In this work, a chiral core-shell microspheres composite, L-his-MIL-53-NH2@SiO2, was prepared through in situ growth and chiral post-modification strategies. The core-shell microspheres were applied as a novel chiral stationary phase for HPLC enantiomeric separation. Various racemates were separated on the L-his-MIL-53-NH2@SiO2 packed column using n-hexane/isopropanol as the mobile phase. The chiral column showed excellent separation efficiency for fourteen chiral compounds, including alcohols, alkanes, esters, phenols, ketones, and organic acids. The influence of injection mass and temperature on the separation performance of the chiral column were investigated. The relative standard deviations (n = 5) of the retention time and peak area by repeated separation of benzoin are 0.28% and 0.63%, respectively. The results show that the L-his-MIL-53-NH2@SiO2 packed column exhibited good reproducibility and stability. In addition, the chiral resolution ability of the L-his-MIL-53-NH2@SiO2 packed column was compared with that of a commercial chiral column (Chiralpak AD-H). The L-his-MIL-53-NH2@SiO2 packed column exhibits unique advantages in chiral separations that can be complementary to the commercial chiral column. Aiming at the requirements of high accuracy, lightweight and real-time performance of the panoptic driving perception system, this paper proposes an efficient multi-task network (YOLOMH). The network uses a shared encoder and three independent decoding heads to simultaneously complete the three major panoptic driving perception tasks of traffic object detection, road drivable area segmentation and road lane segmentation. Thanks to our innovative design of the YOLOMH network structure: first, we design an appropriate information input structure based on the different information requirements between different tasks, and secondly, we propose a Hybrid Deep Atrous Spatial Pyramid Pooling module to efficiently complete the feature fusion work of the neck network, and finally effective approaches such as Anchor-free detection head and Depthwise Separable Convolution are introduced into the network, making the network more efficient while being lightweight. Experimental results show that our model achieves competitive results in both accuracy and speed on the challenging BDD100K dataset, especially in terms of inference speed, The model’s inference speed on NVIDIA TESLA V100 is as high as 107 Frames Per Second (FPS), far exceeding the 49 FPS of the YOLOP network under the same experimental settings. Information Management Systems are vital tools for businesses and organizations to manage their data effectively, make informed decisions, ensure data security and compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. This paper presents a robust app roach to information management through the utilization of the Optimized Probabilistic Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (OP_Bi-LSTM) model. The study developed into the architecture and application of Simulated Annealing (SA) for hyperparameter optimization, emphasizing the impact of fine-tuning on model performance. OP_Bi-LSTM, rooted in Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory, exhibits superior sequential data processing capabilities, making it well-suited for a variety of information management tasks. The proposed OP_BILSTM hierarchical architecture further enhances its pattern recognition capabilities in the information management system. Results from extensive experimentation demonstrate the model's versatility and adaptability in various applications, such as sentiment analysis, fraud detection, and time-series forecasting. The proposed OP_BI-LSTM model performance analysis is evaluated for the consideration of the different customers and product data. The propsoed OP_Bi-LSTM model achieves the classification accuracy of 0.98. It is stated that OP_Bi-LSTM emerges as a powerful tool for information management, offering exceptional performance and adaptability. It is well documented that parasitic infections induce a profound change in the structure and function of host gut microbiota, likely due to infectionassociated perturbations in the gut microenvironment. However, the mechanisms remain largely unknown. Here we aim to understand how the gut microbiota is modified by host-parasite relationships or vice versa using an integrated multi-omics analysis in a swineAscaris infection model. Female pigs (n = 30; 6 to 8 mo of age) were randomly divided into three groups (n = 10 per group). One group served as normal uninfected controls (NU); the remaining 20 pigs were inoculated per os with ~10,000 infective A. suum eggs; and the infection was allowed to progress for 35 d post-inoculation (dpi). At 21 dpi, one of the infected groups (IP) was treated with a single daily dose of an anthelmintic drug, Panacur, for three consecutive days while the other infected pigs remained untreated (IU). At necropsy, intestine tissue, serum and fecal samples were collected for untargeted metabolome analysis using UPLC-MS/MS and the fecal microbiota was characterized using full-length 16S rRNA gene-based sequencing with DADA2. Fecal and serum metabolites were categorized for their origin using MetOrigin. An integrated multi-omics