Value co‐creation as a research topic has been a critical proposition of interest to a wide range of disciplines. In recent years, the field of cultural heritage has also developed a range of information practices to promote different forms of value co‐creation. While the body of literature has begun to accumulate, we still lack a comprehensive understanding of conceptual foundations and how value co‐creation is implemented in cultural heritage information practices. This paper conducted a hermeneutic literature review to understand and conceptualize the core aspects of value co‐creation in various cultural heritage information works. In particular, this paper provides a research mapping of the genres of co‐creation in cultural heritage information practices, the actors, and the roles played by the stakeholders. Further, this review provides an overview of the dominant value co‐creation models in the cultural heritage field. It distills the drivers of value co‐creation and the core value consequences that arise from a process perspective. Finally, this paper puts forward a thematic, theoretical, and methodological agenda for future work based on these findings. The review contributes to the literature by proposing an integrated conceptual framework that summarizes the core elements of value co‐creation in cultural heritage information practices. This paper focuses on data science in digital cultural heritage in Brazil, where there is a lack of systematized information and curated databases for the integrated organization of documentary knowledge. Thus, the aim was to systematically map the different forms of information organization and representation applied to objects from collections belonging to institutions affiliated with the federal government's Special Department of Culture. This diagnosis is then used to discuss the requirements of devising strategies that favor a better data science information infrastructure to reuse information on Brazil's cultural heritage. Content analysis was used to identify analytical categories and obtain a broader understanding of the documentary sources of these institutions in order to extract, analyze, and interpret the data involved. A total of 215 hyperlinks that can be considered cultural collections of the institutions studied were identified, representing 2,537,921 cultural heritage items. The results show that the online publication of Brazil's digital cultural heritage is limited in terms of technology, copyright licensing, and established information organization practices. This paper provides a conceptual and analytical view to discuss the requirements for formulating strategies aimed at building a data science information infrastructure of Brazilian digital cultural collections that serves as future projects. Information and communication technology for development (ICT4D) is a field of research concerned with studying how information and communication technologies (ICTs) can be used to improve the socio‐economic situation of marginalized communities in developing countries. The authors identify the preservation of the information provided or accessed during ICT4D projects as a critical gap in ICT4D research. They argue that archival science, an information discipline concerned with the preservation of recorded information, provides theories and models that can help make ICT4D projects more sustainable. They discuss the creation of analog backups by participants in an ICT4D project in Bangladesh as an example of communities taking the initiative to remedy the limitations of an ICT4D project with simple pen and paper technology to preserve the information they wanted to keep. Conversely, they argue that insights on how marginalized communities interact with and preserve information gained through ICT4D projects can enrich archival science and foster the development of more inclusive theories and practices. A digital library is a digital information resource system supported by modern high technology, a next-generation information resource management model on the Internet, and the result of the digitization of library collections, and with the development of society and the accelerated pace of people's lives, people cannot spend too much time classifying and finding books, so the study of book classification and quick finding in university libraries is very important. This paper mainly researches and analyzes the classification and quick search of books in the university library through the algorithms and methods of digital information technology and finds a better algorithm. This paper mainly conducts experiments on automatic text and support vector machine (one-to-many and global optimization) methods and compares the obtained experimental data, such as classification accuracy, classification time, search time, and other data. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of these three classification methods is in the range of 86%–94%. However, compared with the two methods of automatic text classification and one-to-many classification, the global optimization classification has the highest accuracy in the sample size of each interval. Among them, the classification time is the lowest for automatic text classification, which is less than 30s, and the one-to-many classification sample takes the most time, and their average fitness is in the range of 24%–27%. Main path analysis is a popular method for extracting the scientific backbone from the citation network of a research domain. Existing approaches ignored the semantic relationships between the citing and cited publications, resulting in several adverse issues, in terms of coherence of main paths and coverage of significant studies. This paper advocated the semantic main path network analysis approach to alleviate these issues based on citation function analysis. A wide variety of SciBERT‐based deep learning models were designed for identifying citation functions. Semantic citation networks were built by either including important citations, for example, extension, motivation, usage and similarity, or excluding incidental citations like background and future work. Semantic main path network was built by merging the top‐K main paths extracted from various time slices of semantic citation network. In addition, a three‐way framework was proposed for the quantitative evaluation of main path analysis results. Both qualitative and quantitative analysis on three research areas of computational linguistics demonstrated that, compared to semantics‐agnostic counterparts, different types of semantic main path networks provide complementary