Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 10‑year‑old girl who was presented with cyanosis of fingertips. Her further diagnosis showed increased level of homocysteine than the normal which confirmed homocystinuria. After a month, she was diagnosed with bilateral ectopia lentis and scheduled for lensectomy.
