It has always been obvious that the aid to calculation offered by the computer forces a change in the curricula of mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering and other courses. Not so obvious are the many pedagogic aids the computer can offer in teaching the subject mailer, The possibilities of giving the student a better technical as well as conceptual understanding of statistics were explored for a number of years at the College of Medicine of the University of Cincinnati and are reported here. Abstract

The article presents information about the book "Cases on Municipal Corporations," by Murray Seasongood. The book is designed for a one semester course and is a collection of cases with its concise presentation, in the language of present-day courts, of old as well as new problems. Many of the eleven chapters or their subdivisions begin with brief excerpts from text writers and leading cases, and with citations of law review articles. These serve to enable the student to grasp, at the outset, the nature of problems involved in the subsequent cases.
