Abstract

This research article, titled "Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Relation to Job Satisfaction among Employees of Karya Anugerah Education Foundation," investigates the connection between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of the foundation. The study involved a survey with 95 participants and found a positive correlation between OCB and job satisfaction. The majority of participants exhibited high levels of OCB and job satisfaction.
