Objective To research the influence of whole-course humanistic care on the effect of piimipara nursing. Methods 270 piimiparas in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were divided into the observation group and the control group, 135 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, while the observation group took the whole-course humanistic care nursing mode. 'Ihe communication willingness of primiparas, understanding their own situation and the satisfaction on medical staff were observed in the two gnmps. The SPSS20.0 statistical software was adopted to conducting the data analysis. Results Ihe primipara's willingness communication, proportion of understanding on their situation and satisfaction on nursing during hospitalization period in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group with statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Conducting the whole-course humanism care on piimiparas not only conduces to their exchange with medical personnel and strengthen the parturients to understand their own delivery process, but also is conducive to increase the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy being promoted in clinic. A low-temperature electrolyte was constructed with LiPF6 as the lithium salt, LiDFOB+LiBF4+LiPO2F2 as the lithium salt additives, fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) + vinylene carbonate (VC) +tris (trimethylsilyl) phosphae (TMSP) as the film-forming additives, and ethylene carbonate (EC) +dimethyl carbonate (DMC) +ethyl methyl carbonate (EMC) as the solvent, and was used to improve the low-temperature (-20 ℃) performance of NCM811(LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2) lithium-ion battery. The properties of low-temperature electrolytes were studied by various analytical techniques, and the effects of lithium salts and film-forming additives on the electrochemical properties of lithium-ion batteries were studied. The results show that the low-temperature electrolyte has good cycling stability and lithium deposition performance. Lithium-ion batteries assembled from low-temperature electrolytes have excellent low-temperature electrochemical properties. The first discharge specific capacity is 171.5 mAh/g at-20 ℃ and 0.1 C, and the capacity retention rate is 96.33% for 120 cycles at 1 C. The SEM and TEM results of the electrodes before and after cycling show that the low-temperature electrolyte form a uniform and dense CEI film on the surface of the positive electrode, due to the action of lithium salt and film-forming additives, which restrain the cracking of the positive electrode material and prevent the electrolyte decomposition, effectively improving the cycling stability of lithium-ion batteries at low temperatures. Objective To investigate the effect of trifolium pretense-derived total isoflavones containing serum on the proliferation,differentiation,and mineralization of MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells in vitro. Methods Rats were intragastrically administered with the t. pretense-derived total isoflavones to prepare drug containing serum. The proliferation of MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells was determined using MTT method. The activity of alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin were determined using ELISA. The mineralized nodules were observed using Alizarin red staining method. Results Different concentrations of total isoflavones containing serum significantly promoted the proliferation and increased the activity of alkaline phosphatase of MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells. The best concentration of the serum was 5%. 5% of total isoflavones containing serum significantly promoted the secretion of osteocalcin in MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells at 6th day and 9th day, and promoted the formation of mineralized nodules in MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells at 6th day,12th, and 18th day. Conclusion The t. pratense-derived total isoflavones containing serum significantly promotes the proliferation, the activity of alkaline phosphatase, the secretion of osteocalcin, and the mineralization of MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells, indicating that it can significantly promote the maturation of MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells. The nickel-rich ternary cathode material LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 (NCM811) has excellent discharge capacity, which is the favorite to succeed as the next new cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries. However, it has problems such as serious Li+/Ni2+ mixed discharge, and rapid capacity fading caused by poor structural stability. In order to solve these problems, accelerate the application process of ternary cathode materials in new energy vehicle. LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 (NCM811) ternary cathode material coated with LiZr2 (PO4)3 (LZPO) was obtained by wet coating method, and the structure and electrochemical performance of LZPO coating on NCM811 ternary cathode material were studied in this paper. The results show that the NCM811 coated with 1% LZPO possess the most stable structure, and the best electrochemical performance. The first cycle discharge capacity at 0. 1 C rate is 210. 16 mAh/g, which is much higher than that of the pristine NCM811 material (201. 01 mAh/g); the capacity retention rate after 200 cycles is 79. 4%, which is better than that of pristine NCM811 (60. 0%).