views of scientific knowledge flows. Combining them together, we obtained a more precise and comprehensive picture of domain evolution and uncover more coherent development pathways between scientific ideas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Management Information System (MIS) is the use of information technology, people, and business processes to record, store and process data to produce data-driven information that helps managers to derive decisions for the organizations. The decision is consciously taken from a variety of alternatives and the consent of many is based on the goal of achieving the desired outcome. MIS can be defined as a collection of systems, hardware, procedures, and people that all work together to process, store, and produce information that is useful to the organization. It is an important system for every organization that needs to have to ensure they remain competitive in the market. However, not all MIS fulfil the requirements from stakeholders. Some have failed to do so due to several factors such as poor requirement design or improper training to the users. Therefore, in this study, the paper focus to identify the key criteria that contribute to effectiveness in developing the "fit" MIS based on previous studies. Information Technology (IT) investments in the public sector are large, and it is essential that they lead to benefits for the organisations themselves and wider society. While there is evidence suggesting a positive connection between the existence of benefits management practices and the realisation of benefits, less is known about how to implement such practices effectively. The aim of this paper is to provide insights into when benefits are most likely to be realised, and how benefits management practices and roles should be implemented, in order to have a positive effect on the success of projects in terms of realising benefits. We collected data relating to 10 public IT projects in Norway. For each project, information on benefits management was collected from project documents by interviewing the project owners and benefits owners and via follow‐up surveys. The benefits with the highest degree of realisation were those internal to the organisation, while those with the lowest degree were societal benefits. Projects assessed as having more specific, measurable, accountable, and realistically planned benefits were more successful in terms of realising benefits. Benefit owners were most effective when they were able to attract attention to the benefits to be realised, had a strong mandate, and had the domain expertise. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Emerging new technologies, especially the way information technology is changing, have a big impact on many parts of people's lives. For example, modern social media platforms have changed how people interact, share information and talk to each other. Social media (SM) is becoming more and more useful as a way to improve communication and knowledge sharing (KS), not just between people but also between businesses. This trend has been closely watched by both professionals and academics. Even though research in this area is growing quickly and in a big way, there haven't been many attempts to look at the results of past surveys, put them together, and evaluate the current state of research on how social media can be used to share knowledge. We used a bibliometric and Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to collect and review studies (46 documents and, after being edited, 16 publications) by following a set review process. This was done to make sure that the Scopus database had copies of all relevant research papers that were released between 2016 and 2020. Most of the terms have to do with social media and sharing information. Some of the most popular keywords in the study are: knowledge sharing, social media, knowledge management, information management, decision making, gamification, industry work, social dilemmas, hospitality industry, communication industry, etc. Denmark is at the top of the list when it comes to getting top awards. We did this for a wide range of study topics, such as SM for KS user behavior, utility and benefits, social media platforms and tools, and other topics that don't get much attention. The Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética (UPME) In it's Digital Transformation Process, has been consolidating efforts to optimize its processes and improve knowledge management in it's plans, programs and projects portfolio. This paper aims to illustrate the contrast between knowledge management theory and business practice in public management. The study design was developed under a qualitative descriptive approach, using the case study methodology. The consolidation of theories and practical organizational experiences and their integration with information systems was contemplated. The results suggest the structuring of organizational knowledge as a main source of competitive advantages. However, knowledge must be organized and standardized to achieve a company's strategic objectives; So, it is necessary to have knowledge management processes and facilitators such as information technologies and control mechanisms. Many enterprises have elevated industrial chain management to an important strategic factor for successful operation in a competitive market environment. There are many reasons for the low success rate of enterprise information construction, one of which is that in the process of information construction, only the research of information technology and the construction of information systems are emphasized, but not the integrated management of information resources, and the strategy, mode and method of information resource management are not studied. As a solution for sustainable energy development in the future, the energy Internet has become a hot topic of research in academia and industry today. Integrated innovation, at the enterprise level, is the key to improving core competitiveness and maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage. In order to achieve a deep integration of information technology and energy technology, the energy Internet must be supported by a corresponding system, i.e., an energy information system. In this paper, we propose an information system integration model based on the nature of the industry chain, describe its functional components, and analyze the key technologies of integration. The results show that the integrated model achieves the highest value of each output solution in the time period of 4h, and