- Abstract
Immunotherapy, as the fourth largest anti-tumor treatment method, has made breakthrough progress in the field of cancer treatment. Checkpoint inhibitors have been widely used in the treatment of various malignant tumors, and a lot of clinical evidence and experience have also been accumulated in the field of gynecological malignant tumors. However, there is still a lack of standardization in the application of immunotherapy such as immune checkpoint inhibitors for the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors. Therefore, led by the Cancer Endocrine Professional Committee of the China Anti-Cancer Association, experts from multiple fields were organized to use high-quality clinical research results as well as the results of the 2023 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) conference as evidence. Through discussion and voting, the consensus of Chinese experts on immunotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors (2023 version) has been formed. This consensus recommended the clinical application of immune checkpoint inhibitors for the classification of common gynecological cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer and other malignant tumors, such as single drug or combination chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc. It summarized the research and application of tumor vaccines, adoptive cell immunotherapy and cytokine immunotherapy in gynecological malignant tumors, and provided reference for domestic peers, in order to further standardize the clinical practice of immunotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors. 3. 企业数字化转型的多重作用与开放性研究框架.

- Abstract
This paper focuses on organization digital transformation, and proposes an open integrated research framework for the multilevel influences of digital transformation by conducting a systematic literature review and consolidating extant research findings. At the “extra-organization”level, current research indicates that digital transformation would extend the boundary of traditional organizations and promote value co-creation with actors from external value chain. At the“organization”level, extant research centers on digital transformation’s influences on operation, knowledge management, innovation, performance, as well as the corresponding underlying mechanisms and key boundary conditions. At the“intra-organization”level, extant research is rather scarce, but existing investigations are mainly about employee management, leadership styles, organizational culture and structure. Based on this thorough literature review, this paper further proposes an open integrated research framework regarding the influences of digital transformation. Taking a holistic view, this framework summarizes the consequences of digital transformation at different levels, and further explores the underlying macro/micro mechanisms and key boundary conditions. With this integrated framework, this paper encourages future research to further establish a multi-level theoretical system to expand the outcomes of digital transformation at different levels, and to explore other important underlying macro/micro mechanisms and key contingencies using a finer-grained approach. 4. 近紫外激发Gd2ZnTiO6∶ Eu3+, Li+ 红色 荧光粉的制备及荧光性能.

- Abstract
A series of Eu3+ doped and Li+, Eu3+ co-doped Gd2 ZnTiO6 (GZT) red-emitting phosphors were successfully prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of Li+ and Eu3+ ions doping on the crystal structure, microstructure and luminescent properties of the samples were studied. Results show that the obtained double perovskite Gd2 ZnTiO 6 ∶Li+, Eu3+ (GZT∶Li+, Eu3+) phosphors crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21 / n and are composed of irregular particles with the size of 10 μm. Under the excitation of 395 nm near ultraviolet light, the emission spectrum of GZT∶ Eu3+ shows a typical linear characteristic spectrum of Eu3+ ions. The center position of the emission peak is located at 615 nm, which belongs to the 5 D0 →7 F2 transition of Eu3+. The optimum doping concentration of Eu3+ is 0. 07 (mole fraction). The obtained samples show obvious concentration quenching effect, and its mechanism can be identified as the electric dipole-dipole interactions(d-d). In addition, it is also found that Li+ doping has no effect on the crystal structure and micro morphology of the samples, but a certain amount of Li+ doping can significantly enhance the fluorescence intensity of the samples. When the concentration of Li+ is 0.05, the intensity of the main emission peak of the phosphor is the largest, which is 4.3 times of the original, indicating that high brightness GZT red-emitting phosphor can be obtained by co-doping Li+ and Eu3+. The CIE color coordinates of GZT∶0. 14Eu3+,0.05Li+ phosphor is located at (0.631 1,0.375 3) close to the standard red color coordinates (0.670, 0.330), which is a potential red-emitting phosphor for LED. 5. 子宫颈癌2018年FIGO新分期ⅢC期患者预后分析.

- Abstract
Background and purpose: The International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) 2018 revised the staging system for cervical cancer with new stage ⅢC. However, patients with stage ⅢC exhibit heterogeneous clinical characteristics, and the prognosis is different. This study aimed to investigate the prognostic value of 2018 FIGO new stage system for cervical cancer patients in stage ⅢC. Methods: A case-control study was conducted to collect the clinical data of patients with stage Ⅲ cervical cancer treated in Gynecological Oncology Center, Chongqing University Cancer Hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The survival status and prognostic factors were analyzed retrospectively. Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the survival rate. Log-rank test was used for univariate survival analysis, and Cox proportional hazards regression model was used for multivariate survival analysis. Results: A total of 418 cases were included in the study, in which stage ⅢA had 42 cases (10.0%), stage ⅢB had 120 cases (28.7%), stage ⅢC1 had 190 cases (45.5%) and stage ⅢC2 had 66 cases (15.8%). There was significant difference in age among the four groups (P=0.003). There was no significant difference in histological type, histological differentiation, tumor size, radiotherapy type and consolidation chemotherapy (P>0.05). Survival analysis showed that the 5-year overall survival (OS) rate of stage ⅢC1 disease was 54.1%, higher but not statistically significant compared with stage ⅢB (40.6%, P=0.042) and ⅢA (43.3%, P=0.484). The stage ⅢC2 had a significantly worse OS compared with stage ⅢC1, ⅢA and ⅢB (P<0.01), and 5-year OS rate was 23.1% for ⅢC2. Multivariate analysis showed that the stage ⅢC1 disease did not increase the risk of death compared with stage ⅢA (HR=1.432, 95% CI: 0.867-2.366, P=0.161) and ⅢB (HR=1.261, 95% CI: 0.871-1.827, P=0.219). The risk of death was nearly 3 times higher in ⅢC2 than in ⅢA (HR=2.958, 95% CI: 1.757-4.983, P<0.001). The survival of stage ⅢC1 disease differed significantly based on T stage (P<0.001). Multivariable analysis showed T stage remained an independent prognostic factor for survival in patients with stage ⅢC1 disease, and 5-year OS rate was 72.2% for T1, 54.1% for T2 and 18.6% for T3 (P<0.001). The 5-year OS rate of stage ⅢC1 (T1) patients was 72.2% with better 5-year OS compared with stage ⅢA (P=0.004) and ⅢB (P<0.001). Based on the pathological stage and imaging stage, the 5-year OS rate of stage ⅢC1p (T1/T2a) was 64.5%, which was significantly higher compared with stage ⅢC1r (T2b/T3) (34.9%, P<0.001). The prognosis of patients with stage ⅢC1p (T1/T2a) was significantly better than that of patients with stage ⅢB (P<0.001). Conclusion: The prognosis of patients with stage ⅢC2 disease has distinct characteristics. However, the stage ⅢC1 is heterogeneous, and its prognostic evaluation should be combined with T stage. