Molecularly Imprinted Microspheres (MIMs) or Microsphere Molecularly Imprinted Polymers represent an innovative design for the selective extraction of active compounds from natural products, showcasing effectiveness and cost-efficiency. MIMs, crosslinked polymers with specific binding sites for template molecules, overcome irregularities observed in traditional Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs). Their adaptability to the shape and size of target molecules allows for the capture of compounds from complex mixtures. This review article delves into exploring the potential practical applications of MIMs, particularly in the extraction of active compounds from natural products. Additionally, it provides insights into the broader development of MIM technology for the purification of active compounds. The synthesis of MIMs encompasses various methods, including precipitation polymerization, suspension polymerization, Pickering emulsion polymerization, and Controlled/Living Radical Precipitation Polymerization. These methods enable the formation of MIPs with controlled particle sizes suitable for diverse analytical applications. Control over the template-to-monomer ratio, solvent type, reaction temperature, and polymerization time is crucial to ensure the successful synthesis of MIPs effective in isolating active compounds from natural products. MIMs have been utilized to isolate various active compounds from natural products, such as aristolochic acids from Aristolochia manshuriensis and flavonoids from Rhododendron species, among others. Based on the review, suspension polymerization deposition, which is one of the techniques used in creating MIPs, can be classified under the MIM method. This is due to its ability to produce polymers that are more homogeneous and exhibit better selectivity compared to traditional MIP techniques. Additionally, this method can achieve recovery rates ranging from 94.91% to 113.53% and purities between 86.3% and 122%. The suspension polymerization process is relatively straightforward, allowing for the effective control of viscosity and temperature. • Any suspicion of placental tumour, requires assessment with feto-maternal specialist. • Placental chorioangioma classified into small and large. • Large placental chorioangioma causes significant maternal and perinatal morbidity. • Combined care between a feto-maternal specialist, anaesthetic and neonatologist. Placental chorioangioma is a benign placenta tumour. Majority of cases, the placental chorioangioma are small and no maternal and fetal complications. We highlight a case diagnosed with large placental chorioangioma with an intrapartum event associated with significant maternal and perinatal morbidity. A 38-year-old woman, Gravida 3 Para 1, with one previous miscarriage, presented with preterm labour at 33 weeks gestation. Antenatally, she was referred to a feto-maternal specialist for finding a placental tumour size 12 × 10 cm. Features are consistent with placental chorioangioma with polyhydramnios. The anomaly scan was normal. Antenatal fetal surveillance with Doppler studies were normal. During this admission, corticosteroid was given together with a tocolytic agent and opioid analgesia. Unfortunately, the labour progressed, and the patient felt reduced in fetal movement. The cardiotograph showed suspicious tracing. We proceed with emergency caesarean delivery. The placenta was sent for histopathology assessment which confirmed a large placental chorioangioma. The baby was born with Apgar's score of 9 at 1 min, pH of 7.28 and lactate of 7.28 with anaemia and thrombocytopenia. The uterus developed intermittent uterine atony, and the uterotonic agent was given. She recovered well post-delivery. The baby was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and received a blood product transfusion and discharged from NICU on day 15 of life. Large placental chorioangioma is associated with polyhydramnios, preterm labour, postpartum haemorrhage, fetal anaemia, fetal distress, fetal hydrops and possible perinatal death. Introduction: Stroke survivors are more likely to fall at home. A home hazard assessment may be beneficial to reduce the risk of falling; however, it is resourceful and time-intensive. This study examines the inter-rater reliability and usability of telehealth for a hazard assessment to address the risk of falls. Materials and Methods: Two occupational therapists accessed the telehealth platform from different locations and simultaneously rated participants' home environment using the home falls and accident screening Tool. Stroke survivors and their caregivers answered the telehealth usability questionnaire. Results: A total of 36 stroke survivors and 31 caregivers participated in the study. Gwet's AC1 was used for agreement analysis. The overall AC1 value for the inter-rater reliability was 0.93 (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.66%, 1.00%). There was a moderate correlation between the raters (r=0.57, P=0.000). Bland and Altman graph