Objective: To recognize creative writing as a tool for psychosocial mediation and as a space to enhance cognitive skills; through which the realities experienced by young people are interpreted through the stories created in the writing workshop oriented within the framework of the project "Weaving political capacities for transitions in territories, in Ovejas, Sucre". Methodology: The realities co-constructed by young people during the sessions of the creative writing workshop are made visible, which involved the participation of seven young people belonging to the Youth Corporation Promoting Peace (CORJUP), which operates in the village of Villa del Carmen and in the urban area of Ovejas. The postulates of phenomenology proposed by the author Maurice Merleau-Ponty, and Paulo Freire's popular education, are taken as reference for the work developed with young people. Results: First, the territorial altar constituted a device for creativity; second, metaphor appears as a way to narrate the unnamable aspects of young people's realities; third, the workshop is configured as a possibility for psychosocial mediation; and fourth, it is evident that the gathering allows young people to strengthen cognitive skills that enable them to appropriate the constructed knowledge and recognize its importance for transforming the lived reality. Conclusions: Creative writing seeks to be a sort of stage for transforming the very present that communities inhabit. It is assumed as a space to promote the cognitive resources that make social interaction possible, it is configured as the visionary power to find in the gathering a possibility to transcend conflicts. Objective: The main objective of this research is to reconstruct the collective memory through literary creation, involving students who are victims of displacement and the Colombian armed conflict within the Bachelor's Degree Program in Literature and the Spanish Language of the Universidad Popular del Cesar. Methodology: The methodology employed was action-participation research, utilizing the creative writing workshop as a tool and space for the production of fictional texts aimed at reconstructing the collective memory of the participants. Results: The outcome comprised a set of methodologies and tools to be utilized in creative workshops, targeting vulnerable populations within the context of the Colombian armed conflict. Identified gaps and voids in the official history of the armed conflict are an opportunity for rewriting a version through fiction and literary creation that vindicates the experiences of all affected individuals, thus reconstructing the collective memory of the country. Conclusions: Spaces for reading, dialogue, writing, and creation, such as the creative writing workshop, are indispensable for the reconstruction of a collective memory that promotes the search for truth, forgiveness, and peace. The objective of the research was to understand the creative and didactic characteristics in the promotion of writing for elementary school students in a rural school in Antioquia department (state), Colombia, during the construction of a digital school newspaper. The applied methodology was action research, in which 22 twenty-two third grade students participated. The data collection instruments were the creative writing matrix, the field diary, and the student interview. The results demonstrate a basic level of performance in the creative characteristics of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration; and from the didactic characteristics, the importance of usability, interactivity and connection is recognized for the promotion of creative writing mediated by digital technologies. From a critical reading of the novel Un mundo huérfano (2016) by Giuseppe Caputo (Barranquilla, 1982), this article aims to trace the presence and dialogue that is established in it with the category of a defined body, according to the scope of queer theory, such as performance and theatricality, in which neither gender nor sex are determining factors, and in which two interests of the author play an important role: the oxymoron and fragmentation to operate the reconstruction of said body that also may be read as a text. After reading, it is considered that the novel represents in itself the thematization of the main questions that concern queer theory and its elaborations of the concepts of gender and sex -as well as the elaboration of the body category and its communicating vessels and aesthetic explorations in the materiality of the text. My main goal in this article is to analyze how Carlos Drummond de Andrade's poetry works out translation processes creatively, whether in intralingual translation, or in the process of expanding the interpretation of a word via translation, similarly to the notion presented by Javier Franco Aixelá's Culture-Specific Items. My