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence trend, incidence order and death trend of tumors in Yuzhong district. Chongqing from 2011 to 2017, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of malignant tumors, Methods Ac cording to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), the incidence of malignant tumors, standardized incidence, mortality, standardized mortality and annual percentage change (APC) were calculated and the trends of incidence and death of malignant tumors were evaluated by Excel2016 and SPSS19. 0. Results The incidence of malignant tumors in Yuzhong District of Chongqing increased from 242.02/10 to 319.94/10 from 2011 to 2017 CAPC=2.54%, P>0.05), the standardized incidence rate of cancer increased from 153.71/10 to 225.56/10(APC=3.99%,P>0.05).and the mortality rate of cancer increased from 164.42/107 to 179.47/10² in 2011-2017 (APC=1.98%,P>0.05).the standardized mortality rate increased from 95.58/10 to 116.48/10² (APC=3.14%,P>0.05). The main types of cancer included lung cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer and thyroid cancer. The incidence rate of thyroid cancer in female continued to rise, with statistical significance (APC= 28.45%,P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence and mortality of cancer in Yuzhong. Chongqing tends to be stable from 2011 to 2017. Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor, and incidence rate of thyroid carcinoma in female is constantly elevated. - Abstract
Objective: Through the analysis of the results of health literacy monitoring over the years, to understand the health literacy evolution among residents in Yuzhong district of Chongqing. Methods: Stratified cluster sampling method was used to collect residents of 15-69 years old in Yuzhong district during 2016-2019. The Chinese Resident Health Literacy Questionnaire was applied to conduct the investigation. Results: Annual increase of health literacy among Yuzhong district of Chongqing residents of 15- 69 years old was witnessed, was 24.13% in 2019, an increase of 8.30% compared with that in 2016. Among three aspects of health literacy, basic knowledge and concepts, health skill and health lifestyle and behaviors from high to low, they' re all on the rise year by year. Among six types of health issues, except for infectious disease prevention, the health literacy level of other five health issues were improved significantly, among them, the safety and first aid literacy was the highest. The level of health literacy of various groups had improved to varying degrees in the past four years, among which, medical personnel had the highest literacy, teachers had the fastest improvement, and the literacy level of people with low er educational level and low age group had a slow growth. Conclusion: The health education gains obvious benefits, however, intensive intervention is required for residents with lower health literacy and weak health knowledge points. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: At present, cell patch technology has been widely used in the repair of various tissues and organs such as periodontal ligament, cornea, heart, cartilage, and esophagus. However, the effect and mechanism of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell patches are still unknown. It is of great significance for understanding how to integrate growth factor with tissueengineered cell patch technology for the final use in tissue engineering repairing. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of angiogenesis-related factors in rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell patch during bFGF-induced osteogenic differentiation. METHODS: After isolation, purification and identification, rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell patches were constructed by continuous induction of vitamin C and divided into two groups: bFGF group (20 μg/L bFGF+osteoinductive medium) and control group (osteoinductive medium). The expression of angiogenesis-related genes was detected by alizarin red staining at 7 and 14 days of osteogenic induction and by fluorescence quantitative PCR method at 10 days of osteogenic induction. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The results of alizarin red staining showed that the number of calcified nodules in the bFGF group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The expression of transforming growth factor β1 mRNA in the bFGF group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, angiopoietin 1 and platelet-derived factor BB was lower than that in the control group. Together, these results demonstrate that bFGF can induce the osteogenic differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell patches, and increase the expression of transforming growth factor β1 in the late osteogenic stage. 10. 宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉样腺肌瘤48例临床分析.

- Abstract
Objective:To analyze the characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of the polypoid adenomyoma (PA) of the uterus and to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods: A total of 48 patients with PA treated with hysteroscopy in gynecology department from February 2016 to February 2019 at Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University were collected, and their clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. There were 26 cases of typical polypoid adenomyoma (TPA) and 22 cases of atypical polypoid adenomyoma (APA). Results: 48 patients were 26 to 72 years old, with a mean of (50.0±10.4) years old. There were 41 patients aged ≥ 40 years old, accounting for 85.42%; 22 menopausal patients, accounting for 45.83%. The BMI in the APA group was (26.3±3.9) kg/m² and that in the TPA group was (24.0±4.0) kg/m², the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046); 22 of the 48 patients (45.83%) had abnormal uterine bleeding symptoms, and 19 patients (39.58%) were found by physical examination. The fasting blood glucose level in the APA group was (5.8±0.7) mmol/L, and that of the TPA group was (5.4±0.6) mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.043). Ultrasound showed that 24 patients (50%) could see intrauterine masses, and 21 patients (43.75%) showed uneven endometrial echo or thickening. All 48 patients underwent hysteroscopic resection of lesions, and single lesions accounted for 83.33%. 21 patients with APA were given high-efficiency progestin for 3-6 months after operation. One patient with APA had relapse, and was issued with total hysterectomy after followed up for one year. Conclusions: Most patients of the PA were middle-aged and elderly women over 40 years old. Abnormal uterine bleeding was the main clinical symptom. Most ultrasound examination of patients showed the intrauterine occupying lesions and the number of polyp was mainly single. Hysteroscopic surgery was proved to be safe and effective. High BMI and the fasting blood glucose level might be related to the incidence of APA and patients with APA should be closely followed. Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)were collected in different seasons and different times of the day by dynamic headspace air-circulation method, and the relative contents and the change laws were also analyzed using the thermal desorption system gas chromatography/mass spectrum(GC-MS). The results were as follows: Cinnamomum camphora leaves released 78 types of VOCs during the whole year, and the types of terpenes(19)and alkanes(18)were more abundant than those of other compounds; The relative contents of 32 types of VOCs had significant differences(P<0.05)among different seasons; The number of types in March was the most abundant, and the relative contents of terpenes reached 43.49%, including 1-Caryophyllene, D-Limonene and α-pinene, and the types of VOCs released from C. camphora leaves in other months were mainly of alkanes and alcohols; In spring, the relative contents of VOCs released at most of the time were all mainly of terpenes, and the relative contents of terpenes released at 8:00 am were the highest. Therefore, C. camphora is an ideal species for ecological and heathy landscape, and the VOCs released from C. camphora leaves are rich in kinds of terpenes compounds, which are beneficial for human health, and spring and morning are the best time for forest recreation. 12. 女性骨密度的地区差异及多中心参考数据库对诊断骨质疏松的影响.