plot showed a mean difference of -0.61 and 97.2% of the difference score fell within the limits of agreement (95% CI, -5.67%, 4.39%). The overall mean score of the telehealth usability questionnaire was 5.62 out of 7. Conclusion: Telehealth technology is a potential medium that provides an opportunity for synchronous practitioner-client interaction in evaluating home hazards. Introduction: Mikania micrantha possess potent anti-hypercholesterolemic properties. However, the phytochemicals of M. micrantha and protein regulation that led to its hypocholesterolemia effects are limited. The aim of this study is to investigate the phytochemicals and proteomic profiling of liver samples from hypercholesterolemic rats that were treated with M. micrantha extract. Materials and methods: The identification of phytochemicals in the ethyl acetate of M. micrantha stem (EAMMS) extract was conducted through the liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-QToF-MS). The rats were divided into two distinct groups: a normal group (NC) and a group induced with hypercholesterolemia, both of which were observed for an initial duration of four weeks. Following the completion of the fourth week of the induction period, the rats were divided into five groups: 1% high cholesterol diet (HCD), 1% HCD + Simvastatin (10 mg/kg of body weight (BW)), 1% HCD + EAMMS (50 mg/kg/BW), 1% HCD + EAMMS (100 mg/kg/BW) and 1% HCD + EAMMS (200 mg/kg/BW) for another 4 weeks of treatment periods. The LCMS/MS analysis was conducted on liver tissue to identify differentially expressed proteins. Results: The phytochemicals were identified in the EAMMS extract, including theobromine, ishwarol, pheophorbides, and dihydromikanolide. In association with hypercholesterolemia, a total of 26 differentially expressed proteins were identified. Among these proteins, nine proteins exhibited elevated levels, whereas 17 showed downregulation, which mainly involved in lipid metabolism pathway. Conclusion: Overall, these results provide understanding on the molecular targets of EAMMS extract, which could be used for further study on the putative anti-hypercholesterolemic properties. The reaction of Ru3(CO)10(µ-Ph2AsCH2AsPh2) and arsine ligand (AsPh3) afforded a new triruthenium cluster derivative, Ru3(CO)9(µ-Ph2AsCH2AsPh2)(AsPh3) (1). 1 was synthesised and characterised by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structure of 1 was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction (SXRD) analysis. The compound features a bidentate ligand of Ph2AsCH2AsPh2 and a monodentate ligand of AsPh3 that occupy the equatorial positions at Ru atoms. The thermal decomposition of 1 investigated by the thermogravimetric-differential thermogravimetric (TG-DTG) technique involves three stages, with the final product being Ru atoms with a residual rate of 18.60% (calcd: 18.41%). Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed using the B3LYP hybrid exchange–correlation functional method, and the LanL2DZ pseudopotential on Ru with 6-31G basis was set for all other atoms. Assessment of bond lengths and angles between SXRD and DFT data demonstrated consistent values within expected ranges. Frontier molecular orbitals analysis and molecular electrostatic potential were also illustrated. The 2D fingerprint plot of Hirshfeld surface analysis reveals that H···H contact dominates the population with 38%. This paper intends to discuss the hybrid nanofluid flow through a cone in a Darcy–Forchheimer porous media, containing base fluid Methanol (CH3OH), nanoparticles of titanium oxide (TiO2) and copper (Cu). We have examined the flow under the influences of mixed convection, viscous dissipation, chemical reaction, and nonlinear heat source. In hybrid nanofluid flow, viscous dissipation and mixed convection play a crucial role in heat exchangers. By accounting for both mixed convection and viscous dissipation, the addition of nanoparticles into a base fluid improves the transfer of heat and optimizes the performance of the cooling system. Using the laws of conservation, governing equations have been constructed. The flow model is converted using the appropriate similarity transformations from partial differential equations to ordinary differential equations. The homotopy analysis method is used to solve the updated system of equations. When Forchheimer inertial drag parameter is increased, the velocity profile decreases, but it rises when the Darcy number is increased. As the value of exponential heat source parameter rises, the temperature profile increases as well. Rice is the main staple food crops for the Malaysian population. Rice is also susceptible to bakanae diseases caused by some Fusarium species and reducing yield, and quality of rice also profit. In this study, several rice fields were surveyed to collect Fusarium isolates associated with bakanae disease. The morphological features of Fusarium andiyazi isolates found on infected rice plants were identified in this investigation. For biological species identification, MAT-1 (Mating type idiomorphs) bearing isolates were crossed with MAT-2 isolates. Crossing was succeeded between cross of two different mating type bearing field isolates. Consequently, there is a possibility of exchange of genetic material within the F. andiyazi population in Malaysia. The identity of the isolates was further determined up to the species level by comparing DNA sequences and phylogenetic analysis of two genes. The phylogenetic analyses of the joined dataset of translation elongation factor 1-alpha (TEF1-α) and RNA polymerase subunit II (RPB2) revealed that all the isolates were F. andiyazi. In pathogenicity tests, F. andiyazi were found to be pathogenic on the susceptible rice cultivars MR211 and MR220. Inoculated rice seedling produced typical bakanae symptom like elongation, thin and yellow leaves. F. andiyazi was further confirmed as pathogenic species by Ultra High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) detection of Gibberellic acid (GA3) and Fusaric acid. In this study, F. andiyazi strains have been identified as the responsible pathogen for causing rice bakanae disease in Malaysia and it is the first report of F. andiyazi, as a pathogenic species on rice in Malaysia. This article examines Thailand's participation in China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) during General Prayut Chan-o-cha's government between 2014 and 2023. The study underscores the aftermath of the 2014 coup, which saw a surge in the Sino-Thai relationship. Notably, the Prayut government hastily announced a commitment with Beijing for the ambitious 608-kilometer Bangkok-Nong Khai high-speed rail project, a key component of the BRI rail network connecting Kunming through Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. Substantial progress was anticipated for the high-speed rail project once the first phase of construction connecting Bangkok to Nong Khai gained approval through an executive decree in 2017. However, as of May 2023, only 3.5 kilometres of the proposed 608-kilometer rail track had been completed, raising questions about the government's commitment. Meanwhile, BRI-related projects have expanded, including the development of high-speed rail connections between Don Mueang, Suvarnabhumi, and U-Tapao airports, as well as investments in the Eastern Economic Corridor. Intensification of aquaculture practices brings about disease outbreaks, resulting in high mortality among farmed species and great economic losses. In order to prevent huge economic losses, various types of antibiotics have been used for the treatment of infections. Nevertheless, frequent use of synthetic antibiotics leads to an increase in antibiotics-resistant pathogenic bacteria and aggravating water pollution. Thereby, herbal medicine appeared to be an alternative for chemotherapy replacement due to its characteristics of being eco-friendly, having a high tolerance in animals, and being less toxic to the environment. Current research on the use of phytogenic compounds to combat some pathogens that cause diseases in aquaculture raises great worldwide interest due to their capability to act as immunostimulants, antibacterials, antioxidants, anti-parasites, and anti-viruses. This review paper aimed to review the past 5 years (2019–2023) on the usage of herbal medicine in disease mitigation, their mechanisms of action, and the effectiveness of various dosages and routes of administration during application in several aquatic species. Caulerpa macrodisca and Caulerpa lentillifera, green macroalgae consumed as fresh salads in Malaysian communities esteemed for their robust nutritional profile, were investigated for their viability in dried seaweed sheet production. This study comprehensively analyzed the proximate composition and amino acid content of both species before incorporating them into dried seaweed sheet formulations. An organoleptic test, involving 50 diverse panellists, evaluated characteristics such as appearance, aroma, texture, taste, colour, and overall satisfaction. Three formulations, denoted as sample A (50% C. lentillifera and 50% C. macrodisca), sample B (100% C. lentillifera), and sample C (100% C. macrodisca), were created, and compared with a commercially available dried seaweed sheet (Sample D). The proximate analysis revealed that C. lentillifera contained 12.47±0.06% moisture, 39.18±0.29% ash, 1.76±0.09% crude lipid, 11.35±0.24% crude protein, 23.99±0.95% crude fiber, and 35.24±0.59% carbohydrate, while C. macrodisca exhibited 8.99±0.25% moisture, 34.14±1.65% ash, 0.78±0.09% crude lipid, 21.51±0.44% crude protein, 19.70±0.82% crude fiber, and 34.57±2.12% carbohydrate. Amino acid analysis identified 16 amino acids, with phenylalanine being the highest for both species (C. lentillifera: 16.54±1.41 mg g-1, C. macrodisca: 20.96±0.27 mg g-1). The organoleptic test indicated that sample A achieved the highest overall satisfaction and texture scores, whereas sample C excelled in taste characteristics. Sample B received the lowest scores across all attributes. Consequently, this study suggests that the dried seaweed sheet formulated with a combination of both species (sample A) is favoured by most panellists, demonstrating its potential for commercialization as a wholesome and appealing snack. Public Accounting is one of the leading courses and programs in Indonesia. However, current data shows that the number of accounting professionals in Indonesia is very small compared to the population.Therefore, it is necessary to make students aware of bookkeeping. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of accounting students' opinions about the accounting profession on their interest in the accounting profession. A sample of accounting students in the 6th and 8th semesters of the accounting curriculum in Swadaya Gunung Jat University were used as respondents. Research results show that the career choices of undergraduate students are more influenced by student interest variables and accounting majors and hard and soft skills do not seem to affect career choice of undergraduate students in accounting. Household waste has become a significant cause of environmental issues. In addition to solid waste such as plastic, cardboard, and leftover food visible floating on the surface of rivers, large amounts of domestic liquid waste also contribute to river pollution. This has become a severe problem in many major cities in Indonesia, such as Medan, Surabaya, Bandung, Jakarta, and Palembang. Bandar Khalipah Village is among the areas in Medan where its river is starting to be polluted by detergent waste. The Islamic Boarding School was chosen to implement this activity because traditional boarding schools still require students to wash clothes independently. This activity aims to increase public understanding and awareness of the importance of environmental preservation by using environmentally friendly detergents. The stages carried out in implementing activities are the preparation, implementation, and program evaluation stages. The results indicate increased public knowledge about environmentally friendly detergents and active participation in implementing these practices at home. Before the socialization, 65% of participants needed help understanding the technique of making eco-detergent. After the socialization, a good level of understanding was achieved, with 95% of participants successfully mastering the technique of making eco-detergent. The implication is an increased awareness among the public about the importance of environmental conservation and reducing the negative impact of detergents on river ecosystems. Socialization and training programs can be concrete steps in overcoming environmental pollution problems at the local level. Through this effort, the community can continue to adopt sustainable practices to keep the surrounding environment clean and reduce the negative impacts of using conventional detergents. The synthesis of 2-((5-methyl-pyridin-2-yl)amino)acetic acid (MPAA) and its copper complex (Cu-MPAA) has been performed. The new ligand, MPAA, was obtained via a catalyst-free reaction at room temperature by mixing a solution of 2-amino-5-methylpyridine (AMPy) with chloroacetic acid (CA) in a short time. The characterization of MPAA has been carried out using NMR and FTIR spectroscopies, while the complex has been characterized using UV–Vis spectroscopy, AAS, FTIR, molar conductivity, TGA–DSC, and magnetic moments. According to the DFT calculation, Cu(II) forms both coordination and semi-coordination bonds through the carboxylate group of MPAA. Antibacterial activity has been performed using the disk diffusion method against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The Cu-MPAA complex exhibited the highest activity compared to other tested compounds. Furthermore, molecular docking studies provided additional evidence in favor of these findings. Moreover, through in silico studies, the synthesized complex adhered to acceptable predictive ADMET features and drug-likeness rules. Purpose: The US Food and Drug Administration authorized lecanemab for the therapeutic use of Alzheimer's disease (AD) in January 2023. To assess the effectiveness and safety of lecanemab in treating AD, we thoroughly examined the studies that are currently accessible. Method: Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analysis recommendations were followed. In order to find relevant studies on lecanemab, we carried out a thorough literature search utilizing the electronic databases MEDLINE via PubMed, Cochrane, Web of Science, EBSCOhost, and Scopus. Excluding any research using experimental animals, we looked at lecanemab's effectiveness and side effects in treating AD in human clinical trials. Three randomized controlled studies were included. Findings: According to studies, lecanemab lessens clinical deterioration and reduces brain amyloid‐beta plaques (difference,.45; 95% confidence interval,.67 to.23; p <.001). Participants who received lecanemab saw a greater frequency of amyloid‐related imaging abnormalities (ARIA)‐H (17.3% vs. 9.0%) and ARIA‐E (12.6% vs. 1.7%), which is a significant adverse outcome. Conclusion: Lecanemab has been shown to have an impact on the two primary pathophysiologic indicators of AD (Aβ and tau). There are still a lot of unresolved issues related to lecanemab. Correct object detection plays a key role in generating an accurate object tracking result. Feature-based methods have the capability of handling the critical process of extracting features of an object. This paper aims to investigate object tracking using feature-based methods in terms of (1) identifying and analyzing the existing methods; (2) reporting and scrutinizing the evaluation performance matrices and their implementation usage in measuring the effectiveness of object tracking and detection; (3) revealing and investigating the challenges that affect the accuracy performance of identified tracking methods; (4) measuring the effectiveness of identified methods in terms of revealing to what extent the challenges can impact the accuracy and precision performance based on the evaluation performance matrices reported; and (5) presenting the potential future directions for improvement. The review process of this research was conducted based on standard systematic literature review (SLR) guidelines by Kitchenam's and Charters'. Initially, 157 prospective studies were identified. Through a rigorous study selection strategy, 32 relevant studies were selected to address the listed research questions. Thirty-two methods were identified and analyzed in terms of their aims, introduced improvements, and results achieved, along with presenting a new outlook on the classification of identified methods based on the feature-based method used in detection and tracking process. Background: Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a common bacterial infection which predominately drives upper gastrointestinal pathology. We carried out a nationwide serological survey in response to the deficiency of robust African data on H. pylori prevalence, age of acquisition, socio‐geographic determinants, and impact on gastric physiology. Materials and Methods: This was a cross‐sectional study of archival plasma samples collected during the Zambia Population‐based HIV impact Assessment (ZAMPHIA) 2016 survey. ZAMPHIA used a two‐stage door‐to‐door stratified cluster sample approach to collect samples from adults and children from age 0 to 59 years (n = 24,266). We randomly retrieved one fifth of these samples from each of Zambia's 10 provinces and used ELISA to test for H. pylori IgG antibodies, pepsinogen 1 and 2 and gastrin‐17. A pepsinogen 1:2 ratio of <3 was used to define gastric atrophy. Results: The analysis of 4050 plasma samples (30% <16 years, 53% females) revealed an overall H. pylori seroprevalence of 79%. By the age of 10 years, more than 75% of the children had H. pylori. Urban residence was associated with increased odds (OR 1.8, 95% CI 1.5–2.2, p < 0.001) and HIV infection was associated with reduced odds (OR 0.7, 95% CI 0.5–0.9, p = 0.02) of H. pylori seropositivity. Gastric atrophy was detected in 6% of H. pylori seropositive adults below 45 years of age and 9% in those between 45 and 59 years. Conclusions: We have confirmed a high prevalence of H. pylori seropositivity in Zambia, predominantly in urban settings. The prevalence of gastric atrophy is broadly consistent with other populations around the globe, but our sample did not include adults over 60 years. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Malay-Bumiputera community constitutes the largest population in Malaysia, particularly in the traditional manufacturing sector. In order to penetrate international markets, every business must possess the capability to manage all components of their supply chain. To achieve this goal, the government has implemented various economic programs and packages aimed at enhancing the management of the industrial supply chain. These measures not only seek to improve the competitiveness of local businesses in the international market but also aim to strengthen the role of the Malay-Bumiputera Islamic community in the global economic arena. Unfortunately, the recent outbreak of COVID-19, as well as the war between Russia and Ukraine have disturbed the nation's economic development, including the economic packages. In order to improve the internationalization process and the performance of the Malay-Bumiputera economy in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) industry, the current government must introduce new plans or aid packages that are capable of stimulating the economy and solving issues that arise in the post-pandemic environment. Based on the theory of Resource-Based View (RBV), the debate in this article links economic stimulus packages, supply chain, internationalization and firm performance in the Malay-Bumiputera halal herbal SME industry. This framework suggests that new intervention measures should be urgently introduced to help the industry to recover post COVID-19. It can be used in future research to assess the impact of various government aids on the internationalization and performance of Malay-Bumiputera halal herbs industry in the post-pandemic era. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of writing skills of children aged 5-6 years at the stage of crossing out, linear repetition/tracing horizontal writing, writing short writing in learning using the BCCT (Beyond Center and Circle Time) model at TK Negeri Pembina Tanjung Morawa in the 2023/2024 academic year. This study used descriptive qualitative research. This study was conducted with 9 children aged 5- 6 years old at TK Negeri Pembina Tanjung Morawa. The data in this study started from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the stages of children's writing skills in learning with the BCCT (Beyond Center and Circle Time) model were at the stages of crossing out, linear repetition, random writing, and writing names. Purpose: To investigate ocular surface parameters and meibomian gland dysfunction in patients who have undergone gold weight implantation for facial nerve palsy and to determine the possible relationship between eyelid weight implantation and meibomian gland dysfunction. Materials and Methods: This observational study was conducted, including 34 eyes of 17 patients with unilateral facial nerve palsy. Several parameters were compared between the affected (paralytic) eyes and the unaffected (fellow) eyes, including non-invasive tear break-up time (NI-TBUT), corneal fluorescein staining, meibomian gland dropout (MGDo), and meibography score (MS). Spearman correlation analysis was performed to determine any associations between the gold weight parameters and meibomian gland dysfunction. Results: The paralytic eyes exhibited significantly lower NI-TBUT values (p=0.001) and higher corneal fluorescein staining (p<0.001) compared to the fellow eyes. Furthermore, both the upper and lower eyelids of the paralytic side showed higher MGDo and MS values (each p-value <0.001). There were no significant differences in MGDo and MS between the lower and upper lids on both sides (each p>0.05). Land use and land cover change have significant impacts on climate, the environment, and natural ecosystems. This research analyzes land use change over time using Google Earth Engine (GEE) and provides recommendations for land use planning based on the results. This research aligns with priorities related to SDG issues, specifically the maintenance of degraded terrestrial ecosystems that negatively impact the livelihoods of the organisms that inhabit them. The study utilized Sentinel-2 with Multi Spectral Instrument, Level 2A time series from 2019 - 2023, which were processed using cloud computing and a classification method utilizing SMILE Random Forest. The classification model achieved an accuracy value of 95%. The calculation results indicate a total land use and land cover (LULC) area of 1007.96 hectares. The largest change in land use occurred in fields, decreasing from 10.64% to 4.96%, or 57.18 hectares, while the smallest change occurred in dryland forest, at 2.18 hectares. OBJECTIVE: The study aims to explore the perspective of disaster survivors on Islamic-based nurses' competencies in response to disasters, principally in handling psychological, psychosocial, and spiritual conditions. METHODOLOGY: A qualitative study with a descriptive phenomenology design was conducted. The data collection using a focus group discussion with five interview guides for nine disaster survivors was involved in this study. The data was evaluated through thematic analysis using sub-themes and themes, followed by qualitative steps. RESULTS: The study identified three themes related to disaster survivors' perspective: 1) Perception of disaster: tests and punishments, 2) Nurses' competencies: skills and attitude, and 3) Integrating Islamic values: spiritual support and motivation. CONCLUSION: The study indicated that the Islamic-based nurses' disaster response competencies identified an essential role in dealing with psychological, psychosocial, and spiritual problems among disaster survivors from the Islamic perspective. The requirement from IMO regarding an environment-friendly approach has prompted ship owners and shipbuilders to make sure their vessels complying the regulations. Green shipyards, incorporating best practices and technology, can reduce th polution generated during vessel construction. This paper investigates the current trends of green shipbuilding and proposes potential practices of green shipyard. A systematic review was conducted using publication databases such as Scopus, Science Direct, and Taylor & Francis from 2010 to 2022. It can be concluded that most of the studies have been discussing the Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies to be implemented in the shipyard where 16 potential practices and technology-based in the green shipyard were figured out. This study also found that automation is the most discussed topic in I4.0 technologies