the calculated transmission capacity of the line is 0.7pu The integrated model of the information system is optimal for the adaptation of the energy environment of each distributed power source in the energy Internet. Therefore, this study provides theoretical support and practical reference for further research on the construction and mechanism of the integrated energy Internet in China's theoretical and business communities, and provides important insights into the construction of the mechanism and countermeasures for the integration of the industrial chain in energy Internet enterprises. The importance of learning English is increasing as China's foreign exchanges become more frequent. During the development of a simulation project, people involved in the study acquire greater knowledge of the system being simulated. However, this knowledge is usually not externalized and ends up being lost at the end of the project. In this context, knowledge management allied with information technology may assist in information management and enable the collection, storage, and dissemination of knowledge. Thus, this paper aims to discuss and present a knowledge management system to manage and to store the knowledge generated by analysts in simulation projects. Our intention was to demonstrate a way that the knowledge can be stored and accessed at any moment by anyone to recover the development process and avoid mistakes during a simulation project. In order to achieve this goal, some graduate and undergraduate simulation courses at a Brazilian federal university were used as objects of study. At the end of the study, it was concluded that knowledge management integrated with information technology contributes to the work of simulation analysts by supporting information and knowledge management throughout the stages of the simulation projects. The transition from traditional to truly smart dynamically adaptable manufacturing demands the adoption of a high degree of autonomy within automation systems, with resultant changes in the role of the human, in both the manufacturing and logistics functions within the factory. In the context of smart manufacturing, this paper describes research towards the realization of adaptable autonomous automation systems from both the control and information perspectives. Key facets of the approach taken at WMG are described in relation to human–machine interaction, autonomous approaches to assembly and intra-logistics, integration and dynamic system-wide optimization. The progression from simple distributed behavioural components towards autonomous functional entities is described. Effective systems integration and the importance of interoperability in the realization of more distributed and autonomous automation systems are discussed, so that operational information can propagate seamlessly, eliminating the traditional boundary between operational technology and information technology systems, and as an enabler for global knowledge collection, analysis and optimization. With the maturity of the hospital real-time information management system at this stage, the main nursing informatics of the hospital has also been fully developed. Based on the analysis of the application status of medical information technology and Internet technology, the real-time information management system is applied to mobile medical and its development status. This paper realizes the auxiliary system of real-time information push. Several 5 nm thick two-dimensional TiO2 ultra-thin nanosheets were prepared by low-cost liquid phase method, and the application of new nano-TiO2 composite antibacterial agent in the nursing management of the operating room was systematically studied. In the nursing management of the operating room, the patients in the control group were dissatisfied with 18%, basically satisfied with 40%, and very satisfied with 42%, while the patients in the experimental group were dissatisfied with 6%, basically satisfied with 42%, and very satisfied with 52%. However, in the control group, the dissatisfaction rate of nurses' nursing care accounted for 14%, accounting for 34% of the basic satisfaction rate, 52% of the very satisfied rate. In the experimental group, the dissatisfaction rate was 4%, the basic satisfaction rate was 28%, and the very satisfied degree was 68%. College students with a life experience of chronic illness and impairments grow into young adulthood as health information monitors as well as communicators with healthcare professionals. This interview study focused on the health information management practices of college and graduate students living with disabilities and chronic illness. SEIPS (Systems Engineering Initiative for Patient Safety), a work system model drawn from human factors engineering, was used as a conceptual framework for qualitative analysis. This revealed the importance of other people, particularly parents, in patients' information worlds. Digital technologies were ubiquitous; analog tools from business cards to binders were also key components of students' information systems. Using the SEIPS structure to interrogate the data allowed an understanding of how health experiences are integrated into everyday life. The Internet of Things (IoT) paradigm is establishing itself as a technology to improve data acquisition and information management in the construction field. It is consolidating as an emerging technology in all phases of the life cycle of projects and specifically in the execution phase of a construction project. One of the fundamental tasks in this phase is related to Health and Safety Management since the accident rate in this sector is very high compared to other phases or even sectors. For example, one of the most critical risks is falling objects due to the peculiarities of the construction process. Therefore, the integration of both technology and safety expert knowledge in this task is a key issue including ubiquitous computing, real-time decision capacity and expert knowledge management from risks with imprecise data. Starting from this vision, the goal of this paper is to introduce an IoT infrastructure integrated with JFML, an open-source library for Fuzzy Logic Systems according to the IEEE Std 1855-2016, to support imprecise experts' decision making in facing the risk of falling objects. The system advises the worker of the risk level of accidents in real-time employing a smart wristband. The proposed IoT infrastructure has been tested in three different scenarios involving habitual working situations and characterized by different levels of falling objects risk.
