[Objective]To elucidate the main influencing factors of the aesthetic quality of tree forest landscape and reflect the level of tree forest landscape quality in Xinglongshan Nature Reserve. [Method]18 typical plots were set up in 6 types of tree forest landscape forests in Xinglongshan Nature Reserve,Gansu,including pure Pinus tabulaeform is forest,pure Pinus picea forest,and mixed poplar birch forest. On the basis of a comprehensive inspection of the sample plot,the AHP method is used to construct an evaluation index system for the quality and value of the arbor forest landscape. The aesthetic quality of the arbor forest landscape is evaluated,and the comprehensive scores of each landscape type are calculated based on a certain weight. Based on the comprehensive scores,the landscape grade is divided,and the impact of landscape factors on aesthetic quality is analyzed. [Result]The results show that the landscape aesthetic quality of Liaodong oak birch mixed forest,poplar birch mixed forest,and spruce poplar mixed forest in Xinglongshan Nature Reserve,Gansu belongs to level 1,and the landscape aesthetic quality is at a high level;the aesthetic quality of the landscape in the pure forests of Qingqian and Larch belongs to level 2,and the aesthetic quality of the landscape is at an average level;the aesthetic quality of the pure forest landscape of Pinus tabulaeformis belongs to level 3,and the aesthetic quality of the landscape is at a relatively low level. By utilizing relevant knowledge in landscape,ecology,forest cultivation,and horticulture,and taking measures such as thinning,pruning,transplanting,and replanting colorful broad-leaved tree species and other plants,adjusting forest space can effectively improve the landscape quality of tree forests and form a good landscape distribution pattern. [Conclusion] The improvement of the aesthetic quality of tree forest landscape has important practical significance for the development of forest tourism and the protection of resources and environment in Xinglongshan Nature Reserve,Gansu Province. [Objective] To screen out ideal types and concentrations of pesticides, and explore new ideas for the regulation and scientific control of the population of larch sheath moth. [Method] Four different pollution-free pesticides were used to determine the toxicity of larch sheath moth larvae, and two pesticides and one smoke agent were used for forest control experiments. [Result] The average corrected mortality rates of 2 000 fold solution, 3 000 fold solution, and 5 000 fold solution of 25% pyrethroid wettable powder were 89.43%, 76.45%, and 64.91%, respectively; the average corrected mortality rates for 500 fold, 1000 fold, and 2 000 fold solutions of 5% imidacloprid emulsion were 96.32%, 84.14%, and 71.16%, respectively; the average corrected mortality rates of 500 fold solution, 1 000 fold solution, and 1 500 fold solution of 0.5% matrine aqueous solution were 92.79%, 86.06%, and 77.41%, respectively; the average corrected mortality rates for 2 500 fold solution, 5 000 fold solution, and 10 000 fold solution of 5% high chloride methylvitamin salt were 80.29%, 94.23% and 75.96%, respectively. [Conclusion] Imidacloprid 500 fold solution, matrine 500 fold solution, and high chloride methylvitamin salt 5 000 fold solution all have a mortality rate of over 90% for the larch sheath moth. The 5 000 fold solution of pyrethroid has the least significant toxic effect on the larch sheath moth. The results of forest control experiment showed that the control effects of ground spray with 0.5% matrine and 5% imidacloprid EC 500 times liquid reached 71.18% and 67.37% respectively; the smoke control effect of 1.2% matrine smoke agent on larch sheath moth larvae is 55.10%, and the control effect is not ideal. Objective Through the detection of MIP-1α and VEGF levels in serum and CSF of ALS patients，we evaluated the clinical value of MIP-1 and VEGF levels in ALS patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with ALS were collected from Kuangwu Hospital of Tongchuanin from Jan， 2012 to Jun， 2015， and 67 patients with non-inflammation neurological diseases were chosen as control group. We obtained CSF and serum samples，and the MIP-1α and VEGF levels were measured by ELISA method. Results The MIP-1α levels in serumand CSF of ALS patients were statistically and significantly higher than those in the control group（P ＜0.05） . The VEGF levels in serum of ALS patients were statistically and significantly higher than those in the control group （P ＜0.05） ．The VEGF levels in CSF of ALS patients were not higher than those in the control group，statistically insignificant （P ＞0.05） ．