Despite the extensive research on sustainability dimensions, the researcher has not completely addressed all the dimensions of sustainability. Most of the times, sustainability is considered as a whole variable, however, the work on separate dimensions is lacking in the literature. Particularly, human sustainability is rarely addressed by the previous studies. Additionally, various dimensions of sustainability such as social, economic, environmental and human is rarely tested in relation to the organizational resilience. Therefore, to fill this gap, this study considered to examine the role of organizational resilience in social sustainability, economic sustainability, environmental sustainability and human sustainability in a sample of FMCG employees. The study used non-probability snowball sampling to collect data from managerial level employees. Data analysis is carried out by using SPSS. Findings identified that; organizational resilience has influential role in various dimensions of sustainability. The focus of the policymakers on organizational resilience can increase the socio-economic and environmental sustainability. The Emeishan large igneous province (ELIP) was a major geological event that took place around the Middle–Late Permian boundary. The major episode of the ELIP is generally considered to have occurred at 260–259 Ma, although an increasing number of geological data have suggested that multiple episodes of magmatic activity might have occurred. Here we report a study of a Lower Permian dolomite whose formation was influenced by the ELIP in the Sichuan Basin of southwestern China. Results show two new pulsed activities at 273.2 ± 9.7 Ma to 269.1 ± 12.0 Ma (ELIP-I) and 263.2 ± 10.3 Ma to 258.7 ± 8.1 Ma (ELIP-II). The two stages of the ELIP magmatism and thermal activity controlled the regional tectonic, sedimentary, and diagenetic evolution and exerted a profound influence on the oil and gas reservoirs, source rocks, and lithofacies paleogeography. This study is the first to interpret the timing of the ELIP from analysis of hydrothermal dolomite and provides new clues and data for improving our understanding of the dynamic formation mechanism and Earth system of the ELIP. Salicylic acid (SA), a vital endogenous hormone, plays a crucial role in plant growth and the response to abiotic and biotic stress. Isochorismate synthase (ICS) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) are critical rate-limiting enzymes for SA synthesis. Fusarium head blight (FHB) seriously threatens the safety of wheat production, but increasing the content of SA can enhance FHB resistance. However, the pathway of SA synthesis and regulation in wheat remains unknown. In this study, three wheat ICS (TaICSA, TaICSB, and TaICSD) were identified, and their functions were validated in vitro for isomerizing chorismate to isochorismate. The mutation of one or two homoeoalleles of TaICSA, TaICSB, and TaICSD in the wheat variety 'Cadenza' reduced SA levels under ultraviolet treatment and Fusarium graminearum infection, further enhancing sensitivity to FHB. Overexpression of TaICSA can significantly enhance SA levels and resistance to FHB. To further study SA synthesis pathways in wheat and avoid interference with pathogenicity related genes, the leaves of wild-type Cadenza and different TaICS mutant lines were subjected to ultraviolet treatment for transcriptomic analysis. The results showed that 37 PALs might be involved in endogenous SA synthesis, and 82 WRKY and MYB family transcription factors may regulate the expression of ICS and PAL. These results were further confirmed by RT-PCR. In conclusion, this study expands our knowledge of SA biosynthesis and identifies TaICSA, as well as several additional candidate genes that encode transcription factors for regulating endogenous SA levels, as part of an efficient strategy for enhancing FHB resistance in wheat. A Study on Relationship between Single-Slice Hounsfield Unit(HU) value of the Chinese proximal humerus and Bone Mineral Density(BMD) Using Routine Chest CT and Dual-energy X-ray Absorptiometry(DEXA) was performed. Data were collected from 240 individuals who underwent DEXA and routine chest CT scans (including full images of the proximal humerus) on the same day at 967 Hospitals between January 2019 and December 2021. The method of measuring single-slice HU values of the proximal humerus on routine chest CT scans exhibited high reliability and repeatability (intraclass correlation coefficient > 0.961, P < 0.001). A strong positive correlation was observed between single-slice HU values of the proximal humerus and DEXA results, with the 20-mm HU value demonstrating the highest correlation. Across different BMI groups, the Area Under Curve (AUC) for the 20-mm HU value was consistently the largest (AUC=0.701-0.813, P< 0.05). Therefore, the 20-mm HU value can be considered a reliable reference for the opportunistic screening of low BMD, with reference values of -4HU for underweight individuals, -13HU for normal weight individuals, -7HU for overweight individuals, and -16HU for obese individuals. Values below these thresholds indicate a risk of low BMD. This study enriches the Chinese BMD data and offers a swift and effective approach for opportunistically screening low BMD. To explore the target of action of LHQW-XYS on the main components of COVID-19 olfactory impairment by using network pharmacological methods and try to reveal its mechanism of action in the treatment related to COVID-19 induced olfactory impairment, we used the TCMSP platform to obtain potential active ingredients through oral utilization and drug-like properties screening; the Swiss TargetPrediction platform to predict the targets of the active ingredients and construct a drug-ingredient-target