Objective: To study the role and preliminary molecular mechanism of TRIM24 regulating macrophage polarization in viral myocarditis （VM）. Methods: VM mouse model was established by Coxsackie virus B3（ CVB3）, and expression of TRIM24 in myocardial tissue was detected. Cardiac inflammation level and polarization phenotype of cardiac infiltrating macrophages in a murine model of cardiac TRIM24 inhibition were detected in vivo. A polarization model of mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages（ BMDMs） in vitro was established to observe the role of TRIM24 inhibition in polarizing BMDMs to M1 and M2, as well as its effects on phagocytosis and bactericidal function of BMDMs. Effects of TRIM24 inhibition on total STAT6 protein level and phosphorylation were investigated. Results: TRIM24 was significantly highly expressed in myocardial tissue of VM mice （P<0.001）. Inhibition of TRIM24 expression in myocardium had an attenuating effect on VM and promoted polarization of cardiac infiltrating macrophages to M2. TRIM24 was significantly down-regulated in vitro during the polarization of BMDMs toward M2 （P<0.01）. Inhibition of TRIM24 expression significantly promoted macrophage polarization toward M2 type and inhibited polarization toward M1 type, accompanied by a significant increase in STAT6 phosphorylation levels （P<0.01）. Two-year-old seedlings of six broad-leaved species, Phoebe bournei, Castanopsis fordil, Mytilaria laosensis, Quercus glauca, Quercus sessilifolia, and Schima superba, were obtained from the Baisha State-owned Forest Farm in Shanghang County, Fujian province, China. The biomass of the roots, stems, leaves, and whole plants of each species was determined by using the whole-plant harvesting method. The allocation characteristics of biomass and the isometric growth relationship between aboveground and underground biomass were compared. Regression estimation models for the biomass of each organ and the whole plant were established using regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) the whole seedling biomass of different tree species was significantly different, and the order was Q. glauca＞M. laosensis＞C. fordil＞Q. sessilifolia＞S. superba＞P. bournei; (2) there were significant differences in the distribution of biomass among the organs of different tree species, with Q. glauca, M. laosensis, and P. bournei having the largest proportions of root biomass (39.9%), stem biomass (45.0%), and leaf biomass (49.2%), respectively; (3) the ratio of belowground biomass to aboveground biomass of the seedlings of different tree species was less than 1, indicating that more seedling biomass was allocated to the stems and leaves. The aboveground and belowground biomass of the tree species followed an isotropic growth pattern, except in the case of S. superba; (4) the models for regression estimation of seedling biomass of different tree species were mostly power-function models, followed by cubic polynomial models. There were differences in the allocation of biomass among different organs in the seedlings. Additionally, an isometric growth pattern between the aboveground and belowground biomass in seedlings was revealed. The regression estimation model for seedling biomass of each tree species can be used to estimate seedling biomass under similar or identical site conditions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the process of deepening the national defense and military reform, the reduction of teaching staff in military academies has put much pressure on the teaching of college physics, which required even more human resources. In order to solve this problem, the article analyzes the characteristics of college physics experiment classes and the current situation of human resources to conduct an analysis from four different perspectives; first, theory course teachers take part-time experimental teaching; second, graduate students assist experimental teaching; third, we need to make full use of various teaching facilities; fourth, we should give students full access to the library. At the same time, the specific operating methods and the issues that need attention in the implementation process are elaborated. Objective: To study the change status of cellular immunity and pulmonary function state of children with . Methods: 68 children mycoplasma pneumonia with who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were the observation group, 68 healthy children with health examination at the same time were the control group. Then the cellular immunity indexes and the pulmonary function indexes of children in the two groups were observed and compared. TResults: he cellular immunity indexes and the pulmonary function indexes of children in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The cellular immunity indexes and the pulmonary function indexes of children with severe pneumonia were lower than those of the moderate and mild pneumonia, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The cellular immunity indexes and the pulmonary function indexes of children with moderate pneumonia were lower than those of the mild pneumonia, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
