The article focuses on a theoretical reflection on Knowledge Management in the construction of peace from a Human Rights perspective in Constitutional Attention Groups in Colombia. The relationship and dynamic interaction of the Knowledge Management, peace and Constitutional Care Groups categories is proposed through the redefinition of social processes and interactions from the conception of territory. Among the results, it was possible to show that Knowledge Management becomes a powerful process for the recognition of community knowledge, dialogue with different cosmologies and the generation of new knowledge with the possibility of incidence and social transformation. This document proposes to establish points of contact between female categories, semiotics and communication for social change. The text asserts as its central theme the idea that communication for social transformation requires new meaning to women in different instances of the communication process. The article explores in the first instance, contained theoretical semiotics, in order to locate her relationship with a critical discourse about the universe significant that the media offer for women. Hence, the purpose is to study semiotics as a fundamental component of communication for social change in the sense that facilitates the generation of narrative acts of permanent human re-signification. The next article offers an approximation of the communication through the critic approach which states the change that the concept of reason has suffered from the positivist proposals to the dialogic ones. This text is part of the development of a research project entitled Historical Memory Processes and Communication Practices in the village of La Bonga- Bolívar, which seeks to identify potentially valuable cultural devices to mediate conflicts between communities. The project focuses on the relationship between the population of San Basilio de Palenque, in its role as a receiving population and the displaced population of La Bonga in the department of Bolívar, Colombia. We refer to a displacement occurred in April 2001, when they were the target of threats by the Bloque Montes de María paramilitary group.