analysis begins by approaching what Drummond gains with proper translation processes, by reading a poem by Federico García Lorca he translated into Brazilian Portuguese. Next, I analyze a sonnet from the book A paixão medida, claiming that the process of expansion/translation of a term engages and launches the poem as a whole. The examples presented here attempt to show how important translation processes are as core instruments in creative writing, in endless literary recreation, in intertextuality, in the interplay of meaning and feelings and sensations available to poets and writers in general. This article analyses the results of the second stage of the research Creative Writing in Academia: the writer's education, developed since 2015 at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) Graduate Program in Letters. The general objective is to verify the curricular structure and the teaching conditions offered by the Masters and Doctoral courses focusing on the education of writers and researchers in the area of Creative Writing at PUCRS. At this stage, we sought to ascertain the students' perceptions about the modules and methodological procedures adopted in the course, aiming at a better development of these proposals, as well as to point out ways for a wider implantation of Creative Writing in Brazil. This article aims to analyze the partial data obtained by the Creative Writing in Academia - the writer´s education research group at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) in Brazil. "Literary Criticism & Literary Creation" faz parte de uma compilação de ensaios e críticas reunidos no volume Consciousness and the Novel, de David Lodge, publicado em 2002. Académico, ensaísta, crítico literário e romancista, Lodge nasceu em Londres em 1935. Como explica o autor no prefácio, a sua vida profissional foi, desde sempre, uma alternância entre a escrita de romances e a crítica literária, tendo orientado estas atividades através de uma reflexão sobre as várias teorias literárias que foram surgindo a par do seu próprio percurso. Simultaneamente, e enveredando pelo campo das ciências cognitivas, o autor estabelece uma analogia entre a criação literária e o modelo de consciência. Neste ensaio, e ao mesmo tempo que evoca algumas das vozes mais influentes no domínio da crítica literária, o autor vai tecendo correlações e revelando a aplicação que faz, nos seus próprios romances, dessas mesmas teorias. Através da intensidade poético-pensante e das multiplicidades que ressoam entre o animot, a animalidade da letra, a zoopoética e a zoopolitica, experimenta-se estas noções entretecidas por Jacques Derrida, na dissidência das passagens pelas fronteiras e ao traço da escritura inquietada e ao assédio dos rastros dos animais e outros, que se entrecruzam e emergem desmantelando os axiomas obsoletos da clausura antropocêntrica. Comoção que não se reduz ao âmbito discursivo, senão que se relaciona com as mutações e desconstruções que acontecem e solicitam, entre o corpo a corpo de mais de uma língua, a não resignar-se nos pressupostos do logocentrismo e o carnologofalocentrismo que impregna diversos registros da modernidade dentro de um processo de depredação sem antecedentes. Desse modo, se trata de deslizar-se entre as aporias e os limites instáveis, a multiplicidade da diferencia e os tremores entre os umbrais do humano, o animal e outros. Nessas zonas limítrofes de decisiva indecidibilidade, onde nada se reduz a uma linha de demarcação única e indivisível, nem à continuidade, nem à confusão homogênea e essencialista. Na transversalidade, a heterogeneidade e a fulgurância dos rastros de outras existências que não cessam de surpreender-nos, atravessar e vibrar, se fala da escritura como evento singular plural na acolhida do que vem, sem chegada fixa a perturbar pressupostos privilégios e carências, a deslizar já sempre o chão, remover as cinzas e alterar os dualismos sobre os que se pretende fundada e assegurada a metafisica humanista ocidental.Entre a diversidade espaço-temporal do corpo e do corpus filosófico, literário, poético, entre outros textos aos que se recorreu durante a pesquisa, que em locomoção disseminante não quis esgotar-se em um contexto só, autor ou abordagem, destaca-se a heterogeneidade e o polimorfismo dos traços das alteridades animais e as relações com a escritura poética, que transtornam e excedem os confins do homem, a linguagem, o mundo, a suposta autossuficiência soberana e o sentido estabelecido, para outro reenvio e partilha que surge ao encontro iminente com outros viventes e não viventes, à intempérie do que (se) reinventa na vibrante aventura da metamorfose, as passagens e as pegadas que estranhamente se imprimem à literatura, a poesia, a música, as artes do visível, do espaço, entre outras ruinas, o que se passa (sem passo) , em im-previsível e iniludível contratempo.