analysis was performed using DIABLO algorithms and NetCoMi networking tools. Our results showed that A. suum worms were well developed in pigs from the IU group, which harbored a significantly reduced microbiota alpha diversity (Simpson, P < 0.005) compared with NU. The infection altered the abundance of at least 17 bacterial species/strains, including multiple butyrate-producing Clostridium spp., such as C. butyricum. The infection also dysregulated 51 fecal metabolites, including microbiota-derived metabolites such as glutaric acid and p-Cresol sulfate, and succinate of mixed origin. Moreover, the anthelmintic treatment was efficacious and eliminated all worms from the gut. Nevertheless, 11 pathways of both host and microbiota origin were significantly enriched in the gut of pigs from the IP group, including peptidoglycan biosynthesis, histidine metabolism (in both feces and serum), and primary bile acid biosynthesis, suggesting the infection-induced alterations may not be transient. In conclusion, the host microbiota modified swine-Ascaris interactions via three different mechanisms. First, microbiota-derived metabolites directly regulate host gene expression, which in turn affects host physiology and immune responses. Second, plasticity of the gut microbiota allows the exploitation of the niche differentiated upon infection, resulting in blossom of certain strains in the gut of post-treated animals. Lastly, the host microbiota is likely one of the key determinants of parasite gut microbiota, indirectly exerting its effect on parasite physiology and nutrition. Further studies aiming to understand reciprocal yet complex relations between the gut microbiota, the host, and parasites (including parasite gut microbiota) will be conducive to the design of next-generation functional anthelmintic. Porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome (PRRS) is one of the most devastating infectious diseases of pigs, causing reproductive failures in sows and severe respiratory symptoms in piglets and growing pigs. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are reported to play an essential role in virus–host interactions. In this study, we demonstrated that miR-451 enhanced type I interferon (IFN-I) production through targeting proteasome subunit β8 (PSMB8), therefore restricting PRRS virus (PRRSV) replication. We showed that the expression of PSMB8 was upregulated by PRRSV infection, and knockdown of PSMB8 inhibited PRRSV replication by promoting IFN-I production. Moreover, we demonstrated that PSMB8 interacted with the regulatory domain of IRF3 to mediate K48-linked polyubiquitination and degradation of IRF3. Also, importantly, we showed that PSMB8, as a target gene of miR-451, negatively regulated IFN-I production by promoting IRF3 degradation, which is a previously unknown mechanism for PSMB8 to modulate innate immune responses. IMPORTANCE Porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome virus (PRRSV), as a huge threat to the swine industry, is a causative agent that urgently needs to be solved. The dissecting of PRRSV pathogenesis and understanding of the host–pathogen interaction will provide insights into developing effective anti-PRRSV strategies. In this study, we showed that miR-451 dramatically inhibited PRRSV replication by targeting proteasome subunit β8 (PSMB8), a subunit of the immunoproteasome. Mutation of PSMB8 is often related to autoinflammatory diseases due to the elevated IFN production. We revealed that PSMB8 downregulated IFN production by promoting IRF3 degradation. In addition, we showed that PRRSV infection upregulated PSMB8 expression. Taken together, our findings reveal that miR-451 is a negative regulator of PRRSV replication, and PSMB8, a target gene of miR-451, negatively regulates IFN-I production by promoting IRF3 degradation, which is a previously unknown mechanism for PSMB8 to regulate innate immune responses. Five fruit and vegetable byproducts were evaluated as carbon sources and media for beta-glucan production from Euglena gracilis. Orange peel showed the highest beta-glucan concentration (6.5 g/L) and productivity (1.9 g/L/day) when used as a medium. However, when employed as carbon sources, apple pomace showed the highest beta-glucan concentration (10.6 g/L) and productivity (3.5 g/L/day). The appropriate chemical oxygen demand/nitrogen ratio (71.1) and favorable carbon sources of apple contributed to beta-glucan production. Increasing sugar concentrations in apple pomace and orange peel from 10 to 30 g/L raised the beta-glucan concentration to 11.6 g/L. Using apple pomace and orange peel individually proved more effective than mixing them for beta-glucan production. Therefore, apple as a carbon source is the most effective fruit and vegetables byproduct for beta-glucan production. Introduction: With nicotine dependence being a significant healthcare issue worldwide there is a growing interest in developing novel therapies and diagnostic aids to assist in treating nicotine addiction. Glutamate (Glu) plays an important role in cognitive function regulation in a wide range of conditions including traumatic brain injury, aging, and addiction. Chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) imaging via ultra-high field