Fostering the world-class leaders is at the top of the agenda for revival of Japan. Various leadership education programs for the workers have been provided in Japan, however there are much less opportunities and programs to learn basics of the leadership through active learning lectures at the universities. The purpose of this report was to find the advisable leadership education through analyzing the trial lectures. To develop the leadership education by using active learning methods, we invited the people who are directly involved with foreign leadership education to provide leadership education for the trial participants. Results showed that participants' understanding of the leadership was improved, especially the way to inspiring the shared vision, and challenge the process through various pa ir and group activities.