- Abstract
Objective To understand the geographic differences of bone mineral density(BMD) in women and the effect of using a multi-center combined reference database for diagnosing osteoporosis. Methods The reference population comprised 10 343 females, aged 20-89 years old, from Changsha, Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Jiaxing, Guangzhou, and Chengdu. Except for Changsha(n=1 157), data were obtained from the GE Health Care service. Lumbar spine and femoral neck BMD was measured in the subjects using a bone densitometer(GE-Lunar DXA series). Results Data were analyzed using eight different regression models. We found that the cubic regression model was the best for describing age-related changes in BMD. The coefficients of determination(R2) of the fitting curve were 0.149 to 0.546(all P=0.000). For the best-fit curve of lumbar spine BMD with age, the minimal difference was between Beijing and Nanjing(3.0%±3.4%), and the maximal difference was between Beijing and Chengdu(12.9%±4.9%). The differences in curve values for femoral neck BMD were relatively small between regions. Compared with the multi-center combined BMD database, the detection rate for lumbar spine osteoporosis was higher by using the Beijing database(17.5% vs. 12.2%, P=0.028), and the rates were lower by using the Jiaxing(23.9% vs. 30.3%, P=0.001), Changsha(30.4% vs. 35.9%, P=0.037) and Chengdu databases(34.8% vs. 41.0%, P=0.032). Conclusion There are geographic differences in female BMD in mainland China, especially for lumbar spine BMD, so multiple regional BMD reference databases should be established in China. 13. 重组人骨形态发生蛋白2、富血小板血浆联合植骨与单纯植骨 修复骨缺损的比较

- Abstract
BACKGROUND: Both bone morphogenetic protein-2 and platelet-rich plasma can promote bone healing. However, little is reported on application of bone morphogenetic protein-2 or platelet-rich plasma to induced membrane technique in basic research and clinical studies. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy of bone grafting with recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 or autologous platelet-rich plasma versus simple bone grafting in the repair of bone defects during a phase II surgery using induced membrane technique. METHODS: 59 patients with bone defects who received treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine during January 2013-January 2018 were included in this study. Following phase I surgery with induced membrane technique, these patients were assigned to receive phase II surgery: autologous bone grafting with recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (group A, n=20), autologous bone grafting with autologous platelet-rich plasma (group B, n=21), autologous bone grafting (group C, n=18). Postoperative complications (recurrent infection, joint stiffness, muscle atrophy, persistent pain, etc.) were recorded. Bone healing time and osteophyte score were evaluated by X-rays. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, China. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) All 59 patients were followed up for 11-40 months. (2) The average bone healing time was (29.30±4.54), (28.71±5.37), and (35.50±7.37) weeks in the groups A, B and C, respectively. The average bone time in the groups A and B was significantly shorter than that in the group C (P < 0.05). (3) At 6 months after surgery, the osteophyte scores in the groups A and B were significantly higher than those in the group C (9.50±1.43, 9.14±0.85, 7.83±1.42, P < 0.05). (4) There were two cases of deep infection and one case of bone resorption in the group A. There was one case of deep infection and one case of residual knee stiffness with moderate pain in the group B. There were four cases of infection, three cases of bone resorption, delayed healing and one case of residual knee stiffness and muscle atrophy in the group C. The number of complications in the groups A and B was significantly less than that in the group C (P < 0.05). (5) The results suggest that application of bone morphogenetic protein-2 or autologous platelet-rich plasma to phase II induced membrane technique for repair of bone defects can accelerate bone healing and obtain encouraging repair efficacy with a few postoperative complications. 14. 强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗感染性 骨髓炎并骨缺损临床观察.

目的探讨强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗感染性骨髓炎并骨缺损的临床效果。方法选择感染性骨髓 炎并骨缺损患者45例,根据患者是否接受强骨胶囊辅助治疗,分为观察组24例、对照组21例。对照组仅采用诱导 膜技术治疗,观察组采用强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗。记录两组骨缺损临床愈合时间,计算植骨1年骨缺损临 床愈合率。植骨6个月,评估植骨区骨痂Lane-sandhuX线评分和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。统计手术期间及植骨 6个月内并发症情况,如关节僵硬、肌肉萎缩、感染、下肢短缩等。结果观察组骨缺损临床愈合时间明显短于对照 组(P<0.05),但两组植骨1年骨缺损临床愈合率比较P>0.05。观察组植骨6个月骨痂Lane-sandhu X线评分明 显高于对照组(P <0.05),但两组VAS比较P >0.05。两组手术期间及植骨6个月内并发症发生率比较P >0.05。 结论强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗感染性骨髓炎并骨缺损能够促进植骨生长,加快骨缺损临床愈合,使患肢早 期恢复功能,但并不影响最终骨缺损临床愈合效果。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of elastic quantitative analysis combined with hard ring sign for differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods: The clinical data of 121 cases of patients with thyroid nodules confirmed by operation or biopsy in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients underwent elastography quantitative analysis and shear wave elastography (SWE) analysis. Quantitative analysis of elastography, SWE analysis and combined detection were performed. The results were golden standard (78 benign and 43 malignant), sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value for the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Quantitative analysis of elastography, SWE and ROC curves were drawn respectively, and the areas under ROC curves were compared. Results: (1) Elastic quantitative analysis of 87 benign nodules, 34 malignant, the sensitivity was 73.08%, the specificity was 30.23%, the positive predictive value was 65.51%, the negative predictive value was 38.24%; (2) SWE analysis of 76 benign nodules, 45 malignant nodules, the sensitivity was 64.10%, the specificity was 39.53%, the positive predictive value was 65.79%, the negative predictive value was 37.78%; (3) 73 benign nodules, 48 malignant nodules, the sensitivity was 89.74%, the specificity was 93.02%, the positive predictive value was 95.89%, the negative predictive value was 83.33%; (4) The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined detection were higher than those of single detection (P<0.05); (5) Quantitative analysis of elastography. The area under ROC curve was 0.843, 0.819 and 0.940, respectively. The accuracy of combined detection was higher than that of single method (P<0.05). SWE analysis of the modulus of elasticity of benign and malignant thyroid nodules Emean, Emin, Emax, Esd, Emean-p and Emean-m were significantly larger than the malignant nodules (P<0.05). Conclusions: Quantitative analysis of elastography combined with hard ring sign detection can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, and it has high clinical value. Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) is a class of serine/threonine protein kinase. This cascade existed broadly in mammalian cells. The subfamily includes extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and p38MAPK. It is a significant signaling pathway to deliver extracellular signals into nucleus, involved in the important mechanisms of cell growth and proliferation. Recently studies found that function of p38MAPK, mediating many cell reactions induced by stress, inflammatory cytokines or bacterial products and changing the level of gene expression through phosphorylation of transcription factor and play an important role in cell functions, involved in the process of oophoroma cells apoptosis, invasion, metastasis and drug resistance. Therefore, the clarification of mechanism of p38MAPK pathway will provide new thoughts and methods for diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer. - Abstract
Objective To investigate whether CNR2 gene, which has been shown to be related to osteoporosis in some populations,is associated with bone mineral density (BMD) or osteoporosis in Han Chinese postmenopausal women. Methods We examine 39 SNPs covering the region of CNR2 gene in 3121 Han Chinese postmenopausal women, consisting of 1032 osteoporosis patients and 2089 healthy controls, and evaluated their association with BMD and osteoporosis. Results We found that rs4237 and rs2501431 were significantly associated with BMD and osteoporosis (corrected P = 0. 020 and 0. 017) in our sample, and the TT genotype of rs2501431 and the AA genotype of rs4237 had lower lumbar spine and femoral neck BMD compared with other genotypes. Additionally, analyses by haplotypes indicated that two haplotype blocks, containing rs4237 and rs2501431 respectively, in the CNR2 gene significantly associated with BMD and osteoporosis (both global permutation P < 0. 001), and a risk haplotype (ATTT) in the block of rs3003336-rs2501431-rs2502992-rs2501432 had an almost 4-fold increase in the osteoporosis cases. Conclusion Our results provide further supportive evidence for an important role of CNR2 gene in the etiology of osteoporosis and suggest that it may be a genetic risk factor for BMD and osteoporosis in Han Chinese postmenopausal women. - Abstract