network, and then obtained the gene targets of COVID-19 olfactory injury through GeneCards, OMIM, and TTD platforms to intersect the drug targets and disease genes to obtain common targets. The drug targets and disease genes were intersected to obtain common targets. STRING and Cytoscape 3.8.2 software were used to construct the target-disease gene PPI network, screen the key targets and core gene clusters, and analyze the key targets by GO and KEGG enrichment analyses with the help of the Metascape platform, and then map the screened core active ingredients and their targets into the pathway to construct the core active ingredients-targets-pathway network. The core active ingredient-target-pathway network was constructed, and finally, molecular docking was carried out. The results showed that there were 4669 potential targets, 5609 disease targets, and 17 drug-disease cross-targets for the active ingredients of LHQW-XYS. The GO and KEGG enrichment analyses indicated that the mechanism of LHQW-XYS in the treatment of olfactory impairment in COVID-19 may be due to the regulation of related signaling pathways, such as Serotonergic synapse and Regulation of lipolysis in adipocytes. Molecular docking showed that six active components (quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol, 7-methoxy-2-methylisoflavone, wogonin, medicarpin) and two key genes (PTGS2, PPARG) had good binding properties. In the end, we conclude that LHQW-XYS may act on Serotonergic synapse and Regulation of lipolysis in adipocyte pathways to achieve anti-COVID-19 olfactory impairment-associated effects. Stripe rust, caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (Pst), is a devastating disease in wheat worldwide. Discovering and characterizing new resistance genes/QTL is crucial for wheat breeding programs. In this study, we fine-mapped and characterized a stripe rust resistance gene, YRAYH, on chromosome arm 5BL in the Chinese wheat landrace Anyuehong (AYH). Evaluations of stripe rust response to prevalent Chinese Pst races in near-isogenic lines derived from a cross of Anyuehong and Taichung 29 showed that YrAYH conferred a high level of resistance at all growth stages. Fine mapping using a large segregating population of 9748 plants, narrowed the YRAYH locus to a 3.7 Mb interval on chromosome arm 5BL that included 61 annotated genes. Transcriptome analysis of two NIL pairs identified 64 upregulated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the resistant NILs (NILs-R). Annotations indicated that many of these genes have roles in plant disease resistance pathways. Through a combined approach of fine-mapping and transcriptome sequencing, we identified a serine/threonine-protein kinase SRPK as a candidate gene underlying YrAYH. A unique 25 bp insertion was identified in the NILs-R compared to the NILs-S and previously published wheat genomes. An InDel marker was developed and co-segregated with YrAYH. Agronomic trait evaluation of the NILs suggested that YrAYH not only reduces the impact of stripe rust but was also associated with a gene that increases plant height and spike length. Scientific knowledge about the ancestral genome of core eudicot plant kingdom can potentially have profound impacts on both basic and applied research, including evolution, genetics, genomics, ecology, agriculture, forestry, and global climate. To investigate which plant conserves best the core eudicots common ancestor genome, we compared Arcto-Tertiary relict Nyssaceae and 30 other eudicot plant families. The genomes of Davidia involucrata (a known living fossil), Camptotheca acuminata and Nyssa sinensis, one per existent genus of Nyssaceae, were performed comparative genomic analysis. We found that Nyssaceae originated from a single Nyssaceae common tetraploidization event (NCT)e autotetraploidization 28e31 Mya after the core eudicot common hexaploidization (ECH). We identified Nyssaceae orthologous and paralogous genes, determined its chromosomal evolutionary trajectory, and reconstructed the Nyssaceae most recent ancestor genome. D. involucrata genome contained the entire seven paleochromosomes and 17 ECH-generated eudicot common ancestor chromosomes and was the slowest in mutation among the analyzed 42 species of 31 plant families. Combing both its high retention of paleochromosomes and its low mutation rate, D. involucrata provides the best case in conservation of the core eudicot paleogenome. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Polymethoxyflavones (PMFs) are a class of abundant specialized metabolites with remarkable anticancer properties in citrus. Multiple methoxy groups in PMFs are derived from methylation modification catalyzed by a series of hydroxylases and O-methyltransferases (OMTs). However, the specific OMTs that catalyze the systematic O-methylation of hydroxyflavones remain largely unknown. Here, we report that PMFs are highly accumulated in wild mandarins and mandarin-derived accessions, while undetectable in early-diverging citrus species and related species. Our results demonstrated that three homologous genes, CreOMT3, CreOMT4, and CreOMT5, are crucial for PMF biosynthesis in citrus, and their encoded methyltransferases exhibit multisite O-methylation activities for hydroxyflavones, producing seven PMFs in vitro and in vivo. Comparative genomic and syntenic analyses indicated that the tandem CreOMT3, CreOMT4, and CreOMT5 may be duplicated from CreOMT6 and contributes to the genetic basis of PMF biosynthesis in the mandarin group through neofunctionalization. We also demonstrated that N17 in CreOMT4 is an essential amino acid residue for C3-, C5-, C6-, and C3'-O-methylation activity and provided a rationale for the functional deficiency of OMT6 to produce PMFs in early-diverging citrus