The article in Herpetological Review reports an observation of cannibalism in Liolaemus multimaculatus, a small lizard species endemic to Argentina. The event, witnessed in January 2018, involved an adult male lizard consuming a juvenile of the same species. While cannibalism has been reported in other Liolaemus species, this is the first documented case in L. multimaculatus. Additional data on neonate size and hatching dates of Ophisaurus ventralis in the southeastern United States is also presented in the article. [Extracted from the article]
