Aim To investigate the levels of krüppel-like factor 2 (KLF2) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3) in the serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) of large-artery atherosclerosis (LAA) type, and to analyze their value in the diagnosis and disease assessment of LAA type ACI. Methods A total of 150 patients with LAA type ACI were divided into mild group (n = 36), moderate group (n = 48), and severe group (n = 66) based on their condition. Additionally, a control group ( n = 150) was selected from health exminers during the same period. The levels of serum KLF2 and NOS3 in each group were compared; receiver operator characteristic(ROC) curve was applied to analyze the diagnostic value of serum KLF2 and NOS3 levels for LAA type ACI and the predictive value for the occurrence of severe LAA type ACI, respectively. Results The serum KLF2 and NOS3 levels were significantly lower in LAA type ACI group than those in control group (P<0. 05). The serum KLF2 and NOS3 levels in the mild, moderate and severe groups were significantly decreased in turn(P<0. 05). The area under the curve (AUC) of the combined diagnosis of serum KLF2 and NOS3 for LAA type ACI was 0. 858, with a sensitivity of 73. 33% and a specificity of 86. 00%, which was superior to the individual diagnosis of KLF2 and NOS3 (Zcombined detection-KLF2 = 3. 796, Zcombined detection-NOS3 = 4. 689, all P< 0. 001). The AUC of combined prediction of serum KLF2 and NOS3 for the occurrence of severe LAA type ACI was 0. 878, with a sensitivity of 77. 27% and a specificity of 90. 48%, which was superior to the independent prediction of KLF2 and NOS3 (Zcombined detection-KLF2 = 2. 401, P= 0. 016; Zcombined detection-NOS3 = 3. 070, P = 0. 002). Conclusions The serum levels of KLF2 and NOS3 in patients with LAA type ACI were significantly reduced and negatively correlated with the severity of the disease. An empirical investigation on the laboratory safety education of 11 universities in Zhejiang province showed that there was contempt for university laboratory safety education, such as curriculum and teacher development, education process management, practice training education, teachers (postgraduate) education, and lax enforcement etc. In order to promote the safety culture in the laboratories and create a harmonious and safe working and learning environment for teachers and students, we proposed that five aspects about the university laboratory safety education should be further strengthened involving curriculum teacher development, managing the university by law，broadening the breadth of education, improving process management and building a multi-party collaboration platform by the comprehensive analysis. [Objective] To explore the antagonistic effect of three endophytic bacteria in cotton against Fusarium wilt. [Method] Using the plate confrontation method, three endophytic bacterial suspensions, supernatants, and volatiles were used to study the antagonistic effects of the three endophytic bacteria against the cotton Fusarium wilt pathogen. [Result] The antagonistic effect of the three bacterial suspensions on Fusarium oxysporum was O>T>DG3-1. The antagonistic effect of the supernatant of the three bacterial strains on F. oxysporum was T>O>DG3- 1; the antagonistic effect of volatiles from three strains of bacteria on F. oxysporum was DG3-1>T>O. Microscopic observation of the morphology of the mycelium that suppressed F. oxysporum showed cavities, breakage, and partial dissolution of the cell wall. 【Objective】To clarify the effects of different hosts on the growth, development, and reproduction of Spodoptera frugiperda.【Methods】Using indoor feeding observation methods, the growth, development, and pupation of the 3rd instar larvae of S. frugiperda after feeding on 23 representative crops such as Zea mays, Triticum aestivum, and Solanum lycopersicum and 8 common weeds such as Eleusin indica, Portulaca oleracea, and Cyperus rotundus in corn fields were compared and analyzed. 7 plants with higher fitness were selected as the testing hosts to compare the growth, development, and reproduction of the S. frugiperda.【Results】The 3rd instar larvae fed on 16 plants including Triticum aestivum, Dioscorea esculenta, and Solanum lycopersicum, could complete the growth and development of the larval stage and successfully pupate. Dioscorea esculenta, Solanum lycopersicum, Eleusin indica, Helianthus annuus, Ziziphus jujube and Actinidia chinensis were the higher fitness hosts for feeding and growth except Zea mays. Among them, the larval stage of the S. frugiperda feeding on Actinidia chinensis leaves was the longest at 19.30 d, while the shortest was feeding on Helianthus annuus leaves at 12.65 d. The larvae feeding on Zea mays leaves had the pupal weight of 170.53 mg, significantly higher than the other six host plants (P<0.05), as well as the shortest pupa stage (9.25 d) and the highest emergence rate (83.33%) . The indexes of the S. frugiperda larvae feeding on Dioscorea esculenta leaves were the closest to the ones feeding on Zea mays leaves, with the pupa weight of 146.15 mg, the pupa stage of 11.55 d, and the emergence rate of 58.33%. The egg number per female of S. frugiperda fed on Zea mays leaves was 1 030, significantly higher than that of the other six host plants (P<0.05), followed by the one feeding on Dioscorea esculenta leaves at 892.