Abstract

The article presents a case study of an 83-year-old female patient who had undergone peritoneal dialysis (PD) for diabetic nephropathy. It states that the patient was presented with abrupt dialysate drainage failure in the abdominal cavity. A completely amputated PD catheter was discovered through computed tomography.