MRI can image the exchange of certain saturated labile protons with the surrounding bulk water pool, making the technique a novel tool to investigate glutamate in the context of addiction. The aim of this work was to apply glutamate weighted CEST (GluCEST) imaging to study the dorsal anterior cingulate cortex (dACC) in a small population of smokers and non-smokers to determine its effectiveness as a biomarker of nicotine use. Methods: 2D GluCEST images were acquired on 20 healthy participants: 10 smokers (ages 29–50) and 10 non-smokers (ages 25–69), using a 7T MRI system. T1-weighted images were used to segment the GluCEST images into white and gray matter tissue and further into seven gray matter regions. Wilcoxon rank-sum tests were performed, comparing mean GluCEST contrast between smokers and non-smokers across brain regions. Results: GluCEST levels were similar between smokers and non-smokers; however, there was a moderate negative age dependence (R2 = 0.531) in smokers within the cingulate gyrus. Conclusion: Feasibility of GluCEST imaging was demonstrated for in vivo investigation of smokers and non-smokers to assess glutamate contrast differences as a potential biomarker with a moderate negative age correlation in the cingulate gyrus suggesting reward network involvement. [Objectives] To determine the biological safety of BT protein from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) fermentation broth to mammals at high doses. [Methods] Healthy mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 mice in each group. The experimental groups were fed with Bt fermentation supernatant at 0.2, 0.6 and 1.0 mL/kg, respectively, once a day for 7 consecutive days. The blank control group was fed normally without intragastric administration. [Results] There was no significant difference in blood routine and blood biochemical analysis between the experimental group and the control group. After intragastric administration, the mice were dissected, and no obvious pathological changes were found; the heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney were taken to make tissue sections, and no pathological changes were found by microscopic observation. Ovarian development was traditionally recognized as a "default" sexual outcome and therefore received much less scientific attention than testis development. In turtles with temperature-dependent sex determination (TSD), how the female pathway is initiated to induce ovary development remains unknown. In this study, we have found that phosphorylation of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (pSTAT3) and Foxl2 exhibit temperature-dependent sexually dimorphic patterns and tempo-spatial coexpression in early embryos of the red-eared slider turtle (Trachemys scripta elegans). Inhibition of pSTAT3 at a female-producing temperature of 31 °C induces 64.7% female-to-male sex reversal, whereas activation of pSTAT3 at a male-producing temperature of 26 °C triggers 75.6% male-to-female sex reversal. In addition, pSTAT3 directly binds to the locus of the female sex-determining gene Foxl2 and promotes Foxl2 transcription. Overexpression or knockdown of Foxl2 can rescue the sex reversal induced by inhibition or activation of pSTAT3. This study has established a direct genetic link between warm temperature-induced STAT3 phosphorylation and female pathway initiation in a TSD system, highlighting the critical role of pSTAT3 in the cross talk between female and male pathways. Cellular senescence represents a condition of irreversible cell cycle arrest, characterized by heightened senescence-associated beta-galactosidase (SA-β-Gal) activity, senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP), and activation of the DNA damage response (DDR). Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is a significant contributor to end-stage renal disease (ESRD) globally, with ongoing unmet needs in terms of current treatments. The role of senescence in the pathogenesis of DKD has attracted substantial attention with evidence of premature senescence in this condition. The process of cellular senescence in DKD appears to be associated with mitochondrial redox pathways, autophagy, and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress. Increasing accumulation of senescent cells in the diabetic kidney not only leads to an impaired capacity for repair of renal injury, but also the secretion of pro-inflammatory and profibrotic cytokines and growth factors causing inflammation and fibrosis. Current treatments for diabetes exhibit varying degrees of renoprotection, potentially via mitigation of senescence in the diabetic kidney. Targeting senescent cell clearance through pharmaceutical interventions could emerge as a promising strategy for preventing and treating DKD. This study aimed to examine the clinical impact of vitamin D supplementation combined with exercise during pregnancy among patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Pregnant women (n = 120) were divided into a control group and an exercise group, with 60 patients in each group. Participants in both groups received 400 IU of oral vitamin D drops daily between 32 and 36 weeks of gestation. Before delivery, the pregnant women in the control group did not receive