This study aims to increase effectiveness in the selection of drug suppliers in the Tangerang public hospital pharmacy. Tangerang General Hospital is an agency engaged in the health and pharmaceutical services sector. This pharmaceutical division has an internal pharmaceutical application that has been implemented with various features used for recording transaction data both drug sales and drug purchases. Currently there is more than one supplier that supplies the same drug. Therefore, the main focus of this research is to design an engine to feature a decision support system by utilizing the analytical hierarchy process approach for selecting the best specific medicine supplier. A decision support system (DSS) is an information system designed to assist decision makers in processing complex information and providing relevant data to support these decisions. The approach that used in this research is analytical hierarchy process with the criteria as needed. The Coastal and Regional Ocean Community Model (CROCO) was applied to simulate the three dimensional ocean circulation on the southern Sunda Shelf with a horizontal resolution of 1/18o and 40 vertical layers. This configuration is called as CROCO18-SSS. The initial and open boundary conditions were derived from a global reanalysis product at a resolution of 1/12o from the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service (CMEMS). The regional model was driven by atmospheric, tides, and river discharges data from a wide variety of datasets, each with a different resolution. To test the model performance and capabilities of the CROCO18-SSS model outputs including sea level anomaly, current velocity, temperature, salinity, and volume transport, we have compared in the simulation results with other reanalysis product and satellite-derived datasets. The CROCO18-SSS model outputs reproduced the regional ocean circulation well from observations and reanalysis products. For example, the reversal of the monsoonal current in the southern sunda shelf, as well as strong persistent southward Makassar throughflow and their interaction in the southern Makassar Strait, can be seen clearly. The vertical structure of the zonal current component was comparable to that of the reanalysis product reference. The seasonal shift in temperature and salinity, with the water becoming colder and saltier during the northwest monsoon and warmer and fresher during the southeast monsoon, was also accurately reproduced by the CROCO18-SSS model. Additionally, the mean volume transport calculated by the CROCO18-SSS model for the Makassar and Karimata Straits was comparable to that reported in previous studies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We present two new algorithms for Householder QR factorization of Block Low-Rank (BLR) matrices: one that performs block-column-wise QR and another that is based on tiled QR. We show how the block-column-wise algorithm exploits BLR structure to achieve arithmetic complexity of (mn), while the tiled BLR-QR exhibits (mn1.5 complexity. However, the tiled BLR-QR has finer task granularity that allows parallel task-based execution on shared memory systems. We compare the block-column-wise BLR-QR using fork-join parallelism with tiled BLR-QR using task-based parallelism. We also compare these two implementations of Householder BLR-QR with a block-column-wise Modified Gram–Schmidt (MGS) BLR-QR using fork-join parallelism and a state-of-the-art vendor-optimized dense Householder QR in Intel MKL. For a matrix of size 131k × 65k, all BLR methods are more than an order of magnitude faster than the dense QR in MKL. Our methods are also robust to ill conditioning and produce better orthogonal factors than the existing MGS-based method. On a CPU with 64 cores, our parallel tiled Householder and block-column-wise Householder algorithms show a speedup of 50 and 37 times, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to analyze stock returns influenced by the Investment Opportunity Set and Earnings Quality by using Technology moderation as urgency, in the Property & Real Estate company sector as one of the most profitable sectors for investors to invest. The population in this study are property & real estate companies listed on IPOs from 2015 to 2019 as many as 65 companies and the number of samples that meet the characteristics of the study are 19 companies. The research method used is quantitative with E-Views 10 software program. The results show that the six hypotheses are accepted that the investment opportunity set has a positive effect on stock returns, earning quality has a positive effect on stock returns, technology has a positive effect on stock returns, and investment opportunity set and earning quality has a simultaneous effect on stock returns, technology moderates the effect of IOS on stock returns, and technology moderates the effect of EQ on stock returns. The ocean dynamics of the marginal seas in the Java-Makassar-Flores (JMF) Triangle seas facilitates the seasonal exchange of water masses between Java, Makassar, and Flores, which influences the occurrence of small pelagic fish. This research investigates seasonal fluctuations in sea currents, seawater temperature, salinity, and phytoplankton primary production (PPN and PPD) based on validated model output datasets from NEMO and PISCES from the INDESO simulation (2008–2015). The model demonstrated seasonal exchanges of the top 50 m of water masses in the area, where the eastward monsoon current transported freshwater (salinity<31 psμ) from the Java Sea to southern Makassar and Flores. This northwest monsoon produced a much fresher water in the southern region of Makassar and western region of Flores. During the southeast monsoon, the surface component of the Makassar throughflow, which transports saline water (salinity >34 PSU) into the Java Sea, pushes fresh Java waters westward. Seasonal salinity changes and PPN/PPD in the shelf region of southern Kalimantan correlated with substantial small pelagic fishing. • Ocean circulation and water mass exchange in the JMF seas were investigated