followed by an alternative fuel (LNG/LPG fuelled engine) and 3D printing and design. Furthermore, the study on green shipbuilding attracted the attention of China and Spain as these countries have published most papers. The fuel element plates in a research reactor can be exposed to an acidic, neutral, or alkaline environment based on its surroundings. This study aimed to investigate the effect of Nb addition on the corrosion properties of U-6Zr alloys in various environments. U-6Zr-xNb alloys (U-6Zr-2Nb, U-6Zr-5Nb, and U-6Zr-8Nb) with different Nb compositions of 2, 5, and 8 wt%, respectively, were prepared and cut into smaller pieces. The pieces were then mounted with chemical resin equipped with copper wire cables and metallography prepared by grinding using sandpaper with grit sizes ranging from 320 to 1200. The electrochemical corrosion tests used in this work were the polarization test and Tafel extrapolation method. In the first step of corrosion testing, the corrosion potential and polarization resistance were measured using standard settings from a voltage range of −0.02 to 0.02 V with a scanning rate of 0.05 mV/s. In the next step, a destructive method, called the Tafel extrapolation method, was used. Corrosion tests were carried out on U-6Zr-xNb alloys (x = 2, 5, 8) under various environmental conditions using electrochemical methods. Polarization resistance test and Tafel extrapolation methods revealed that the U-6Zr-2Nb alloy exhibited good corrosion resistance in an acidic HNO3 environment with a pH of 1.18. The best corrosion resistance of the U-6Zr-5Nb alloy was observed in demineralized water. Meanwhile, the U-6Zr-8Nb alloy showed the best corrosion resistance in an alkaline NaOH environment with a pH of 11.02. Protective behavior is crucial during crisis conditions, especially amid the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. This study aimed to examine whether (1) unrealistic optimism significantly correlates with risk perception; (2) risk perception significantly affects protective behavior; (3) risk perception mediates the relationship between unrealistic optimism and protective behavior; and (4) whether these factors (unrealistic optimism, risk perception, protective behavior) shift from the early phase to the middle phase of the COVID-19 pandemic in an Indonesian context. The study employed a cross-sectional quantitative method, involving 549 respondents (with a mean age of 26.02) obtained through nonprobability (accidental) sampling. The study was divided into two time windows: Study 1 during the early period of the COVID-19 pandemic and Study 2 when the pandemic had been ongoing for over a year. The results confirmed a relationship between unrealistic optimism and protective behavior, as well as between risk perception and protective behavior. However, risk perception did not mediate the relationship between unrealistic optimism and protective behavior. There was a shift in the levels of unrealistic optimism, risk perception, and protective behavior over time, particularly between Study 1 and Study 2. Respondents exhibited higher levels of unrealistic optimism in Study 1 compared to Study 2. This article presents the unique 3D metamaterial split ring resonator (3D‐MTM SRR) with a high negative refractive index at 2.45 GHz frequency. It is integrated with two layers: one square bracket structure printed on the backside of the substrate and another dual split ring with an air gap placed above the substrate. Both structures are coupled with metallic vias, which serve as connecting vias to create the 3D‐MTM SRR. Simulation and experiment results show good agreement for a high negative refractive index and the effective medium ratio of −30 and 6.16, respectively. To fully comprehend the resonance phenomena of the proposed 3D‐MTM, an analogous circuit analysis is carried out. Phobias are associated with anxiety disorders resulting from extreme feelings of fear that can interfere with a person’s daily life. Al-Quran is believed to be a miracle for human well-being and one of them is to be a source of treatment for physical and spiritual diseases. Among those discussed in the Qur’an are related to how to deal with the uncertainty of feelings such as fear and worry. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of identifying the verses of the Qur’an that are related to the basis of phobias, namely fear and worry, as well as identifying methods of dealing with them. The content analysis method was used to filter verses of the Quran related to anxiety and fear with the help of the Quran Al Kareem application through the iPad OS 13.1.2 operating system and the Quran for Android application through the Android operating system. There are 105 verses in the Quran that talk about the feeling of fear or worry that refer to the word al-khauf. Of the 105 verses, there are 24 verses that contain how to deal with al-khauf (CTK). Analysis of the 24 verses summarised that there are 12 practices or ways to deal with or avoid the feeling of fear arranged