exercise intervention, while those in the exercise group received physical exercise intervention. Fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance levels, and proinflammatory factor levels among pregnant women in the exercise group were lower than those among pregnant women in the control group. At birth, the neonatal weight and head circumference in exercise group were lower than control group. No statistical significance was observed in neonatal age (weeks) between both groups. Vitamin D intervention combined with physical exercise during pregnancy can elevate vitamin D levels in women with gestational diabetes mellitus and reduce newborn weight, effectively reversing the effects of gestational diabetes mellitus on newborns. Biochar-supported ZVI have received increasing attention for their potential to remove nitrobenzene in groundwater and soil. However, the capacity of this material to enhance the biological reduction of nitrobenzene and alter microbial communities in anaerobic groundwater have not been explored. In this study, the nitrobenzene removal performance and mechanism of modified biochar-supported zerovalent iron (ZVI) composites were explored in anaerobic soil. The results showed that the 700 °C biochar composite enhanced the removal of nitrobenzene and inhibited its release from soil to the aqueous phase. NaOH-700-Fe50 had the highest removal rate of nitrobenzene, reaching 64.4%. However, the 300 °C biochar composite inhibited the removal of nitrobenzene. Microbial degradation rather than ZVI-mediated reduction was the main nitrobenzene removal pathway. The biochar composites changed the richness and diversity of microbial communities. ZVI enhanced the symbiotic relationship between microbial genera and weakened competition between soil microbial genera. In summary, the 700 °C modified biochar composite enhanced the removal of nitrobenzene by increasing microbial community richness and diversity, by upregulating functional genes, and by promoting electron transfer. Overall, the modified biochar-supported ZVI composites could be used for soil remediation, and NaOH-700-Fe50 is a promising composite material for the on-site remediation of nitrobenzene-contaminated groundwater. Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide, but the underlying molecular mechanisms remain largely unclear. The transcription factor (TF) specificity protein 1 (SP1) plays a crucial role in the development of various cancers, including LUAD. Recent studies have indicated that master TFs may form phase-separated macromolecular condensates to promote super-enhancer (SE) assembly and oncogene expression. In this study, we demonstrated that SP1 undergoes phase separation and that its zinc finger 3 in the DNA-binding domain is essential for this process. Through Cleavage Under Targets & Release Using Nuclease (CUT&RUN) using antibodies against SP1 and H3K27ac, we found a significant correlation between SP1 enrichment and SE elements, identified the regulator of the G protein signaling 20 (RGS20) gene as the most likely target regulated by SP1 through SE mechanisms, and verified this finding using different approaches. The oncogenic activity of SP1 relies on its phase separation ability and RGS20 gene activation, which can be abolished by glycogen synthase kinase J4 (GSK-J4), a demethylase inhibitor. Together, our findings provide evidence that SP1 regulates its target oncogene expression through phase separation and SE mechanisms, thereby promoting LUAD cell progression. Rhombohedral-stacked transition-metal dichalcogenides (3R-TMDs), which are distinct from their hexagonal counterparts, exhibit higher carrier mobility, sliding ferroelectricity, and coherently enhanced nonlinear optical responses. However, surface epitaxial growth of large multilayer 3R-TMD single crystals is difficult. We report an interfacial epitaxy methodology for their growth of several compositions, including molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), molybdenum diselenide, tungsten disulfide, tungsten diselenide, niobium disulfide, niobium diselenide, and molybdenum sulfoselenide. Feeding of metals and chalcogens continuously to the interface between a single-crystal Ni substrate and grown layers ensured consistent 3R stacking sequence and controlled thickness from a few to 15,000 layers. Comprehensive characterizations confirmed the large-scale uniformity, high crystallinity, and phase purity of these films. The as-grown 3R-MoS2 exhibited room-temperature mobilities up to 155 and 190 square centimeters per volt second for bi- and trilayers, respectively. Optical difference frequency generation with thick 3R-MoS2 showed markedly enhanced nonlinear response under a quasi-phase matching condition (five orders of magnitude greater than monolayers). This study first draws inspiration from the dual biomimetic design of plant cell walls and honeycomb structures, drawing on their structural characteristics to design a flexible shell structure that can achieve significant deformation and withstand large loads. Based on the staggered bonding of this flexible shell structure, we propose a new design scheme for a large-load pneumatic soft arm and establish a mathematical model for its flexibility and