This research is motivated by the high incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) in the work area of the Cikupa Health Center, which requires educational intervention to reduce the number of new cases. The purpose of the research is to increase public understanding of the prevention and treatment of pulmonary TB through counseling and training. This research method includes a mini-survey, community analysis using the BLUM paradigm, and problem prioritization using the Delphi method. The root of the problem was identified using a fishbone diagram, with interventions consisting of pre-test, post-test, counseling, and training on cough ethics and mask use. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge, with 83.4% of them achieving a score of =70 on the post-test, compared to 23.4% on the pre-test. All participants successfully demonstrated cough etiquette and the correct use of masks. These findings suggest that community-based education can significantly increase public awareness of pulmonary TB. The implications of this study are expected to contribute to the reduction of new pulmonary TB cases in the research area through a continuous health education campaign. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
