Based on the illegal use cases of turtles resources data compiled by the wildlife identification center of the Shaanxi Institute of Zoology from May 2018 to January 2022,we analyzed the basic situation of all illegal use cases and summarized the occurrence rules.The results showed that there were 39 cases,59 individuals of eight families and 15 genera 17 species were involved.Among them,76.47%(13 species)native to foreign countries and 64.71%(11 species)is listed as national first or second class protected animals(or has included in CITES Red ListⅠ/Ⅱ).Our analysis showed that more turtle species were involved in illegal use cases and new species were occasionally discovered.Illegal trade was shifted to online trading,with more secretive.So we recommend to strengthen supervision of both entity and network markets,to establish a “Investigation-Identification-reception”combinedinstitution,and to strengthen wildlife protection publicity. Objective　To investigate the main chemical constituents of the low polarity extracts from pinusmassoniana Lamb. leaves and their synergetic activity with fluconazole against fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans. Methods　The pinusmassoniana leaves were extracted with 80% ethanol, and then the extracts were extracted by petroleum ether to obtain the low polarity extracts. The chemical components were detected by GC-MS and elucidated by the comparison with the standard mass spectral data. The relative contents in percentage were calculated using the area normalization method. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC80) of fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans strains by the low polarity extracts in combination with fluconazole were determined by checkerboard microdilution assay. Results　30 components were detected from the low polarity extracts, and 17 components were identified. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC80) of the 80% ethanol extracts, the low polarity extracts and the petroleum ether extracts from the pinusmassoniana leaves combined with fluconazole against fluconazoleresistant Candida albicans were 7.81 μg/ml, 31.25 μg/ml and >250 μg/ml, respectively. Conclusion　The 80% ethanol extracts of pinusmassoniana leaves and its low polarity extracts have synergistic activity combined with fluconazole onfluconazole-resistant Candida albicans. The nickle-cobalt foam (NCF) was spacial-confined modified by the magnetic field-enhancedatmospheric-pressure plasma jet (APPJ),and the Ni-Co hydroxide (NiCo (OH) 2) nanomaterial was in-situ engineered in pure water to explore the effect of plasma jet on the electrocatalytic performance of resulting NiCo (OH) 2/PNCF. The obtained results indicated that the magnetic filed can effectively influence the discharge intensity and the density of active species occurred on the modified area of NCF,causing a higher density of NiCo (OH) 2 nucleus which accelerates the growth rate of NiCo (OH) 2 nanosheets in the later hydrothermal reaction process.Meanwhile, some regular nanosized hexahedron of metal oxide were decorated on the nannosheet edges of NiCo (OH) 2,which was helpful for increase the electrocatalytic stability of catalyst.The overpotential of obtained NiCo (OH) 2/PMNCF for delivering a current density of 10 mA·cm-2 in 1 mol·L-1 KOH were 141 mV and 322 mV,respectively, which were far lower than thosefabricated with other chemical methods, indicating that a new and green avenue was opened for engineering electrocatalyst of transition metal compounds. To explore the effect of plateau on the reproductive system of male rats and its related molecular mechanism. Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into the plain group and the plateau group. The rats in the plateau group were placed in a simulated low-pressure oxygen chamber at an altitude of 6000m and raised for 14 days. Rats were sacrificed at the end of the feeding period. The sperm count, sperm motility, and sperm deformity rate in the epididymis, the levels of FSH, LH, T in the blood, the levels of MDA, SOD, GSH-Px in the testis tissue, and tissue morphology were comparatively analyzed between the two groups. the protein and mRNA expressions of PI3K and AKT in the testis tissues of the two groups of rats were detected by Western blotting and fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results Compared with those of the plain group, sperm count, motility in the epididymis, FSH, T levels in serum, and SOD, GSH-Px expressions in testicular tissue were all decreased in the plateau group, but malformation rate, MDA in testicular tissue and the expressions of PI3K and Akt were all increased. Conclusion High altitude environment can damage the reproductive system of male rats, and activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway may reduce high altitude environment-caused testis injury. To facilitate accurate control of the output force at the arm end during live working,a prediction method for arm end force based on surface electromyography (sEMG) and support vector machine regression (SVR) is proposed.By forcing the handle at the end of the manipulator to provide the reciprocating push and pull movement,the data of the force sensor at handle Fare recorded.Simultaneously,the EMG signals of the arm are synchronously collected by three sets of EMG sensors.The feature extraction from the EMG signal and F are combined as sample set S inthe sample collection.Half of the sample data is randomly selected as the training set for different machine learning methods,and trained using the back propagation,generalized regression,and SVR neural networks.Finally,the trained neural network is used to predict force F in the whole sample set,and the prediction effect of the model is obtained by means of the root mean square error (RMSE) and correlation coefficient.The results show that the prediction effect of the SVR neural network is better,the RMSE is 3.074 0,and the correlation coefficient R is 0.951 7. 目的 总结化生性乳腺癌 (Metaplastic Breast Cancer, MBC) 的有效诊断治疗方法. 方法 对 10 例明确 MBC 诊断患者的诊断和治疗过程作回顾性分析. 结果 10例患者乳房肿块 2～10 cm, 超声检查可见肿块形状不规 则, 部分肿块边界不清, 以低回声为主; 乳腺 MRI 检查可见T2加权高信号. 7例患者行肿块细针穿刺细胞学检查后 诊断为 MBC 1 例, 浸润性乳腺癌6例. 10 例患者均行肿瘤切除术, 多数采用单侧乳房切除术, 术后肿瘤组织病理检 查均明确诊断为 MBC, 其中鳞状细胞癌 2 例, 梭形细胞癌 2 例, 间叶分化伴软骨样癌 1例, 癌肉瘤 3例, 混合型 2例. MBC组织免疫组化检查结果为雌激素受体, 孕激素受体, 人表皮生长因子受体2阴性, ki67 高表达. 7 例患者术后采 用放, 化疗辅助治疗. 结论 MBC超声检查可见形态不规则的低回声乳腺肿块, MRI 检查可见T2加权高信号应怀 疑MBC可能; 术前乳房肿块细针穿刺细胞学检查不易确诊MBC; 术后病理组织检查可明确诊断 MBC. 手术切除是 MBC 的首选治疗方法, 术后可结合放, 化疗及新辅助治疗. Objective ：To establish a quality control method for Biyanling capsule ．Methods ：The separation was carried out on a Waters Symmetry C18 column（250 mm × 4．6 mm ，5 μm） ．The mobile phase was composed of 1% formic acid（A） and methanol（B） in gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 ．0 ml/min ，0-8 min ：10% B ，8-15 min ：10% → 35% B ，15-38 min ：35% → 60% B ，38-50 min ：60% → 90% B ，50-60 min ：90% B ．The detection wavelength was set at 2７6 and 32７ nm ．The column temperature was 30 °C．The HPLC method was applied to simultaneously determine the contents of baicalin and chlorogenic acid and develop fingerprints of 10 batches of Biyanling capsules ．Results ： The linearity ，precision ，repeatability ，stability and accuracy of this method were all good ．The similarity degrees of fingerprints were all fine as well （ ＞ 0 ．95） ．Conclusion ：The HPLC method was simple ，reproducible ，accurate ，and could be used for the quality control of Biyanling capsules.