load capacity. The extension and bending deformation of this new type of soft arm come from the geometric variability of flexible shell structures, which can be controlled through two switches, namely, deflation and inflation, to achieve extension or bending actions. The experimental results show that under a driving pressure within the range of 150 kpa, the maximum elongation of the soft arm reaches 23.17 cm, the maximum bending angle is 94.2 degrees, and the maximum load is 2.83 N. This type of soft arm designed based on dual bionic inspiration can have both a high load capacity and flexibility. Both music and language are found in all known human societies, yet no studies have compared similarities and differences between song, speech, and instrumental music on a global scale. In this Registered Report, we analyzed two global datasets: (i) 300 annotated audio recordings representing matched sets of traditional songs, recited lyrics, conversational speech, and instrumental melodies from our 75 coauthors speaking 55 languages; and (ii) 418 previously published adult-directed song and speech recordings from 209 individuals speaking 16 languages. Of our six preregistered predictions, five were strongly supported: Relative to speech, songs use (i) higher pitch, (ii) slower temporal rate, and (iii) more stable pitches, while both songs and speech used similar (iv) pitch interval size and (v) timbral brightness. Exploratory analyses suggest that features vary along a "musi-linguistic" continuum when including instrumental melodies and recited lyrics. Objective: The aim of the study is to comprehensively assess the recovery effects of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with poststroke cognitive impairment. Methods: Six English and four Chinese databases were searched for relevant studies published up to January 2022. Randomized controlled trials of patients with poststroke cognitive impairment treated with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation were included. Included studies were assessed for the risk of bias through the Cochrane Intervention Systematic Review Manual 5.1.0. The meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software. The PRISMA 2020 guidelines were followed. Results: Sixty-one randomized controlled trials (4012 patients) were included. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Score, Mini-Mental State Examination score, event-related potential P300 (P300) amplitude, Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment score, and total effective rate of cognitive function were higher in the high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group than in the control group at the end of the treatment period, and scores of Alzheimer Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive Subscale and P300 latency were lower in the high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group than in the control group. Fifty studies had selected the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex as the stimulation site for high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. Conclusions: Compared with nonrepetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation or sham repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation not only improves the overall cognitive function of poststroke cognitive impairment patients but also has better rehabilitation results. The Shenqi Fuzheng injection (SFI) represents a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation integrating Astragalus membranaceus (Huangqi, HQ) and Codonopsis pilosula (Danshen, DS). This investigation delved into elucidating the potential mechanisms and molecular targets of SFI in the context of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) through comprehensive network pharmacology and molecular docking analyses. Initially, we probed the databases for potential bioactive compounds of SFI and identified relevant COPD-related target genes. Subsequent analyses, conducted using Cytoscape 3.9.1 and STRING, facilitated the construction of a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network to discern key target genes. Following this, Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses were employed to delineate putative SFI-related signaling pathways, and the results were validated through molecular docking analyses. The network pharmacology analyses revealed a total of 65 active components (35 associated with DS and 30 with HQ) and 233 key targets. Notably, the top five bioactive components (quercetin, apigenin, daidzein, kaempferol, and luteolin) and the top five targets (TP53, AKT1, EP300, MAPK1, and JUN) exhibited substantial affinity and stable binding, with a binding energy ≤ -5.0 kcal/mol in molecular docking analyses. These findings suggested that SFI potentially exerted therapeutic effects on COPD through the concerted action of multiple compounds and pathways. Purpose: Few studies have focused on the management of inoperable ampullary carcinoma (AC), and patients with jaundice suffer from biliary stents replacement frequently. Iodine-125 (125I) brachytherapy has been used in the treatment of malignant tumors owing to its curative effect, minimal surgical trauma, and tolerable complications. The aim