Objective To construct a recombinant adenovirus vector harboring fusion gene NT4p53(C22)Ant and study its killing effect on HepG2 tumor cells. Methods Using molecular cloning technology, the rAVV-NT4p53(C22)Ant was produced by homologous recombination. Then we collected virus supernatant and measured its titer after it was amplified by PCR. The effect of this fusion gene on HepG2 tumor cells was evaluated by IHC, MTT assay, PI staining and flow cytometry. Results The recombinant adenovirus was successfully constructed. The p53 expression rate in rAAV-NT4p53(C22)Ant group was (44.88±2.45)%. MTT assay showed that rAAV-NT4p53(C22)Ant could strongly suppress the growth of HepG2 tumor cells. Flow cytometry showed that rAAV-NT4p53(C22)Ant could induce obvious apoptosis of HepG2 tumor cells. Conclusion The recombinant adenovirus vector encoding gene NT4p53(C22)Ant has been successfully constructed and expressed in this experiment, and it can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of HepG2 tumor cells. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Compound amino acid capsules combined with vitamin E in treatment of asthenospermia and its effects on sperm. METHODS: 84 patients with asthenospermia admitted into Shenzhen People’s Hospital form Apr. 2014 to Jan. 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vitamin E, while the observation group were additionally given Compound amino acid capsule based on the control group. The efficacy of two groups were observed, the differences of the concentration and vitality of sperm were compared. RESULTS: The total effective rate of the observation group was 85. 71% (36/42), which was significantly higher than that of the control group [73. 81% (31/42) ], with statistically significant difference (P < 0. 05). After treatment, the concentration and vitality of sperm had been improved significantly compared with before treatment, and the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The clinical effect of the application of Compound amino acid capsules combined with vitamin E in treatment of asthenospermia is significant, which can improve the concentration and vitality of sperm and benefit to long-term prognosis. Objective To observe the effects of hypnosis therapy on rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury. Methods The data were randomly selected from 66 cases of patients with spinal cord injury treated in our hospital from November 2011 - November 2012. According to the treatment,the patients were divided into research group and control group. Control patients were given routine therapy,and patients in the research group were given hypnosis therapy, we observed and compared the recovery of two groups of patients after treatment. Results After treatment, the spinal cord function score (SCIM) of patients in the research group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the depression and anxiety scale (HAMD, HAMA) of patients in the research group was better than control group,the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05). The quality of life after treatment of research group patients (WHOQOL BREF) was better than control group,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Hypnosis therapy helps to improve depression and anxiety in patients with spinal cord injury, improve patients with spinal cord function independently, should be widely used in clinical treatment and promotion. Objective To discuss the value of applying psychological therapy for patients with cerebral apoplexy in recovery. Methods In recent years, 65 patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group only received the conventional treatment and those in the observation group received psychological treatment on the basis of the traditional therapy. Psychological characteristics, activity of daily living and the improvement of nerve function were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, mental improvement, FMA, MBI in the observation group were significantly better than those of control group (<0.05). Conclusion To improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral apoplexy effect, physical and mental development should be equally emphasized. Psychological intervention has become a key for stroke rehabilitation treatment, which significantly improves the treatment compliance, rehabilitation and the quality of life in patients. Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acute stroke dysphagia using rehabilitation therapy. Methods A total of 94 cases diagnosed with dysphagia after acute stroke were randomly selected from January 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital. The patients were equally divided into control group and research group. The control group received the conventional support treatment and the research group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The results of swallowing dysfunction recovery of two groups were compared. Results After the treatment for 3 weeks, swallowing disorder degree score and swallowing function ratings were improved in both groups and the research group's scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (<0.05). - Abstract
Objective To explore the value of ultrafast pulse wave velocity( UFPWV) technique in the quantitative evaluation of carotid artery elasticity in patients with cirrhosis. Methods Forty- three patients diagnosed clinically with cirrhosis in our hospital from September 2013 to June 2014 were enrolled as subjects. Seventy- one healthy physical examinees within the same period were used as controls. The cirrhosis group matched the control group in terms of age and gender. The intima- media thickness( IMT) and elasticity parameters of the bilateral carotid arteries were measured by the UFPWV technique. The elasticity parameters included the pulse wave velocity at the beginning of the systole( PWVBS) and the pulse wave velocity at the end of the systole( PWVES). Comparisons of IMT and elasticity parameters between the two groups were made by t test,and the relationship between elasticity parameters and IMT in the cirrhosis group was analyzed using Pearson correlation. Results The carotid artery IMT,PWVBS,and PWVESin the cirrhosis group were significantly larger than those in the control group( t = 12.233,P 0.001; t = 6. 388,P 0.001; t = 6.681,P 0.001). In the cirrhosis group,PWVBS and PWVESwere positively correlated with IMT( r = 0.248,P 0.001; r = 0.383,P 0.001). Conclusion The carotid artery elasticity in patients with cirrhosis is lower than that in healthy people. The UFPWV technique can quickly measure the local PWVBS and PWVESof carotid artery in patients with cirrhosis,which provides a novel and convenient method to evaluate vascular elasticity in patients with cirrhosis. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the antigen presentation characteristics of dendritic cells (DC) and B cells in cardiac grafts. Methods The heart of BALB/c mice was transplanted into the abdominal cavity of C57BL/6J mice. CD45+ cells in the heart graft were extracted and sorted by flow cytometry at postoperative 5 d, and single cell RNA sequencing was performed. Taking DC and B cell subsets in cardiac grafts as the main study cells, the changing trend, antigen presenting ability and intercellular communication with T cells after heart transplantation were analyzed by bioinformatics analysis and flow cytometry. Gene ontology (GO) function enrichment difference analysis was adopted to prove the specific function and the reliability annotation of cell subsets. Results Germinal center-like B cell (GC-L B) was the B cell subset with the largest increase in quantity during the acute rejection phase, accounting for 87%. Classical DC (cDC) 2 was the only DC subset with a significant increase in quantity during acute rejection of heart transplantation, accounting for 44% of DC subset, and it occupied the highest communication intensity with T cells after heart transplantation. Mononucleated DC (moDC) and memory B cell (MBC) were the main transmitters of T cell input signals in nontransplanted hearts, whereas transformed into cDC2 and GC-L B during the acute rejection phase. Among them, MBC and GC-L B were the main sources of T cell input signals in non-transplanted hearts and heart grafts. Conclusions Compared with DC, B cells occupy a higher number and weight in the intercellular communication with T cells in non-transplanted hearts and heart grafts, prompting that the antigen presenting activity of B cells is more active and stronger than DC in the early stage of acute rejection of heart transplantation. 28. 质子放疗与光子放疗治疗食管癌疗效和安全性的 meta分析.

- Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of proton therapy and photon therapy for esophageal cancer. Methods The related literature published from the establishment of the database to August 2021 in Pub Med, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, CBM, and Wanfang databases were searched. Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.4 seftware. Results A total of eight articles including one randomized controlled trial and seven retrospective studies involving 1 204 patients were finally identified in this study, with 549 cases in the proton group and 655 cases in the photon group. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the overall survival time [hazard ratio (HR) =1.00,95% confidence interval (CI) (0.70,1.43] and progression-free survival time [HR=1.01,95%CI(0.57,1.79] were similar between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).For safety, the incidence of radiation pneumonitis [odds ratio (OR) =0.40,95%CI (0.17,0.97)],grade 4 lymphopenia [OR=0.37,95%CI(0.26,0.52)] and pericardial effusion [OR=0.19,95%CI(0.06,0.55)] in the proton group was significantly lower than those in the photon group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the incidence of nausea/vomiting [OR=1.03,95%CI(0.32,3.30),P=0.96],esophagitis [OR=1.13,95%CI(0.77,1.65),P=0.54],fatigue [OR=0.86,95%CI(0.57,1.31),P=0.49] and pleural effusion [OR=0.69,95%CI(0.31,1.51),P=0.35] between the two groups. Conclusion The efficacy of proton and photon therapy for esophageal cancer is comparable. In safety, proton therapy has an advantage over photon therapy to some extent, which showed a better performance in reducing grade 4 lymphopenia, radiation pneumonitis and pericardial effusion. Using tomato as experimental materials, the effects of different straw reactor treatments on soil temperature, carbon dioxide flux and tomato plant growth, yield and quality were studied. The results showed that compared with the inter-row straw reactor treatment, the in-row straw reactor treatment could increase the soil temperature of tomato greenhouse by 3.1-4.5 ℃. The treatment technology of the in-row straw reactor could effectively solve the CO2 deficit in the solar greenhouse in the morning and afternoon on sunny days, significantly improve the plant height, stem diameter, chlorophyll content, leaf photosynthetic characteristics, and vitamin C content, free amino acids, soluble protein, soluble sugar and lycopene content of tomato at different growth stages, and reduce nitrate content. The yield of tomato in row reactor increased by 5.18%. Straw reactor increased soil temperature and promoted plant growth, which could promote the color transformation of tomatoes 15-20 days earlier and promote the early market of tomatoes. BACKGROUND: Traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription has a long history in the treatment of primary osteoporosis, and the curative effect is definite, but the medication rule and mechanism are not clearOBJECTIVE: Using the methodology of data mining and network pharmacology, to explore and verify the law of drug use and molecular mechanism of modern traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary osteoporosis. METHODS: The relevant documents included in CNKI, WanFang, VIP and PubMed were used as data sources, and the relevant data were statistically counted and extracted by Microsoft EXCEL2019, IBMSPSS25.0 and other software. The high-frequency drugs obtained from the data statistics were analyzed by association rules analysis and cluster analysis, and the core drug combination of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription in the treatment of primary osteoporosis was obtained by combining the two results. The therapeutic mechanism of this combination was explained by network pharmacology and verified by molecular docking. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Finally, 151 articles were included and 207 prescriptions were selected, involving 285 flavors of Chinese herbs. (1) Ten groups of important drug combinations were obtained through the above two analyses, among which the core drug combination with the highest confidence and improvement was “Drynaria-Eucommia-Angelica.” The key components of the combination in the treatment of primary osteoporosis were quercetin, kaempferol, naringenin and so on. The core targets were SRC proto-oncogene, phosphoinositide-3-Kinase regulatory subunit 1 and RELA proto-oncogene. The main pathways were cancer signaling pathway, JAK-STAT signaling pathway, VEGF signaling pathway, and NF-κB signaling pathway. (2) The key active components were docked with the core targets, and the two showed a good combination. To conclude, Chinese herbal compound therapy in the treatment of primary osteoporosis can use a variety of active components to exert its efficacy through multiple signal pathways and acting on multiple targets, which can provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of new drugs for the follow-up treatment of primary osteoporosis. BACKGROUND: M2 macrophages have the function of reducing inflammatory factors and promoting tissue healing. Therefore, how to regulate M2 polarization of macrophages has been a hot research topic in recent years, and some miRNAs have been found to have this function. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of miR-378a on the polarization of the Raw264.7 macrophage cell line. METHODS: The M1 polarization of macrophages was induced by lipopolysaccharide and interferon-γ. Interleukin-4 induced M2 polarization and the expression of endogenous miR-378a in each cell type was detected using qRT-PCR to verify whether miR-378a was involved in the polarization of macrophages. By transfection with lentivirus as the vector of overexpression of miR-378a, the stable expression of miR-378a cell lines was screened. Macrophage M1 polarization was induced synergically by lipopolysaccharide and interferon-γ. Macrophage M2 polarization was induced by interleukin-4. The levels of M1/M2 polarizationrelated cytokines in the supernatant of the macrophage culture medium were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. qRT-PCR was used to detect the polarization characteristics of M1/M2-type macrophages and the mRNA expression levels of related cytokines. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The expression level of endogenous miR-378a in Raw264.7 cells of each group increased after macrophage polarization. (2) Compared with the non-transfected group, the expressions of proinflammatory cytokine-induced nitric oxide synthase, tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6 and interleukin-1β in macrophage M1 induced polarization were significantly decreased in the miR-378a transfection group (P < 0.05); the levels of inducible nitric oxide synthase, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in cell supernatant were also significantly decreased (P < 0.05). (3) Compared with the nontransfected group, the expressions of CD206, interleukin-10 and arginase-I in macrophage M2 induced polarization were significantly increased (P < 0.05); the levels of CD206 and interleukin-10 in cell supernatant were also significantly increased (P < 0.05) in the miR-378a transfection group. Objective To understand the health literacy level and influencing factors among the residents in Yuzhong District of Chongqing City to provide a scientific basis for formulating The targeted health education and health promotion intervention strategies. Methods The multi stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract 854 residents in Yuzhong District as the survey subjects. The natio nal uniform compiled Chinese Residenyt health Literacy Questionnaire was applied to conduct the investigation. The results were analyzed by using the single factor and multi factor statistical methods. Results The health literacy level in Yuzhong District of Chongqing City during 2017 was 18. 50% . Among the three aspects of health literacy, the literacy level of basic knowledge and idea was 38.64%, which of basics kill was 25.64% and which of healthy lifestyle and behavior was 13.11%. The proportions possessing the 6 types of health problems literacy from high to low were in turn the safety and first aid literacy (65.11%), The scientific health view literacy (51.29%), the health information literacy (34.78%), the infectious disease prevention and controlliteracy (29 . 98%), the chronic disease prevention and contro literacy (23.54%) and the basic medicalliteracy (9.37%). The univariate analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the possessing rate of health literacy among different nationa lities, education levels, occupations, ages, chronic illnesses, and per capita income(P<0.05). The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the health literacy among the residents in Yuzhong District were mainly The education level and occupation. Conclusion The health literacy possessing rate among the residents in Yuzhong District of Chongqing City is higher than that of the national residents. However, The literacies in three aspects and the six types of health problems are quite different. - Abstract
