Data anomaly detection in small hydropower stations is an important research area because it positively affects the reliability of optimal scheduling and subsequent analytical studies of small hydropower station clusters. Although many anomaly detection algorithms have been introduced in the data preprocessing stage in various research areas, there is still little research on effective and highly reliable anomaly detection systems for practical applications in small hydropower stations. Therefore, this paper proposes a real‐time data anomaly detection system for small hydropower clusters (RDADS‐SHC) considering multiple time series. It addresses the difficulties of timely detection, alerting, and management of real‐time data anomalies (errors, omissions, and so on) in existing small hydropower stations. It proposes a real‐time data anomaly detection algorithm for small hydropower stations integrated with the Z‐score and dynamic time warping, which can detect and process abnormal information more accurately and efficiently, thereby improving the stability and reliability of data sampling. The paper proposes a Keepalived‐based hot‐standby RDADS‐SHC deployment model with m (m ≥ 2) units. It can automatically remove and restart faulty services and switch to their standbys, which significantly improve the reliability of the proposed system, ensuring the safe and stable operation of related functional services. This paper can detect anomalous data more accurately, and the system is more stable and reliable in a cluster detection environment. The actual operation has shown that compared with existing anomaly detection systems, the architecture and algorithms proposed in this paper can detect anomalous data more accurately, and the system is more stable and reliable in the small hydropower cluster detection environment. This paper addresses the challenge of detecting unknown or unforeseen obstacles in railway track transportation, proposing an innovative detection strategy that integrates an incremental clustering algorithm with lightweight segmentation techniques. In the detection phase, the paper innovatively employs the incremental clustering algorithm as a core method, combined with dilation and erosion theories, to expand the boundaries of point cloud clusters, merging adjacent point cloud elements into unified clusters. This method effectively identifies and connects spatially adjacent point cloud clusters while efficiently eliminating noise from target object point clouds, thereby achieving more precise recognition of unknown obstacles on the track. Furthermore, the effective integration of this algorithm with lightweight shared convolutional semantic segmentation algorithms enables accurate localization of obstacles. Experimental results using two combined public datasets demonstrate that the obstacle detection average recall rate of the proposed method reaches 90.3%, significantly enhancing system reliability. These findings indicate that the proposed detection strategy effectively improves the accuracy and real-time performance of obstacle recognition, thereby presenting important practical application value for ensuring the safe operation of railway tracks. The multi-state flow network (MSFN) serves as a fundamental framework for real-life network-structured systems and various applications. The system reliability of the MSFN, denoted as Rd, is defined as the probability of successfully transmitting at least d units of demand from a source to a terminal. Current analytical algorithms are characterized by their computational complexity, specifically falling into the NP-hard problem to evaluate exact system reliability. Moreover, existing analytical algorithms for calculating Rd are basically designed for predetermined values of d. This limitation hinders the ability of decision-makers to flexibly choose the most appropriate based on the specific characteristics of the given scenarios or applications. This means that these methods are incapable of simultaneously calculating system reliability for various demand levels. Therefore, this paper develops a simulation-based algorithm to estimate system reliability for all possible demand levels simultaneously such that we can eliminate the need to rely on repeat procedures for each specified d. With the rise of large-scale energy DC transmission system, more and more projects use UHVDC transmission system for long-distance and large-capacity power transmission, in which the converter station is the core of the whole UHV DC transmission system. In this paper, a reliability assessment method based on improved Dijkstra's algorithm is proposed for the main wiring system of the converter station of the UHVDC transmission system and for the components in the main wiring. In order to fully consider the different states of components in actual operation, a four-state model is adopted in the study. The model improves the accuracy of the model by comprehensively considering the component's state characteristics, switching sequence, operation mode and other factors. Based on the state model of the components, the main wiring system is calculated in accordance with the theory of complex distribution networks in order to reduce the computational complexity. Finally, the main wiring system of the double 12-pulse converter station is traversed through the minimum paths based on the improved Dijkstra search method, and the reliability indexes of the obtained minimum paths are calculated according to the theory of the minimum path cut set.
