The purpose of this study is to audit information systems by measuring the maturity level value in garment companies using the ITIL V 3 framework guidelines. This study uses an operational audit method regarding the use of target resources whether it has been implemented in accordance with the objectives achieved, namely practically and efficiently. In the operational audit method there are 4 stages, namely planning, field work, reporting, and follow-up. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires in garment companies, then analysis was carried out on each variable. The results of the study show that the average maturity level in the service operation domain is 3.58, and for the service transition domain it is 3.56. The average value of the maturity level is on a scale of 4 which means that the process is controlled using statistical and quantitative techniques. With this it is possible that quality and performance are handled properly. Processes are planned and executed in accordance with IT policies and services are already controlled by skilled human resources. The processes within the organization are also properly monitored, controlled and reviewed.