Aiming at the problem of low energy consumption scheduling in flexible job shop, the energy consumption characteristics and makespan of machine tool operation mode were studied,and the multi-objective optimization model with energy consumption and makespan as the objective function was established. Combined with the characteristics of the model,the target weighting method was used to find the minimum of two variables of energy consumption and makespan. For the single chromosome of genetic algorithm could not accurately express the problem solution when solving more complicated problems,the multi-layer coding strategy was designed to optimize the workpiecc processing sequence and machine tool selection during the manufacturing process,and realize low energy consumption flexible job shop scheduling. The production examples were simulated in Matlab. The experimental results show that the proposed scheduling strategy based on improved genetic algorithm ii feasible and effective in the shop scheduling with low energy requirements. Decision makers can choose among a range of feasible solutions according to their preferences,and improve the rationality and scientificity of the solution. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Flaxseed-based milk has great potential for health promotion and disease prevention, due to its rich in α-linolenic acid and plant-derived nutrients. However, the tough seed coat of flaxseed is covered with dense protective layers, such as colloids and fibrous cells, which severely limits the effective release of endogenous proteins, fats and nutrients in flaxseedbased milk. Moreover, the presence of cyanogenic glycosides in flaxseed also increases the obstacles to the daily consumption of flaxseed-based milk. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the dissolution of nutrients with the reduced antinutritional factors for the high quality and safety of the flaxseed milk. Furthermore, food safety, nutrition, sensory properties and stability can also be strengthened for the development of the flaxseed-based milk industry. In this study, moisture modulation and microwave processing were combined to prepare the flaxseed-based milk. A systematic evaluation was made to clarify the effects of moisture and microwave treatment on the physical and chemical stability, nutrient dissolution, safety index-cyanogenic glycosides content, and volatile components of flaxseed-based milk. The highly toxic hydrocyanic acid was evaporated along with the moisture during the microwave process, and then rapidly reduced the cyanogenic glycoside content of the seeds. Moderate moisture modulation (<17%) reduced the microwave energy absorption of flaxseed, in order to avoid the destruction of the oil body membrane structure for the high stability of the system. In addition, the contents of total phenolics and lignans in flaxseed-based milk with the moisture (20%) treatment were 1.77 and 1.66 times higher than those without moisture treatment. Notably, the total phenols and lignans in the flaxseed-based milk increased sharply, when the moisture content increased to 12.79%, but slowly increased as the moisture content continued to increase, especially the lignans. Microwave treatment promoted the molecular vibrations in the flaxseed constituents, and then destroyed the integrity of the cell wall, as well as breaking the glycosidic bonds via high-frequency electromagnetic waves. During microwave irradiation, the moisture molecules were penetrated mainly from the inside out, leading to drastic changes in the cell structure for the migration and dissolution of nutrients. Therefore, proteins and polysaccharides in natural complex systems were more conducive to the dissociation from compounds. But the moisture modulation was adverse to the production of flaxseed-based milk flavor. Meanwhile, the excessive input of microwave energy caused the extreme distortion of molecules, even the breaking of valence bonds, leading to the irreversible degradation of nutrients. The flavor properties of the flaxseed-based milk were enhanced to increase the microwave terminal temperature. There was a 105-fold increase in the nutty flavor and an 81-fold increase in roasted nut, coffee and sweet flavor in the flaxseed-based milk after 8 min of microwave. Furthermore, the flavor value of flaxseed-based milk was reduced after further excessive microwave (microwave time 10 min), due to the decomposition of aroma substances. Thus, the appropriate moisture content and microwave input can be expected to ensure the edible safety and nutritional quality of flaxseed-based milk. The combined treatment of moisture modulation (12.79%) and microwave (8 min, 140-145 ℃) promoted the dissolution of nutrients for the higher flavor value, thus improving the comprehensive quality of flaxseed milk. 【Objective】The present paper aimed to analyze the relationship between maize rhizosphere soil and maize growth and development under different continuous cropping years, and discuss the effects of continuous cropping on the growth and development of maize and the physicochemical properties and enzyme activities of rhizosphere soil.【Method】The agronomic characters of maize, the physicochemical properties of rhizosphere soil and the enzyme activities of maize were measured in Xinglong Village, Shajing Town, Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, respectively for 1, 5, 11, 25 and 50 years of continuous cropping. The variance analysis of the experimental data was carried out using SPSS22.0 software.【Result】Hydrolyzable nitrogen decreased first and then increased with the extension of continuous cropping years, and available phosphorus, available potassium and pH increased first and then decreased with the extension of continuous cropping years; The activities of S-SC, S-UE, S-AKP/ALP and S-CAT in the rhizosphere soil of maize under different continuous cropping years were significantly different, all of which increased first and then decreased with the extension of continuous cropping years; The effects of continuous cropping on the aboveground biological characteristics of maize were significantly different. Among them, the growth of maize in rotation for one year was relatively uniform, and the chlorophyll content was high. The photosynthesis of maize in continuous cropping for 11 years was the strongest, the root system was well developed, the hairy root was long, and the distribution was uniform on the main root; Soil available phosphorus, available potassium, weak alkaline soil, S-AKP/ALP and S-SC could promote the root development of maize.【Conclusion】Continuous cropping leads to the decline of corn agronomic traits, the loss of available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil, the enrichment of hydrolytic nitrogen, and the acidification of the soil. Soil available phosphorus, available potassium, weak alkaline soil, S-AKP/ALP and S-SC can promote the development of maize roots. - Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of maternal gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on the risk of offspring congenital malformations. Methods: 124 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus referred to obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were included and their clinical data were analyzed prospectively. Meanwhile, 150 normal non-diabetic pregnant women were included as control group. Prenatal ultrasound was used to compare the difference of major congenital malformations between pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and normal non-diabetic pregnant women. Results: Compared with normal non-diabetic pregnant women, pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus had their offspring having a higher risk of major congenital malformations (RR=2.24, 95% CI, 0.85-5.88). Conclusions: Gestational diabetes mellitus have great influence on offspring major congenital malformations, and early blood glucose monitoring is necessary for them. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: Macrophage is an immune defense line in response to external stimuli. The related reaction of any biological material implanted in vivo is related to the immune response mediated by macrophage. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of lipopolysaccharide on the apoptosis of bone marrow-derived macrophages in mice. METHODS: The bone marrow-derived macrophages of C57BL/6 mice were isolated in vitro and cultured with DMEM containing 0 (control), 10, 100, and 1 000 μg/L lipopolysaccharide for 24 hours. Apoptotic rate was identified by flow cytometry. Hoechst staining was used to observe the cell morphology. RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression levels of interleukin 1, interleukin 6, tumor necrosis factor alpha, and apoptosis-related factors Bax and P53. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The apoptotic rate of the lipopolysaccharide group at each mass concentration was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the apoptotic rates of the 100, 1 000 μg/L lipopolysaccharide groups were higher than that of the 10 μg/L lipopolysaccharide group (P < 0.05). (2) Hoechst staining showed that the nucleus of the control group was normal, and the chromatin was concentrated when the cells underwent apoptosis. The cells in the lipopolysaccharide group of various mass concentrations experienced different degrees of apoptosis, and the nuclei of the apoptotic cells were densely stained or fragmented densely stained; the color was slightly whitish, especially at 1 000 μg/L. (3) RT-PCR detection showed that the expression levels of interleukin 1, interleukin 6, tumor necrosis factor α, Bax, and P53 mRNA in the cells of the lipopolysaccharide group of various mass concentrations were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.01 or P < 0.001). With the increased concentration of lipopolysaccharide, the expression levels of interleukin 1, interleukin 6, and tumor necrosis factor α mRNA showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and the expression of Bax and P53 mRNA showed an increasing trend. 40. 非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌临床病理及同侧腋窝 淋巴结转移与 Ki-67 表达的相关性分析.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of non-specific invasive breast cancer (IBC-NST) and the relationship between ipsilateral axillary lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 expression. Methods A total of 101 patients with IBC-NST were retrospectivily recruited and divided into two groups with high expression of Ki-67(70 cases) and low expression of Ki-67(31 cases). The χ² test and Kruskal-Wallis H test were used to compare the clinical and pathological characteristics and other count data of patients between the groups. The comparison of ultrasound diagnosis of ipsilateral axillary lymph node metastasis and pathological results was calculated using correlation values such as sensitivity and specificity. The correlation between ipsilateral axillary lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 expression was analyzed with Spearman correlation analysis. Results In different Ki-67 expression groups, the size of tumor mass, histological grade of breast cancer, and clinical stage were statistically different between Ki-67 expression groups (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of tumor mass ≥2 cm(58.57%), histological grade Ⅲ(32.86%), clinical stages Ⅲ(34.29%) and Ⅳ(5.71%) was higher in the Ki-67 high expression group; ipsilateral axillary lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 high expression were positively correlated (r=0.393, P<0.05). Conclusion In IBC-NST cases, the tumor mass ≥ 2 cm, histological grade Ⅲ, clinical stage Ⅲ, and Ⅳ are correlated with the high expression of Ki-67. At the same time, ipsilateral axillary lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 high expression are positively correlated, which provides reference for IBC-NST proliferation assessment and clinical intervention. Objective: To investigate the effect of zinc gluconate combined with racecadotril on plasma inflammatory factors, myocardial enzymes and immune function in children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods: A total of 97 children with rotavirus enteritis who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to July 2019 were selected, they were randomly divided into control group (n=48) and study group (n=49) according to the random number table method. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with racecadotril granules. The study group was treated with zinc gluconate oral solution on the basis of the control group. The efficacy and plasma inflammatory factors [interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), serum myocardial enzyme indexes [lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphokinase-isoenzyme-MB (CK-MB) and creatine phosphokinase (CK)] and immune function indexes (CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) changes of two groups were compared. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the study group at 7 d after treatment was 91.84% (45/49), which was higher than 75.00% (36/48) of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of plasma IL-6 and TNF-α of the two groups decreased at 7 days after treatment, and the levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of LDH, CK and CK-MB of the two groups decreased at 7 days after treatment, and the levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). 7 days after treatment, CD8+ of the two groups decreased at 7 days after treatment, and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ were increased, and that of the study group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Zinc gluconate combined with racecadotril in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis children has a significant effect, which can improve the inflammatory factors and myocardial enzyme indexes, and enhance the immune function of children, and no serious adverse reactions have been observed. BACKGROUND: The effects and mechanisms of bone morphogenetic protein 2 and basic fibroblast growth factor 2 on the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells still remain unknown. How to combine the growth factors with tissue-engineered cell patch clamp techniques is of great significance for bone defect repair. OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of bone morphogenetic protein 2 and basic fibroblast growth factor 2 applied alone or in combination on the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell sheet. METHODS: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from Sprague-Dawley rats were isolated, cultured and identified in vitro to construct cell sheet. Bone morphogenetic protein 2 and basic fibroblast growth factor 2 at different concentrations were individually or jointly used to induce bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell sheet. The cell counting kit-8 assay combined with alkaline phosphatase activity assay was used to determine the optimal concentration of the two factors in promoting cell proliferation and osteogenic differentiation. Osteogenic induction of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell sheet was assessed by gross and microscopic observations, Vonkossa staining, alizarin red staining, and RT-PCR detection. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The single application of bone morphogenetic protein 2 enhanced the alkaline phosphatase activity of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell sheet, and the optimal concentration was 100 μg/L (P < 0.001). The single application of basic fibroblast growth factor 2 accelerated the proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell sheet, and the optimal concentration was 20 μg/L (P < 0.001). Their combination facilitated the proliferation of the cell sheet, and boosted the alkaline phosphatase activities (P < 0.001). The four groups of cell sheet showed no significant morphological difference, and the osteogenic differentiation of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell sheet could all be induced through the osteogenic induction. Calcium nodules were most significant in the combination group (P < 0.001), suggesting that the combination significantly facilitated late osteogenic differentiation, suppressed early osteogenic differentiation of the sheet and showed significant synergistic effect (P < 0.001). In summary, the application of bone morphogenetic protein 2 combined with basic fibroblast growth factor 2 plays a synergistic role in promoting the proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell sheet and significantly enhances the osteogenic induction. BACKGROUND: Bone tissue engineering provides a new path to treat critical-sized bone defects. However, a stable osteogenesis and osseointegration can only be insured via formation of an intact vascular network, which can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects. Thereafter, angiogenesis is a challenge and difficulty in bone tissue engineering. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of combined application of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) on proliferation and angiogenesis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. METHODS: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from Sprague-Dawley rats were cultured and isolated in vitro, and interfered with different concentrations of VEGF (20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 μg/L) and PDGF-BB (20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 μg/L) in combination or 100 μg/L VEGF, and 100 μg/L PDGF-BB alone. The optimum concentration of promoting cell proliferation was detected by cell counting kit-8 assay. The expression levels of angiopoietin-1, hypoxia-inducible factor-1α, hepatocyte growth factor and insulin-like growth factor were detected by RT-PCR at 7 and 14 days after intervention. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) After growth factors were added, the cell proliferative ability was significantly improved, and combined application revealed better effect. The optimal concentration grou was 80 μg/L VEGF+80 μg/L PDGF-BB. (2) Both VEGF and PDGF-BB could promote the mRNA expression levels of angiopoietin-1, hypoxia-inducible factor-1α, hepatocyte growth factor and insulin-like growth factor, and the effect was more obvious in combined application. (3) The mRNA expression levels of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and hepatocyte growth factor were significantly increased with time (P < 0.05). The mRNA expression levels of angiopoietin-1 and insulin-like growth factor were significantly decreased with time (P < 0.05). (4) In vitro experimental results suggest that VEGF and PDGF-BB at the concentration of 80 μg/L can consistently promote angiogenesis, and the effect of combined application is better than that of single application. Objective: To explore the clinical value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating cardiac function in patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) combined with left ventricular failure, and to analyze the correlation between echocardiographic parameters and New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification. Methods: 127 patients with hypertensive LVH combined with left ventricular faiure who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as observation group They were divided into NYHA class II group (41 cases), class III group (47 cases) and class IV group (39 cases) according to NYHA classification. Another 100 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. All subjects received cardiac color Doppler ultrasound to obtain relevant pararneters [left atrial dimension (LAD), left ventricular endsystolic dimesion (LVEDD), left ventricular endsystolic dimension (LVESD), left ventricular fractional shortening (LVFS), left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWI), interventricular septal thickness (IVST), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), maximum filling velocity ratio ofleft ventricular early diastolic filling peak to late diastolic filling peak (E/A) ratio, Tei index]. The correlation between cardiac color Doppler ultrasound parameters and NYHA classification was analised. Results: The LAD, LVEDD, LVESD, LVPWf, IVST and Tei index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the LVFS, LVEF and E/A ratio were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Tei index increased with the increase of NYHA classification (P<0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that Tei index was positively correlated with NYHA classification (rs =0.398, P<0.05). LVFS, LVEF, E/A ratio were negatively correlated with NYHA classification (rs=0.285, -0.442, -0.305; P<0.05). Conclusion: The patients with hypertension LVH combined with left ventncular failure have significant left ventncular hypertrophy and left ventncular dysfunction. Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound can accurately assess the cardiac function and severity of Hypertension LVH patients with left ventncular failure, and some parameters related to color Doppler echocardiographyare related to NYHA classification. 目的比较超声引导下股静脉外周静脉中心静脉导管(PICC)、中心静脉导管(CVC)置入术在新生儿中的应用效果。方法 90例行经皮外周置入中心静脉导管失败患儿分为PICC导管组(47例)和CVC导管组(43例),两组均在超声引导下行股静脉置管,其中PICC导管组选用PICC导管、CVC导管组选用CVC导管,比较两组股静脉首次穿刺成功、总穿刺成功率、穿刺时间及置管时间、导管留置时间、导管堵管发生率、导管相关感染发生率、导管血栓形成发生率、置管处静脉炎发生率、置管侧下肢水肿发生率。结果 PICC导管组股静脉首次穿刺成功率85.1%、总穿刺成功率100%、穿刺时间(33±6.3)s,置管时间(170±7.4)s,导管留置时间(21±3.5)d,导管堵管发生率6.4%,导管相关感染发生率2.1%,导管血栓形成发生率2.1%,置管处静脉炎发生率2.1%,置管侧下肢水肿发生率2.1%;CVC导管组股静脉首次穿刺成功率90.7%、总穿刺成功率100%、穿刺时间(24±5.6)s,置管时间(181±8.3)s,导管留置时间(15±4.8)d,导管堵管发生率4.7%,导管相关感染发生率2.3%,导管血栓形成发生率2.3%,置管处静脉炎发生率14%,置管侧下肢水肿发生率20.9%;两组股静脉穿刺时间、置管时间、导管留置时间、置管处静脉炎发生率、置管侧下肢水肿发生率比较,P均<0.05。同组左、右两侧股静脉置入相关指标比较无差异,P均>0.05。结论在新生儿超声引导股静脉置管中,PICC导管与CVC导管均有较高的应用价值,左、右两侧股静脉置入无差异;PICC导管较CVC导管股静脉穿刺时间、导管留置时间长,置管时间短,置管处静脉炎、置管侧下肢水肿发生率低;PICC导管可作为新生儿股静脉置管的首选。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

47. 血清Fractalkine、Apelin水平与糖尿病视网膜病变患者血糖、血脂 以及病程的关系研究

- Abstract
Objective: To study the relationship between serum Fractalkine (FKN) and Aipalin peptide (Apelin) levels, blood glucose, blood lipids and the course of disease in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: 160 patients with diabetes in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object, fundus fluorescein angiography and slit lamp microscopy were performed, and they were divided into non proliferative group DR (stable group, 43 cases), background group DR (background group, 62 cases) and proliferative stage DR group (proliferation group, 55 cases) according to the results of the test, in addition, 40 healthy people in our hospital were selected as healthy control group (healthy group) at the same period. The levels of serum FKN, Apelin, fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) of 4 groups were measured, correlation between serum FKN and Apelin with FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC and the course of diabetes was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results: The levels of serum FKN and Apelin were compared: proliferation group>background group> stable group>healthy group, the difference between each group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of serum FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, LDL-C, TG and TC were compared: proliferation group> background group>stable group>healthy group, the difference between each group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of serum HDL-C were compared: healthy group> stable group>background group>proliferation group, the difference between each group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of serum FKN was positively correlated with level of FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, LDL-C, TG, TC, the course of diabetes (r=0.321, 0.215, 0.645, 0.154, 0.215, 0.325, 0.578, P<0.05), and there was a negative correlation with HDL-C (r=-0.547, P<0.05). The serum levels of Apelin was positively correlated with FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, LDL-C, TG, TC, the course of diabetes (r=0.245, 0.574, 0.951, 0.357, 0.357, 0.159, 0.546, P<0.05), and there was a negative correlation with HDL-C(r=-0.459, p<0.05). The course of diabetes, HbA1c, LDL-C, HDL-C, FKN and Apelin were related factors influencing the course of DR. Conclusion: The levels of serum FKN and Apelin are increased gradually with the aggravation of the course of disease in patients with diabetes mellitus accompanied by DR, and the levels of the two factors are closely related to blood glucose and blood lipid metabolismof patients. 48. 大鼠股骨Masquelet诱导膜实验模型的建立.

- Abstract
Objective To establish an SD rat femur experimental model for studying the Masquelet induced membrane. Methods A total of 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 12 rats in each. A 4 mm bone block from the femur was removed in each of the two groups, and we used the steel plate to fix. The space was filled with PMMA cement spacers in the observation group, while in the control group, we did not do. The postoperative eating, defecation, walking, incision healing and complications were recorded. At 4 weeks after operation, the induced membrane tissues in the area around PMMA cement blocks of the observation group and in the osteotomy area of the control group were collected; HE staining was used to observe the histopathologieal changes; X-ray films were taken on the limbs of the two groups to observe the alignment of the osteotomy ends and the looseness of the steel plates and screws. Results In both of the two groups, no rats had postsurgery symptoms of dysporia and eating disorder; rats walked normally on the second day after the surgery; no wound problem and infection were found. In the observation group, one rats surgery limb had sustained swelling and knee movement restriction. In the observation group, the induced membrane was richly cellular, and the formation of large vascular network as well as bres oriented parallel to the PMMA could easily be identified. Histology analysis showed significantly decreased blood vessels in the control group. In the two groups, the steel plates and screws were in place with no loose. Conclusions A SD rat femur experimental model for studying the induced membrane is successfully established. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

49. SEPS1基因多态性与汉族人群桥本甲状腺炎的遗传关联.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the potential association between SEPS1 variants and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (HT) in the Chinese Han population and evaulate the effects of SEPS1 haplotypes on the susceptibility to immunity-mediated diseases. Methods We analyzed 7 SNPs with minor allele frequency (MAF) ≥0.05 in a cohort of 1013 HT patients and 2998 healthy controls from genetically independent Han Chinese individuals. Single SNP, haplotype and gender-specific associations were performed. Results We found that rs28665122 was significantly associated with HT, and SNP was associated with HT in females. Further haplotypic analysis indicated that a haplotype block (rs2009895-rs28665122) spanning the promoter of SEPS1 gene was highly associated with HT. Additionally, the haplotype CA in the block had an almost 1.5-fold increase in these cases, which remained significantly associated with HT in females.
