In this study, the students' lessons in the laboratory in the Office Administration and Secretaryship programmes and during the preparation of their homework, the relationship between their personality quaities and not ethical behaviours in the use of computer and internet has been dealt with. For this purpose, after literature searching in order to determine the theoretical frame of the subject, by using the datum obtained, a questionnaire together with a fieldwork has been given to the students to determine the relationship between their not ethical behaviours and their personality qualities in the use of computer and internet. The main mass of the study is the students who take courses in the Office Administration and Secretaryship programmes in Turkey. Because of the time and cost restrictions, in order to represent the main mass, the students who take courses in the Office Administration and Secretaryship programmes at four different vocational schools have been chosen as a sampling. This study has been carried out by using 450 questionnaires and the return of these questionnaires has been provided. As a result of the evaluation, the questions related to the non ethical use of computer and internet are collected in five groups according to the factor analysis. Of these groups, an important negative relationship between the reasons of cheating during the preparation of homework and the responsibility and emotional balance personality qualities has been found. A negative and important relationship between the group which has the heading of the activities not related to the lesson and the responsibility personality quality has been found, too. A positive and important relationship between the use of unlicensed software and distribution and the extraversion, emotional balance and the personality qualities which are opennes to the development has been found. And a negative and important relationship between responsibility quality has been found. A negative and important relationship between the access of the special knowledge and the faulty behaviours made during the class and responsibility personality quality has been found, too.