of the study was to investigate the role of 125I seed implantation in patients with unresectable ampullary carcinoma after relief of obstructive jaundice. Material and methods: A total of 44 patients with obstructive jaundice resulting from unresectable ampullary carcinoma from January 1, 2010 to October 31, 2020 were enrolled in the study. Eleven patients underwent implantation of 125I seeds under endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) after receiving biliary stent placement via endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) (treatment group), and 33 patients received a stent alone via ERCP (control group). Cox regression model was applied in this single-center retrospective comparison study. Results: The median maximum intervention interval for biliary obstruction was 381 days (interquartile range [IQR]: 204-419 days) in the treatment group and 175 days (IQR: 126-274 days) in the control group (p < 0.05). Stent occlusion rates at 90 and 180 days in the control group were 12.9% and 51.6%, respectively. No stent occlusion occurred in the treatment group. Patients in the treatment group obtained longer survival time (median, 26 vs. 13 months; p < 0.01) and prolonged duodenal obstruction (median, 20.5 vs. 11 months; p < 0.05). No brachytherapy-related grade 3 or 4 adverse events were observed. Conclusions: Longer intervention interval for biliary obstruction and survival as well as better stent patency and prolonged time to duodenal obstruction could be achieved by implanting 125I seeds combined with biliary stent in patients with unresectable ampullary cancer. Inulin is known to be a prebiotic used in aquatic animals. However, no investigation has been conducted to evaluate its effect on freshwater crayfish. In this study, a 7-week feeding trial using diets supplemented with inulin (0.0%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, and 1.0% feed) was conducted on 360 red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) (initial body weight 6.58 ± 0.16 g) with four parallels each group, in order to determine the effects of dietary inulin on the growth performance, antioxidant capacity, immune response, and intestinal microbiota of this crayfish. Firstly, the feeding trials showed that the survival rate and growth performance of P. clarkii fed 0.6% dietary inulin were significantly improved and feed conversion ratio was significantly reduced. Secondly, the antioxidant capacity of hepatopancreas was significantly improved by inulin supplementation. The crayfish fed 0.6% dietary inulin had the lowest malondialdehyde content and the highest antioxidant enzyme (T-AOC, T-SOD, GSH-PX, and CAT) activities. The addition of 0.6% and 0.8% dietary inulin significantly increased the expression levels of immune-related genes in the intestine and hepatopancreas. Moreover, high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA showed that 0.6% dietary inulin altered the beta diversity and composition of the intestinal microbiota, with a significant increase in the relative abundance of the Citrobacter spp. Meanwhile, intestinal microbial KEGG pathway analysis showed that 0.6% dietary inulin promoted metabolism, digestion, transport, circulation, and cellular processes in P. clarkii. Phytohormones play a key role in regulating tiller number. Ascorbic acid (Asc)-phytohormone interaction plays a pivotal role in the regulation of senescence. We analysed the relationship between Asc and the enzyme concentrations and gene transcript abundances related to the signal perception of strigolactones (SLs), the contents of four phytohormones (abscisic acid, ABA; jasmonic acid, JA; indole acetic acid, IAA; cytokinin, CTK), the enzyme concentrations and gene transcript abundances related to the synthesis or transportation of these four phytohormones. Our results showed that Asc deficiency leads to the upregulation of enzyme concentrations, gene transcript abundances related to the SL signal perception, ABA synthesis and IAA transport. The altered level of Asc also leads to a change in the contents of ABA, JA, IAA and CTK. These findings support the conclusion that Asc or Asc/DHA play an important role in the signal perception and transduction of SLs, and Asc may affect the coordinated regulation of SL, IAA and CTK on rice (Oryza sativa) tillering. Vertically stacked van der Waals (vdW) heterostructures exhibit unique electronic, optical, and thermal properties that can be manipulated by twist-angle engineering. However, the weak phononic coupling at a bilayer interface imposes a fundamental thermal bottleneck for future two-dimensional devices. Using ultrafast electron diffraction, we directly investigated photoinduced nonequilibrium phonon dynamics in MoS2/WS2 at 4° twist angle and WSe2/MoSe2 heterobilayers with twist angles of 7°, 16°, and 25°. We identified an interlayer heat transfer channel with a characteristic timescale of ~20 picoseconds, about one order of magnitude faster than molecular dynamics simulations assuming initial intralayer thermalization. Atomistic calculations involving phonon-phonon scattering suggest that this process originates from the nonthermal phonon population following the initial interlayer charge transfer and scattering. Background: Rapid