using physical and biogeochemical ocean model. • Exchange of fresh Java and salty ITF waters are driven by monsoon current and ITF Makassar, creating strong salinity front. • The seasonal shifting of salinity front is a proxy for potential fishing grounds of small pelagic fishes in the JMF seas. Small pelagic fisheries in the Java Sea (JS) contributes to about 26.6% of the total marine fisheries resources, where their spatial-temporal variation is controlled by seasonal oceanographic changes. This study aims to investigate a relationship between seasonal reversal circulation and number of light-fishing vessels (VBD) dispersion that capture small pelagic fishes, using multi-datasets from a regional ocean circulation model, satellite-derived datasets, and pelagic fish landing datasets between 2010 and 2020. The model demonstrates that main axis of eastward (westward) monsoon current that brings warmer and fresher (cooler and saltier) water, confines much closer along the northern Java (southern Kalimantan) during the northwest (southeast) monsoon period. These changes are followed unprecedentedly by southward (northward) shift of VBD and high abundance of euryhaline (stenohaline) fish species. Rank fusion meta-search engine algorithms can be used to merge web search results of multiple search engines. In this paper we introduce two variants of the Weighted Borda-Fuse algorithm. The first variant retrieves documents based on popularities of component engines. The second one is based on k user-defined toplist of component engines. In this research, experiments were performed on k={50,100,200} toplist with AND/OR combinations implemented on 'UNIB Meta Fusion' meta-search engine prototype which employed 3 out of 5 popular search engines. Both of our two algorithms outperformed other rank fusion algorithms (relevance score is upto 0.76 compare to Google that is 0.27, at P@10). The pseudo-relevance automatic judgement techniques involved are Reciprocal Rank, Borda Count, and Condorcet. The optimal setting was reached for queries with operator "AND" (degree 1) or "AND ... Extension activities managed by farmers as a process of changing the behavior, mindset and attitude of farmers from traditional subsistence farmers to modern farmers with agribusiness insight through continuous learning are carried out with a learning by doing approach that focuses on developing managerial capacity, leadership and entrepreneurship of key actors in order to realize reliable agribusiness entrepreneurs. This study aims to examine how the relationship between farmer characteristics and group dynamics on the success rate of agricultural technology and information programs in the Tunas Walahir II Farmer Group, Pakapasan Hilir Village, Hantara District, Kuningan Regency from July to September 2022 with a sample of 25 farmers. This study used descriptive quantitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews. The data in this study is in the form of primary and secondary data. The analysis activities use the Spearman Level Correlation Coefficient Test (rs). The results showed that there was a real relationship between the characteristics of farmers (area of arable land and farming experience) with the success of agricultural technology and information programs, while the age of farmers and the level of education of farmers had no real relationship with the success of agricultural technology and information programs. • In-situ rolling tensioning (ISRT) is applied during FSW process of AA2024-T3. • Single roller and double roller ISRT are evaluated. • ISRT can minimize welding distortion and residual stress. • Improved fatigue resistance is related to residual stress, microstructure and texture. • Single roller is more effective in diminishing residual stress than double roller ISRT. In this research, local mechanical tensioning treatment in the form of in-situ rolling tensioning (ISRT) was applied during friction stir welding of AA2024-T3 sheets. Two types of roller configurations were used. First, a single roller located at the rear of the tool which passed over the weld region and secondly, two rollers were located next to the weld zone symmetrically. Subsequently, several experiments comprising residual stress, distortion and fatigue crack growth (FCG) measurements were carried out combined with microstructure, texture, hardness and tensile tests. Results demonstrated that a single roller ISRT effectively diminished residual stress in the nugget zone (NZ) from + 11.7 MPa to −45.3 MPa accompanied by better weld FCG resistance. Apart from residual stress reduction, the improved weld fatigue performance was likely correlated with the modifications of weld microstructure and texture due to rolling tensioning. In 2020, Indonesia was affected by the Corona Virus Pandemic outbreak known as Covid-19. This pandemic has spread globally in almost all over the world. As a result, countries in Indonesia and almost all countries around the world reduce their economic activities. With the existence of this pandemic, researchers are trying to test its impact on the capital market in Indonesia, especially on Islamic stocks in Indonesia, namely the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) and the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research is also to contribute to the Market Efficiency Theory which was first presented by Fama (1970) and then further developed in 1991 by Fama, using an event study. Researchers specifically tested Market Efficiency Theory during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Researchers took a sample of each Islamic stock index, namely the closing stock price and stock trading volume (liquidity), as many as 21 stock exchange days in March 2020 compared to the 21 exchange days for the sample observation in March of the previous year. Samples and observations were also taken 21 stock exchange days before and after the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia on March 2, 2020. The method used in the study was the Event Study with Least Square Regression Method using Eviews 9 software.
