thermal conductivity in polyurethane (PU) shell microencapsulated phase change materials (MEPCMs), this study prepared PU/SiO 2 -MEPCMs using an interfacial polymerization method combined with electrostatic self-assembly technology. First, the PU shell was synthesized via an interfacial polymerization reaction between isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and triethanolamine (TEA). Subsequently, the hydrolyzed product of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), monosilicic acid (Si (OH) 4), was adsorbed onto the PU shell surface using electrostatic self-assembly technology and reacted with the –NCO groups to form an SiO 2 shell. The effects of the PU/SiO 2 composite shell on the surface morphology, chemical structure, compactness, thermal stability, phase transition performance, thermal conductivity, and thermal cycling stability of MEPCMs were investigated. The results showed that the formation of the PU/SiO 2 composite shell significantly improved the thermal stability, compactness, thermal conductivity, and cyclic stability of MEPCMs. After continuous treatment at 150 °C for 120 min, the leakage rate of the core material decreased from 12.13 % to 3.74 % , and the heat-resistant temperature (T 95 %) increased by 30 °C. Even after 1000 thermal cycles, MEPCMs still exhibited excellent heat storage performance. Additionally, even under high temperature conditions of 257 °C (where pure butyl stearate completely decomposes), the PU/SiO 2 -MEPCMs still maintained a stable core-shell structure. The introduction of the SiO 2 shell greatly enhanced the thermal conductivity of MEPCMs, aligning the phase change temperature more closely with that of the core material and effectively reducing the supercooling phenomenon. Furthermore, the stable energy storage system formed by MEPCMs on the finished fabric surface can endow it with excellent temperature regulation functionality. A new kind of model based on double degenerate parabolic equation in nondivergence form is proposed for multiplicative noise removal. We first utilize the regularization method to illustrate the existence of the weak solution for the problem and the non-expansion of support of the solution is also provided. A new cross-linked shell microencapsulated phase change materials (MEPCMs) were prepared by interfacial polymerization, and butyl stearate and polyurethane was empolyed as core material and shell material respectively, while polyurethane shell was reacted by isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), diethylene triamine (DETA) and pentaerythritol. The surface morphology, chemical structure, phase change properties and thermal stability of MEPCMs were investigated by SEM, FTIR, DSC and TGA. The results show that the prepared microcapsules are sphere with smooth and compact surface, and have good thermal storage properties. When pentaerythritol was employed, the thermal stability and compactness of the cross-linked polyurethane shell MEPCMs has been greatly improved compared to that of linear polyurea shell MEPCMs. When the continuous drying time point is at 120 °C for 5 h, the weight loss of cross-linked MEPCMs was only 4.65%. We experimentally demonstrate a bow-shaped fiber structure (BFS) fabricated by a simple knotting method. Interference transmission spectra of output light is observed due to interference between the core and cladding mode. The extinction ratio (ER) of output transmission spectra can be adjusted by pulling fiber pigtail of the BFS, which indicates the device can be applied to strain or displacement sensor. The temperature sensing performance is investigated with both bare and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-assisted BFS. Compared with the bare structure, the sensitivity is extremely enhanced when the microfiber region is embedded in PDMS layer, which is as large as -1.63 nm/°C when temperature changing from 21.0 °C to 25.0 °C. The PDMS-assisted BFS with excellent characteristics of good mechanical stability, high sensitivity, low cost, easy fabrication and high flexibility is believed to have promising applications in the future. • A temperature sensor based on bow-shaped fiber structure is proposed. • Tunable extinction ratio (ER) is achieved owing to the fiber knot structure. • High sensitivity temperature sensor is obtained by employing PDMS. • The fabrication of the sensor is very simple and low cost.
