This research aims to conduct an international literature review to show how Performance Evaluation, associated with cognitive biases, has been addressed in Public Administration and to identify research opportunities, guided by ProKnow-C. Among the findings, the following stand out: Evidence of the real concern of behavioral insights to improve public policies, such as the initiative of former President Barack Obama (USA), who created a permanent team of "Social and Behavioral Sciences of the White House"; the finding that individuals make more negative assessments of organizations if they are presented as public, and not as private, the "Public Antisector" bias.
