1. Impedance, dielectric susceptibility and inductance in HoxMn1-xS solid solutions.

The impedance, capacitance and inductance in HoxMn1-xS solid solutions were measured at fixed frequencies in the range of 1 kHz – 300 kHz from temperature. Maxima in the temperature dependence of the impedance and the reactive part of the impedance and minima in the dielectric permittivity are found. The capacitive contribution to the reactive part of the impedance is established for the concentration x=0.05. Spin-glass effects below the Neel temperature from the inductance are found. The dielectric permittivity in HoxMn1-xS with x=0.1 is described in the Debye model. The activation type of relaxation time and activation energy are established. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