prediction with near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy on quality traits is pretty popular recently, for the convenience and simple operation. But to make good use of this technology, precise and suitable calibration equations are very important to get dependable result. In this study, we mostly refer to the building of the equation and how the pretreatment effect them. Methods: In this paper, near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy was used to simultaneously predict the quality traits of soybean, including oil content, protein content, oleic acid content, linoleic acid content, stearic acid content. Near infrared spectral data of a total of 112 samples is collected from given materials in Chongqing. Samples were scanned from 1000 nm to 2500 nm using a monochromator instrument (SuperNIR-2700). Calibration equations were developed from NIR data using partial least squares (PLS) regression with internal cross validation. In addition, in this study, we also cover the affection of different pre-treatments to the different calibration equations predicting different quality traits. And measure the effect with three indicators including R, SECV and RPD. Result: Eventually we find the most suitable combination of pre-treatments for each calibration equation predicting a certain trait soybean. To investigate the effects of luteolin (LUT) on the growth, antioxidant capacity, non−specific immunity and intestinal microbiota of red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii), 300 individual crayfish (4.17 ± 0.50 g average body weight and 50.19 ± 1.40 mm average body length) were randomly divided into five groups and fed with LUT doses of 0 mg/kg (CG), 50 mg/kg (LG50), 100 mg/kg (LG100), 300 mg/kg (LG300), and 500 mg/kg (LG500) for 8 weeks, respectively. Firstly, the results demonstrated that the survival and growth performance were significantly improved in all LUT added groups compared to the control (CG group), with no significant differences in hepatosomatic index, feed coefficient and muscle components, and the crayfish in LG100 group showed the maximal survival rate (SR) and specific growth rate (SGR) (P < 0.05). Secondly, histological observations displayed that the hepatopancreas and intestine tissues were not impacted in the LUT−supplemented groups, and the length of intestinal folds was significantly increased in LG100 and LG300 groups. Thirdly, LG50, LG100, and LG300 groups produced significantly increased hepatopancreatic antioxidant enzyme activities and hemolymph immune indicators compared with the control. In all experimental groups, malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were significantly reduced, as were aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activities. Lastly, dietary LUT specifically improved the structure and optimized the function of the gut microbiota. Compared to the control, the LG100 group displayed a significant increase in the index of Chao1 and Observed species, an increase in the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria, a decrease in the ratio of Bacteroidetes to Firmicutes, and an increase in the abundance of Thermomonas , Turicibacter , Bdellovibrio and Enterococcus. PICRUSt analysis demonstrated a significant improvement in the KEGG pathway associated with isoflavone biosynthesis in the LG group. In conclusion, the present study confirms that dietary supplementation with 50−300 mg/kg LUT favors growth, non−specific immunity and antioxidant function in P. clarkii , with optimal additions ranging from 102−165 mg/kg. Furthermore, it optimized gut microbiota function, suggesting that LUT can be used as a potential feed additive for P. clarkii. To strengthen the safety monitoring of foggy road traffic and maintain the safety of vehicle driving on foggy roads, image dehazing algorithms are used to improve the clarity of road images detected in foggy environments, thereby improving the detection ability and monitoring efficiency of intelligent transportation systems for vehicle targets. Due to the low accuracy of vehicle detection and serious problem of missed detections in haze environments, this paper proposes an improved All-in-One Dehazing Network (AOD-Net) algorithm for detecting foggy vehicles, which adds batch normalization (BN) layers after each layer of convolution in AOD-Net, accelerating the convergence of the model and controlling overfitting. To enhance image detail information, an effective pyramid-shaped PSA attention module is embedded to extract richer feature information, enrich model representation, and improve the loss function to a multi-scale structural similarity (MS-SSIM) + L1 mixed loss function, thereby improving the quality, brightness, and contrast of dehazing images. Compared with current image dehazing algorithms, the dehazing quality of our algorithm is superior to other dehazing algorithms, such as dark channel prior (DCP), Dehaze-Net, and Fusion Feature Attention Network (FFA-Net). Compared with AOD-Net, the improved algorithm has increased the peak signal-to-noise ratio by 3.23 dB. At the same time, after the improved AOD-Net image dehazing processing, YOLOv7 object detection was performed and experimentally validated on a real foggy dataset.
