Background: Within the solutions of the migration crisis, the Middle East cannot be consider only as a traditional war zone, because it is the place of the world with great cultural and religious traditions, where live the people that deserve the right to live in peace. They also deserve to enforce this right, because only the peace can bring them the hope for better life. The war in Syria is the main cause of the crisis and most of the migrants came in Europe just from this country. In Germany finished one million of migrants in the last year, many others found the shelter in Italy, France, Scandinavia, etc. Methods: The main purpose of this paper is to analyse of the current situation and propose the migration crisis solutions and answer the basic questions that include the possibilities of peace in the Middle East, the European attitude to migrants and the options of help for them and the protection of Europeans against some disorders or threats. Results: Europe is the region with highest standard in the protection of human rights and democracy, the system of social care and health care, education, science and ideas as the solidarity, which we Europeans believe in, and therefore the Europe is a great place for life, where we can try to be happy. But all of these things are only imaginations for many people in the rest of the world, including the Middle East, especially Syria, where the war continues by the fifth year. The people that came in Europe naturally expect our help, and we cannot ignore them, because our ideas oblige us to help them. Furthermore, we can also help the people in Syria that need to enlighten the route to the peace and enforce it. Conclusions: The European policy of humanity and solidarity, which is so urgent in the case of this crisis, can be also realized by the participation of the volunteers. Of course, the state authorities have to provide the necessary aid as the appropriate accommodation, for example, but they could also cooperate with volunteers within some program of European aid that could be established for this purpose and allow them to be a part of solutions of this problem. The acts of empathy of the participants could mirror the European ideas, especially the solidarity or the willingness to help others, and their engagement could spread the goodness in Europe. There is also the question of peace in Syria that should be enforced as soon as possible. European Union can support the peaceful solution of the conflict, but the Syrians must primarily understand that Allah surely does not want the continuation of all that war misery. They must also understand that European Union cannot help them without their own will. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
