The process of granulation of organomineral fertilizer, created on the basis of poultry manure, with a horizontal flat matrix, was investigated. The influence of the humidity of the organomineral fertilizer on the studied parameters of the granulation process was determined: the power consumption, output of the granulation machine, the specific energy consumption and PDI. The optimal humidity of the organomineral fertilizer is determined, at which the granulation process proceeds with lower energy consumption. We have obtained granules having a diameter of 6 mm and strength of the granules 95-96%, which are suitable for mechanical fertilization. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Vegetative experiments were carried out to study the effect of pre-sowing seed treatment with selenium and silicon on the barley culture, the "Reliable" variety under conditions of optimal and insufficient soil humidity. In vegetative experiments were investigated the effect of short-term drying of the soil, which was established by stopping the watering of the sixth stage of organogenesis. Certain regularities are the uptake of barley of individual heavy metals, depending on the conditions of humidification and pre-sowing seed treatment of the seeds with selenium and silicon. The relationship of cadmium, lead, zinc, copper and chromium accumulation in the basic and by-products is established, depending on the conditions of barley cultivation and the method of seed treatment with silicon and selenium. A mathematical model has been developed that describes the process of purification of vegetable oils using physical methods. The obtained mathematical model determines the mode of operation of the main parameters of the machine for the purification of vegetable oils, depending on the dispersed composition of the impurities and the type of vegetable oils. Based on the developed mathematical model, the recommended rotor speed and the time to remove the impurities in a centrifuge for the maximum removal of the suspended particles from different types of vegetable oils can be calculated. The response surfaces show the combined effect of the particle density and the rotational speed of the centrifuge's rotor on the impurity removal rate and the impurity removal time in sunflower and rapeseed oil. The obtained theoretical data can be used, in practice, in setting the basic parameters of the machine and selecting the centrifuge's different modes of operation with a periodic action in the purification of various vegetable oils. An analysis has been made of existing studies in which liquid food products are processed by ultrasonic waves. It was established experimental setup with an ultrasonic generator for the purification of sunflower oil under the effect of the ultrasonic field. A methodology has been developed to determine the optimal frequency of ultrasound, the ultrasound emission power and the time of purification of vegetable oils. The technological parameters of the process of purifying sunflower oil by ultrasonic treatment were determined and experimental process studies were carried out. A basis of experimental data has been developed in the studies of the sunflower oil purification process. In this study the main focus is to determine the technological parameters of the ultrasonic treatment of the raw materials by conducting experimental modeling of the process of cleaning sunflower oil under the action of the ultrasonic field.
