The art of eloquence and oratory is called rhetoric. Rhetoric is an effective communication and socialization tool. It is possible to benefit from rhetoric in enriching the language skills and vocabulary of individuals. Rhetoric can be used to motivate students to the lesson, to make the lesson interesting, and to develop students' solutiongenerating skills. This study was conducted in order to reveal the views of Turkish and classroom teachers on rhetorical discourse perceptions and to analyze whether the answers given by the participants to the questions of the scale differ. The attitude scale prepared for the research was applied to a total of 121 teachers, including 85 Turkish teachers and 36 classroom teachers. Percentage, frequency values and arithmetic means of the data obtained from the research results were calculated and interpreted. Factor analysis of the attitude scale was made and alpha values were found for its reliability. In order to determine the differences of the answers given by the sample group to the attitude scale according to the gender and the branches of the teacher, "independent sample t test" was applied and interpreted. The "one-way ANOVA" test was applied and interpreted to determine the differences in the responses of the subjects to the scale items according to their seniority in their profession. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that there is no significant difference between the teachers' views regarding the use of rhetoric in Turkish lessons in terms of seniority in the profession. The aim of this study is to determine writing anxiety situations of students of the department of Turkish language and literature and the effect of various variables on writing anxiety. Sampling of the study is the students studying at department of Turkish Language and literature, Faculty of Letters, Agri İbrahim Çeçen University. The data was collected through Karakaya and Ülper (2011) Writing Anxiety Scale. The study was carried out in a descriptive scanning model of quantitative research varieties. Descriptive and statistical techniques were used in the analyzes. At the end of the study, it was found that the students ' writing anxiety levels were low. In this rsearch, it was found that the students ' writing anxiety did not change according to gender and there were significant differences between the class level and the number of books in one period. This study has been prepared to identify the level in the language skills of secondary school students, according to the opinions of secondary school teachers and primary education inspectors, to describe what kinds of problems are being experienced related to the field of language skills of secondary school students and to propose a solution for solving these problems. The study was carried out in the central districts of Ardahan, Ağrı and Erzurum in the second semester of the 2000-2001 academic years. In the study, 34 primary education inspectors working in the national education directorates of the related provinces and 100 Turkish teachers working in the secondary schools of these three provinces were selected with the random method as the sample. The survey form was used as data collection tool. The levels of students in the field of listening, reading, speaking and writing were determined through the survey questions that were asked to the subjects. Also, the opinions of the subjects were taken about what kind of problems are being experienced related to the field of language skills in secondary schools. The findings obtained from the study were analyzed using frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, alpha, standard deviation, correlation and squared statistical methods. According to the results of the study, the level of middle school students' achievement of the goals in the fields of "listening, reading, speaking and writing" is moderate. In this study, the poems of two poets having the same 'Jelali' pen names were analyzed. The first is 19th century poet Bayburtlu Jelali, the second one is modern day poet Vanlı Jelali. After presenting general information about these poets, the poems of two troubadours were analyzed in terms of language skills. Concepts like listening, reading, speaking and writing used in the poems were investigated in terms of their purpose and how they are used. By presenting some examples from the poems of these poets, their approaches to these concepts were interpreted with a comparative method. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of employment of education technology and utilities at Turkish language courses in primary schools. The universe of the study was determined to be Ağrı province, and the study was conducted in 2002-2003 educational period. The study was performed on 125 teachers of Turkish language and class teachers in 14 primary schools. The results of the study show that the teachers are of the opinion that the education technology and utilities are not adequately used in Turkish language courses in primary schools.