in order of priority based on the frequency stated in the verses. Among the identified CTK are believing in Allah, the Messenger, and the Last Day, fearing the commandments of Allah SWT, and not fearing the devil, doing righteous deeds, and always doing good, following Allah’s instructions (Al-Quran and Hadith), increasing prayers, delivering zakat/charity and others. The implication of the study is that Muslim medical and psychiatric experts can apply the methods and elements recommended by the Quran in treating and reducing the symptoms of phobias, especially for Muslim patients. Parasitic dinoflagellates of the genus Hematodinium are known to infect various marine crustaceans worldwide, especially crabs and several species of shrimp and lobster. Some of these species are new host species and components of commercial fishery products. These parasitic species are predominantly found in the hemolymph of the host and cause pathological changes and functional damage to organs and tissues, leading to death. In recent years, these parasites have infected important commercially valuable species, particularly in European waters, US waters, Australian waters, and recently in Shandong Peninsula in China. These Hematodinium pathogens were also reported to affect wild shrimp in Chinese waters and in the English North Sea. These rapid spreads affect crustacean aquaculture industries, where they are indeed a significant threat to the sustainability of the aquaculture of important crustaceans. The fishery products industries are also under pressure from the invasion of this pathogen, as the crab meat produced has a bitter taste, which may reduce its marketability. In response to these threats, this review was aimed at providing a broader understanding of the development of parasite distribution and ecological aspects of Hematodinium. OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to explore the relationship between Adverse events following immunization (AEFI) reaction and community anxiety levels related to the COVID-19 vaccine. METHODOLOGY: A retrospective correlational study was conducted. The study sample comprised 344 individuals who received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and resided in the Syiah Kuala sub-district of Banda Aceh. Data collection was facilitated through the administration of "Post-Immunization Adverse Events" and "Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI)" questionnaires were utilized. Spearman's rank test analyzed the data. RESULTS: The findings of this study demonstrated a significant relationship between AEFI the COVID-19 vaccine dose 1 (p = 0.025), dose 2 (p = 0.000), AEFI local reactions dose 1 (p = 0.004), and dose 2 (p = 0.016), AEFI systemic reaction dose 1 (p = 0.000), and dose 2 (p = 0.002), with the community' anxiety levels. CONCLUSION: AEFI refers to medical events related to the vaccination effect consisting of local and systemic reactions. AEFI reactions may potentially elevate the community's anxiety. The study noted an increase in severe symptoms in AEFI local reactions and a decrease in AEFI systemic reaction during the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, possibly attributed to variations in antibody titers of the community. It is recommended that patients pay attention to AEFI reactions and seek immediate support from the hospital if excessive local and systemic reactions appear, for healthcare workers could provide educational programs to the community regarding the risks of AEFI local and systemic reactions and efforts to look for treatment. Background: Worldwide, heart problems are the leading cause of death. Aim and objective: To research the connection between the SYNTAX score and QTc dispersion for the severity of acute STEMI-diagnosed coronary atherosclerotic artery disease. Material and methods: 55 patients are included in the current study. During the study period, all people who went to acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction in the emergency, medicine, or Cardiology OPD were assessed. Acute STEMI was identified in patients using WHO criteria. Results: The patient age varied from 49 to 70 patients were 27.3% of women and 72.7% of men, with a mean age of and standard deviations of 10.55 and 55.09, respectively. The average CKMB and Syntax scores were respectively 53.8729.64 and 11.8510.24. Forty (80%) of the individuals tested positive for troponin I, and the average syntax score was compared to QTc dispersion. Subjects with QTc dispersion 60 and >60 had mean syntax scores of 1.79 2.35 and 14.65 9.82, respectively. Using the t test, it was discovered that the syntax score was statistically significant when compared to QTc dispersion at p0.01. Amid score and QTc were found to have a notable positive connection (r = 0.698, p0.01) according to Pearson correlation analysis. Conclusions: According to the results of our investigation, corrected significant correlation exists between QT dispersion and the SYNTAX score-measured severity of coronary artery disease.
