The main aim of this research is to examine the impact of communication skills of school administrators on organizational climate, base on the views of preschool teachers working in independent kindergartens in Diyarbakır central districts (Bağlar, Kayapınar, Sur, Yenişehir). Relational scanning model was used in this research designed as a descriptive study. The population of the study consists of 270 preschool teachers working in 28 official independent kindergartens in the central districts of Diyarbakır province in the 2018-2019 academic year. As the population has been tried to be reached by not taking samples. For this purpose, the scale was delivered to 241 teachers employed in 27 formal independent kindergartens and the all returning scales were evaluated. As data collection tool, "Communication Skills Scale" and "Organizational Climate Scale" were used. Data obtained from the study was analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) package programme. For (Independent) samples in the analysis of data, t - test, one - way varlence analysis (ANOVA), Kruskal-Wallis H Test, Scheffe and Mann-Whitney U test were used. In addition, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was performed to determine the levels of independent variables predicting dependent variables. According to the findings, while preschool teachers think that school managers have higher level of communication skills for "informing", independent kindergartens have higher level of "organizational aim" in terms of organizational climate. In addition, it has been found that the communication skills of school administrators for "informing" and "attitude and behavior" are meaningful predicters on the organizational climate in kindergartens.