MIP - 1 alpha and VEGF levels was positively correlated with ALS course. The MIP-1αand VEGF levels of the long duration group were greater than the short duration group （P ＜0.05） . Conclusion The rising of MIP-1α and VEGF may indicate an activation of compensatory responses in ALS which suggested that MIP-1 alpha and VEGF are involved in the pathophysiology of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Objective To investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in IL1RN and risk of glioma. Methods A total of 200 glioma patients and 200 healthy controls were enrolled in Kuangwu Hospital of Tongchuan from January 2012 to December 2016. Blood samples were collected. The genotypes of rs17042888， rs315919， rs928940， rs3181052， rs452204 and rs4252019 were genotyped by MassARRAY method， and the association between SNPs with glioma risk was evaluated using SPSS 19.0. Results Comparing the allele frequencies of SNPs， we found the allele "G" of rs315919 and allele "C" of rs4252019 were significantly associated with decreased risk of glioma (rs315919: OR=0.841， 95%CI: 0.712-0.993，p＝0.041；rs4252019: OR＝0.835， 95%CI: 0.707-0.987，p＝0.034). In the genetic model analysis，we found that under recessive model，carries of G/G genotype of rs315919 have 0.75-fold reduced risk of glioma，compared with carries of T/T and G/T genotypes (OR＝0.75， 95%CI: 0.52-0.96，p＝0.026). Under dominant model， carries of C/T and C/C genotypes of rs4252019 have 0.76-fold reduced risk of glioma， compared with carries of T/T genotype (ORp＝0.76， 95 %CI: 0.59-0.97，p＝0.025). The direction of arrival （DOA）estimation for L-shaped uniform antenna array is limited by low resolution, number of incident signals and signal-to-noise ratio. A two-dimensional DOA estimation algorithm for L-shaped nested array based on cross-covariance matrix is proposed to solve this problem. In the proposed algorithm, the cross-covariance matrixes of different sub-arrays are used to generate longer virtual arrays without redundant elements, which eliminate the noise. To cope with the coherent signals of virtual arrays, several equivalent covariance matrixes are constructed by using the signal of virtual arrays and its conjugate signal. The rotational invariance technique is used to deal with the equivalent covariance matrixes to obtain the angle of incident signals, and the angles are matched by using the uniqueness of equivalent signal vectors of virtual arrays. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for DOA estimation was verified. The simulated results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve better DOA estimation performance in low SNR environment and identify more spatial sources compared to the L-shaped uniform array with the same number of array elements. Objective: In this study, we discuss the effect of microwave ablation on the lung metastasis of osteosarcoma and its mechanism of action. Methods: Animal models of osteosarcoma transplantation were established by subcutaneous injection of 1×107 rat derived osteosarcoma UMR 106 cells into the right lower limb of SD rats, which was divided them into control group and ablation group randomly. The microwave ablation ablation group rats would be treated by microwave ablation ablation for 10min, 50 ℃, and the control group rats would be simulated ablation 10min, 0℃, record the tumor diameter changes, two groups of rats would be executed after 15 days. Lung tissue was taken for HE staining. Detect the relative expression level of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and TIMP-2 in the tumor and lung tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results: The tumor diameter of the ablation group was significantly smaller than that of the blank group. The positive expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 of tumor and lung tissues in the ablation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), while the positive expression of TIMP-2 was significantly lower than that in the control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Microwave ablation can inhibit the prolife ration of osteosarcoma cells and even cause apoptosis. Because of up-regulation of the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9 and reduce TIMP-2 expression, Microwave ablation may increase the possibility of lung metastasis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore the influence of camptothecin-fluorouridine(CPT-FUDR) self-assembled nanoparticles on the proliferation and migration of oral squamous cell carcinoma Tca-8113 cells. Methods: The camptothecin-fluorouridine self-assembled nanoparticles which could be confirmed by the Tyndall phenomenon were prepared. MTT was used to detect the inhibitory effect of drugs on the proliferation of oral squamous cell carcinoma cell line Tca-8113 by comparing the nanoparticles group, camptothecin prepared(CPT) single drug group, Floxuridine(FUDR) single drug group and two single drug mixed group(CPT/FUDR). Wound scratch assay was used to explore the effect of nanoparticles and CPT/FUDR mixture of drugs on the cell migration of Tca-8113 cells. Results:MTT results showed that the cell viability of four groups were dramatically decreased(P<0.05) as the increase of drug concentration.when the concentration of drug was higher than 0.1 μM, the viability of Tca-8113 cells in CPT-FUDR nanoparticles group was significantly lower than thoseof the CPT group, FUDR group and CPT/FUDR mixed group(P<0.05). Wound scratch assay showed that the healing rate of CPT/FUDR mixed group and CPT-FUDR nanoparticles group were dramatically lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), which was higher in the CPT-FUDR nanoparticles group than that of the CPT/FUDR mixed group(P<0.05) after incubating for 48 h. Conclusion: In vitro, the CPT-FUDR nanoparticles had inhibitory effect on the the proliferation and migration of oral squamous cell carcinoma Tca-8113 cells, which was better than that of CPT/FUDR mixture.