【Conclusion】S. frugiperda preferred Zea mays for feeding and oviposition, but could achieve population reproduction on host plants such as Dioscorea esculenta, Solanum lycopersicum, Eleusin indica, Helianthus annuus, Ziziphus jujube and Actinidia chinensis. How to enhance the security of embedded systems becomes an urgent proMem to be solved. In order to improve the security of embedded systems and promote their appiications, we design and impeement a trusted computing platform framework based on virtual trusted cryptography module, and the virtual trusted cryptography module and the trusted enhancement technology based on tt are reaiized. We also propose and impeement a session authentication method based on the vrtual trusted cryptography module, extending the trust chain from the hardware operating system layer to the appHcation software layer in the vrtual domain. Experimental resutts show that the combination of the vrtual trusted cryptography module and the physical trusted cryptography module can effectively ensure the security of embedded systems, vrtual domains and appUcations. As the ecological security barrier in the north of China, Inner Mongolia is also the important agricultural and animal husbandry production base, and about one third of this region belongs to sandy land. Some sandy land is arable since plant growth requirements can be satisfied under natural conditions or when some artificial measures are used. Usually, some problems such as water shortage, water and nutrition leakage, high temperature on soil surface, and complex topography, exist for arable sandy land, but farmers cannot take effective measures to deal with these problems except make some simple management according to their experiences. The difficulties in optimizing crop planting structure and choosing irrigation methods usually lead to substantial waste of water and nutrient resources, lowing land productivity level, and even un-cultivation land. In order to provide references for local farmers to sustainably use arable sandy land by overcoming these limitation factors, seven farm crops (spring maize (Zea mays), spring wheat (Triticum aestivum), millet (Pennisetum glaucum), soybean (Glycine max), rapeseed (Brassica rapus), rice (Oryza sativa) and potato (Solanum tuberosum)), which had large planting areas and higher grain yields in the last five years in Inner Mongolia, were evaluated according to their water requirement, effective accumulated temperature, soil pH value, response to increased temperature, economic benefit, and drought resistance, respectively. Meanwhile, eight forage grasses (Agropyron, Artemisia desertorum, Caragana korshinskii Kom, Elymus dahuricus Turcz, Leymus chinensis Tzvel.cv, Medicago sativa L, Astragalus adsurgens Pall., and Bromus inermis Leyss.cv.) with large planting areas in the last 10 years and one another popular forage grass (Zea mays L.cv.) in Inner Mongolia were also evaluated according to precipitation, temperature, soil pH value, nutrient value, respectively. Based on crop planting models, the specific characteristics of various irrigation methods, as well as specific soil and climate conditions and topography characteristics for arable sandy land in Inner Mongolia, appropriate water saving irrigation method was chosen for each crop. The results indicated that the rank of comprehensive suitability for farm crops in arable sandy land was: spring maize, spring wheat, millet, soybean, rape seed, rice and potato. For forage grass, the rank of comprehensive suitability in arable sandy land was: Agropyron, Artemisia desertorum, Zea mays L.cv., Caragana korshinskii Kom, Elymus dahuricus Turcz, Leymus chinensis, Medicago sativa L., Astragalus adsurgens Pall. and Bromus inermis Leyss.cv. These loosely planted (wide seeding/row spacing) crops such as maize, rice, soybean and potato were suggested to be drip-irrigated and even under mulch film, while those closely planted (narrow seeding/row spacing) crops such as forage grass were suggested to be irrigated through sprinklers. When crop suitability was evaluated, we used data from various published papers with different experimental conditions. In addition, when evaluating indicators were chosen and their weight factors were determined, subjectivity might really exist. Therefore, the evaluating method adopted in this study can be further improved.
