Abstract

The article focuses on a case of vocal fold mucosal bridge with no sulcus vocalis in a female smoker. A polypoid mass in the right vocal fold was detected through strobovideolaryngoscopy. A mucosal bridge filled with Reinke edema was confirmed when surgery was carried out. The voice of the patient improved after the operation.
