The article presents a case study of a 63-year-old woman who is suffering from pain in her left thigh. She undergoes a bone marrow trephine biopsy which indicates infiltration of lymphoplasmacytic cells and huge plasma cells. It states that the plasma cells are stained positively with CD20, nuclear Cyclin D1 and lambda light chain and the patient was diagnosed with myeloma. It adds that the plasma cells are characterized with intracytoplasmic immunoglobulin inclusion (Mott cells).
