In this paper, the successive applications of two types of gauge transformation TD and TI for the q-deformed modified Kadomtsev-Petviashvili hierarchy are discussed. It is found that TD and TI can commute with each other. We mainly studied products of n terms of TD and k terms of TI in three cases for different values of n and k. In this paper, we systematically develop the “ghost” symmetry of the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili sub-hierarchy of B type (BKP) through its actions on the Lax operator L, the eigenfunctions, and the τ function. In this process, the spectral representation of the eigenfunctions and a new potential are introduced by using squared eigenfunction potential of the BKP hierarchy. Moreover, the bilinear identity of the constrained BKP hierarchy and Adler–Shiota–van Moerbeke formula of the BKP hierarchy are rederived compactly by means of the spectral representation and “ghost” symmetry. Amorphous zinc-indium-tin oxide (a-ZITO) thin-film transistors (TFTs) have been prepared using a low-temperature combustion process, with an emphasis on complete miscibility of In and Sn contents. The a-ZITO TFTs were comparatively studied in detail, especially for the working stability. The a-ZITO TFTs all exhibited acceptable and excellent behaviors from Sn-free TFTs to In-free TFTs. The obtained a-ZTO TFTs presented a field-effect mobility of 1.20 cm2 V- 1 s_1, an on/off current ratio of 4.89 x 106, and a long-term stability under positive bias stress, which are comparable with those of the a-ZIO TFTs.