and some domesticated citrus species. A 1,041-bp deletion in the CreOMT4 promoter, which is found in most modern cultivated mandarins, has reduced the PMF content relative to that in wild and early-admixture mandarins. Background: Sperm quality plays an important role in the animal industry. The study of the sperm quality of Congjiang Xiang pigs is limited and the Rh123/PI double staining has not been used to detect the sperm quality of boars. Thus, the study aimed to evaluate the sperm quality of the Congjiang Xiang pigs and the feasibility of the flow cytometry (FCM) method in assessing sperm quality in pigs. Methods: Semen samples were evaluated for routine indicators of semen quality and using FCM with single staining and double staining to analyze the integrity of membrane and acrosome, the mitochondrial function. The sperm quality of the Congjiang Xiang pigs was compared with the Large White pigs. Result: The semen of the Congjiang Xiang pigs had a lower sperm concentration than that of the Large White pigs (P<0.01). There were no significant differences in sperm vitality, sperm motility and abnormality between the two breeds (P>0.05). Single sperm staining revealed a lower sperm acrosomal integrity in the semen of the Congjiang Xiang pigs than that of the Large White pigs (P<0.01). No significant difference between the two breeds in membrane integrity and mitochondrial function was observed (P>0.05). Rh123/PI double staining demonstrated that the rate of live sperm with a normal mitochondrial function of the Congjiang Xiang pigs was significantly higher than that of the Large White pigs (P<0.05). The rate of necrotic sperms in the semen of the Congjiang Xiang pigs was significantly lower than that in the semen of the Large White pigs (P<0.05). Correlation analysis revealed a positive association between the rates of live sperm in the semen of the congjiang xiang pigs and their sperm motility (P=0.051). As an important spice species in Rutaceae, the Sichuan pepper (Zanthoxylum armatum) can provide pungent and numbing taste, as well as aroma in its mature fruit. Here we assembled a chromosome-level genome of green prickly ash which was widely cultivated in a major production area including Chongqing and Sichuan province, China. We generated 712 Gb (~112 x) PacBio long reads and 511 Gb (~82 x) Hi-C data, and yielded an assembly of 99 pseudochromosomes with total size of 5.32 Gb and contig N50 of 796 kb. The genomic analyses and cytogenetic experiments both indicated that the cultivar 'Zhuye Huajiao' was a triploid. We identified a Zanthoxylum-specific whole genome duplication event emerging about 24.8 million years ago (Mya). We also detected a transposition burst event (0.3e0.4 Mya) responsible for the large genome size of Z. armatum. Metabolomic analysis of the Zanthoxylum fruits during development stages revealed profiles of 39 volatile aroma compounds and 528 secondary metabolites, from which six types of sanshools were identified. Based on metabolomic and transcriptomic network analysis, we screened candidate genes encoding long chain acyl-CoA synthetase, fatty acid desaturase, branched-chain amino acid aminotransferase involved in sanshool biosynthesis and three genes encoding terpene synthase during fruit development. Secretory structures in terrestrial plants serve as reservoirs for a variety of secondary metabolites. Among these, the secretory cavity of the Rutaceae family is notable for containing essential oils with a wide range of applications. However, the molecular basis underlying secretory cavity development is unknown. Here, we reveal a molecular framework for Citrus oil gland formation. Using genetic mapping and genome editing, we demonstrated that this process requires LATE MERISTEM IDENTITY1 (LMI1), a key regulator of leaf serration. A conserved GCC box element of the LMI1 promoter recruits DORNROSCHEN-like (DRNL) for transcriptional activation. This DRNL-LMI1 cascade triggers MYC5 activation, facilitating the development of oil glands and the biosynthesis of essential oils. Background: The main subtypes of idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIMs)--polymyositis (PM) and dermatomyositis (DM)--are often presented as interstitial lung disease (ILD) in clinical practice; therefore, many researchers have combined the three studies into PM/DM with ILD. Methods: Using bibliometrics, the research status, progress, and hotspots of PM/DM with ILD between 2000 and 2022 were studied. Literature data on PM/DM with ILD were retrieved from the Web of Science (WoS) database for the research period. Visualization software, including VOSviewer, Pajek, CiteSpace, and Scimago Graphica were used for bibliometric analysis. Results: A total of 1555 relevant articles were obtained, and the overall research in this field showed an increasing trend. Regarding contributing countries and venues, Japan published the most articles while Rheumatology was the most prolific journal. Regarding authors, the most published article was by Wang Guochun from Changchun University of Technology in China. Keyword analysis and cocited literature cluster analysis showed that diagnosis, classification, autoantibodies, antibodies, prognosis, complications, and treatment of PM/DM with ILD have been hot topics in this field recently. Moreover, our study shows that anti-mda5 antibody, mortality, gene 5 antibody, IIMs, double-blind, and prognostic factors, among others, may be new hot topics. Conclusion: This study found that research on PM/DM with ILD has increased over time, and scholars are paying more attention to this field. The development of new drugs for the management, treatment, and prevention of PM/DM with ILD is the primary task of researchers and a direction for future research in this field.
